AGIBOT Introduces Worken to Measure Productive Robot Work at AGIBOT Innovation Day 2026

AGIBOT unveils its AHA3 integrated hardware platform, GO-3 Preview and WITA-Omni model, formally launches G2 Max and Link-U OS 1.0, and highlights real-world deployments

SHANGHAI, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AGIBOT today introduced Worken, a proposed framework for measuring the productive work performed by robots in real-world environments, at AGIBOT Innovation Day 2026 in Shanghai. Combining the words "Work" and "Token," the concept seeks to shift attention beyond the number of robots manufactured or deployed toward how much useful work they can perform autonomously and consistently.

AGIBOT also unveiled AHA3, its integrated "Three Intelligences in One" hardware platform, and highlighted advances in its AGILE motion intelligence framework, including a new self-evolving agent capability. The company debuted GO-3 Preview, its next-generation embodied AI foundation model, showcased its WITA-Omni omni-modal interaction model, and launched the G2 Max industrial robot and Link-U OS 1.0. The event also featured real-world applications across manufacturing and commercial services, underscoring AGIBOT's focus on translating robotics innovation into productive work. Together, the announcements reflect the event's deployment-first focus: practical innovation spanning robot hardware, locomotion, task and interaction intelligence, operations and an ecosystem intended to support real-world deployment at scale.

"Over the past few years, the robotics industry has made remarkable progress in hardware, AI models and large-scale manufacturing. But as robots begin working in factories, warehouses and service environments, we need to answer a more practical question: how much productive work are they actually delivering?" said Peng Zhihui, Co-founder, President and CTO of AGIBOT. "Worken is our attempt to develop a new way of answering that question. We want to move beyond measuring how many robots are built or delivered and begin measuring how effectively they can perform useful work, autonomously and consistently, in the real world."

Worken Proposes a New Measure of Robot Productivity

As robots move from large-scale production into increasingly diverse real-world applications, AGIBOT is exploring an additional dimension of progress: the productive work robots can deliver once deployed. Alongside manufacturing scale, technological capabilities and deployment milestones, the company sees sustained autonomous operation and measurable task output as increasingly important indicators of robotic value.

Even deployments involving similar numbers of robots can deliver different levels of productivity, depending on how independently the machines operate, how frequently human intervention is required and how much acceptable work they complete.

AGIBOT describes Worken as "Effective Intelligent Work Hours," bringing three factors into a proposed measurement framework:

Worken = Number of Active Robots à Autonomous Working Hours à Output Efficiency Ratio

The first factor counts robots actively performing tasks in real-world environments, rather than units simply manufactured or held in inventory. The second measures time spent working autonomously, rather than total powered-on time. The third assesses productive output against a reference benchmark for a defined task, such as the amount of acceptable work completed by a human worker under established operating standards.

By connecting deployment scale, autonomy and task output, Worken seeks to provide a more comprehensive way to describe robotic productivity across applications such as industrial handling, logistics, inspection and commercial services.

The concept also opens up a broader discussion about the economics of robotics. While hardware depreciates over time, improvements in software and AI models may enable the same machine to perform more useful work during its operating life. Measuring that output alongside total lifecycle costs could help businesses evaluate the longer-term value of robotic deployments.

AGIBOT views Worken as an evolving framework that will be further explored and refined through real-world deployments and operational data. By developing task-specific benchmarks and accumulating practical experience across different applications, the company hopes Worken can eventually serve as a widely applicable reference for measuring the productive value of physical AI.

The event also featured the release of the "2026 Embodied Intelligence Industry Innovation Report", which examines the industry's progress toward real-world deployment. Jointly compiled by China Economic Information Service and the Shanghai Industrial Innovation Center of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), the report includes Worken and AGIBOT's deployment examples as part of its industry analysis.

