DKP063 returns 62 m grading 0.91% CuEq¹ (0.70% Cu, 0.30 g/t Au) from 20 m, within 398 m grading 0.45% CuEq from surface

Highlights

The La Verde porphyry discovery has delivered another round of high-grade, near-surface copper-gold drill results, supporting the Company's objective of integrating La Verde into the Costa Fuego copper-gold (Cu-Au) Project, located on Chile's coastal range at low elevation.

Three high-grade intersections from shallow depths headline the latest Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling at La Verde, supporting the continuity of wide mineralised zones across the deposit. Significant intersections include:

DKP063 recorded 398 m grading 0.45% CuEq (0.35% Cu, 0.12 g/t Au) from surface

Including 62 m grading 0.91% CuEq (0.70% Cu, 0.30 g/t Au) from 20 m depth

Which included 12 m grading 1.00% CuEq (0.66% Cu, 0.49 g/t Au) from 20 m depth

And included 34 m grading 1.00% CuEq (0.80% Cu, 0.27 g/t Au) from 42 m depth

DKP075 recorded 132 m grading 0.57% CuEq (0.45% Cu, 0.16 g/t Au) from 24 m depth (partial)

Including 42 m grading 0.70% CuEq (0.57% Cu, 0.19 g/t Au) from 96 m

Assays are still outstanding for the remaining 177 m, results expected shortly

DKP064 recorded 126 m grading 0.45% CuEq (0.38% Cu, 0.08 g/t Au) from 54 m depth

Including 26 m grading 0.70% CuEq (0.60% Cu, 0.13 g/t Au) from 108 m

Assays from 22 drillholes (two Diamond Drill (DD), one DD tail and 19 RC) remain pending, providing a steady flow of results as assay turnaround time improves from two accredited laboratories.

PERTH, Australia, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hot Chili Limited (ASX: HCH) (TSXV: HCH) (OTCQX: HHLKF) ("Hot Chili" or the "Company") is pleased to announce another set of high-grade drill results from its La Verde Cu-Au porphyry discovery (La Verde), located 30 km south of the Company's Costa Fuego Cu-Au Project (Costa Fuego) planned central processing hub in Chile's coastal Atacama region.

Christian Easterday, Managing Director of Hot Chili, said: "DKP063 is among the strongest near-surface intersections we have drilled at La Verde so far, with comparable grades are now appearing across the deposit, we have confidence in the scale of a potential high-grade starter pit for Costa Fuego. With assays from 22 holes still to come, our focus is on converting this drilling into a maiden Mineral Resource and, from there, integrating this into an enhanced and upscaled Costa Fuego Prefeasibility study."

Three New, Near-Surface High-Grade Intersections Highlight Scale

Three RC drillholes targeting the up-dip extension of high-grade mineralisation at La Verde have each returned wide intersections of copper-gold mineralisation from shallow depths. Importantly, these results are distributed across the deposit, highlighting the scale and continuity of La Verde's growing high-grade core.

These results are headlined by DKP063 (Figure 3 and 4), which recorded 398 m grading 0.45% CuEq (0.35% Cu, 0.12 g/t Au) from surface. Within this, a significant higher-grade component includes 62 m grading 0.91% CuEq(0.70% Cu, 0.30 g/t Au) from just 20 m depth, demonstrating the continuity of high-grade mineralisation at shallow depths (Figure 6) and reinforcing the potential for a high-grade starter pit, capable of delivering early higher-grade material to the Costa Fuego mine plan.

DKP075 recorded a partial result of 132 m grading 0.57% CuEq (0.45% Cu, 0.16 g/t Au) from 24 m depth which included 42 m grading 0.70% CuEq (0.57% Cu, 0.19 g/t Au) from 96 m (Figure 5). The hole was designed to test a near-surface data gap between two interpreted high-grade areas, with the result indicating continuity of a broad blanket of oxide mineralisation in this area. Results from the final 177 m of this hole are still outstanding and are expected to be reported shortly.

