Olight's Best-Selling Clip Light Evolves: Oclip 2 Series Rotates and Tilts to Aim Where You Need It

HOUSTON, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Olight launched the Oclip 2 Series during its O-Fan Day event, introducing the Oclip 2 Pro and Oclip 2 Ultra designed for mechanics, public safety professionals, outdoor enthusiasts and anyone who requires fully adjustable, hands-free lighting with multiple light sources. The Oclip 2 Series represents the next generation of Olight's best-selling clip-light line, a product line with more than one million users worldwide.

Both models feature an all-new dual-axis design that tilts the head up to 115° and rotates the clip a full 360°, allowing the beam to be freely aimed as needed after mounting without repositioning the mounting point. Self-locking pivots hold the selected angle in place. Durability testing covered 10,000 clipping cycles for the clip and 10,000 rotation cycles for the dual-axis mechanism.

The Oclip 2 Pro integrates three lighting modes in one compact body: pure flood, spot, and red light. Flood output reaches up to 530 lumens, spot range up to 125 meters, and red output up to 40 lumens.

Building on the Oclip 2 Pro's three-light configuration, the Oclip 2 Ultra adds UV light through an industry-first R/UV emitter that integrates red and UV light within its compact body, bringing the total to four light sources. Flood output reaches up to 580 lumens and spot range up to 130 meters, while UV output reaches up to 800 mW for inspections. Beyond lighting performance, the Oclip 2 Ultra adds an exclusive OAL aluminum body and head that combine high strength with scratch resistance, alongside the new OclipBeat breathing light, which changes color based on cumulative usage time.

Across the Oclip 2 Series, dual magnets at the MCC tail and clip allow the light to be secured to compatible metal surfaces in different orientations for hands-free illumination.

Both models support USB-C and MCC charging. Each Premium version includes a 1,000 mAh Mobile Charging Dock that automatically recharges the light on the go, extends total runtime to approximately twice that of the light alone, and displays the battery levels of both the light and dock.

The Oclip 2 Pro comes in Classic Black, High-Visibility Orange, and Tidal Blue, while the Oclip 2 Ultra comes in Olive Green, Onyx Black, and Amber Orange. Both models are available worldwide through the Olight Official Store, Amazon, and authorized retailers. Standard versions are priced at $49.99 for the Oclip 2 Pro and $69.99 for the Oclip 2 Ultra; pricing for other versions is available on the Olight Official Store.

Merry Life Biomedical Advances Global Phase 2 Trial of TML-6, Exploring Cellular Protein Clearance in Early Alzheimer's Disease

Global study brings together nine Taiwan medical centers, seven Swedish sites, and four U.S. centers to evaluate an oral therapy focused on autolysosomal biology

TAIPEI, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Merry Life Biomedical today announced the advancement of TML-6, a Taiwan-developed investigational oral therapy for early Alzheimer's disease, into a global Phase 2 study spanning Taiwan, Sweden, and the United States.

The study brings together 20 clinical sites, including nine medical centers in Taiwan, seven sites in Sweden, and four centers in the United States. It will evaluate TML-6 in approximately 210 participants with early Alzheimer's disease.

A New Approach to Alzheimer's Disease

Alzheimer's disease is characterized by the abnormal accumulation of proteins in and around brain cells, including amyloid plaques and tau tangles. Recently approved therapies have demonstrated that removing amyloid can slow clinical decline in people with early Alzheimer's disease. But even with treatment, the disease continues to progress.

TML-6 is being investigated through a new and potentially complementary approach. Research on TML-6 has increasingly focused on the autophagy–lysosomal pathway, which is responsible for clearing and recycling proteins and other cellular material. Preclinical studies have investigated its effects on autophagy lysosomal function in neurons and microglia, together with amyloid related pathology, oxidative stress, and inflammation.

"The next generation of Alzheimer's therapeutics must look beyond what accumulates in the brain and ask why neurons lose their ability to clear damaged proteins and maintain normal function," said Dr. Ih-Jen Su, Founder and Chairman of Merry Life Biomedical. "Research on TML-6 has increasingly pointed us toward the autophagy–lysosomal system, a fundamental cellular pathway for clearing and recycling damaged proteins and cellular components. This global Phase 2 study will test whether targeting this biology can translate into meaningful benefit for patients."

Swedish Alzheimer's Clinical Trial Expertise Comes to Taiwan

A major international component of the TML-6 program is the participation of seven clinical sites in Sweden, working with Anne Börjesson-Hanson, MD, PhD, of Karolinska Institute and Karolinska University Hospital.

