Dunwoody Immersive will bring college-level, VR-powered coursework into Minnesota high school classrooms this fall

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Dunwoody College of Technology today announced the launch of Dunwoody Immersive, a first-of-its-kind dual-credit program that brings college-level skilled trades education directly into Minnesota high school classrooms. Using mixed and virtual reality technology, the program blends online coursework with mixed-reality labs, offering a new solution to the skilled trades gap and a path into skilled trades careers without requiring students to leave their high school campus. These first-semester intro courses were designed to get students started on a skilled-trades degree pathway.

This fall, Dunwoody Immersive is piloting two courses, DC Circuit Fundamentals and Early Global Architecture, at six Minnesota school districts and charter schools: Edina Virtual Pathways, Eden Prairie Schools, Wayzata Public Schools, White Bear Lake School District, Avalon School, and Hermantown Community Schools. Each course was designed around skilled trades and technical career pathways, including advanced manufacturing, construction, robotics, and architecture.

"Dunwoody Immersive is an innovative solution to a problem that we've all been talking about for too long," said Scott Stallman, Ph.D., president of Dunwoody College of Technology. "By leveraging technology and partnering with industry, we can increase access and opportunity at a time when students are starting to explore their options."

For every five workers who retire from manufacturing, construction and other skilled trades, only two replacements enter the workforce. By 2030, an estimated 2.1 million skilled trades jobs could go unfilled, according to the U.S. Department of Education. Few dual-credit options lead to these high-pay, high-demand fields, largely because the labs and equipment they require are cost-prohibitive for many high schools.

"We built Dunwoody Immersive because a student's ZIP code shouldn't decide whether they get a shot at a high-paying career in the skilled trades," said Cindy Olson, vice president of enrollment management at Dunwoody College of Technology. "This closes that gap."

Dunwoody Immersive combines dual-credit and PSEO with the flexibility of online learning, while preserving the hands-on, applied instruction central to a true technical education. Each 14- to 16-week course blends gamification, 2D and 3D visuals, and mixed and virtual reality labs and simulations. Students who complete a course earn both high school and college credit.

"Hands-on learning is central to the Dunwoody approach, and we wanted Immersive students to have that same experience," said Brad Hosack, chief operating officer of Dunwoody Immersive. "This isn't VR for the sake of VR. It's VR because it lets students safely try things they'd never get to do in a real lab."

"We're excited to be among the first to offer this innovative dual-credit opportunity with Dunwoody," said Eden Prairie Schools Superintendent Dr. Josh Swanson. "Our mission is to inspire each student every day, and an important part of that is creating authentic opportunities for students to explore their interests, discover their strengths, and begin imagining what might be possible for their future. Through Dunwoody Immersive, students can explore fields like DC electricity and architecture, experience college-level learning without leaving our campus, and earn college credit along the way. Partnerships like this allow us to expand when, where, and how learning happens while connecting students with real-world skills, experiences, and pathways for what comes next."

"At Graco, we see firsthand the growing demand for skilled technical talent and the importance of creating more pathways into the trades," said Angie Wordell, Executive Vice President of Graco, one of the initiative's supporting partners. "We're proud to support a program that helps prepare the next generation of skilled workers while reinforcing Minnesota's leadership in technical education and manufacturing."

Dunwoody Immersive launches this fall. More information about the program is available at dunwoody.edu/immersive.

Cronus Market Intelligence Publishes RegimeSignal's Accuracy Signal by Signal -- Bear 86%, Correction 84%, Pullback 83%, Recovery 82%, Averaging 84% Across the Full S&P 500 Cycle

Four signals, each measured out-of-sample, covering every stage of the cycle. Two independent PhD reviews validated them.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cronus Market Intelligence, LLC today said RegimeSignal™ predicts the full S&P 500 cycle, with four signals averaging 84% precision when they fire: bear 86%, correction 84%, pullback 83%, recovery 82%.

Each figure is the share of fires that were correct, measured out-of-sample. Recovery, the lowest at 82%, is a historical upper bound and the signal the PhD reviews qualified.

RegimeSignal also screens individual stocks, sectors and global indexes, and issues a report on any name covered. Those layers are coverage; the 84% covers the four S&P 500 signals only.

