DENVER, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AirDNA, the leading provider of short-term rental (STR) data and analytics, today launched AirDNA Adapt, adding revenue management to its product stack for STR hosts and property managers. Built with AI at its core rather than layered onto a traditional rules-based pricing model, Adapt weighs each listing's full competitive landscape using data from the 15 million listings AirDNA tracks, then sets nightly rates and minimum stays with a clear rationale for every rate.

Adapt was built in response to feedback from thousands of STR hosts surfacing a recurring industry challenge: operators often can't tell whether their pricing is working or understand why a rate has changed. More than 14,000 listings were connected to Adapt during private and public betas, which kept operator feedback at the center of product development.

"Pricing a property shouldn't require translating your strategy into dozens of rules and settings," said Rohit Bezewada, CEO of AirDNA. "We built Adapt around a simpler approach: operators set the strategy, and Adapt handles the complexity underneath. We believe operators should always be able to understand what the system is doing and why, in plain language they can act on."

Key features include:

Daily dynamic pricing: Nightly rates and minimum stays adjust as market and booking conditions change, with local event detection built in

Unlimited comp-sets: Auto-built, editable comp sets with historical and forward-looking performance benchmarks, plus a daily comp calendar comparing rates, minimum stays, and availability

Four pricing strategies: Operators set the goal, whether revenue, occupancy, a balance of the two, or steadier earnings from earlier bookings, and Adapt sets the underlying pricing rules to match, all adjustable

Performance dashboard: Tracks actual booked revenue, ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and length of stay, benchmarked against the listing's history and comp set, with up to two years of historical performance

AI assistant: Explains why any given rate was set, tests alternative scenarios, and applies pricing changes with operator approval

"Good pricing starts with understanding what a property is competing against, and most operators are working with a partial view of their market," said Jamie Lane, AirDNA's Chief Economist. "We've spent twelve years building the full picture, which Adapt now puts to work on every pricing decision."

Adapt is available today at AirDNA.co/adapt and is free to connect, with integrations for Airbnb, Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, OwnerRez, and Uplisting, and more integrations coming in 2026.

—Celebración de los Árboles festival, cultural installations, Spanish-language programs and family activities highlight cultures and connections to trees—

LISLE, Ill., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Morton Arboretum will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15 with cultural programs, family activities, Spanish-language experiences and community-led installations, including the two-day Celebración de los Árboles (Celebration of Trees) festival. Visitors can experience Latin American cultures and traditions while exploring connections among people, trees and nature and learning about the Arboretum's conservation work in Latin America.

"We're excited to continue building meaningful connections with the Latino community through programs that celebrate culture while creating opportunities to connect with trees and nature," said Brooke Pudar, the Arboretum's head of community engagement. "Hispanic Heritage Month is also an opportunity to share the Arboretum's work beyond our grounds and highlight the importance of protecting trees and ecosystems throughout Latin America."

The month's centerpiece will be Celebración de los Árboles, presented in partnership with the DuPage Hispanic Alliance, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 26 and 27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festival will feature music, dance, food, storytelling and cultural performances, along with Lucha Libre matches culminating in a Sunday championship match and luchador meet-and-greet, Spanish-language tram rides, mariachi bands, salsa music and dance lessons, artisan vendors, food trucks and more. The festival is included with Arboretum admission.

"The DuPage Hispanic Alliance is proud to continue our valued partnership with The Morton Arboretum for Celebración de los Árboles during Hispanic Heritage Month," said Maria Rodriguez DiGioia, president of the DuPage Hispanic Alliance. "This wonderful event brings people together to honor the richness of Latino cultures and traditions while sharing our heritage with the community in the beautiful natural setting of The Morton Arboretum. We are honored to be part of a celebration that so meaningfully connects culture, community and nature."

