Q'Apel Medical Announces U.S. Launch of the Lynx™ Aspiration Catheter System
Image File

- Company expands its neurovascular portfolio and broadens its offering for stroke intervention

- Engineered performance supports aspiration in complex anatomy

- Marks the second product to feature its proprietary Q'Apel Laser Cut Tube (QLCT™) technology

FREMONT, Calif., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Q'Apel Medical (Q'Apel), an innovator in neurovascular intervention, today announced the U.S. launch of the Lynx™ Aspiration Catheter System, an advanced family of catheters that supports physicians performing mechanical thrombectomy, the standard of care for treating patients with acute ischemic stroke due to vessel occlusion. As procedural techniques evolve, physicians need technologies that enable efficient access and clot retrieval while navigating increasingly complex anatomy.

Designed specifically for the demands of stroke intervention, the Lynx Aspiration Catheter System delivers responsive performance with seamless tracking, optimized versatility, and the navigability and support physicians require to access complex cerebrovascular anatomy. Together, these design characteristics provide the flexibility and control needed to efficiently adapt to changing flow dynamics during time-sensitive mechanical thrombectomy procedures.

"While every stroke case presents unique anatomical challenges, my goal remains to perform the fastest and safest thrombectomy for every patient," commented Kaustubh Limaye, MD FAHA, Associate Professor of Neurology, Neurological Surgery, Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Indiana University School of Medicine. "The Lynx aspiration catheter system offers three highly trackable catheters, each sized to track through the next, that work seamlessly together. This innovation sets Lynx apart, giving me the flexibility to select the right catheter for the vessel. In stroke, where every minute matters, this can be the difference between a timely save and procedural delays."

Lynx is the second product built on the proprietary Q'Apel Laser Cut Tube (QLCT™) technology, extending the company's differentiated engineering platform into the aspiration category. Its bimetal shaft design balances proximal support with distal flexibility. The unique open-spaced nitinol structure delivers excellent kink resistance and structural resilience, which are key to maintaining lumen patency, preserving deliverability, and transmitting force effectively. The unified Lynx platform includes three ID sizes, 0.044-inch, 0.058-inch, and 0.072-inch, for optimal vessel-to-catheter ratios and coaxial compatibility* across all sizes.1,2

"Lynx marks an important step forward for Q'Apel, extending our proprietary QLCT technology into aspiration and bringing its precision and engineering advantages to the complex, time-sensitive demands of stroke thrombectomy," stated Jeff Krolik, Chief Technology Officer at Q'Apel Medical. "With a versatile family of aspiration catheters designed to perform across a wide range of anatomies and procedural needs, Lynx demonstrates how QLCT translates engineering innovation into meaningful procedural performance. More broadly, Lynx reflects Q'Apel's continued evolution toward a broader neurovascular portfolio focused on solving real-world procedural challenges with differentiated technology that exceeds expectations."

Following its U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance, the Lynx System is now commercially available across the United States.

Foundation 8 Secures $44.5 Million Financing from Hilco Global for 333 N Central Avenue in Downtown Phoenix
Image File
Original HTML

PHOENIX, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Foundation 8, LLC ("Foundation 8") and the Hilco Global Real Estate Capital practice announced the closing of a $44.5 million loan secured by the office component of 333 N Central Avenue, a landmark mixed-use tower in Downtown Phoenix.

The financed property comprises 246,490 square feet of Class AA office space across the top eight floors of the tower, 2,522 square feet of ground-floor retail space, rooftop amenity rights, and shared access to the building's parking structure. A separately owned 242-key Westin Hotel occupies the middle portion of the building.

The financing will support Foundation 8's repositioning of the office space from a historically single-tenant corporate headquarters into a signature multi-tenant office property. Foundation 8 acquired the office component in December 2025 and has since advanced a comprehensive leasing strategy designed to capitalize on the quality of the existing space, its prominent downtown location, and continued demand for high-quality office environments across the Phoenix market.

Originally purpose-built for Freeport-McMoRan, the office space features expansive floor plates, floor-to-ceiling glass, panoramic views of Downtown Phoenix, and institutional-quality building systems. The Property also benefits from the amenities of the broader mixed-use building, including the on-site Westin Hotel, dining, and meeting spaces.