The PhD reviews reproduced the bear, pullback and correction signals against their locked results, concluding "Validated with Qualifications." A separate engineer force-simulated all four regime states and returned VERIFIED.

"RegimeSignal's software operates as designed. Its values and signals are driven by live data," said Babulal Sah, ISTQB Certified Tester, independent reviewer.

"Most models tell you it is a bull market," said Kip Lytel, CFA, founder of Cronus Market Intelligence. "Ours tells you where in the cycle you are, and what fires next."

At the September 8 close RegimeSignal rates the S&P 500 as Bull Strengthening, the Composite Market Score at 67.8, OFFENSE, and no risk cycle signal firing. Its year-end range of 7,892 to 8,542, struck August 4, is fixed at publication and can be marked right or wrong on December 31.

LIMASSOL, Cyprus, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Global multi-asset Forex and CFD broker FP Markets has been granted a Category 5 Licence by the UAE's Capital Market Authority (CMA), formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), adding to the Australian-founded broker's global regulatory footprint and marking a strategic step into the UAE market.

The licence, held by group entity FP Markets MENA Securities L.L.C. S.O.C., permits the broker to carry out marketing, promotional, and client introduction activities in Dubai and across the Emirates. In recent years, the UAE has drawn growing numbers of brokers, fintechs, and financial services providers looking to operate on more solid regulatory ground as they build out their regional client base.

John Lewis, FP Markets Chief Marketing Officer, stated: 'Securing a CMA licence is part of FP Markets' longer-term approach to regulation. Over the past 20 years, each licence we've added has built toward the multi-regulated presence we operate today, and the UAE is a natural next step in that. For our clients and partners, this means added security, transparency, and quality of service.'

The licence also underpins a more direct regulatory relationship within the UAE market, on top of FP Markets' existing multi-jurisdictional oversight. FP Markets holds licences across multiple leading jurisdictions including: the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Seychelles, the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa, and the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Kenya.

REPL Deadline Alert: Levi & Korsinsky Reminds Replimune Group, Inc. (REPL) Investors of Securities Class Action Deadline on October 5, 2026

Original HTML

Investors allege Replimune Group, Inc. told the market its RP1 resubmission was a complete response to the FDA's prior deficiency letter, while the agency's evidentiary standards for an "adequate and well-controlled" trial allegedly were never satisfied.

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Levi & Korsinsky, LLP notifies investors in Replimune Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: REPL) that a securities class action has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased securities between October 20, 2025 and April 10, 2026. Submit your information now. You may also contact Joseph E. Levi, Esq. at [email protected] or (212) 363-7500.

REPL closed at a Class Period high of $10.73 on December 8, 2025. Following the FDA's Complete Response Letter, shares fell $1.15 (19.46%) to $4.76 on April 10, 2026, then $3.06 (64.29%) to $1.70 on April 13, 2026, a cumulative decline of roughly $9.03 per share, or approximately 84%. The deadline to apply for lead plaintiff appointment is October 5, 2026.

The Evidentiary Standard the Company Allegedly Could Not Meet

Approval of a biologic requires substantial evidence of effectiveness from an adequate and well-controlled clinical investigation under Section 505(d) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 C.F.R. § 314.126, and Section 351 of the Public Health Service Act. The April 10, 2026 Complete Response Letter stated that RPL-001-16 "is not considered to be an adequate and well controlled clinical investigation" under those provisions. The complaint challenges whether investors were told that the resubmission rested on data the agency would find insufficient.

Regulatory Gaps Alleged in the Complaint

- Study design concerns the FDA states it "clearly communicated" in multiple interactions allegedly were not addressed in the resubmission.

- The single-arm RPL-001-16 trial allegedly was not designed to isolate RP1's contribution from that of nivolumab.

- Response criteria used in RPL-001-16 were, per the CRL, "not consistent with RECIST v1.1" and may not be comparable to historical literature.

- Resubmission support allegedly came from an early unplanned analysis of RP1-104 covering 40 patients, or 10% of the planned 400-patient enrollment.

- SEC filings warned generically that without approval the Company "might not be able to continue the development of RP1," while the specific known agency objections allegedly went undisclosed.

- Public statements characterized the October 2025 filing as a complete response to the July 2025 deficiency letter, which the lawsuit contends lacked a reasonable basis.