AGIBOT Unveils AHA3 Hardware Platform and New Physical AI Models

A key hardware announcement was AHA3 (AGIBOT Humanoid Architecture), AGIBOT's third-generation humanoid hardware architecture and first commercial "Three Intelligences in One" hardware platform. AHA3, which is designed with the demands of real-world deployment in mind, integrates the hardware foundations for locomotion, interaction and task execution intelligence into a unified architecture, enabling these capabilities to work together more efficiently. Built on advances in motor-drive technology, integrated computing and high-speed connectivity, including Wi-Fi 6 and 5G, the platform is designed to reduce integration complexity, improve system responsiveness and support more capable robots in real-world applications.

To support sustained industrial deployment, AGIBOT also introduced a joint liquid-cooling system intended to improve thermal performance during continuous operation, alongside specialized joints with IP67-rated protection for more demanding environments. Its newly presented dexterous-hand family includes OmniHand 3 Lite, OmniHand 3 and OmniHand 3 Ultra, as well as the OmniPicker 3 tactile gripper, expanding the options for fine manipulation and task-specific deployment.

In locomotion intelligence, AGIBOT highlighted advances in AGILE, its multimodal, end-to-end motion intelligence framework. The architecture spans general-purpose motion foundation models, generative motion control, integrated whole-body perception and control, and a newly introduced self-evolving agent capability. This latest development is designed to enable robots to explore the boundaries of their physical capabilities and progressively improve their performance through experience in real-world environments, extending motion intelligence beyond predefined behaviors toward greater autonomy and adaptability. AGIBOT describes this as a shift from motion control toward spatial mobility intelligence, with the goal of helping robots adapt to the layouts and changing conditions of real deployment sites.

AGIBOT also debuted GO-3 Preview, a next-generation embodied foundation model built around a unified reasoning, prediction and action framework called WRAM (World Reasoning Action Model). The model is designed to help robots anticipate the consequences of their actions, adapt to changing environments and generalize beyond previously learned task sequences. AGIBOT demonstrated zero-shot and few-shot capabilities and presented its approach to Physical Intelligence Scaling, which combines pre-training, post-training with continuous improvement after deployment. This approach aims to enable robots to expand their capabilities through both structured training and experience gained from real-world operations.

AGIBOT also highlighted GO-3 Preview's benchmark performance. According to evaluation results presented at the event, the model ranked first in both task success rate and process score on RoboDojo, achieved the highest overall score on RoboTwin, and ranked first in overall score on RoboColiseum. These results demonstrate the model's performance across multiple evaluation frameworks covering robotic manipulation and task execution.

Across task and interaction intelligence, AGIBOT is seeking to connect data, models, robot hardware and operating scenarios across pre-training, post-training, deployment and day-to-day operations. Feedback from real tasks can then inform subsequent improvements to models and workflows, creating a deployment-driven data flywheel.

For human-robot interaction, AGIBOT showcased WITA-Omni, an omni-modal foundation model that integrates visual perception, speech, real-time dialogue, facial expressions and physical actions into a continuous interaction system. The model supports full-duplex conversation, coordinated speech and movement, and on-device deployment, enabling more natural and responsive communication in complex environments. WITA-Omni currently ranks first on multiple benchmarks related to embodied interaction, including Daily-Omni.

Together, AHA3, AGILE, GO-3 Preview and WITA-Omni reflect AGIBOT's progress across integrated hardware architecture, locomotion intelligence, task execution and human-robot interaction. The company is also expanding its data collection, simulation and training capabilities through initiatives including AGIBOT WORLD 2026, the MEgo product family and Genie Sim 3.0, supporting the continued development of its physical AI models.

AGIBOT Launches G2 Max and Highlights Real-World Deployments

AGIBOT launched G2 Max, a heavy-duty industrial robot designed for manufacturing and logistics applications. Featuring 21 degrees of freedom, a dual-arm handling capacity of up to 40 kg and an adjustable working height ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 meters, G2 Max is built for demanding material-handling tasks. Its force-controlled manipulation, omnidirectional mobility and multiple safety features are designed to support efficient operations alongside existing industrial equipment and workflows.

Original HTML

WEST CHICAGO, Ill., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Titan International, Inc. (NYSE: TWI) ("Titan" or the "Company"), a leading global manufacturer of off-highway wheels, tires, assemblies, and undercarriage products, today reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. The full earnings release including a reconciliation of GAAP to Non-GAAP figures can be found in the investor relations section of the Company's website at https://ir.titan-intl.com/news-and-events/news-releases/default.aspx.