Additionally, DKP064, which was collared at the southern extent of La Verde's high-grade core, returned 126 m grading 0.45% CuEq (0.38% Cu, 0.08 g/t Au) from 54 m depth, including 26 m grading 0.70% CuEq (0.60% Cu, 0.13 g/t Au) from 108 m, together with a second intersection of 74 m grading 0.35% CuEq (0.29% Cu, 0.07 g/t Au) from 276 m.

Importantly, the presence of these grades at the southern margin of the interpreted high-grade core further supports the lateral continuity of higher-grade mineralisation and suggests potential for expansion in this direction, which remains to be tested (Figure 4).

Updated DKD060 Result Extends Mineralisation to 765m Down-Hole Depth

Final assay results for the deeper portion of DKD060 have been added to the previously reported intersection of 472 m grading 0.41% CuEq (0.34% Cu, 0.08 g/t Au) from 49 m (see announcement dated 24 August 2026).

An additional intersection of 123.1 m grading 0.30% CuEq (0.27% Cu, 0.02 g/t Au) from 642.1 m confirms continuity of the mineralised porphyry system to 765.2 m, close to the end-of-hole depth of 772.7 m, highlighting the vertical extent and scale potential of the La Verde discovery (Figure 4). The interval is punctuated by a narrow, higher-grade zone of 2.3 m grading 4.56% Cu from 655.5 m hosted within chalcopyrite-rich veining.

Advancing Toward Maiden MRE and Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) Integration

Hot Chili continues to advance resource definition and development workstreams at La Verde, with a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) targeted for completion later this year. The Company expects to follow with a revised Costa Fuego Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), incorporating La Verde, ahead of formal submission of the Costa Fuego Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in Q2 2027.

Ongoing drilling continues to expand and upgrade confidence in La Verde's high-grade copper-gold mineralisation, supporting the Company's objective of integrating the discovery into the Costa Fuego mine plan and development strategy.

This announcement is authorised by the Board of Directors for release to ASX and TSXV.

Qualifying Statements

Conceptual Open Pit Shells

Conceptual open pit shells represent Exploration Targets as defined in the 2012 Edition of the 'Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves' (JORC Code). They are based on completed exploration activities reported in the announcement released 19 May 2025 ('Hot Chili Announces Latest Drill Results for La Verde, Doubling Porphyry Discovery Footprint').

The conceptual open pit shells were generated using copper (Cu) prices of US$3.50/lb Cu and US$6.00/lb Cu on a series of nested Cu grade shells. Other input parameters informing the conceptual open-pit shells (pit slope angles, mining cost, processing cost, etc.) were derived from values reported in the March 2025 Costa Fuego Pre-Feasibility Study and are considered appropriate for the style of mineralisation encountered at the La Verde Cu-Au porphyry discovery.

Any potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target shown is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource within the target area, and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource.

Further exploration activities are detailed in this announcement and include (but may not necessarily be limited to) a program of diamond drillholes aiming to extend the mineralised footprint at La Verde. Drilling commenced on 22 September 2025, with the length of the program dependent on a number of considerations including (but not limited to) the results of the exploration activities and regulatory applications and approvals.

Luca Intersects 9.9 Metres of 5.39 g/t Gold Equivalent from the Catorce Zone at Tahuehueto Mine
Image File
Original HTML

The latest results continue to demonstrate the potential for significant near-mine resource expansion at Tahuehueto, with high-grade mineralization intersected across the Creston, Perdido veins and specifically at the Catorce Zone, an under-drilled area interpreted to represent a southern extension of the Creston Vein system. At Catorce, drilling has resumed for the first time since 2008, with the first surface hole returning 9.9 metres of 5.39 g/t AuEq, including 1.0 metre of 27.56 g/t AuEq, highlighting the potential of this underexplored vein system.