Why the Filing Language Matters to Shareholders

"Generic risk factor language cannot substitute for disclosing specific, known regulatory objections that a company has already received. The complaint raises serious questions about whether Replimune shareholders were told the FDA's study design concerns remained unresolved." -- Joseph E. Levi, Esq.

Important Notice Regarding Alleged Partnership Value and Platform Trading Volume Misrepresentations

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Levi & Korsinsky, LLP notifies investors in Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased securities between September 4, 2024 and October 30, 2025. Find out if you could qualify to recover your losses. You may also contact Joseph E. Levi, Esq. at [email protected] or (212) 363-7500.

DVLT shares fell $0.49 per share, or 19.44%, to close at $2.03 on October 31, 2025. The complaint alleges insiders sold 38,065,752 shares during the Class Period for more than $73.8 million in proceeds. Applications to serve as lead plaintiff must be filed by October 5, 2026.

The Alleged Partnership Valuation Methodology

The Company announced a series of corporate partnerships it described as transformative, including a claimed $150 million strategic investment and a $2 million non-refundable license fee. According to the lawsuit, the economic value of those arrangements to Datavault AI was overstated because the counterparties allegedly lacked the financial capacity to perform. The complaint alleges one counterparty reported only $4.1 million in cash and cash equivalents, while another reported just $9,511 in cash in its most recent quarterly filing before the deal was announced.

The lawsuit contends the Company also overstated activity on its blockchain-powered data exchange, which allegedly carried minimal or non-existent trading volume.

Key Platform and Partnership Allegations for Shareholders

- The complaint alleges the Datavault Platform's trading activity was minimal, if not non-existent, despite being described as the center of the Company's strategy.

- Data allegedly offered on the exchange consisted of low-value items including celebrity photographs and widely available historical weather data.

- The lawsuit contends a defense-sector partner had never been awarded more than $4.5 million in contracts in any year since 2002, and only $3.1 million in 2025.

- That partner's contracts allegedly involved routine equipment such as hoses, piping, fuses, and electrical connectors, rather than secure data or predictive intelligence solutions.

- The complaint alleges the Company acquired the underlying intellectual property for $210 million, primarily in newly issued restricted stock.

How the Alleged Overstatements Affected Investors

"This case presents important questions about disclosure obligations in the data monetization and blockchain sector, particularly where the complaint alleges that announced partnership values could not have been supported by the counterparties' own reported cash positions," stated Joseph E. Levi, Esq. "Shareholders are entitled to accurate information about whether a company's flagship platform is generating actual commercial activity."

The complaint alleges these representations were corrected on October 31, 2025, when a published short-seller report questioned the Company's partnership economics and platform activity. The lawsuit asserts that investors who acquired shares at allegedly inflated prices during the Class Period suffered losses when the market repriced the stock.

PNR Shareholder Alert: Investors With Losses May Seek to Lead the Class Action in Pentair plc Securities Lawsuit - Contact Levi & Korsinsky
Image File
Original HTML

Allegations focus on the personal accountability of Pentair's Chief Executive Officer and former Chief Financial Officer, following the alleged omission of significant Pool channel destocking before PNR shares fell $11.35 in a single session.

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Levi & Korsinsky, LLP alerts investors in Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) that a securities class action has been filed naming Chief Executive Officer John L. Stauch and former Chief Financial Officer Nicholas J. Brazis as individual defendants, on behalf of shareholders who purchased securities between April 28, 2026 and July 14, 2026. Find out if you are eligible to recover losses. You may also contact Joseph E. Levi, Esq. at [email protected] or (212) 363-7500.

PNR closed at a Class Period high of $82.86 on April 28, 2026. Following the July 14, 2026 after-hours announcement, shares closed $64.33 on unusually heavy volume. The window to apply for lead plaintiff closes on October 2, 2026.

The Named Individual Defendants

Stauch served as Chief Executive Officer throughout the Class Period. Brazis served as Chief Financial Officer until his departure on July 10, 2026, disclosed four days later alongside the revised guidance. The complaint charges that both held the power and authority to control the content of Pentair's SEC reports, press releases, and presentations to analysts and institutional investors.