Q3 2026 Key Figures for Continuing Operations

- Revenues of $335 million ($454 million, inclusive of discontinued operations)

- Gross margin of 14.7%

- Adjusted EBITDA of $16 million ($28 million, inclusive of discontinued operations)

- Generated Free Cash Flows of $23 million

Paul Reitz, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Inclusive of ITM, which is reported in our Q3 financials as discontinued operations, our revenues for the quarter of $454 million were above the midpoint of our guidance while Adjusted EBITDA of $28 million was also within our guidance range. Our One Stop Shop strategy enabled us to deliver solid financial results despite current market conditions. Focusing on our reported results which exclude ITM from continuing operations, EMC sales grew 5% with improved margins during the quarter while Consumer segment sales were down 3% albeit versus an abnormally strong Q3 last year. Our Ag segment declined 12% as farmers remained on the sidelines due to high interest rates, diesel and fertilizer costs and other macro concerns that continue to impact overall economic activity."

Mr. Reitz continued, "Toward the end of the quarter we announced an agreement to sell our ITM business. As we noted in that announcement, our Board of Directors believe that the sale of ITM empowers Titan to focus on growing our global wheel and tire businesses while also utilizing the proceeds to reduce our debt. ITM is a high-quality business but has limited synergies relative to our wheel and tire operations. As we continue to execute our strategic plan, we expect to energize our value creation by extending our leadership position in our wheel and tire businesses and intend to utilize proceeds from the transaction to support that strategy. We are progressing through the regulatory process and continue to expect the transaction to close in early January 2027."

Mr. Reitz concluded, "Macro uncertainty along with elevated interest rates, fuel and fertilizer costs continue to weigh on activity in our end markets, which has been the story throughout 2026. At the same time, we believe the building blocks for a resumption of growth are present. An aging machinery fleet continues to create pent-up replacement demand, while wheel and tire inventories across our distribution channels remain at relatively low levels. Although corn prices are down from recent highs in August, they are still above year-ago levels, as are soybean prices, which bode well for farmer incomes. I am confident that a resumption in end market demand will flow through to suppliers such as Titan rather quickly. We have also strengthened our strategic position with customers through innovative products and solutions, which we expect will support growth despite challenging market conditions."

Third Quarter and Fiscal Year 2026 Outlook

Tony Eheli, Chief Financial Officer added, "Inclusive of ITM operations, we are updating our fourth quarter and full-year guidance to reflect the effect of current market conditions. We currently expect fourth quarter sales of between $410 million and $430 million, and Adjusted EBITDA of between break even and $7 million. Our current expectations for FY 2026 are for sales between $1.85 and $1.87 billion and Adjusted EBITDA of between $91 million and $101 million."

Results for the 2026 third quarter and nine months reflect the classification of the Company's Italtractor ITM undercarriage business ("ITM") as discontinued operations in connection with its previously announced pending sale to USCO S.p.A. ("USCO"). The transaction is scheduled to close in January 2027.

Investors can now trade Kalshi Prediction Markets alongside futures, options and equities through CQG

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadridge (NYSE: BR), a global Fintech leader, today announced that Kalshi event contracts are now available for trading through the front ends and APIs of CQG, a Broadridge Company, a leading provider of futures and options trading, execution management, and market connectivity. Kalshi event contracts will also be available to participants on the NYFIX network through the CQG-NYFIX integration. This new integration brings prediction markets directly into established trading workflows, giving retail and institutional investors a new way to trade on real-world events and manage exposure across asset classes.

"Investors want to turn their views on real-world events into actionable trading strategies," said Ryan Moroney, CEO of CQG. "With Kalshi live on CQG, we're bringing that opportunity to a platform our clients already trust, alongside the markets they already trade. It's a powerful next step in Broadridge's multi-asset strategy, giving investors more choices and brokers a trusted way to meet demand for prediction markets."