Foundation 8 has engaged Newmark to lead the leasing effort and is actively marketing the Property as a premier office destination in Downtown Phoenix. The business plan also includes targeted enhancements to the Property's amenity offering to further position it among the market's top-tier office product.

"333 N Central Avenue represents the type of investment opportunity that is central to Foundation 8's strategy — high-quality real estate, an attractive basis and the opportunity to create value through disciplined execution," Foundation 8 said in a statement. "The closing of this financing positions the firm to execute the next phase of the business plan and transform the former single-tenant headquarters into a premier multi-tenant office environment. Foundation 8 greatly appreciated working with Noah Apter and Hilco Global, whose creativity, responsiveness, certainty of execution and understanding of the transaction made them an exceptional financing partner."

New York-based Sterling Realty Capital acted as debt placement agent and financing advisor to Foundation 8 in connection with the transaction. Adi Bedi, Managing Principal of Sterling Realty Capital, led the financing assignment and worked closely with Foundation 8 and the Hilco Global Real Estate Capital practice throughout the structuring, underwriting, and closing process.

Hilco Global structured the $44.5 million first mortgage financing to refinance existing acquisition financing and provide additional capital to support leasing costs, tenant improvements, capital improvements, and other costs associated with the execution of Foundation 8's business plan.

"The opportunity stood out to us given the combination of a high-quality physical asset, a sound basis, and a sponsor with a thoughtful strategy for the Property," said Noah Apter, Director, Hilco Global Real Estate Capital. "Foundation 8 has extensive experience repositioning and enhancing the value of assets across the Phoenix market and is well positioned to execute its transformative business plan. We enjoyed working with the Foundation 8 team and are excited to see the next chapter of 333 N Central unfold alongside the continued growth of Downtown Phoenix."

Completed in 2010, 333 N Central Avenue is prominently located in the Downtown Phoenix central business district, with direct access to the Valley Metro Light Rail and proximity to the Phoenix Convention Center, Mortgage Matchup Center, Chase Field, and a growing collection of residential, dining, and entertainment offerings.

The transaction reflects Foundation 8's continued focus on complex real estate investment and value-creation opportunities and the Hilco Global strategy of providing flexible capital solutions for high-quality transitional real estate.

Suppliers Partnership for the Environment Releases Guidance on Mass Balance Attribution for Advanced Recycled Automotive Plastics
Image File
Original HTML

WASHINGTON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP) today announced the release of Guidance on Mass Balance Attribution for Advanced Recycled Automotive Plastics, a new voluntary resource intended to support greater consistency in understanding and communicating mass balance approaches across the automotive value chain.

Developed through SP's Sustainable Materials Work Group, the guidance responds to growing interest in advanced recycling and the use of mass balance attribution to support recycled feedstock claims. The document provides a practical, high-level framework based on terminology and chain-of-custody models established in international standards.

"As companies work to increase the use of sustainable materials in automotive applications, there is value in developing a common understanding of the terminology and approaches used across the value chain," said Kellen Mahoney, executive director of Suppliers Partnership for the Environment. "This guidance is intended to provide a practical reference to support clearer communication, greater consistency and improved data quality as companies evaluate the potential role of mass balance for advanced recycled plastics."

The guidance outlines general principles for mass balance attribution, business-to-business information exchange and guardrails for communicating associated claims. It emphasizes that mass balance-attributed advanced recycled feedstock and mechanically recycled content are distinct approaches and should be communicated clearly and accurately.

"BASF welcomes and is proud to contribute to this collaborative effort to establish greater consistency and alignment across the automotive plastics value chain. Building on its contributions to industry best practices, BASF believes that recognized mass balance methodologies, supported by independent certification, provide a credible pathway to accelerate the use of recycled feedstocks and scale advanced recycling. This initiative marks an important first step toward achieving plastics circularity in automotive applications, enabling manufacturers and suppliers to advance their sustainability and circular economy objectives with greater confidence, transparency and consistency," said Mohamed Bouguettaya, sustainability manager, and Samantha Au Gee, sustainability transformation manager, both of BASF Corporation, in a joint statement.

Guidance on Mass Balance Attribution for Advanced Recycled Automotive Plastics is available at no cost at https://www.supplierspartnership.org/circular-economy/mb-advanced-plastics/.