Alleged Control Person Liability

The pleading asserts that the individual defendants are liable under Section 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 for the following:

- Control over the April 28, 2026 earnings release projecting full year 2026 sales up approximately 2 to 4 percent and adjusted EPS of $5.30 to $5.40

- Control over the Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2026, including its inventory disclosures

- Receipt of internal budgets, plans, projections, and reports reflecting channel conditions in the Pool segment

- Authority to prevent issuance of the challenged statements or cause them to be corrected

- Direct and supervisory involvement in day-to-day operations of a segment that accounted for roughly 37% of fiscal 2025 net sales and 46% of reportable income

Sarbanes-Oxley Certification Obligations

As averred, senior officers who sign Sections 302 and 906 certifications attest personally to the accuracy and completeness of the periodic reports they submit. The complaint charges that the certified filings omitted significant destocking of inventory in the Pool channel, which Pentair later estimated reduced Pool segment sales by approximately $170 million and Pool segment income by approximately $105 million in the second quarter alone.

"Corporate officers have a duty to ensure their companies' public statements are accurate and complete. Here, the complaint alleges that guidance affirmed in April was issued without disclosing destocking that the Company would later quantify at approximately $250 million in full year Pool segment sales." -- Joseph E. Levi, Esq.

Levi & Korsinsky Reminds Shareholders of a Lead Plaintiff Deadline of September 28, 2026 in Rackspace Technology, Inc. Lawsuit - RXT
Image File
Original HTML

Chronology alert: between May 7 and July 9, 2026, Rackspace allegedly reaffirmed full-year revenue targets, cut 15% of its workforce, then slashed guidance by $150 million, according to the securities action.

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Levi & Korsinsky, LLP reminds purchasers of Rackspace Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: RXT) securities of a pending securities class action on behalf of investors who acquired shares between May 7, 2026 and July 8, 2026. Request an institutional investor loss assessment. You may also contact Joseph E. Levi, Esq. at [email protected] or (212) 363-7500.

RXT shares fell $2.21 per share, or 33.6%, closing at $4.37 on July 9, 2026, down from a Class Period high of $7.53. Investors have until September 28, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff status.

Chronology of Material Events

The securities action traces a compressed sequence in which, as claimed, reassurance preceded restructuring, and restructuring preceded a guidance collapse.

- May 7, 2026: Rackspace announced a memorandum of understanding with AMD to build governed enterprise AI infrastructure and, the same day, reaffirmed full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $2,600 million to $2,700 million, including Public Cloud revenue of $1,575 million to $1,625 million.

- May 8, 2026: The Company filed its Form 10-Q describing a "Business Mix Shift" from Private Cloud toward Public Cloud infrastructure resale, language the securities action alleges did not disclose the reprioritization then underway.

- June 16, 2026: A definitive AMD agreement was announced for a phased 30 MW compute footprint, alongside a Form 8-K disclosing a workforce realignment plan terminating approximately 15% of the global workforce, with one-time charges of $14 million to $19 million and expected annualized run-rate savings of $75 million to $85 million.

- June 17, 2026: Shares closed at their Class Period high of $7.53.

- July 9, 2026: Before market open, the Company published second quarter results and a strategic update reducing full-year revenue guidance by $150 million and Adjusted EBITDA guidance by $20 million, including a $25 million Private Cloud reduction tied to exiting colocation and basic hosting and a $125 million Public Cloud reduction tied to exiting low-margin resale as hyperscalers moved customers to direct contracts.

The Widening Gap Between Reassurance and Restructuring

As claimed in the securities action, the warning signs multiplied while guidance stayed intact. A workforce reduction of that scale and the deemphasis of legacy service delivery functions were announced weeks before the revenue outlook was revised, and the revised full-year range of $2,450 million to $2,550 million implies a year-over-year revenue change of (9)% to (5)%. The action alleges that investors purchasing during this window did so at prices that did not reflect the scope of the reallocation away from the Private Cloud segment, which carried a 24.7% operating margin compared with 4.7% in Public Cloud.

"Timely disclosure of material developments is fundamental to fair and efficient markets. Here, the complaint alleges that a 15% workforce realignment was announced in June while full-year revenue targets remained unchanged until the $150 million reduction disclosed on July 9." -- Joseph E. Levi, Esq.

Investors who purchased shares during the Class Period at artificially inflated prices and suffered losses may be eligible to seek compensation.

You may also contact Joseph E. Levi, Esq. at [email protected] or (212) 363-7500.