As prediction markets attract growing attention from investors and policymakers, the integration pairs Kalshi's event contract marketplace with CQG's trading, risk management and portfolio monitoring tools. Brokers and futures commission merchants (FCMs) can offer clients direct trading access and market data, while traders can incorporate event contracts into broader portfolio and hedging strategies within a single platform.

"Prediction markets are now part of investors' trading toolkits, not separate from them," said Andy Ross, Head of Institutional at Kalshi. "Working with Broadridge and CQG brings Kalshi to a broader audience, connecting event contracts with traditional markets. Traders can now precisely hedge their exposure, not by using some proxy, while trading and monitoring positions in the same environment they already use."

Bringing Prediction Markets into Established Trading Workflows

The integration offers direct trading access and market data through CQG front-ends and APIs, broadening distribution of Kalshi markets to FCMs and brokers seeking access through an established trading platform. Additionally, trading access will be made available to over 1,700 buy-side clients who rely on the NYFIX network for their connectivity. Rather than treating prediction markets as a separate trading activity, investors can use their existing infrastructure and tools to monitor event contract positions within their wider trading portfolios and evaluate hedging opportunities across markets.

The launch expands Broadridge's multi-asset trading offering while extending Kalshi's reach among users of CQG technology. It responds to client demand in the United States and EMEA, with access subject to applicable eligibility and jurisdictional requirements.

Enterprise AI Enters an ROI Reckoning: More Use, Uneven Value, Reveals Deloitte Survey
Image File
Original HTML

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ --

Key takeaways

- AI is delivering on its promise of speed, with 81% of companies surveyed reporting faster decision-making and execution.

- Organizational change is a bottleneck with companies' capacity to redesign work and governance serving as key blockers to value realization.

- AI is starting to act, not just advise. Forty percent of enterprises surveyed now allow AI systems to execute decisions or take actions without human approval, at least to a moderate degree, while nearly 1 in 4 state that accountability is unclear when AI produces a negative outcome, making AI safety and governance a growing priority.

- Return on investment (ROI) is expanding beyond productivity, with reported revenue gains from AI increasing to 28% (up from 20% reported in Deloitte's January report), demonstrating that financial value is solidifying for enterprises.

Why this matters

The Deloitte AI Institute⢠today unveiled the latest edition of its "State of AI in the Enterprise" report, revealing how organizations are navigating the shift from AI experimentation to deeper operational integration. "The State of AI in the Enterprise: Built Differently, How AI is Reshaping the Way Enterprises Work, Grow and Create Value" is based on a survey of 3,500 director to C-suite-level leaders across 25 countries and six industries with direct involvement in their companies' AI initiatives. The report explores AI's transformational potential and momentum, with important actions for leaders to consider as they continue their AI journey.

Key quotes

"It's clear AI is already helping companies make decisions and execute work faster. The next challenge is safely turning speed into meaningful change. Leaders should look beyond individual use cases and ask whether the underlying work still makes sense. That is how organizations can move from applying AI to existing processes to using it to holistically improve how the business operates, with the right safeguards and accountability."

â Jim Rowan, US head of AI, Deloitte

"Many enterprises are getting better at watching their total AI bill, but far fewer understand the unit cost underneath itâwhere costs are being generated and whether they are producing commensurate value. That gap is where ROI can get lost. Leaders who close that gap, who can tie what a workflow costs to the value it creates and connect this economic discipline with organizational redesign, may be the ones who can better reap that competitive advantage and scale AI sustainably."

â Costi Perricos, Deloitte Global GenAI Business leader

The new AI bottleneck: Work is faster, not different

AI has become a powerful accelerator, with 81% of companies reporting improved speed in decision-making and execution. Yet only 25% say they are using AI to deeply transform the business by creating new products or services, reinventing core processes, or fundamentally changing their business models.

For most surveyed organizations, AI is speeding up existing workflows without changing the work itself. The true test is whether companies can use that momentum to change how they operate, make decisions, and create value.

Companies can see the AI bill â but often not what drives it

Greater leadership visibility into total AI spending may not often reveal the costs behind it. While 71% track total AI inference and API spend, only 51% track token volume and 44% track per-unit inference cost.

