Everpure's Expanding Business Model Fuels New Long-Term Outlook

Company outlines path for durable, accelerated growth through four strategic growth vectors

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today at its 2026 Financial Analyst Meeting, Everpure (NYSE: P), the company revolutionizing storage and data management, provided details on its business expansion providing durable, accelerated growth. The company also reaffirmed its fiscal year 2027 outlook and provided a preliminary outlook for fiscal year 2028.

"Everpure is at an inflection point as we expand our horizons to managing data in the enterprise and solutions for hyperscalers," said Charlie Giancarlo, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Everpure. "A decade of committed investment in an integrated, extensible architecture has created a structurally higher growth baseline in our core business. This same core IP has unlocked three distinct, incremental markets—allowing us to expand our opportunity, drive significant operating leverage, and provide enhanced visibility into our long-term financial trajectory."

Sustained R&D Innovation

Over the past five years, Everpure has consistently dedicated on average 19% of annual revenue to R&D1. Everpure's focused R&D investments on a single, unified platform is a superior use of invested capital versus fragmenting resources across multiple legacy architectures. This disciplined strategy has fueled both the durability of Everpure's core business, demonstrated by eight consecutive quarters of accelerating revenue growth, and its expansion into new high growth markets. Building upon a track record of consistent market share gains across both inflationary and deflationary cycles, Everpure expects its strong R&D leadership to extend its product velocity while accelerating penetration into new growth markets.

Four Strategic Growth Vectors

By leveraging its proprietary intellectual property and extensible architecture, Everpure has unlocked multiple new distinct market opportunities alongside its core foundation. The company outlined four strategic growth vectors:

- Core and Core AI: Includes FlashBlade, Flash Array, and Evergreen//One subscriptions, both CPU- and GPU-attached.

- Modern Data Software: Includes Everpure Data Intelligence, Everpure Data Stream, Portworx, Everpure Resilience, and Everpure Cloud.

- Scale AI: Includes FlashBlade//EXA solutions tailored for neoclouds and AI-native providers.

- Hyperscale Solutions: Includes DirectFlash technology designed specifically for hyperscalers.

Core and Core AI is projected to continue to gain market share, and the three new growth vectors—Modern Data Software, Scale AI, and Hyperscale Solutions—are expected to represent approximately 20% of total revenue by fiscal year 2030.

Financial Outlook and Capital Management

"Everpure's financial profile is durably resetting to higher levels of growth and profitability," said Tarek Robbiati, Chief Financial Officer at Everpure. "We have demonstrated over the past decade-plus that we can profitably grow and take share in our core business across inflationary and deflationary cycles. This has been made possible by our unique differentiated IP which is now enabling a sustained level of financial performance well above Rule of 40."

To support this trajectory, Everpure maintains a disciplined capital management framework centered on funding organic investment, strengthening the balance sheet, pursuing strategic mergers and acquisitions, completing share buybacks to offset dilution from stock-based compensation, and executing additional select buybacks to return excess capital. Today's new framing preserves flexibility to fund a much larger opportunity set than the company has ever had.

The company re-affirmed its fiscal year 2027 revenue and operating income guidance provided on its second quarter fiscal year 2027 earnings call, and provided a preliminary outlook for fiscal year 2028.

These statements are forward-looking and actual results may differ materially. Refer to the Forward Looking Statements section below for information on the factors that could cause our actual results to differ materially from these statements.

NACFE Research: Business Economics drive EV terminal truck adoption over sustainability goals
Image File
Original HTML

The yard has been the proving grounds to fleet electrification as early adopters move to standardize with EV terminal trucks.

FORT WAYNE, Ind., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The North American Council for Freight Efficiency (NACFE) today announced the release of its new Collaboration report titled Beyond The Pilot: Electric Terminal Tractor Adoption, Four Year Later. NACFE published its first terminal tractor report, The Use Case for Terminal Tractors, in 2022, and revised this year to assess the changes in fleet experiences and market development, which lead to the publishing of the new report which was sponsored by Orange EV.

"NACFE gathered insights about fleet procurement behavior and preferences related to electric terminal tractors and found that today terminal tractors are a proven option for a growing number of fleets," said Bruce Stockton, NACFE's senior fleet consultant and one of the report's authors.