Highlights

- High-grade results from the first surface drillhole at the Catorce Zone since 2008:

- 9.9 metres ("m") of 5.39 g/t AuEq** (3.63 g/t Au, 70.14 g/t Ag, 0.02% Cu, 1.69% Pb, 5.63% Zn) in hole DDH26-RCE-01 including 1.0 m of 27.56 g/t AuEq (21.10 g/t Au, 58.50 g/t Ag, 0.09% Cu, 3.93% Pb, 38.25% Zn)

- The Catorce Zone is located approximately 250 m from existing underground development and is interpreted to be a southern extension of the Creston Vein within an area of structural complexity (Figure 1). This area was targeted by Luca with 7 holes totalling ~1,500 m of diamond drilling in this new exploration campaign.

- Continued high-grade intercepts from the Creston Vein, including:

- 6.2 m of 6.37 g/t AuEq (3.68 g/t Au, 153.91 g/t Ag, 0.91% Cu, 1.17% Pb and 1.15% Zn) in hole DDH26-248 including 1.1 m of 20.60 g/t AuEq (12.00 g/t Au, 563.00 g/t Ag, 2.51% Cu, 3.51% Pb, 0.86% Zn) within a broader interval of 2.9 m of 11.83 g/t AuEq (7.29 g/t Au, 281.12 g/t Ag, 1.46% Cu, 1.70% Pb, 1.06% Zn)

- 3.4 m of 4.77 g/t AuEq (2.00 g/t Au, 190.24 g/t Ag, 0.16% Cu, 1.76% Pb and 2.77% Zn) in hole DDH26-249 including 0.8 m of 11.67 g/t AuEq (4.65 g/t Au, 608.00 g/t Ag, 0.30% Cu, 1.78% Pb and 0.51% Zn)

- 1.3 m of 13.53 g/t AuEq (2.80 g/t Au, 538.23 g/t Ag, 6.17% Cu, 0.13% Pb and 0.04% Zn) and a secondary intersection of 1.3 m of 4.50 g/t AuEq (0.76 g/t Au, 247.86 g/t Ag, 1.32% Cu, 0.18% Pb and 0.06% Zn) in hole DDH26-250

- Drilling has confirmed the continuity of high-grade mineralization in previously untested areas located 20 to 35 m below Level 20, with all 14 drillholes completed in this newly identified area intersecting the Creston Vein, further validating Luca's geological model and demonstrating the potential to expand mineralization at depth

- The new intercepts exceed current mined grades and widths and occur within development distance of existing underground infrastructure, supporting potential integration into the near-term mine plan

- Confirmed mineralization at the Perdido Vein in close proximity to current mining faces through the ongoing Termite drill program:

- 0.9 m of 7.60 g/t AuEq (7.03 g/t Au, 32.70 g/t Ag, 0.08% Cu, 0.48% Pb and 0.64% Zn) in hole TRT26-07

- Two contracted diamond drill rigs are currently on site and a third surface rig is currently en route to site. A Luca owned and operated underground rig continues to define mineralization identified in the near-term mine plan.

"The latest results continue to reinforce our view that Tahuehueto has significant expansion potential beyond the current resource areas," stated Paul D. Gray, VP Exploration. "At Creston, all 14 drillholes targeting the breccia zone below Level 20 have intersected the vein, demonstrating excellent continuity and providing further confidence in the potential to expand the structure at depth.

"Equally exciting is the first surface drilling from the Catorce Zone since 2008, where the first hole returned 9.9 metres of 5.39 g/t AuEq, including 1.0 metre of 27.56 g/t AuEq. This strong result from a previously underexplored area supports our view of the unrealized exploration potential across the property, which we continue to uncover with additional Catorce assays pending and ongoing drilling across multiple target areas."

Drill Results Summary

Drillholes DDH26-SU-17 through DDH26-SU-20 targeted a previously untested zone approximately 30-40 metres below active mine workings on Level 23 and along strike from Luca's successful Phase 1 2024-2025 underground drill program and more recent drilling efforts (See Company News Releases Dated February 20, 2025, March 5, May 5, and July 7, 2026) and expanded upon these previously identified high-grade breccia zones.