This visibility gap makes it harder to assess whether the value created by AI justifies its expense. As AI investment increases and workloads become more complex, leaders will need visibility into workflow-level costs and the usage that drives them to help efficiently manage spending and evaluate ROI.

The ROI paradox: Returns are arriving on different timelines

AI's benefits are emerging at different speeds, with financial returns taking longer to materialize. But the gap is narrowing, with 28% of companies now reporting revenue gains from AI, up from 20% in January. Those companies are also seeing broader benefits beyond productivity and cost savings, suggesting payoff comes not just from moving faster, but working smarter.

Workforce redesign is a work in progress

Sixty percent of companies have redesigned jobs around AI capabilities to at least a moderate degree. However, only 15% report a significant shift in decision-making authority as a result of AI.

Employees may have access to better information and make faster decisions, but they aren't empowered to act differently. Effective work redesign requires changes to roles, responsibilities, approval processes, decision rights and the division of work between people and AI.

From advising to acting, governance and safety must keep pace

As AI takes on a growing role in key operational processes, safety is paramount. Forty percent of companies now allow AI to execute decisions without human approval, at least to a moderate degree. Despite this growing autonomy, 23% say accountability remains unclear when an AI system produces a negative outcome. Done right, safety accelerates innovation and adoption.

Governance and safety controls should match the level of autonomy and potential consequence involved: systems that execute actions can require more oversight than systems that only provide recommendations.

About "The State of AI in the Enterprise"

"The State of AI in the Enterprise" has been running for nine years. This research builds on Deloitte's previous "State of Generative AI in the Enterprise" quarterly reports, intended to track the fast-moving adoption of GenAI in the enterprise. This edition of the survey, conducted between May and June 2026, connected with 3,500 business and IT leaders across 25 countries and six industries: consumer; energy, resources and industrials; financial services; life sciences and health care; technology, media and telecom; and government and public services.

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Wesco International (NYSE: WCC), a leading provider of business-to-business distribution, logistics services and supply chain solutions, announces its results for the third quarter of 2026.

"We are very pleased with our record third quarter results and carry positive business momentum into the fourth quarter. Once again, sales, backlog, operating profit, and earnings per share all increased double digits versus the prior year and achieved records that exceeded our expectations. We are particularly pleased with our free cash flow generation during the quarter which was strong given the sales growth we delivered. The past five consecutive quarters of double-digit sales growth demonstrate Wesco's higher growth profile which extends well beyond our important data center positioning. Customer demand is strong across the rest of our diversified portfolio and end markets, with sales up high single-digits excluding data centers. Our customers continue to invest in major capital and infrastructure projects and increasingly rely on Wesco to manage their needs as we add more services to our portfolio and demonstrate the continued effectiveness of our One Wesco cross-selling strategy. Especially noteworthy, our backlog was up over 80%, to a new record level for each of our three business units," said John Engel, Chairman, President, and CEO.

Mr. Engel concluded, "The power of our customer value proposition, global capabilities, and leading portfolio of products, services and solutions is clear as we continue to outperform the market. Our backlog growth is being fueled by multi-year customer commitments, as our large customers recognize our unique capabilities across the communications, security, electrical, utility and power markets. As a result, we are again significantly raising our full-year 2026 outlook reflecting our confidence in our continued strong execution. Given the positive market momentum that we are seeing, I'm bullish that Wesco will continue to outperform our markets and deliver superior value to our customers, suppliers, and shareholders to close out 2026 and in 2027."

Key Financial Highlights

Net Sales

- On an organic basis, which removes the impact of the Newark Engineering Group ("Newark") acquisition and differences in foreign exchange rates, sales for the third quarter of 2026 grew by 16.6%. The increase in organic sales reflects volume growth in all three segments (CSS, EES and UBS), as well as a favorable impact from changes in price. Sequentially, net sales increased 8.4% and organic sales grew by 8.5%. Record backlog at the end of the third quarter of 2026 was up by approximately 80% compared to the end of the third quarter of 2025.

- For the first nine months of 2026, organic sales grew by 13.9%. The increase in organic sales reflects volume growth in all three segments (CSS, EES and UBS), as well as a favorable impact from changes in price.

