Organspende in Deutschland: Leichter Anstieg, weiterhin großer Bedarf

Wonka kinder Joy: In kinder Joy stecken jetzt sammelbare Wonka-Funko-Figuren.

AskGamblers Launches a New Casino Complaints Dashboard

News provided by

AskGamblers

Oct 29, 2026, 05:49 ET

The new Casino Complaints Dashboard provides a transparent, evidence-based view of the complaints handled by the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS).

BELGRADE, Serbia, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AskGamblers, a leading iGaming affiliate website, has launched a new online casino complaints dashboard that lets players access more information from the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS), which mediates between operators and users.

The dashboard visualises general stats, resolution processes, casino rankings, common issues players face, current trends, money recovered and affiliate program complaints statistics.

Players can filter information by choosing different periods, from seven days to one year or view all-time historical data, dating back to 2009 when the service was established.

The Casino Complaints Dashboard updates in real time as complaints are submitted and resolved, so everyone has the latest information available.

Dijana RadunoviÄ, General Manager at AskGamblers, said: "With the new dashboard, players can access data in real time, find out which casinos receive complaints, how much money is recovered, how affiliate programs perform, and identify or analyse trends."

RadunoviÄ added: "Players trust AGCCS; they've done so since 2009. But they haven't had insight into our data, except through historical data, quarterly and annual reports. With the new dashboard, they see what we see. We aim to be as transparent as possible and invite players experiencing issues with operators to submit their disputes to our team."

To explore the data, visit the new dashboard here.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, today reported financial results for the third quarter of 2026.

"We delivered strong third quarter performance, with orders, sales and adjusted EPS all up between 15% and 35%, with very strong free cash flow," said Chairman & CEO David Gitlin. "Organic orders were up ~35%, with data center orders up ~300%, resulting in over $8.5 billion of backlog, up 60% versus last year, reflecting continued strong demand for our differentiated solutions. We expect to deliver double-digit organic sales and adjusted EPS growth in 2026, while record backlog levels give us confidence to sustain this momentum into 2027 and beyond."

Third Quarter 2026 Results

Total Company

Carrier's third quarter sales of $6.3 billion increased 12% compared to the prior year. Organic sales increased 15%, and divestitures were a headwind of 3%.

GAAP operating loss of ($2,273) million in the quarter decreased from last year, with growth in all segments offset by a goodwill impairment charge.

Adjusted operating profit of $1,091 million in the quarter increased 33% with growth in all segments.

Adjusted operating margin of 17.4% was up 260 basis points from last year, predominantly due to favorable volume and price partially offset by the impact of increased input costs and tariffs.

The company recorded approximately $130 million of operating profit benefit from IEEPA refunds.

Net loss from continuing operations was ($2,593) million and adjusted net earnings from continuing operations were $713 million. GAAP EPS from continuing operations was ($3.16) and adjusted EPS was $0.87. The increase in adjusted EPS was primarily driven by higher operating profit and the benefits of a lower share count, partially offset by a higher effective tax rate and higher non-controlling interest related to the IEEPA refunds.

Climate Solutions Americas (CSA)

CSA segment sales grew 24%. Organic sales were up 25%, driven by strong Residential and Commercial1 performance, up over 30% and 25%, respectively.

Segment operating margin expanded 250 basis points from the benefit of ~$120 million of IEEPA refunds and organic growth, partially offset by increased input costs and tariffs.

Climate Solutions Europe (CSE)

CSE segment sales increased 3% with strong organic sales growth of 12% offset by a 7% net headwind from divestitures and a 2% headwind from currency. Residential and Light Commercial (RLC) sales increased low-teens and Commercial grew high-single digits. Strong demand in residential heat pumps and air conditioning continued, with sales up ~35% each, more than offsetting high-single digit declines in boilers.

Segment operating margin increased 330 basis points with strong organic revenue growth and a ~100 basis point net benefit from the correction of a prior period item offset by increases in inventory-related reserves.

Climate Solutions Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (CSAME)

CSAME segment sales increased 2%. Organic sales were up 3% driven by strong growth in Commercial, up 10%, partially offset by a mid-single-digit decline in RLC.

Segment operating margin increased 50 basis points.

Climate Solutions Transportation (CST)

CST sales decreased 3% as continued growth in Container was more than offset by Truck and Trailer.

Segment operating margin increased 70 basis points driven by the benefits from IEEPA refunds partially offset by lower volumes.

Cash Flow

Net cash flows generated from operating activities were $813 million, and capital expenditures were $139 million, resulting in free cash flow of $674 million.

Goodwill

During Q3, the company recorded a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of $3.1 billion related to its Climate Solutions Europe reporting unit.

Full-Year 2026 Guidance**

Supported by a differentiated product portfolio, record backlog, minimum volume commitments under long-term agreements, and continued recovery in RLC end markets, Carrier now expects sales of nearly $24 billion, with organic growth of approximately 10%. The company remains vigilant in navigating industry-wide macro pressures, including tariffs and increasing input costs, and expects to return to shareowners approximately $2.3 billion through dividends and share repurchases.