Drillhole DDH26-247 through DDH26-255 were collared underground on Level 20 of the Tahuehueto gold-silver mine and targeted the Creston Vein in previously undrilled areas approximately 30 m below current workings. These holes were designed to expand upon and infill to a minimum 25 m spacing this newly defined mineralized breccia shoot first identified by Luca in 2026 (See Company News Release dated July 7, 2026). All these drillholes intersected the Creston Vein.

Drillhole DDH26-RCE-01 targeted mineralization previously identified within the Catorce Zone, a known, but under-drilled Tahuehueto mineralized zone that is interpreted to be a southern extension of the Creston Vein System and has not seen any exploration efforts since 2008.

To date, Luca has completed 62 underground holes for 11,182 m and 33 surface holes for 6,224 m using "HQ", "NQ" and/or "BQ" sized diamond drill core (Creston, Perdido, El Rey, Catorce and Santiago targets).

Production Verification Drillholes

As part of the Tahuehueto exploration program a Luca owned and operated Termite drill rig capable of drilling "BQ" sized drill core up to 100 m in length has been added to bolster near underground workings verification and mineral definition. Drill core from this drill rig is handled by the Tahuehueto exploration department and treated the same as exploration drill core (processing, logging and sampling) and is now being utilized to more accurately define the mineralized zones anticipated to be part of the near-term mine plan objectives. Drillholes TRT26-07 and TRT26-08  were drilled from Level 12 of the Tahuehueto mine and targeted the Perdido vein in areas that are scheduled to be mined during H2 2026 – H1 2027.

True widths are estimated to be approximately 85-90% of drilled intervals.

Figures 1-11 present the location of the drillholes with assay results and Tables 1 and 2 provide summary analytical results and drill collar details, respectively.

About 2026 Tahuehueto Exploration Program

The Tahuehueto property comprises a large epithermal gold-silver vein system with approximately 11 kilometres of known vein strike length and numerous mineralized structures. Mineralization remains open along strike and at depth across most modeled Mineral Resource areas. The current campaigns represent the first substantive exploration drilling conducted on the property in more than 12 years, and the first since the addition of key concessions to the land package (See Company News Release dated August 28, 2025).

Luca's 2026 exploration program builds on the success of the 2025 campaign. The program is designed to expand known mineral resources, adding near-term mineable material and defining the vertical and lateral extent of mineralization, as well as to identify additional thick, high-grade breccia zones known to occur within the epithermal vein system, and test multiple underexplored vein systems.

In addition to the four veins that currently support the mineral resource, at least 14 additional prospective veins have been documented within the concession area with potential to host epithermal Au-Ag (±Cu-Zn-Pb) mineralization. In several cases, these targets may represent extensions of the existing mineralized structures.

Overall, the Company has identified more than 11 km of prospective vein structures along strike, compared to approximately 4.5 km of mineralized veins incorporated into the current mineral resource model, highlighting significant exploration upside across the property.

Governor says Graphite Creek "Could provide enough graphite to meet the entire nation's needs for a century"

Graphite Creek is the largest known graphite deposit in the United States, according to the U.S. Geological Survey

U.S. remains 100% net import reliant for natural graphite

Graphite One advancing a complete U.S.-based graphite supply chain from Alaska to Ohio

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Graphite One Inc. (TSXV: GPH) (OTCQX: GPHOF) ("Graphite One" "G1" or the "Company") today highlighted comments from Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy identifying the Company's Graphite Creek Project as a potentially significant domestic source of graphite as the United States seeks to strengthen critical mineral supply chains and reduce reliance on foreign sources.

Governor Dunleavy made the comments in a Fox News August 31, 2026 op-ed, "China is holding critical minerals hostage. Alaska can help end the threat," HERE highlighting Alaska's ability to help secure U.S. supplies of minerals essential to technology and national security. He later referenced Alaska's graphite potential in a Fox News television interview HERE.