More than a dozen local artists and vendors will offer handcrafted goods, art and traditional foods, including tamales, conchas, paletas, empanadas and aguas frescas. An Artists' Gallery will feature work by Latino artists. Visitors also can take Herbarium tours for a behind-the-scenes look at how the Arboretum collects and preserves Mexican oak species and other plant specimens. The tours will highlight research by Arboretum scientists and collaborators in Mexico on oak diversity in Mexico and Central America. Tours are free with advance registration and recommended for ages 7 and older.

Throughout Hispanic Heritage Month, visitors can experience Cultivando Comunidad: Tree Stories in Papel Picado, a cultural installation in the Visitor Center featuring papel picado, a traditional Mexican folk art made from intricately cut paper. Created by Chicago artist Jason Guzman, the installation tells stories of people and community organizations that plant trees in their neighborhoods and support trees through the Chicago Region Trees Initiative's Tree Ambassador Program. Visitors can create and add their own papel picado story to the display.

Spanish-language and bilingual programs include Tranvía en Español/Spanish-Language Tram Tours, one-hour guided tours aboard the Acorn Express through the Arboretum's woodlands, wetlands and prairies. Tours will be offered during Celebración de los Árboles on Sept. 26 and 27 and on Sundays through mid-November, weather permitting. Caminata en la Naturaleza/Hike in the Nature will be offered Oct. 4, providing an opportunity to explore the Arboretum's trails while learning about its history, plants and animals.

Families can join Bilingual Acorn Express Adventures on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 for an English- and Spanish-language experience featuring a short hike and take-home craft focused on eagles and their significance in Hispanic culture. Spanish-language programs also include Terapia de Bosque/Forest Therapy Walks, led by Spanish-speaking certified forest therapy guides and followed by a tea ceremony.

The month will conclude with Family Lotería and Lotería Nights on Sunday, Oct. 11. Family Lotería, from 1 to 4 p.m., will feature the traditional Mexican game of chance, custom Arboretum-themed cards by artist Jazmin Rodriguez, bilingual hosting and prizes, with food and drinks available for purchase. From 5 to 8 p.m., Lotería Nights, for ages 21 and older, will offer an adults-only evening with bilingual hosting, custom cards, prizes and authentic food and drinks in the Firefly Pavilion. Tickets for both programs are available now at mortonarb.org.

Hispanic Heritage Month connects the Arboretum's cultural programming with its mission as a tree-focused botanical garden and research center. Arboretum researchers work with partners in Mexico and Central America to conserve threatened trees and ecosystems while supporting local communities. Visitors can learn more about this work through Hispanic Heritage Month programming, including Herbarium tours during Celebración de los Árboles.

Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates the cultures, histories and contributions of people whose ancestors came from Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. The observance, from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, includes Día de la Raza and Indigenous Peoples' Day on Monday, Oct. 12, as well as the anniversaries of independence for Latin American countries Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico and Chile.

Spanish-language maps are available year-round at the Information Desk in the Visitor Center, and free tree-care information is available in English and Spanish at mortonarb.org. For admission, program and scheduling information, visit mortonarb.org.

Leaders in the control tower market include Blue Yonder, e2open, Elemica, FourKites, Infor, and o9 Solutions.

MIAMI, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Supply chain control tower technology is increasingly converging across planning, execution, multi-enterprise networks, visibility, manufacturing, and decision intelligence. As organizations connect these environments, investments are increasingly measured by their ability to improve decision velocity, provide greater operational context, and reduce the financial impact of disruption.

The clearest ROI opportunities come from shortening the cycle between identifying an issue, understanding its downstream impact, and executing an informed response. Faster and better-contextualized decisions can reduce expedite costs, inventory exposure, backorders, customer escalations, and manual exception work while improving service levels, production utilization, and labor and asset productivity. Organizations can also increase operational scale without adding coordination resources at the same rate.

"Control tower ROI is increasingly determined by decision velocity," said Charles Brennan, Principal Analyst at Nucleus Research. "The value comes from identifying the disruptions that materially affect the business, understanding their operational and financial consequences, and acting while there is still time to improve the outcome."