Gross Profit and Gross Margin

- The increase in gross margin for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026 reflects improved gross margin in the EES and CSS segments.

Selling, General, and Administrative ("SG&A") Expenses

- The increase in SG&A expenses for the third quarter of 2026 is primarily driven by an increase in commissions and incentives due to company performance, as well as higher salaries and benefits. SG&A expenses for the third quarter of 2026 include $24.8 million of digital transformation costs, compared to $8.8 million of digital transformation and restructuring costs for the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted for these costs, SG&A expenses were 14.4% and 14.7% of net sales for the third quarter of 2026 and 2025, respectively, reflecting improved operating cost leverage on the sales growth.

- The increase in SG&A expenses for the first nine months of 2026 is primarily driven by an increase in commissions and incentives due to company performance, as well as higher salaries and benefits. SG&A expenses for the first nine months of 2026 include $65.5 million of digital transformation costs, compared to $24.1 million for the first nine months of 2025. Adjusted for these costs, SG&A expenses were 14.9% of net sales for the first nine months of 2026 and 2025.

Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA Margin

- The increase in adjusted EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA margin for the third quarter of 2026 reflects higher sales, increased gross margin, and improved operating cost leverage. Sequentially, adjusted EBITDA margin increased 50 basis points.

- The increase in adjusted EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA margin for the first nine months of 2026 primarily reflects higher sales and increased gross margin.

Effective Tax Rate

- The higher effective tax rate for the three months ended September 30, 2026 is largely driven by a higher annual effective tax rate resulting from higher non-deductible compensation expense as compared to the prior year period.

- The lower effective tax rate for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 is largely driven by higher discrete income tax benefits relating to the exercise and vesting of stock-based awards and return to provision adjustments primarily attributable to lower U.S. tax on foreign income, partially offset by higher non-deductible compensation expense as compared to the prior year period.

Adjusted Earnings Per Diluted Share

- The increase in adjusted earnings per diluted share in the third quarter of 2026 reflects higher adjusted EBITDA, partially offset by a $32.8 million increase in the adjusted provision for income taxes.

- The increase in adjusted earnings per diluted share in the first nine months of 2026 reflects higher adjusted EBITDA, partially offset by a $47.4 million increase in the adjusted provision for income taxes and a $22.5 million increase in interest expense. The increase in interest expense was primarily driven by higher net term debt throughout the first nine months compared to the prior year, as well as a $10.0 million non-cash loss on extinguishment of debt, partially offset by the issuance of the 2031 Notes and 2034 Notes at lower rates as compared to the 2028 Notes, as well as lower rates on the amended accounts receivables securitization facility and the amended revolving credit facility. Additionally, the prior year period included the favorable impact of the Series A Preferred Stock redemption, partially offset by $27.3 million of preferred stock dividends.

Operating Cash Flow

- Net cash provided by operating activities for the third quarter of 2026 totaled $193.9 million compared to net cash used in operating activities of $82.7 million in the third quarter of 2025. The $276.6 million increase includes a $326.9 million impact from accounts payable, due to increased inventory purchases, as well as the timing of inventory purchases and payments to suppliers as compared to the prior year. A $227.3 million impact from changes in other current and noncurrent liabilities, primarily driven by deferred revenue due to advance payments from customers and milestone billings, and an increase in net income as adjusted for certain non-cash items versus the prior year also contributed to the increase. These increases were partially offset by a $169.3 million impact from inventories, primarily due to an increase in volume related to growth in large projects as compared to the prior year, a $93.6 million impact from changes in other current and noncurrent assets, primarily due to increases in supplier prepayments, and a $90.0 million impact from changes in trade accounts receivable, primarily due to increased sales growth in all three segments, as well as the timing of receipts from customers as compared to the prior year.