Dr. Börjesson-Hanson is an experienced investigator in international Alzheimer's clinical trials, including studies of emerging disease-modifying therapies. Her clinical trial experience includes serving as Sweden's Clinical Trial Network establishment and participated in more than 40 global clinical trial as primary investigator, as well as leadership roles in other international Alzheimer's studies.

On October 4, Dr. Börjesson-Hanson will visit Taiwan for the Taiwan Dementia Society Annual Scientific Meeting. She will deliver a plenary lecture and meet with the nine Taiwanese principal investigators participating in the TML-6 study.

Nine Taiwan Medical Centers Join the TML-6 Global Study

Nine major Taiwan medical centers are participating in the same global Phase 2 study alongside the Swedish and U.S. sites, making Taiwan the largest group of participating clinical sites in the program.

"For Taiwan's biotechnology sector, this represents more than the advancement of one molecule," Dr. Su said. "It is an opportunity for a therapeutic program developed in Taiwan to contribute to the global effort to understand and treat Alzheimer's disease through a new biological approach."

The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study will enroll approximately 210 participants with early Alzheimer's disease. Participants will receive TML-6 100 mg, TML-6 200 mg, or placebo once daily for 52 weeks. The primary endpoint is change from baseline in the Clinical Dementia Rating Sum of Boxes, a measure of cognition and daily function, and blood biomarkers p-Tau 217, Aβ, GFAP, and NfL as secondary endpoints.

The study also brings together international expertise in Alzheimer's biomarkers, imaging, and clinical development. Henrik Zetterberg, MD, PhD, will support blood biomarker analyses, while Barbara B. Bendlin, PhD, will contribute expertise in amyloid PET and MRI analyses. Gary W. Small, MD, serves as a global medical consultant, and Jacobo Mintzer, MD, advises on global clinical site execution.

Global Phase 2 Marks a Key Value Inflection Point for Business Development and Licensing

With TML-6 advancing into global Phase 2 development, Merry Life Biomedical is moving beyond early-stage safety evaluation toward the generation of clinical efficacy, biomarker, and imaging data. The company views the global Phase 2 study as a key value inflection point and, based on study progress and emerging data, will plan for Phase 3 development and broader global development strategies. Merry Life Biomedical is also actively exploring strategic investment, international venture capital, capital-market financing, and partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies to accelerate subsequent development. In parallel, the company will continue discussions with international pharmaceutical companies and strategic partners and, subject to Phase 2 results and regulatory strategy, evaluate licensing, co-development, and other partnership models to advance TML-6 through late-stage clinical development and toward global commercialization.

Forward-Looking Statements

This press release contains forward-looking statements regarding TML-6 and its clinical development that are subject to risks and uncertainties inherent in drug development. Statements regarding TML-6's mechanism and potential effects reflect hypotheses under clinical investigation and do not establish safety or efficacy.

Three Years of Shared Momentum

In 2026, the partnership reached a milestone when TMGM branding appeared on the back of Chelsea men's match shirts during the FA Cup - a first in the club's history. TMGM also joined Chelsea FC's 2026 Asia-Pacific Pre-Season Tour as an Official Partner, with open training, pitch-side access and post-match tunnel experiences. The tour included a visit by Chelsea players Cole Palmer and João Pedro to TMGM's Sydney headquarters.

Earlier in 2026, TMGM presented The Famous CFC in Bangkok, where hundreds of supporters attended a live match screening and an exclusive appearance by former Chelsea captain John Terry.

These milestones formed part of a wider programme of premium home-match hospitality, behind-the-scenes visits at Cobham and player-led content under TMGM's "Trade like a lion" campaign.

A Broader Platform for Year Four

In year four, TMGM's expanded regional rights will support brand visibility at Chelsea home fixtures, original content featuring players and legends, regional digital campaigns and a China-focused performance series. The programme will also continue through The Famous CFC in selected markets and offer TMGM clients further hospitality and behind-the-scenes access across Chelsea's matchday, stadium and training environments.

"Over three years, our relationship with Chelsea FC has evolved from regional activations to high-profile moments, including visibility on the club's FA Cup shirts and its Asia-Pacific tour," said TMGM. "Entering our fourth year and extending into the Middle East creates opportunities to connect with more audiences through experiences that reflect the ambition of both organisations."

Chelsea Football Club said: "TMGM has focused on bringing its clients and our supporters closer to the club through digital-first content and in-person events across Asia-Pacific to great effect. We are pleased to extend the partnership into a fourth year and look forward to building on its momentum across the region and also the Middle East."