The research uncovers three clear signals that electric terminal tractors have moved past the pilot phase. First, the economics have solidified: 76% of fleet operators surveyed report real operating-cost savings compared to diesel, and direct economic benefit — not just sustainability goals — is now the top-cited reason fleets adopt the technology. Second, fleets are scaling electric terminal tractors, not just testing them: 54% of fleet operators surveyed have moved past the pilot stage into partial deployment or full standardization. And third, terminal tractors are emerging as fleets' entry point into electrification more broadly — 58% of fleet operators surveyed either adopted electric terminal tractors before any other battery electric vehicle type or have electrified terminal tractors exclusively, using the yard as a low-risk way to build confidence before electrifying on-road vehicles.

Included in the report, one fleet with nearly a decade of side-by-side performance data reported roughly 50% lower maintenance cost per operating hour and 75 to 95% lower energy cost per operating hour compared to diesel, independently corroborated by trade press at more than $5 million combined savings.

This report was produced in collaboration with Orange EV, a manufacturer of electric terminal tractors, which helped sponsor the research, facilitate interview participants, promote the online survey, and provide a manufacturer's viewpoint. Orange EV did not write any part of the report nor provide any of the data within it.

The report draws on a survey of NACFE's fleet and industry-partner network (62 respondents: 44 fleet operators and 18 industry partners) and was supplemented with seven in-depth interviews along with significant additional independent research.

"This research confirms trends we've seen for over a decade: the yard is where fleet electrification is proven to deliver outstanding financial and operational benefits," Zack Ruderman, vice president of sales and marketing at Orange EV said. "Fleet operators used to be skeptical about whether electric terminal tractors could actually do the job. Now they are asking about how quickly they could standardize around EVs."

The report also features seven case studies that represent a range of outcomes from complete standardization to the decision not to adopt.

To help fleets assess their readiness for adding electric terminal tractors, NACFE developed an interactive Terminal Tractor Electrification Readiness Tool that scores an organization across seven factors — daily duty cycle, capital access, external motivators such as regulation or internal decarbonization targets, incentive availability, power and charging infrastructure, prior EV experience, and site control — and maps the resulting score to one of five readiness tiers, from "strong candidate" to "not yet a fit."

NACFE is holding a webinar on October 7 at 2 pm ET to discuss the report findings in depth. Register here.

A securities fraud class action lawsuit has been filed against Alibaba, and investors are encouraged to contact the firm regarding potential recoveries and lead plaintiff rights. The case, captioned Wistisen v. Alibaba Group Holding Limited, et al., No. 1:26-cv-06654 (S.D.N.Y.), accuses Alibaba and certain of its executive officers of violating the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Core Allegations

The lawsuit alleges that Alibaba and certain executives misrepresented and failed to disclose adverse facts pertaining to the Company's business which were known to Defendants or recklessly disregarded by them. Specifically, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that:

- Under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), any entities directly or indirectly controlled by or affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) were considered a Chinese military company;

- Alibaba was directly or indirectly controlled by or affiliated with the MIIT;

- The risk of Alibaba carrying out distillation attacks against third- party AI models was not a mere hypothetical or inadvertent, but ongoing; and

- As a result, Defendants' public statements about Alibaba's business, operations, and prospects were materially false and/or misleading at all relevant times.

The Truth Emerges

The truth regarding Alibaba's regulatory exposure and illicit business practices was revealed through a series of partial corrective disclosures:

- June 8, 2026: The U.S. Department of Defense added Alibaba to its list of Chinese military companies under the NDAA due to its ties to the MIIT. On this news, Alibaba ADSs fell $4.69 per share, or 3.9%, over two trading sessions.

- June 24, 2026: Bloomberg reported that Anthropic alerted U.S. officials that Alibaba fraudulently accessed Anthropic's Claude AI models via thousands of fake accounts to execute unauthorized "distillation" attacks to train its own models. On this news, Alibaba ADSs fell $4.73 per share, or 4.7%, to close at $95.07 on June 25, 2026.