In the op-ed, Governor Dunleavy noted that Alaska hosts known resources of 57 of the 60 U.S. government-designated critical minerals and specifically highlighted Graphite One's Graphite Creek Project north of Nome, Alaska:

"Among its many mineral deposits, Alaska holds a bountiful reserve of graphite in the aptly named Graphite Creek Project. New estimates suggest that this one reserve alone could provide enough graphite to meet the entire nation's needs for a century."

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, Graphite Creek is the largest known graphite deposit in the United States and one of the largest globally. The U.S. Geological Survey's 2026 Mineral Commodity Summaries also reports that the United States remained 100% net import reliant for natural graphite in 2025.

"Governor Dunleavy's comments underscore the strategic importance of Graphite Creek to the United States," said Anthony Huston, President and CEO of Graphite One. "America remains entirely reliant on imports for natural graphite at a time when secure domestic supply is becoming increasingly important to advanced manufacturing, energy technologies and national security."

"Graphite One is advancing a fully integrated U.S. supply chain - anchored by Graphite Creek in Alaska and advanced graphite materials manufacturing in Ohio - designed to transform a world-class American resource into secure American supply," Huston continued.

"If America is serious about reducing its dependence on foreign graphite, domestic resources must be developed at scale. That is what Graphite One is being built to do."

Sustained Support for Graphite Creek

Governor Dunleavy's support for Graphite One's domestic development strategy predates his latest comments.

The Governor previously nominated Graphite Creek as a federal High-Priority Infrastructure Project. In June 2025, Graphite Creek was subsequently accepted as a "covered project" under the federal FAST-41 permitting process, becoming the first Alaska mining project to be listed on the FAST-41 Permitting Dashboard.

FAST-41 provides enhanced federal agency coordination, greater permitting transparency and a comprehensive permitting timetable for covered infrastructure projects.

Graphite Creek serves as the upstream anchor of Graphite One's strategy to establish a complete U.S.-based advanced graphite materials supply chain.

Graphite One's U.S. Supply Chain Strategy

Graphite One is advancing a vertically integrated domestic graphite strategy designed to reduce U.S. dependence on foreign-sourced graphite and establish an American supply chain extending from raw material through advanced materials manufacturing.

The Company's strategy includes:

- Mining and processing natural graphite at Graphite Creek, Alaska

- Transporting graphite materials through the Port of Nome

- Manufacturing advanced graphite and anode materials in Ohio

- Potential co-located recycling of graphite and other battery materials

This integrated approach is designed to establish a domestic supply chain spanning resource development, advanced materials manufacturing and potential recycling - supporting the development of a circular U.S. graphite materials economy and continues to remain subject to project financing.

About Graphite One Inc.

GRAPHITE ONE INC. continues to develop its Graphite One Project (the "Project"), with the goal of becoming an American producer of high-grade anode materials that is integrated with a domestic graphite resource. The Project is proposed as a vertically integrated enterprise to mine and process natural graphite and to manufacture artificial and natural graphite anode active materials primarily for the lithium-ion electric vehicle battery and energy storage markets.

Its founding partners include the following universities, research institutions and healthcare organizations (in alphabetical order): Bar-Ilan University, Beilinson Hospital - Rabin Medical Center, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Clalit Health Services, Hadassah Medical Center, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Maccabi Healthcare Services, Rambam Health Care Campus, Shaare Zedek Medical Center, Sheba Medical Center, The Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov), Tel Aviv University, The University of Haifa and the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Powered by a network of global industry leaders, INBI will advance an exceptional portfolio of promising Israeli biomedical research programs. It will build a world-class team with deep expertise in early-stage drug development, provide the necessary infrastructure and funding and unlock capital and commercialization opportunities for the next generation of Israeli biotechs.

"INBI represents a visionary model and marks the first-ever unity of all major sources of life sciences research in Israel, joining forces to create a national center of excellence with the mission of accelerating human cures," said Samuel Moed, Chairperson of INBI.