CASE ALLEGATIONS: Bloom Energy designs, manufactures, sells, and installs solid oxide fuel cell systems for on-site power generation in the United States and internationally. Scandium is a rare earth metal used as a dopant to stabilize the zirconia-based ceramic electrolyte in Bloom Energy's solid oxide fuel cells.

The Bloom Energy class action lawsuit alleges that defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) Bloom Energy obtained scandium through intermediaries who sourced the metal from China; (ii) as a result, Bloom Energy understated the extent to which it relied on scandium from China; and (iii) as a result of the foregoing, defendants' positive statements about Bloom Energy's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

The Bloom Energy class action lawsuit further alleges that on July 8, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m. EST, Hunterbrook Media published a report titled "Bloom's Big Lie," which alleged, among other things, that "Bloom is, in fact, reliant on Chinese scandium, according to global trade data, Chinese corporate filings, satellite imagery, and Hunterbrook's messages with Bloom's suppliers in China." The report allegedly states "Hunterbrook traced four separate China-linked routes into Bloom's supply chain – scandium oxide shipped directly to its Delaware plant, plus scandium-bearing ceramics and powders flowing through intermediaries in Thailand, Japan, and South Korea." On this news, the price of Bloom Energy stock fell nearly 6%, according to the complaint.

THE LEAD PLAINTIFF PROCESS: The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 permits any investor who purchased or acquired Bloom Energy securities during the Class Period to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the Bloom Energy class action lawsuit. i-80 Gold Announces Positive Feasibility Study and Initial Mineral Reserves for Granite Creek Underground; After-Tax NPV(5%) of $118 Million at $2,750/oz Au Increasing to $598 Million at $4,500/oz Au
Image File
Original HTML

The results announced in this press release are supported by two technical reports prepared for Granite Creek Underground: (1) a technical report prepared under National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") which, in the opinion of the qualified persons, constitutes a feasibility study under NI 43-101 (the "NI 43-101 FS" or the "FS"); and (2) a technical report summary prepared under Subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K ("S-K 1300") which, in the opinion of the qualified persons, constitutes a pre-feasibility study under S-K 1300 (the "S-K 1300 PFS" and, together with the NI 43-101 FS, the "Technical Reports"). The Technical Reports are based on the same underlying technical and economic data and analysis but have different study classifications resulting from differences in the substantive criteria applied under each of S-K 1300 and NI 43-101. As a result, the same body of technical work satisfies the definition of a feasibility study under NI 43-101 but constitutes a pre-feasibility study under S-K 1300. The mineral resource and mineral reserve estimates and the project economics presented in the Technical Reports are derived from the same underlying technical and economic work.

"The Granite Creek Underground Feasibility Study outlines robust project economics based on a significantly expanded mineral resource base, increased production rate, and longer mine life relative to the preliminary economic assessment ("PEA")(1) published in March 2025, despite over a year of mining depletion and only a modest drilling program focused primarily on infill drilling to support the FS," stated Richard Young, President & CEO. "The drill program successfully delineated and expanded the mineralized zones, demonstrated continuity within the mineralized structures, and identified a number of additional prospective targets that suggest the potential for further mineral resource growth. The Project is expected to be a key source of feed for our wholly owned Lone Tree autoclave and carbon-in-leach processing plant for many years to come, together with mineralized material from Archimedes underground where production mining is expected to commence later this year. With the Lone Tree Plant anticipated to be operational by the end of 2027, these assets are expected to support i-80 Gold's transformation into a Nevada-focused mid-tier producer generating strong free cash flow."

Granite Creek Underground Feasibility Study Highlights

- Initial Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves of 2.20 million tonnes ("Mt") grading 7.87 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold ("Au") containing 556,500 ounces ("oz") of gold ("Au").