The complaint alleges that as a result of Defendants' misleading statements and omissions, investors suffered substantial losses when the artificial inflation was removed from the stock.

Hagens Berman's Investigation

"We are investigating whether Alibaba executives intentionally concealed the company's regulatory ties and engaged in fraudulent operational practices to mislead the market about its true risk profile and competitive position," said Reed Kathrein, the Hagens Berman partner leading the firm's investigation of the alleged claims in the pending suit.

Read Hagens Berman's detailed analysis on the alleged AI securities fraud by Alibaba, including claims that the company misled shareholders about its artificial intelligence capabilities while secretly conducting a massive industrial espionage campaign to close the gap.

BETR Stockholder Notice: Shareholder Rights Law Firm Robbins LLP Reminds Investors of the Class Action Lawsuit Against Better Home & Finance Holding Company
Image File
Original HTML

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Shareholder rights law firm Robbins LLP reminds investors that a class action was filed on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Better Home & Finance Holding Company (NASDAQ: BETR) securities between March 13, 2026 and May 7, 2026, inclusive (the "Class Period"). Better Home operates as a homeownership company in the United States. The Company provides government-sponsored enterprise conforming loans and associated loans to banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and mortgage real estate investment trusts.

The complaint alleges that Better Home misled investors regarding its business prospects.

Investors who suffered significant losses during the Class Period may be eligible to participate in the lawsuit and should contact Robbins LLP before the November 20, 2026, lead plaintiff deadline.

Why Was Better Home Sued?

According to the complaint, during the Class Period, defendants failed to disclose to investors: (1) that the Company's conversion funnel was already slowing due to macro factors;

(2) that, as a result, the Company's $1 billion monthly funded volume target was likely to be deferred; and

(3) that, due to the foregoing, defendants' positive statements about the Company's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

Why Did Better Home Stock Drop?

On May 7, 2026, before the market opened, Better Home released its first quarter 2026 financial results, including "guidance of Loan Volume of $1.575 to $1.725 billion" for the second quarter of 2026, falling short of the previously issued guidance of $1.0 billion in Monthly Loan Volume by the end of May 2026.

During the earnings call held the same day, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Vishal Garg, stated that "conversion rates are down from where they were in Q1" and "customers are not converting at nearly the same rate." Garg revealed that, as a result, the achievement of "our $1 billion monthly funded volume target . . . looks like it's going to be deferred." On this news, Better Home's stock price fell $12.17, or 28.5%, to close at $30.52 per share on May 7, 2026.

Who May Be Eligible to Participate in the BETR Class Action?

The lawsuit seeks to represent investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Better Home & Finance Holding Company securities between March 13, 2026 and May 7, 2026. Investors who suffered losses during that period may have legal rights under the federal securities laws.

What Is a Lead Plaintiff?

The lead plaintiff is a court-appointed investor who represents the interests of all class members throughout the litigation. Shareholders who wish to lead the case should contact Robbins LLP before the November 20, 2026, lead plaintiff deadline.

Serving as lead plaintiff is not required to share in any potential recovery. Investors who do not seek appointment may remain absent class members if the case proceeds and later resolves successfully.

Does It Cost Anything to Participate?

No. Robbins LLP represents investors on a contingency fee basis.

UWMC INVESTOR ALERT: UWM Holdings Corporation Investors with $150K+ Losses Have Opportunity to Lead UWM Class Action Lawsuit

Original HTML

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- UWM Holdings Corporation (NYSE: UWMC) faces a securities class action lawsuit after the price of their shares cratered 34% on August 6, 2026 in response to revelations that the company suffered over a $603 million hedge loss associated with its failed bid to acquire Two Harbors Investment Corp. and, as a result, agreed to a plan to massively dilute existing shareholders.

Hagens Berman is investigating the alleged claims and encourages UWM investors who suffered substantial losses to submit your losses now.

UWM Holdings Corporation (UWMC) Securities Class Action:

The suit centers on UWM's disclosures about its hedging strategy in connection with its attempt to acquire Two Harbors.