QA FAIL (need review): TARGET overstates the guidance's mandate by saying it 'requires companies to distinguish,' whereas SOURCE says it 'emphasizes' the distinction and that approaches 'should be communicated clearly.' The rebrand also features a dynamic new color palette, modernized font, and a stylized graphical icon that appears on the logo and is utilized throughout the website design.

Rolling out across all firm communications and digital platforms effective immediately, the changes reinforce Greenbaum's modern, forward-thinking approach while honoring the firm's enduring reputation for regional expertise and unwavering commitment to success-oriented client relationships.

"Our primary goal with this website was to create something truly valuable and accessible for the clients we serve," comments Barbara J. Koonz, Greenbaum's managing partner. "While our commitment to legal excellence remains unchanged, the way we engage externally has evolved, and our new look and digital presence reflect who we are today: a dynamic, full-service firm that provides strategic, end-to-end counsel across a broad range of legal disciplines, combining a traditional commitment to client service with practical, cost-effective, solutions."

Key features of the new website include:

- Practice and industry-related content designed to provide clear insights into complex legal issues.

- Detailed attorney profiles highlighting team experience, practice focus, and key accomplishments.

- Multi-media knowledge hub: A library of thought leadership, articles, and video content covering a range of disciplines and related legal trends, best practices, and legislative/regulatory developments.

Visitors are invited to explore the firm's new digital presence at greenbaumlaw.com, fully optimized for seamless navigation across all mobile and desktop devices.

Foundational partnership gives civic organizations access to the same workforce data used by Fortune 500 companies and now built for the first time for public sector workflows

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PerceivIQ, a decision intelligence platform purpose-built for workforce and economic development organizations, and Revelio Labs, the leading independent provider of global workforce intelligence, today announced a foundational partnership. Revelio Labs' data, spanning 1.1 billion professional profiles, 5 billion job postings and 30 million companies across 195 countries will power PerceivIQ's platform, giving Workforce Development Boards, Economic Development Organizations, Regional Chambers, Trade Associations and community colleges the labor market intelligence to make faster, more defensible decisions for the communities they serve.

The partnership marks Revelio Labs' formal entry into the civic market at scale, and gives PerceivIQ the data engine powering its full product suite together bringing local workforce leaders the same quality of intelligence Fortune 500 companies have long relied on, built for civic budgets and workflows.

"Civic leaders didn't take these seats to manage risk quietly. They took them to change outcomes for their communities. I've sat with board leaders who wanted to take a real chance on their community, and couldn't, because the only data available to justify it was already months old. That's not a failure of leadership. It's what happens when leaders are asked to lead with a rearview mirror. As a result, the safest move usually wins over innovation. PerceivIQ exists to change that: to give workforce leaders the confidence to make bold decisions," said Michael Church, Founder of PerceivIQ.

Through PerceivIQ's Product Suite, Civic Organizations Can Now:

- Size the true labor market for a sector partnership, with real-time employment data

- Track named employers growing or contracting in real time, before it becomes public knowledge

- Set defensible wage floors for sector training investments, grounded in current market data

- Validate career pathway recommendations with real labor market outcomes

- Quantify program outcomes through the metrics that matter to funders and administrators

Arriving at a Landmark Moment for Revelio Labs

The announcement coincides with the launch of the Revelio Terminal, a new platform unifying Revelio's data, analytics, research, applications and AI capabilities into a single interface, expanded intelligence that will be directly accessible to PerceivIQ's civic clients.

"It's been incredible working with the team at PerceivIQ, who consistently bring new and exciting ideas. We're excited to come together and push the boundaries of what's possible with the next generation of economic development solutions, and, ultimately, impact the workforce readiness of so many communities," said Ben Zweig, CEO, Revelio Labs.

Built by a Founder Who Has Scaled This Market Before

PerceivIQ founder Michael Church is the former co-founder of eIMPACT, which became the leading data visualization platform for workforce and economic development organizations before its acquisition by Lightcast in December 2023 giving him a firsthand understanding of what civic organizations need from a technology partner.

Agilisium Receives Frost & Sullivan's 2026 Global Technology Innovation Leadership Recognition for Agentic AI in Life Sciences

Agilisium is accelerating the adoption of agentic AI in life sciences through domain expertise, intelligent automation, and responsible AI.