- Net cash provided by operating activities for the first nine months of 2026 totaled $469.0 million, compared to $53.1 million for the first nine months of 2025. The $415.9 million increase includes a $478.2 million impact from changes in accounts payable, due to increased inventory purchases, as well as the timing of inventory purchases and payments to suppliers as compared to the prior year. Other current and noncurrent liabilities additionally contributed to the increase, with a $397.7 million impact primarily driven by deferred revenue due to advance payments from customers and milestone billings. An increase in net income as adjusted for certain non-cash items also contributed to the increase in operating cash flows. These increases were partially offset by a $299.9 million impact from changes in trade accounts receivable and a $261.6 million impact from changes in other current and noncurrent assets. The impact from trade accounts receivable was primarily due to increased sales growth in all three segments, as well as the timing of receipts from customers as compared to the prior year, and the impact from other current and noncurrent assets was primarily due to increases in supplier prepayments. A $198.6 million impact from inventories also offset the increases, primarily due to an increase in volume related to increased growth in large projects as compared to the prior year.

Brand Engagement Network (NASDAQ: BNAI) Co-Founder and AI Pioneer Dr. Patrick Nunally Invited to Speak at the Vatican on AI and the Human Spirit

Dr. Nunally, who holds more than 160 patents, joins a three-speaker international discussion responding to Pope Leo XIV's encyclical on artificial intelligence

WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Brand Engagement Network, Inc. ("BEN") (NASDAQ: BNAI) today announced that its Co-Founder and Chief Scientist, Dr. Patrick Nunally, will be a featured speaker at "Artificial Intelligence & the Human Spirit," a discussion in Vatican City on Friday, Nov. 20, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. The conversation will explore faith, technology, and Pope Leo XIV's reflections on artificial intelligence in his first encyclical, Magnifica Humanitas.

Dr. Nunally will appear alongside Jonathan Pageau, an Orthodox thinker, artist, and commentator, and Dr. Hank Wuh, a surgeon, inventor, investor, and World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer. Robert Moynihan, founder and editor-in-chief of Inside the Vatican magazine, extended the invitation. The 2:30 p.m. discussion will culminate three days of gatherings in Rome, November 18 to 20, bringing together AI pioneers, entrepreneurs, and thinkers from around the world. International media are expected to attend.

"When I began advancing neural networks 45 years ago, machines capable of learning were still considered by many to be the stuff of science fiction," said Dr. Nunally. "The work of a small group of pioneers is now reshaping civilization. The greatest question of our time is no longer what machines can learn, but what humanity must never forget. Artificial intelligence may transform what we can do, but it must never diminish who we are."

The Science Behind BEN

Dr. Nunally co-founded BEN in 2018. The company now holds an extensive portfolio of foundational patents spanning how its AI listens, understands, and actsâincluding speech and audio processing, computer vision, intent and sentiment analysis, AI avatars, security and privacy, and the orchestration that brings these capabilities together.

That work speaks to a central question in the Rome discussion: how to keep a qualified human accountable when AI is involved. Built on its team's pioneering machine-intelligence research, BEN's patents advance AI beyond understanding words to recognizing intent, emotion, behavior, and context, and include technology that brings a credentialed professional, such as a clinician or counselor, into an AI conversation when a person is needed.

"Investors often ask what sets BEN apart from companies that build on someone else's model. Part of the answer is visionaries like Dr. Nunally," said Tyler Luck, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BEN. "Our technology rests on more than four decades of research and our patent portfolio. While this invitation to the Vatican is a well-deserved honor for Dr. Nunally, it also reflects the depth of thought behind everything we build."

Dr. Nunally is available for interviews in Rome Nov.18-20 and by video. Interview requests can be sent to Amy Rouyer at [email protected] or to [email protected].

About Dr. Patrick Nunally

Dr. Nunally has spent more than 45 years teaching machines to listen, recognize, and learn, working across artificial intelligence, neural networks, and signal processing. In the early 1990s, he pioneered technology that became the foundation of Arbitron and Nielsen's radio ratings systems, transforming how America measures and understands listening behavior. That achievement helped shape an enduring conviction: the greatest technological breakthroughs come not simply from making machines more intelligent, but from enabling them to better understand human behavior. More than three decades later, that same vision continues to drive his work in artificial intelligence, creating machines that understand and serve humanity.