Planning and execution are becoming more closely connected as organizations use real-time signals and scenario analysis to evaluate decisions around inventory allocation, production priorities, suppliers, transportation, and customer commitments. This enables teams to compare potential actions against service, cost, capacity, inventory, and financial objectives before execution.

AI is accelerating this progression by building on the predictive analytics, machine learning, optimization, and prescriptive capabilities already established in control tower technology. Generative and agentic AI are increasingly helping automate the work between insight and action, with software agents beginning to monitor exceptions, gather information, analyze shortages, coordinate with suppliers, evaluate responses, and initiate actions in connected systems. Adoption remains governed by financial impact and operational risk, increasing the importance of explainability, approval thresholds, auditability, and human oversight.

As the market matures, the strongest platforms will be those that provide enough operational context to determine which disruptions require intervention and help organizations move from delayed reaction toward same-cycle response, near-real-time action, and, where possible, anticipation of issues before they materially affect operations.

Leaders in the Value Matrix excel in both functionality and usability, offering comprehensive solutions that deliver high ROI and support large-scale adoption. Leaders in this year's Value Matrix include Blue Yonder, e2open, Elemica, FourKites, Infor, and o9 Solutions.

Expert vendors offer deep, specialized functionality suited for complex requirements. These include aioneers, Kinaxis, and SAP.

Accelerators focus on usability and ease of deployment, providing simpler solutions that enable quick adoption with less complexity. This year's Accelerators are Aera Technology, Lyric, and Pelico.

Core Providers offer essential, reliable functionalities, ideal for organizations with basic needs. This year's Core Providers are Centrum-AI, Cleo, Enmovil, Ergodic, and Syren.

PARK CITY, Utah, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Avari, a vacation rental management company, officially launches with homes across 24 markets and a new vision for the future of vacation rentals. Built on a foundation of deep industry expertise, Avari brings a more thoughtful, hospitality-driven approach to vacation rental management designed to deliver stronger performance for homeowners and more personalized stays for travelers.

Formed in late 2025 following the acquisition of management rights for 24 former Vacasa markets, Avari officially assumed management earlier this year with an established operational foundation already in place, including more than 5,500 homes, more than 700 employees, experienced local teams operating within each regional market and thousands of homeowner relationships.

Avari is led by a team of leading industry experts and some of the most respected operators in vacation rental management including President & Chief Operating Officer Ashley Horsley, who has been instrumental in defining the company's vision and operating model. Horsley previously served as Chief Executive Officer at 360Blue, a luxury vacation rental manager in the Florida panhandle. More recently, she co-founded and served as President and Chief Commercial Officer at Key Data, the vacation rental industry's leading business intelligence and benchmarking platform. United by a commitment to data-driven decision-making, operational excellence and homeowner success, Avari's leadership team is setting a new standard for what professional property management can deliver.

The company currently manages homes spanning premier vacation destinations in seven states – Florida, Alabama, Utah, California, Oregon, Nevada, and Washington. Today, Avari further expand its Utah and Washington footprints with homes in Moab and Heber City, Utah, and the San Juan Islands, Washington.

A New Model for Vacation Rental Management

Avari aims to evolve vacation rental management by applying a more thoughtful, high-touch approach to the guest and homeowner experience.

For homeowners, this model starts with a substantial investment in revenue management and a more strategic approach to property performance. Avari has increased its ratio of revenue managers to homes 6x since launch, making this one of the company's most significant areas of investment. Dedicated revenue managers continuously evaluate pricing, occupancy, booking pace, seasonality, local events and traveler demand to drive more dynamic pricing that generates stronger long-term returns. Because these specialists are embedded within the markets they support, they can recognize demand drivers and market shifts that algorithms may miss.

For travelers, Avari aims to combine the comfort and flexibility of a vacation home with the consistency of a trusted hospitality brand. Each home is thoughtfully prepared for arrival and stocked with essential amenities, including linens, towels and kitchen and bath supplies. Guests also benefit from seamless communication before, during and after their stay; locally curated travel guides developed by Avari's in-market teams, helping travelers discover some of the best restaurants, attractions and highlights each destination has to offer; and a simplified checkout with no need to strip beds, take out trash or complete an extensive cleanup checklist.