SAN ANTONIO, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Moving artificial intelligence from experimentation into meaningful, production-scale applications is becoming increasingly important as life sciences organizations manage complex data, stringent regulations, and growing pressure to accelerate decision-making. Agilisium is helping address this need through a domain-oriented approach to agentic AI, enabling pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organizations to apply intelligent automation across research, clinical development, market access, commercial operations, and patient services. Frost & Sullivan recognizes Agilisium with the 2026 Global Technology Innovation Leadership Recognition in the Agentic AI for Life Sciences industry for its ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable, production-ready solutions for highly regulated environments.

Frost & Sullivan evaluates companies through a rigorous benchmarking process across two core dimensions: strategy effectiveness and strategy execution. Agilisium distinguished itself through its proprietary Domain-Oriented Agentic AI framework, which combines purpose-built agents, enterprise data, workflow orchestration, and embedded governance to support secure and accountable AI adoption. "Agilisium's agentic AI architecture includes human-in-the-loop controls, confidence thresholds, fallback routing, role-based access, audit trails, and source attribution. For regulated workflows, human sign-off is built into the process before downstream action," said Surbhi Gupta, Industry Principal, HLS, Frost & Sullivan.

Founded in 2014, Agilisium has emerged as the world's only Life Sciences Context-Centric AI Consulting & Services Company, with capabilities spanning Molecule to Market. With more than 1,050 employees, six global delivery centers, and more than 25 global life sciences customers. The company supports leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organizations across North America, Europe, and other major markets. Its client base includes Fortune 500 and Global 2000 biopharma companies, while the company reports more than 190 live projects and an average customer satisfaction rating of 4.75 out of 5.

The company's technology strategy is supported by a portfolio of production-grade platforms and accelerators, including its Agentic AI Global Value Dossier Content Generator, ClinQC, Site Risk Assessment and Inspection Readiness, Protocol Digitization, Smart ICF Generation, MLR Review Acceleration AI, Literature AI, Queriosity, OncoVerse AI, Launch Intelligence Platform, and Prior Authorization AI. Together, these solutions help organizations address complex workflows without treating AI as a standalone technology layer.

Agilisium further differentiates its approach through its Forward Deployment model, which combines Forward Deployment Experts, Forward Deployed Agents, and Forward Deployed Services. Supported by Alexandria AI, an AI-native Capability Orchestration and Readiness Engine, which enables enterprises to identify opportunities, develop and validate agentic solutions, and accelerate adoption. Agilisium reports that this approach can move from an identified opportunity to a working agent in approximately 60 days.

Responsible AI is embedded throughout the company's approach, with capabilities including human-in-the-loop controls, model risk documentation, retrieval-augmented generation, drift monitoring, golden-set and regression testing, privacy controls, and client-managed data tenancies. Its Agentic Readiness Assessment also evaluates use cases based on business value, data readiness, process repeatability, regulatory risk, integration complexity, and adoption potential.

Agilisium's approach has delivered measurable customer outcomes. The company reports up to 90% faster study setup, 60% to 70% faster amendment processing, 80% faster site risk assessments, and a 50% reduction in protocol deviations. Its Literature AI capabilities have reduced literature review effort by 70% to 80%, while its Global Value Dossier Content Generator has reduced value dossier development time by 60% in reference deployments.

"Receiving Frost & Sullivan's 2026 Global Technology Innovation Leadership Recognition in Agentic AI for Life Sciences reflects what our teams deliver every day inside client environments — not in demonstrations, but in production. Seven to eight out of every ten AI pilots we run progress to production. That number exists because of the FDX model — Forward Deployment Experts who combine domain depth, AI engineering, consultative solutioning, and systems thinking, embedded directly inside client organizations and accountable for outcomes. This recognition affirms what we have always believed: that the organizations which will lead Life Sciences in the next decade are those that build AI at the level of context, not just domain — and that the talent standard to do that must be built deliberately. That is what FDX is. And we are only getting started," Raj Babu, Founder & CEO, Agilisium.

Frost & Sullivan commends Agilisium for establishing a differentiated model for applying agentic AI within complex and regulated life sciences environments. By combining specialized domain expertise, scalable AI architecture, reusable accelerators, enterprise integration, and embedded governance, Agilisium is helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation toward measurable, production-scale transformation.

Each year, Frost & Sullivan presents the Technology Innovation Leadership Recognition to a company that demonstrates excellence in developing and implementing innovative technologies that deliver meaningful customer value and strengthen competitive positioning. The recognition highlights organizations whose technology strategies address evolving market needs while establishing a foundation for sustained growth and industry leadership.

Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Recognition

Frost & Sullivan's Best Practices Recognitions honor companies across regional and global markets that exhibit exceptional achievement and consistent excellence in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer experience, and strategic product development. Each recognition is the result of a rigorous analytical process in which Frost & Sullivan industry experts benchmark performance through comprehensive interviews, deep-dive analysis, and extensive secondary research. The goal is to identify true best-in-class organizations that are driving transformative growth and setting new industry standards.

New Market Research Reveals Digital Banking Has Become the Relationship Layer for Every Generation
Image File
Original HTML

The 2026 Generational Trends in Digital Banking study finds nearly 1 in 3 consumers have already switched providers after a bad digital experience, as Generation Z, Millennials, Generation X, and Baby Boomers each define loyalty differently

PLANO, Texas, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Alkami Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALKT) ("Alkami"), a digital sales and service platform provider for financial institutions in the U.S., today announced the release of its new national research study conducted in partnership with Jason Dorsey and The Center for Generational Kinetics (CGK). The report, titled Tailoring the Banking Experience to Each Generation, examines how Generation Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers have different financial priorities, technology expectations, and changing behaviors that influence how they engage—and want to engage—with banks and credit unions.

The research finds that digital banking has become the primary layer where financial relationships are won, tested, and lost — and that regional and community financial institutions have the most ground to gain by tailoring the experience to each generation's distinct needs.

The findings arrive as regional and community financial institutions compete for attention against megabanks, fintechs, and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled experiences that reset consumer expectations with every digital interaction. The research report suggests that financial institutions able to combine an understanding of generational needs with account-holder-level data will be best positioned to anticipate, onboard, engage, and grow relationships as the industry moves toward what Alkami calls "Anticipatory Banking."

"Preferences are oftentimes reduced to stereotypes where younger generations only want mobile, or older generations only want to visit a branch for on-site service," said Marla Pieton, vice president, brand, public relations and influencer marketing at Alkami. "This year's research tells a more insightful story where generational differences reflect a variety of life stages, financial complexity, and comfort with technology. Financial institutions that understand those differences can design more relevant digital experiences, guidance, and offers across the entire lifecycle of the banking journey."

Highlights from the research include:

- Digital banking is the relationship layer.

- 85% of consumers say the digital banking experience quality is essential or important when considering a new primary provider.

- Roughly 1 in 2 would switch providers for a much better digital experience, and 31% have already opened an account with a new financial institution after having such a bad digital experience.

- Each generation defines value differently.

- Generation Z (Gen Z) seeks clarity, with 57% looking to their primary provider for financial education.

- Millennials value coordination, with 65% comfortable with AI-enabled experiences that help navigate spending, security, and everyday money management.

- Generation X (Gen X) prioritizes control, with 91% saying phone support is important and 87% prioritizing online virtual assistance.

- Baby Boomers emphasize protection, with 92% saying protection of their data from financial fraudsters and hackers is important to their digital banking experience.

- Regional and community institutions face a relevance gap.

- Only 38% of consumers at regional and community financial institutions say product recommendations have become more relevant over the past year, compared with 51% at online-only providers and 50% at major national institutions.

- 44% of digital banking Americans wish their primary provider did a better job anticipating their financial needs and goals.

- Consumers are open to AI when the value is clear.

- 51% of digital banking Americans are comfortable with AI processing their financial data if it leads to a better experience. Security and fraud protection, saving time, and supporting better financial decisions emerge as compelling use cases.

"Consumers are not looking for a one-size-fits-all banking experience. A primary banking relationship is no longer a promise of exclusivity. Consumers may stay with the same bank or credit union for years while spreading their financial activity across providers that better meet specific needs," said Jason Dorsey, president of The Center for Generational Kinetics and a leading generational researcher. "Financial institutions that use these generational patterns as a starting point, then pair them with account holder data can become more relevant in the moments that shape financial behaviors and stay relevant."

The national study, now in its fourth year, included a stringent methodology with 1,500 participants weighted to the 2020 U.S. Census for age, gender, region, and ethnicity, with all participants active in digital banking. The full report offers strategic recommendations for how financial institutions can onboard, engage, and grow relationships with consumers in each generation by delivering anticipatory banking experiences across channels.