CAPR closed at $19.70 on July 24, 2026. Three trading sessions later, the stock declined approximately 78.7% including aggregate corrective-disclosure losses of $15.08 per share. Investors have until September 28, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff status.

Chronology of Alleged Disclosure Failures

The securities action traces a sequence in which optimistic regulatory messaging preceded the release of FDA briefing materials that described the HOPE-3 statistical record very differently.

- November 24, 2025: The final version of the statistical analysis plan (SAP v. 3.0) is dated, which FDA briefing documents later stated was one day before the trial data was unblinded and was not submitted to the agency for review before BLA submission.

- December 17, 2025: The Class Period opens as the Company discusses HOPE-3 topline results publicly, describing endpoints as statistically significant and "type 1 error controlled."

- January 20, 2026: A regulatory update states HOPE-3 demonstrated statistically significant improvements in both skeletal muscle and cardiac function.

- March 10, 2026: The Company announces the FDA lifted the Complete Response Letter and assigned a PDUFA target action date of August 22, 2026.

- July 27, 2026: FDA briefing documents state the study "did not meet its pre-specified primary and secondary efficacy endpoints," characterize post-study analyses as "post-hoc and exploratory," and describe the benefit-risk assessment as unfavorable. Shares fall $12.70, or 64%, to $7.00 on unusually heavy volume.

- July 30, 2026: Reporting on the advisory committee's 9-3 vote indicates the panel concluded available evidence does not support deramiocel's efficacy. Shares fell $2.38, or approximately 36%, to close at $4.19.

Why the Sequence Matters to Shareholders

The securities action alleges investors were never told that the analytical framework supporting the efficacy claims had been modified after study completion without agency agreement, or that a distinctive hypersensitivity reaction profile (42% of treated patients versus 15% on placebo) raised the possibility of functional unblinding.

"Timely disclosure of material developments is fundamental to fair and efficient markets. The complaint raises the question of when the unagreed statistical analysis plan changes described in the FDA's briefing documents were known internally, as compared with when shareholders learned of them." -- Joseph E. Levi, Esq.

Frequently Asked Questions About the CAPR Lawsuit

Q: How much did CAPR stock drop? A: Shares fell approximately 78.7%, a decline of an aggregate $15.08 per share across two corrective disclosures, after FDA briefing documents disclosed unagreed changes to the pre-specified statistical analysis plan and an advisory committee voted 9-3 against supporting efficacy. Investors who purchased during the Class Period at artificially inflated prices and suffered losses may be eligible to seek compensation.

Q: What specific misstatements does the CAPR lawsuit allege? A: The complaint alleges Capricor made materially false or misleading statements regarding the statistical significance of HOPE-3 results and the strength of its BLA, while omitting that the pre-specified statistical analysis plan had been changed without FDA agreement. When the FDA briefing documents were released, the stock price declined sharply.

Q: When did Capricor Therapeutics allegedly mislead investors? A: The Class Period runs from December 17, 2025 to July 26, 2026. The complaint alleges that corrective disclosures revealed information that caused a significant stock decline.

Q: What court was the CAPR class action filed in? A: The case was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, governed by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.

Q: What is a lead plaintiff and why does it matter? A: A lead plaintiff is the investor appointed by the court to represent the entire class. Lead plaintiffs are typically investors with the largest documented losses. Being appointed does not increase individual recovery but gives direct oversight of how the case is run.

Q: What do CAPR investors need to do right now? A: Gather brokerage records including purchase dates, share quantities, and prices paid. Contact Levi & Korsinsky for a free, no-obligation evaluation at [email protected] or (212) 363-7500. No immediate action is required to remain eligible as an absent class member.

Q: What if I already sold my CAPR shares, can I still recover losses? A: Yes. Eligibility is based on when you purchased, not whether you still hold the shares. Investors who bought during the Class Period and sold at a loss may still be eligible to participate.

Q: What does it cost me to participate? A: There is no upfront cost to contact the firm. Securities class actions are generally handled on a pure contingency basis, with no retainer and no out-of-pocket costs. Any attorneys' fees and expenses awarded to class counsel are subject to court approval.

Q: How long will the lawsuit take to resolve? A: Securities class actions typically take two to four years from initial filing to resolution. Timing depends on the court schedule, case developments, and whether the matter is dismissed, settled, or litigated further.