On December 17, 2025, mortgage lender UWM announced that it and mortgage servicing rights ("MSR") company Two Harbors entered into a merger agreement pursuant to which UWM would acquire Two Harbors for about $1.3 billion in UWM stock. Two Harbors was free to receive proposals superior to UWM's.

In connection with the proposed acquisition, UWM entered into significant hedging transactions against Two Harbors' MSR portfolio whose value typically and rapidly changes based on interest rates and homeowner refinancing speeds.

The complaint alleges that UWM did not disclose that it over-hedged in connection with its attempt to take over Two Harbors. The danger to this is that if an acquisition falls through the massive hedge left behind can turn into a speculative gamble.

Over four months ago, on March 27, 2026, Two Harbors announced that it entered a definitive merger agreement with CrossCountry Mortgage in a cash transaction and that it terminated its previous deal with UWM and would pay UWM the termination fee.

Although UWM had disclosed certain information about having hedged the transaction before March 27, investors did not learn the truth of the company's exposure until August 6, 2026. That day UWM reported three important things.

First, the company reported a massive $451 million net loss and roughly a $603 million hedging loss. Management revealed, apparently for the first time, that "we were over-hedged" and "obviously, the Two Harbors transaction went away."

Second, UWM disclosed that its total equity sequentially plunged by about $615 million, or a whopping 38%.

On top of that and third, UWM told shareholders in essence that, as a result of the foregoing, it entered into a massively dilutive recapitalization plan.

The market swiftly reacted, sending the price of UWM shares sharply lower that day. Between December 17, 2025, the day of the Two Harbors acquisition announcement, and August 6, 2026, the price Of UWM shares has declined by about $3.65 or 75%.

Hagens Berman's Investigation

"We're focused on UWM's explanations for why it refrained from unwinding its hedges months ago and why management seemingly went virtually silent on the naked hedging risks until recently," said Reed Kathrein, the Hagens Berman partner leading the firm's investigation.

If you invested in UWM and have substantial losses, or have knowledge that will assist the firm's investigation, submit your losses now »

Whistleblowers: Persons with non-public information regarding UWM should consider their options to help in the investigation or take advantage of the SEC Whistleblower program. Under the new program, whistleblowers who provide original information may receive rewards totaling up to 30 percent of any successful recovery made by the SEC. Key Case Details & Important Deadlines

- Lead Plaintiff Motion Deadline: October 13, 2026

- Visit: www.hbsslaw.com/aard

What is the Lawsuit About?

The complaint alleges that Aardvark Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing small-molecule therapies targeting bitter taste receptors (TAS2Rs) such as ARD-101 for the treatment of hyperphagia in Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), made materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose critical information.

Specifically, the action points out that the offering documents and defendants failed to disclose:

- That ARD-101 was significantly less safe than defendants had led investors to believe;

- That unexpected, reversible cardiac observations (such as QRS prolongation) occurred during trials at above-target doses; and

- Consequently, Aardvark's clinical, regulatory, and commercial prospects—including the Phase 3 Hunger Elimination or Reduction Objective (HERO) trial and open-label extension (OLE)—were materially overstated.

The Truth Emerges: Voluntarily Pause and FDA Clinical Hold

- February 27, 2026: Aardvark announced it was voluntarily pausing its Phase 3 HERO trial due to "reversible cardiac observations at above target therapeutic doses found during routine safety monitoring in a healthy volunteer study." Following this news, Aardvark's stock price plummeted over 56%.

- May 14, 2026: Aardvark announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) placed a full clinical hold on its investigational new drug application (IND) for ARD-101, halting all ongoing studies under the IND, including the Phase 3 HERO trial and OLE trial. Aardvark's stock price fell another 32.1%.

Hagens Berman's Investigation

"We're investigating the suit's allegations, including that Aardvark allegedly misled investors about ARD-101's development, its safety and efficacy," said Reed Kathrein, the Hagens Berman partner leading the firm's investigation of the claims in the pending suit.

What Can Aardvark Investors Do?

If you are a class member who suffered losses on Aardvark securities, you have until October 13, 2026, to ask the Court to appoint you as Lead Plaintiff for the class. The firm welcomes AARD investors to contact the firm to discuss their legal rights and potential recovery options.