"Avari was built to challenge the conventional approach to the industry by bringing together deep expertise, a service-first mindset and a commitment to innovation that drives stronger property performance while creating a better overall experience for guests," said Brandon Labrum, Co-CEO of Avari.

As part of its continued investment in the guest stay, Avari is exploring additional ways to personalize stays based on traveler needs, from enhanced in-home amenities such as beach towels and pet supplies to services that can help families secure items like cribs or car seats. The company is also exploring local and national partnerships designed to unlock added value for guests, including savings on local experiences and services, and plans to roll out a guest loyalty program later this year.

"We believe vacation rentals should deliver hospitality -- not simply access to a home -- and help travelers truly experience the destinations where they're staying," said Ashley Horsley, President & Chief Operating Officer. "That means continually investing in the details that make travel more personal, whether that's simplifying checkout, creating locally curated resources or introducing new ways to enhance the guest journey over time. "For us, hospitality begins with the human perspective, and our focus is on finding meaningful ways to make each stay feel personal and intentionally crafted."

Avari's ability to deliver this model at scale is supported by its combination of trusted local experts and sophisticated national resources. In-market teams bring deep destination knowledge and oversee homeowner relationships, property care and the guest experience, while Avari's national team provides expertise in technology, revenue management, and marketing. Together, these capabilities allow Avari to deliver a more personalized service for homeowners and guests while maintaining the consistency and resources of a large-scale hospitality brand.

HONG KONG, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- JSAUX GAMING today officially launched two products from VOIDJOY, its controller-focused sub-brand: the VOIDJOY SkyLark S1 Pro Portable Controller and the VOIDJOY Elite Extender for Switch Pro Controller.

The launch expands JSAUX GAMING's product portfolio into gaming control hardware and accessories, offering new options for portable and console gaming setups. The VOIDJOY lineup will be showcased at IFA 2026 in Berlin from September 4 to 8 at booth H7.2b-117.

JSAUX GAMING VOIDJOY Controller Lineup

VOIDJOY SkyLark S1 Pro Portable Controller

The VOIDJOY SkyLark S1 Pro is a compact portable controller designed for flexible play across different gaming setups. It supports 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth and USB-C wired connections across compatible devices.

The controller features recessed dual TMR sticks with magnetic sensing for precise analog input. Their lower-set position helps keep the S1 Pro compact and easy to carry, while making it easier to store in a bag or other compact spaces.

Optical quick-switch triggers give players two input options for different types of games. Analog Mode provides full-range, pressure-sensitive input for racing and simulation games, while Quick Mode shortens actuation for faster responses in shooters and action games. Players can switch between the two modes using a dedicated button.

A single included 2.4GHz receiver can connect up to two S1 Pro controllers, allowing users to switch between connected controllers without swapping receivers. Through KeyLinker, users can remap buttons, adjust stick and trigger settings, configure macros and install firmware updates.

The VOIDJOY SkyLark S1 Pro supports Windows, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, SteamOS, Android, and Apple devices. The controller is not compatible with PlayStation 5 or Xbox consoles.

Full details are available on the VOIDJOY SkyLark S1 Pro product page.

VOIDJOY Elite Extender for Switch Pro Controller

The VOIDJOY Elite Extender attaches directly to the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller without requiring disassembly or replacing the original gamepad. It keeps the familiar grip and layout while adding P1/P2 rear buttons, detachable linear triggers and further control customization.

The rear buttons keep frequently used actions close at hand, while the detachable linear triggers add analog-style input for supported games and scenarios, including racing titles. Users can install or remove the triggers according to their preferred setup.

An integrated 1,800mAh battery supports longer gaming sessions and portable use. Through KeyLinker, users can configure button mapping, macros, turbo settings and supported stick and trigger adjustments.