**As of October 29, 2026

VUE Health Named Healthcare Advertising Agency of the Year 2026

Founder and CEO Kathryn Wilson also named one of the Top 10 Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2026

BOSTON, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- VUE Health, an independent healthcare advertising agency that helps emerging biopharma companies bring breakthrough therapies to market, has been named Healthcare Advertising Agency of the Year 2026 by Healthcare Business Review. The publication featured VUE Health as its cover story, "VUE Health: The Creative Architects Behind Tomorrow's Breakthrough Medicines." In a second milestone, VUE Health Founder and CEO Kathryn Wilson has been named one of the Top 10 Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2026.

Key facts about VUE Health

- Recognition: Healthcare Advertising Agency of the Year 2026 (Healthcare Business Review); Founder and CEO Kathryn Wilson named one of the Top 10 Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2026 (MSN)

- What VUE Health is: A healthcare advertising and medical communications agency focused on helping innovative therapies reach the people who need them

- Who VUE serves: Emerging biopharma companies commercializing therapies in oncology, rare disease, central nervous system conditions, and novel delivery technologies

- Leadership: Kathryn Wilson, Founder and CEO; Vikram Kanda, PhD, Chief Medical Officer and Partner

Why VUE Health Was Named Healthcare Advertising Agency of the Year 2026

The Healthcare Business Review recognition cites VUE Health's ability to combine deep scientific expertise, strategic insight, and creative execution to help innovative therapies move from development into meaningful patient impact.

VUE Health was built on a simple premise: put senior expertise back into the work. Unlike the traditional model, in which senior executives win the business and hand it to junior teams, VUE Health's experienced strategists, scientists, medical professionals, and creative leaders stay closely involved with clients throughout the commercialization journey. Clients have come to call VUE Health the "non-agency agency": no layers and senior people who work as true partners.

What sets VUE Health apart

- Science at the foundation. A multidisciplinary medical team of PhDs and PharmDs works alongside strategy and creative, so scientific understanding stays central to every program

- Sync Sprint methodology. VUE Health's approach can bring a product or program to market in as little as 90 days when circumstances demand it, starting with deep scientific immersion, market understanding, and strategic alignment before execution accelerates

- Proven launch impact. For a rare disease therapy for Castleman disease, which was facing limited awareness and widespread misdiagnosis, VUE Health prepared for launch in about 90 days. Its interactive "castle" experience at the American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting helped drive 99.8% recall of 5 key messages among participants, and the product saw 33% month-over-month, year-over-year sales growth

- AI-enabled, human-led. VUE Health uses technology to enhance human expertise rather than replace it, including internal platforms for workflow and resource management, a proprietary capability that assembles custom teams from employees and a network of vetted experts, and AI tools that make scientific dialogue with key opinion leaders faster and more meaningful

- Focused on what matters most. VUE Health concentrates on emerging biopharma companies in categories where awareness, diagnosis, and clinical education are often the critical barriers. The agency continues to expand its capabilities across media, public relations, technology platforms, and specialized scientific expertise

Kathryn Wilson: Top 10 Inspiring Women Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2026

Wilson founded VUE Health after rising through senior agency roles and finding herself spending less time solving clients' commercialization challenges and more time managing P&Ls and operations. She built VUE Health to return senior talent to the work itself, and that model now defines the agency's identity. MSN's feature highlights her decades of experience translating complex science into clear, meaningful communication for healthcare professionals and patients and a leadership style grounded in integrity, empathy, and meaningful impact. Her path into the industry began with an early pharmaceutical advertising internship that sparked a lasting passion, and today she is committed to supporting communities and developing future women leaders.

"I built the agency because I wanted to get back to the work that brought me into this industry in the first place, helping companies solve difficult challenges and bringing life-changing and lifesaving medicines to market," said Kathryn Wilson, Founder and CEO of VUE Health.

A Recognition Built by the VUE Health Team

"These honors belong to every person at VUE Health," said Wilson. "Agency of the Year recognizes what our team does every day: our medical team, strategists, creatives, media and account leaders, and the vetted experts who partner with us. My own recognition is really a reflection of the people who chose to build something different with me. We are not trying to become the biggest agency. We are focused on becoming the right partner for companies developing therapies where our experience, expertise, and passion can truly make a difference."

Wilson and VUE Health Chief Medical Officer and Partner Vikram Kanda, PhD, a scientist trained in molecular cardiology, work closely with clients as strategic peers, a model especially valuable for emerging biopharma companies whose first commercial hires are often building a launch with limited internal support.

"Pharmaceutical commercialization depends on scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and a deep understanding of how healthcare decisions are made," said Dr. Kanda. "Our medical team makes sure the science is never separated from the story. That is what this recognition is about: a team that slows down first to understand the science so our clients can move faster later."