- Measured and Indicated underground Mineral Resources increased by 229% to 3.73 Mt grading 7.17 g/t Au containing 859,500 oz Au, compared to the PEA(1); Inferred Mineral Resources decreased by 38% to 0.89 Mt grading 7.06 g/t Au containing 202,800 oz Au as the infill program converted a portion of Inferred Mineral Resources into the higher classification categories.(2)

- Mine life of approximately 8.5 years (the "LOM") supported by successful South Pacific Zone drill results and improved resource definition, after accounting for 15 months of mining since the PEA.(3)

- At a base case gold price of $2,750/oz, total undiscounted after-tax cash flow of $153 million with an after-tax net present value(5%) ("NPV") of $118 million.(3)

- At an illustrative spot gold price sensitivity of $4,500/oz, total undiscounted after-tax cash flow of $744 million with an after-tax NPV(5%) of $598 million.(3)

- At an illustrative gold price sensitivity of $6,000/oz, total undiscounted after-tax cash flow of $1.2 billion with an after-tax NPV(5%) of $985 million.(3)

- Annual gold production of approximately 75,000 oz for the five-year period from 2028 to 2032, following completion of the Company's Lone Tree Plant refurbishment, representing an increase of approximately 15,000 oz Au per year compared to the PEA.(1)

- Estimated cash costs(4) of $1,827/oz and all-in-sustaining costs ("AISC")(4,5) of $1,915/oz for the five-year steady-state period following commissioning of the Lone Tree Plant (2028 to 2032), excluding the allocated Lone Tree Plant refurbishment capital.

- Lower sustaining capital of $83 million compared to the PEA,(1) despite increased development at depth, higher planned tonnage, and additional equipment following successful South Pacific Zone drilling, as well as an expanded infill drilling program and water treatment infrastructure.

- Optimized processing strategy whereby refractory and oxide ores are expected to be processed by a third-party through mid-2027, followed by approximately six months of stockpiling prior to the planned fourth quarter 2027 commissioning of the Company's wholly owned Lone Tree autoclave and carbon-in-leach plant at significantly lower processing costs.

- Ongoing 2026 infill and step-out drilling supports continued reserve development and resource growth in the South Pacific, Rangefront, Otto and Ogee zones, with the high-grade portion of CX Zone targeted for further evaluation as part of an anticipated extensive multi-year drill program planned to commence in 2027.

Table 1: Granite Creek Underground FS Key Operating and Financial Metrics

For detailed metrics presented on an annual basis, see the Granite Creek Underground Detailed Cash Flow Model in Table 1 in the Appendix.

"The FS incorporates several improvements relative to the PEA,(1) including an optimized mine design, improved geological definition, increased mining flexibility, and additional working faces particularly within the Ogee Zone," stated Paul Chawrun, EVP & COO. "Successful infill and definition drilling within the South Pacific Zone closed mineralized gaps, improved continuity, and upgraded the existing mineral resources into higher-confidence categories, supporting a larger mineable inventory and longer mine life following over a year of mining. Improved geological definition also increased the number of available ore faces and increased total ore mined, contributing to higher planned production and reduced waste development. These improvements are further supported by ongoing infrastructure upgrades, including increased water treatment and dewatering capacity, and ventilation optimization."

Mr. Chawrun added, "The Study also incorporates an optimized processing strategy which includes stockpiling the Project's sulfide and oxide ore ahead of the planned commissioning of the Lone Tree Plant in the fourth quarter of 2027. This strategy is expected to increase the amount of Granite Creek ore processed at the Lone Tree Plant at more favorable processing costs, while reducing reliance on third-party processing."

Initial Mineral Reserve Estimate and Updated Mineral Resource Estimate

The updated underground mineral resource estimate included in the FS incorporates approximately 36,470 meters of drilling from 164 core holes conducted between 2023 through the end of 2025, relative to the resource estimate that formed the basis of the PEA published in March 2025.(1) Numerous step-out drill holes have resulted in a larger mineralized envelope, while infill drilling increased definition and confidence in the mineral resource and supported conversion of a majority of the resource to mineral reserves. Relative to the PEA mineable resources, and accounting for mining depletion in 2025 and a portion of 2026, approximately 65,000 ounces have been added to mineral inventory (see Figures 1 and 2).(3)

The FS includes an initial mineral reserve estimate of 556,500 oz Au at 7.87 g/t Au in the proven and probable categories (see Table 2). The updated underground mineral resource estimate includes 859,500 oz Au at 7.17 g/t Au in the measured and indicated categories, and an additional 202,800 oz at 7.06 g/t Au in the inferred category (see Table 3).(2) These mineral resources are hosted within the Ogee, Otto and South Pacific zones (see Figures 3 and 4). Relative to the PEA,(1) measured and indicated resources increased by 229%, while inferred resources decreased by 38% as material was converted into higher classification categories.

The resource estimate was prepared using stope optimization software which is in line with industry recommended best practices for the assessment of the in-situ mineralization which satisfies the reporting criteria of the Reasonable Prospects for Eventual Economic Extraction (RPEEE). Additionally, a more conservative approach was applied to establish the creation of grade shell domains to match current mining methods, resulting in lower grades than in the previously published PEA. These updated grades are in line with the average grade currently mined at Granite Creek and are believed to more accurately reflect the expected grades of the orebody.