For additional details, visit the VOIDJOY Elite Extender product page. A complete VOIDJOY User Operation Guide is also available for setup and operation of both products.

VOIDJOY PC Controller Preview

VOIDJOY will preview an upcoming PC Controller built around a modular design and more adaptable control. The product is planned for release later in 2026, with further details to follow.

JEFF CORWIN'S SOUTHERN WILD ON ABC STATIONS NATIONWIDE

Series Premieres Saturday, October 3

Watch Trailer

NEW YORK, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Emmy®-winning conservationist, television host, and executive producer Jeff Corwin returns to national television this fall with Jeff Corwin's Southern Wild, a new wildlife conservation series produced by Hearst Media Production Group in an exclusive partnership with Lees-McRae College.

Jeff Corwin's Southern Wild premieres Saturday, October 3, and will air weekend mornings on ABC stations nationwide as part of the Weekend Adventure educational/informational (E/I) programming block (times vary; check local listings).

Jeff Corwin hosts "Jeff Corwin's Southern Wild," debuting October 3 on ABC stations nationwide.

Filmed across North Carolina, Jeff Corwin's Southern Wild follows Corwin from the Appalachian Mountains to the Atlantic coast as he explores the wildlife, wild places and passionate people that make the Tar Heel State one of the country's most remarkable natural environments. Along the way, Corwin will search for bats and salamanders, encounter black bears, alligators and sea turtles, snorkel waterways in exploration of native fish, and take viewers inside wildlife rescue and conservation efforts happening in real-time.

Joining Corwin in the field are scientists, wildlife experts and conservationists, as well as Lees-McRae College students, educators and alumni, whose hands-on work in wildlife biology, rehabilitation and conservation offers a window into how the next generation of environmental leaders is being prepared.

"North Carolina is an extraordinary place to tell stories about wildlife," Corwin said. "But what excites me most about Southern Wild is that we're not only encountering incredible animals — we're meeting the people who have dedicated their lives to understanding and conserving them and working alongside students who will carry that mission into the future."

"Jeff Corwin's Southern Wild gives us an extraordinary opportunity to demonstrate, on a national scale, why Lees-McRae is the premier institution for experiential learning," said Lee King, president of Lees-McRae College. "North Carolina is a living classroom for our students. From actively caring for animals at our rehab center and leading research at our nature preserve, to working with conservation partners across the state, our students are already leaders in wildlife sciences. To have Jeff Corwin showcase their work and studies is incredibly exciting for our college."

"Educating, informing and inspiring the next generation is at the heart of HMPG's mission," said Bryan Curb, president of Hearst Media Production Group. "Bringing together Jeff Corwin's passion for wildlife with the hands-on conservation work at Lees-McRae College makes this series a natural and compelling fit for our viewers."

For more than three decades, Jeff Corwin has brought audiences face-to-face with wildlife and some of the planet's most extraordinary environments, building a career that has made him one of television's most recognizable wildlife conservationists. Corwin has fronted more than a dozen television series seen in more than 100 countries. He holds degrees in biology and anthropology and a master's degree in wildlife and fisheries conservation and is a noted author, wildlife biologist and conservation advocate. Corwin has partnered with HMPG on several series including Wildlife Nation with Jeff Corwin and Ocean Mysteries with Jeff Corwin.

HMPG's current program portfolio comprises more than 30 original series and hundreds of hours of content annually on leading broadcast networks and station groups and on connected TV and streaming platforms. It has a library of 85 series (6,000 episodes) and its content can be found in 100 countries.

NEW YORK, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Women's Capital Summit will bring together leading voices from sports, investing, business and media for a timely conversation on the rapidly expanding economic opportunity surrounding women's sports and women entrepreneurs.

As investment in women's sports continues to accelerate, the Summit will examine what comes next: how investors, leagues, founders and business leaders can build on that momentum to create lasting value, expand ownership opportunities and ensure women entrepreneurs benefit from the growth of the sports economy.