VUE Health also thanks:

- Vikram Kanda, PhD, Partner and Chief Medical Officer and the medical team for best-in-class medical strategy and education

- Meaghan Taft, SVP Client Service and the strategy and account teams for ensuring commercial excellence

- Ohad Cohen, Executive Creative Director and the creative team for hard-hitting and targeted creative and pull-through to impact the attention of the HCP

- Dan Hurley, SVP Innovation and the omnichannel media team for strategic implementation and execution of omnichannel launch excellence and optimization

EVANSVILLE, Ind., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Escalade, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESCA, or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of sporting goods and indoor/outdoor recreational equipment, today announced results for the third quarter 2026.

THIRD QUARTER 2026 HIGHLIGHTS

(As compared to the third quarter 2025)

- Net sales decreased 3.2% to $65.6 million

- Gross margin improved 123 basis points to 29.4%

- Operating income of $8.7 million compared to $7.3 million

- Net income of $6.7 million, or $0.48 earnings per diluted share, compared to $5.6 million, or $0.40 earnings per diluted share

- EBITDA of $10.0 million compared to $8.6 million

- Pre-tax income includes tariff recoveries of $1.7 million

- Cash provided by operations of $14.9 million compared to cash used of $1.0 million

For the three months ended September 30, 2026, Escalade posted net sales of $65.6 million, net income of $6.7 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.48.

Total net sales decreased 3.2% on a year-over-year basis in the third quarter, primarily driven by lower sales in our basketball, indoor games and table tennis categories against a prior-year period that reflected tariff-related order timing. These decreases were partially offset by increases in our archery category, including strong vertical bow demand and the incremental contribution from our September 2025 acquisition of Gold Tip, as well as increased demand in the safety and outdoor games categories.

Escalade reported third quarter gross margin of 29.4%, an increase of 123 basis points versus the prior-year period, primarily driven by better absorption and a favorable customer and sales mix.

Net income for the third quarter of 2026 was $6.7 million, or $0.48 diluted earnings per share, compared to net income of $5.6 million, or $0.40 diluted earnings per share, for the same quarter in 2025.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization ("EBITDA") was $10.0 million in the third quarter of 2026, an increase of $1.4 million versus $8.6 million in the prior-year period. Third quarter 2026 EBITDA included a $1.6 million benefit from the recovery of tariff costs incurred in prior periods.

During the third quarter of 2026, the Company generated $14.9 million in cash flow from operations, compared to cash used of $1.0 million in the prior-year period.

Total debt at the end of the quarter was $13.1 million, down from $20.2 million at the end of the third quarter last year, and $18.5 million at the end of 2025.

Total cash and equivalents as of September 30, 2026 was $24.5 million, while availability on the senior secured revolving credit facility maturing in 2027 was $60.0 million.

Escalade announced a quarterly dividend of $0.1525 per share to be paid to all shareholders of record on January 4, 2027 and payable on January 11, 2027.

MANAGEMENT COMMENTARY

"Our third quarter results demonstrated the resilience of our more efficient operating model, with gross margin expanding 123 basis points year-over-year to 29.4% and strong cash flow from operations," stated Patrick J. Griffin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Escalade. "Consumer demand across our portfolio remained reasonably stable despite deteriorating consumer sentiment. Continued strength in archery, including robust demand for our vertical bows and the incremental contribution from Gold Tip, which we acquired in September 2025, as well as growth in our safety and outdoor games categories drove demand. Reported net sales were unfavorably impacted by comparisons to the third quarter of last year, when tariff-related dynamics shifted the timing of larger customer orders from the second quarter into the third quarter, and by our strategic exit from certain lower-margin product lines."

"Gross margin improvement reflected a favorable sales mix and improved fixed-cost absorption resulting from the acquisitions we completed during 2025, which offset higher freight and material related costs incurred during the quarter," continued Griffin. "Through the first nine months of 2026, we expanded gross margin by more than 210 basis points compared with the same period in 2025. The operational improvements we have made, together with our continued discipline in cost controls and inventory management, have established a margin structure that we believe is sustainable through the cycle."

"As we enter the holiday season, we are working closely with our retail partners to highlight our brands with exciting promotions designed to fuel consumer demand and accelerate sell-through," Griffin added. "We expect inflationary pressures and higher interest rates, as well as broader economic and geopolitical uncertainty, to continue to weigh on consumer spending for discretionary goods. Looking ahead to 2027, we believe our steady cadence of new product launches and a full year of contribution from our recent acquisition will position the business to take market share and generate sales growth, even as consumer headwinds persist."

"Our improved gross margin and strong cash flow enabled us to further strengthen our balance sheet during the third quarter," concluded Griffin. "We continued to prioritize debt repayment, reducing total debt to $13.1 million from $20.2 million a year ago, while increasing cash to $24.5 million and ending the quarter in a net cash position with full availability on our revolving credit facility. Maintaining a strong balance sheet remains a cornerstone of our capital allocation strategy and provides the financial flexibility to pursue acquisitions that broaden and strengthen our business, as demonstrated by our recent acquisition of ASL Solutions. We remain focused on disciplined capital deployment, with the goal of driving profitable growth through the cycle and creating long-term shareholder value."