Exploration

The ongoing 2026 exploration program includes a combination of infill drilling to support continued reserve development for optimized ongoing mine operations and step-out drilling to expand the current and known mineralization within the South Pacific Zone, which remains open to the north and at depth, and the Rangefront, Otto, and Ogee zones.

Additional near-mine exploration targets include the CX Zone beneath the historical CX pit, which is not currently included in the underground mineral resource. Previous drilling in the CX Zone includes high-grade intercepts from legacy holes, including 18.0 g/t Au over 9.1 m in hole HPR 078 and 15.3 g/t Au over 9.1 m in RHC-1763, and i-80 hole of 36.4 g/t Au over 9.1 m in iGM21-06.(9) A successful drill program in the CX Zone has the potential to add high-grade ounces to the mineral resource and near-term mine plan. The Company intends to evaluate the high-grade portion of the CX Zone as an underground target as part of an anticipated extensive multi-year drill program planned to commence in 2027.

ESENTIA Announces the Execution of an Agreement to Acquire the Guadalajara-Manzanillo Natural Gas Pipeline System, Connecting Existing System to the Port of Manzanillo
Image File
Original HTML

MEXICO CITY, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ESENTIA Energy Development, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: ESENTIA) ("ESENTIA" or the "Company") today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interests of Energía Occidente de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. ("EOM") for a gross purchase price of US$400 million (the "Acquisition" or the "Transaction").

EOM owns and operates the approximately 313-km Guadalajara-Manzanillo natural gas pipeline system (the "Guadalajara-Manzanillo System"). The system runs from the Guadalajara area in Jalisco to Manzanillo, Colima, and is directly interconnected with ESENTIA's existing pipeline Villa de Reyes-Aguascalientes-Guadalajara system operated by Esentia Pipeline de Occidente, S. de R.L. de C.V. ("VAG"), an indirect subsidiary of the Company.

Upon completion of the Transaction, the Guadalajara-Manzanillo System would extend ESENTIA's integrated pipeline network to the Port of Manzanillo on Mexico's Pacific coast. As a result, ESENTIA would become the only private company with an integrated natural gas pipeline system connecting the Permian Basin in Texas to the Mexican Pacific coast.

Esentia believes that the combination of the Guadalajara–Manzanillo System with its existing infrastructure will result in highly valuable operational synergies and cost savings over time and provide additional commercial flexibility across the combined corridor.

"The Acquisition is consistent with ESENTIA's strategy to build a cohesive cross-border transportation system through disciplined M&A and low-risk opportunities that capitalize on our existing infrastructure" said Daniel Bustos, Chief Executive Officer. "The Acquisition would expand ESENTIA's ability to serve existing and prospective customers within the combined system's area of influence, including demand from power generation, industrial customers and potential LNG-related projects, and help reinforce ESENTIA's position as one of Mexico's leading natural gas transportation platforms."

The Acquisition will be consummated pursuant to an equity purchase agreement entered into today with respect to 100% of the equity interests of EOM, among certain subsidiaries of ESENTIA as purchasers, and TC Energía Mexicana, S. de R.L. de C.V. and TCPL CentrOriente Ltd., as sellers.

The Company expects to fund the purchase price of the Acquisition through a combination of available liquidity and/or available borrowings under existing credit facilities, and the Transaction is not expected to increase the Company's gross indebtedness. The consummation of the Acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, regulatory approvals and consents.

Citigroup is acting as financial advisor to ESENTIA in connection with the Transaction.

The Acquisition constitutes a corporate restructuring pursuant to the "General Provisions Applicable to Securities Issuers and Other Securities Market Participants" (Disposiciones de carácter general aplicables a las emisoras de valores y a otros participantes del mercado de valores), published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on March 19, 2003 (as amended from time to time, the "Issuers' Circular"). The Transaction was approved by ESENTIA's Board of Directors on September 4, 2026. At such time, the potential Acquisition and the related negotiation process were confidential, as agreed with the sellers and EOM.

Pursuant to Article 35, Section I, of the Issuers' Circular, the Company does not have the accounting information necessary to prepare the required information memorandum as of the date hereof. Accordingly, the Company will defer the publication of the information memorandum to no later than the business day immediately following the date on which the necessary information becomes available, which the Company expects will occur within no more than 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date hereof.