He has been honored by IEEE-Eta Kappa Nu (IEEE-HKN) and the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Beyond BEN, Dr. Nunally has founded or co-founded numerous companies, including Raise a Hood, Nethercomm Inc., ChargeCast Corp., BTT Corp., Wave Systems, PlayNet Inc., Gruppe Telekom, Intellisys Automation, and e-Metrics. He is also the co-founder of nTelesys, serves on several boards advising companies on AI strategy, and is a professor of electrical engineering and an international speaker on AI and next-generation technologies.

First Choice Dental and Milwaukee Dental Partners Join Forces to Expand Wisconsin Network

Partnership adds three family dental practices in West Bend, Jackson and Saukville, extending First Choice Dental's presence in southeastern Wisconsin

MADISON, Wis., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- First Choice Dental, a multi-specialty dental group serving Wisconsin families since 1996, today announced a partnership with Milwaukee Dental Partners ("MDP"), a three-practice dental group serving Washington and Ozaukee counties. Effective October 26, 2026, Oakbrook Dental in West Bend, Jackson Family Dentistry in Jackson and Sauk Trail Dental in Saukville join the First Choice Dental network, bringing the group to 20 locations across southern and southeastern Wisconsin.

Patients will continue to receive high-quality care from the same doctors, hygienists and team members at their existing offices. The practices will retain their current names and continue accepting the same insurance plans. Through the partnership, patients will also have access to First Choice Dental's broader network of dentists and specialists, with services that include orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics and oral surgery.

"Dr. Major and his team share our belief that great dental care starts with trust and long-term relationships," said Kelly Thompson, President and Chief Operating Officer of First Choice Dental. We look forward to supporting their teams and serving more communities across Wisconsin."

"Taking care of our patients starts with taking care of our people," Thompson added. "Our doctors make the clinical decisions, and we provide the training, resources and operational support that allow them to focus on their patients. That commitment has been our mission for 30 years and will guide our partnership with the teams in West Bend, Jackson and Saukville."

"I founded Milwaukee Dental Partners to do more good for more people and to create a place where our doctors and team members could grow," said Dr. Pako Major, founder of Milwaukee Dental Partners. "First Choice Dental shares those priorities. This partnership gives our patients access to a broader range of care and gives our team more opportunities for mentorship, continuing education and career growth. Just as important, it allows us to preserve the relationships and personal attention our patients value."

The partnership continues First Choice Dental's expansion beyond Dane County and marks its first locations in communities north of Milwaukee. The group opened its Janesville office in June, bringing its care to patients in Rock County as well. A new office in Pewaukee is also scheduled to open in December 2026 as the group continues to grow throughout Wisconsin.

EliHealth Initiative, a women's health nonprofit focused on underserved women, is working to make pelvic health education and treatment more accessible. A grant from the David N. Lane Trust for Aged & Indigent Women, administered by Bank of America, will support education and treatment access for financially disadvantaged older women.

"Women may avoid seeking care because they assume bladder leakage is normal or worry about the cost," said Daly Johnson, Director of EliHealth Initiative. "We want women to know urinary incontinence is usually treatable, and options may be more accessible than they realize."

Bladder leakage can limit work, exercise, travel and social activities, while the ongoing cost of pads strains limited budgets. Yet managing leaks is not the same as treating them.

Options include pelvic floor therapy and treatments used at home. Elitone, for example, is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive wearable device that externally strengthens pelvic floor muscles to reduce leakage.

For qualifying patients, pelvic floor stimulation may be covered by Medicare or Connecticut Medicaid. With grant support, EliHealth Initiative plans to partner with community health organizations to educate women about treatment options, help them understand potential insurance coverage and provide direct treatment assistance to those who cannot afford care.

Women often put their own health needs last, especially when budgets are stretched. For a woman living on a limited income, bladder leakage can mean avoiding time with family, giving up activities or spending money on pads instead of other necessities. Too often, the cost of treatment becomes another reason to go without care. No woman should have to sacrifice her independence because she cannot afford treatment.

EliHealth Initiative is seeking donations, foundation grants and corporate partnerships to help underserved women access pelvic health care. The nonprofit also welcomes donor-advised fund (DAF) contributions. Help change a woman's life at https://elihealth.org/.