Actor, activist, entrepreneur and investor Sophia Bush will participate in the Summit to speak about the importance of investing in women's sports and backing women entrepreneurs. Bush has been an outspoken advocate for women's leadership and economic opportunity and has invested in businesses and initiatives advancing women.

A featured session, "Beyond the Game: Investing in the Future of Sports," will explore where capital is moving across the sports ecosystem and the opportunities emerging for investors, entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

The panel will feature:

Dr. Jan Adams, Founder and CEO, JMA Solutions & Co-Owner, DC Power FC

Ali Curtis, Executive Vice President, Major League Soccer & President, MLS NEXT Pro

Lorine Pendleton, Founder & Managing Partner, 125 Ventures

Moderator: Julie Donaldson, news anchor and reporter, WTTG FOX5 DC

The discussion will examine the expanding sports investment landscape, including team and league growth, technology and innovation, athlete entrepreneurship, new business models and the role of private capital in shaping the future of the industry.

"Women's sports is no longer an emerging opportunity—it is a growing and increasingly sophisticated investment market," said Gwen Young, CEO of Women Business Collaborative. "The opportunity extends well beyond teams and leagues. Women athletes are becoming investors, founders and business leaders, while entrepreneurs are building companies across media, technology, health, consumer products and the broader sports ecosystem. Through panels, investor conversations, matchmaking and relationship-building, the Summit creates opportunities for women founders to connect directly with the people and institutions capable of funding and scaling their businesses.

The sports programming reflects the Summit's broader mission: moving beyond conversations about representation toward meaningful investment, ownership and economic participation.

542,000-square-foot facility will deploy 32 new ENGEL molding systems, FANUC robotics, autonomous material handling and Krevera read-write AI while creating approximately 120 jobs

TIFFIN, Ohio, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nickolas Asset Management and Kreate today announced a $100 million investment in a 542,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility at 458 Second Avenue in Tiffin, Ohio.

The investment includes the facility, machinery, infrastructure, tooling and startup of an operation that will manufacture Kreate's consumer and professional products.

The first machines have already arrived. Production is scheduled to begin October 1, 2026.

"Skilled trades plus technology is the future of American manufacturing," said Nickolas Reinhart, founder and owner of Kreate. "The companies that win will put a full stack of technology in the hands of the best people. Tiffin brings both under one roof to create the most efficient and competitive manufacturing operation in our industry."

The facility will operate 32 new ENGEL injection-molding machines equipped with iQ weight-control technology. The systems will be integrated with pick-and-place robots, FANUC collaborative robots, autonomous guided vehicles and automated packaging.

Krevera's read-write computer-vision AI platform will connect production equipment, quality systems and factory operations. The technology will inspect output, identify process deviations, communicate directly with equipment and enable machines to make autonomous corrections in real time.

The connected system is designed to increase production speed, improve quality, reduce material usage and operate with significantly less waste.

"ENGEL and Dr. Stefan Engleder are true technology and integration partners," Reinhart said. "They understand our scale, our speed and the level of performance we expect. We are not buying individual machines. We are building one complete manufacturing system."

The Tiffin site offered an uncommon combination of scale, electrical capacity, rail access, warehousing and existing industrial infrastructure. These capabilities allowed Kreate to install new technology and launch production substantially faster than a ground-up development.

The facility also provides room to add equipment and expand manufacturing capacity as demand grows.

An integrated rail spur capable of holding 25 railcars will strengthen raw-material supply, simplify material movement and reduce resin, freight and handling costs. Extensive on-site warehousing will support high-volume production, inventory management and distribution.

The facility will also include on-site tool-and-die maintenance and repair. Kreate's skilled trades team will be able to maintain, repair and optimize production tooling internally, reducing downtime and accelerating product launches.

Kreate expects the Tiffin operation to create approximately 120 jobs across skilled trades, tool-and-die repair, manufacturing, engineering, robotics, automation, maintenance and logistics.
