Read-only assistant lets Enterprise customers ask plain-language questions about their own billing, enrollment, and reconciliation data

GREENWICH, Conn., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AdminaHealth, an industry-leading provider of benefits billing technology for brokers, carriers, third-party administrators, and benefits teams, today announced that its AI-powered data assistant is now available to Enterprise customers of the AdminaHealth Billing Suite.

The assistant lets users ask natural-language questions about billing, enrollment, and reconciliation data within their own workspace, rather than navigating screen by screen or pulling a report to find an answer. A user can ask what a group's bill totaled for a given month, where a mid-period adjustment originated, or which member's coverage changed, and receive a direct answer drawn from that workspace's records.

The assistant is read-only by design. It cannot modify a bill, alter a ledger entry, or change a record. Access requires workspace permission, acceptance of AdminaHealth's terms of use and privacy policy, and multi-factor authentication.

The assistant operates entirely independently of the Billing Suite's reconciliation, consolidation, and payment-calculation engine. Those calculations remain governed by AdminaHealth's proprietary technology, protected under U.S. Patent Nos. 11,410,246 B2 and 11,935,133 B2 and refined through more than a decade of production use.

"AI is most valuable when it helps people get to the information they need faster, without introducing risk into the processes that demand precision," said Dennis Reaves, Chief Technology Officer at AdminaHealth. "We designed the assistant to give customers a simple, conversational way to explore their own data while keeping our core billing and reconciliation calculations completely separate from generative AI. That distinction was deliberate."

AdminaHealth also uses AI to convert PDF invoices into structured data for processing by the Billing Suite. This capability expands the range of carrier and vendor invoice formats the platform can ingest and reconcile, reducing the need to manually convert or reformat source data.

Enterprise customers are the first to receive access to the AI data assistant, with availability for additional customers determined on an account-by-account basis.

AdminaHealth is HITRUST-compliant, and the AdminaHealth Billing Suite has adopted the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and earned the elite HITRUST CSF Certification®.

Emerging from Stealth, Awear Introduces a New Platform for Personal AI
Image File
Original HTML

Starting with smart glasses, Awear gives people greater control over their AI agents while enabling brands to create differentiated experiences across devices

MAUI, Hawaii, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Awear emerged from stealth today at Qualcomm's Snapdragon Summit with a cross-device, context-aware, multimodal intelligence layer for personal AI, built around a simple idea: your AI agent should belong to you, not to a device, an app, or a technology company.

Starting with smart glasses, Awear lets people create and shape their own private AI agents — agents that can move with them across different devices and different brands.

For device makers, that creates a new model. Rather than surrendering the customer experience to a third-party AI assistant, brands can build their own distinctive experiences around the customer's agent, differentiate their products and maintain a direct relationship with the people who buy them.

"Devices are becoming companions," said Dr. Ash Saulsbury, founder and CEO of Awear. "They'll know us, talk to us, and be with us all day. But the memories at the center of that relationship shouldn't belong to the company that made your glasses or your phone. They should belong to you."

"You should be able to shape your agents around who you are and take them with you as your devices change. At the same time, the brands you choose should be able to create extraordinary experiences and build their own relationship with you. Awear is building the platform that makes both possible."

That distinction becomes increasingly important as AI moves beyond phones and computers into the devices people wear throughout the day. When AI can see what people see, hear what they hear and understand the context around them, an assistant is no longer an application. It becomes a persistent interface between people and their digital world.

Awear is designed so the interface is controlled by the individual.

Saulsbury founded Awear after a career spent building many of the technologies now converging in AI-powered eyewear. At Apple's Advanced Technology Group, he worked on core technologies behind products including AirPods and Apple Watch. At Meta, he spent two years incubating the technology and design behind its Ray-Ban smart glasses. At Microsoft, he led the AR1 silicon program.

Smart glasses are the starting point, not the boundary.

Awear is building its platform so a person's agent can ultimately move across the devices they carry, wear and drive — and into the robotic systems they interact with — while preserving continuity of identity, preferences and context.

The hardware can change. Your agent remains yours.

For brands, that portability does not mean becoming invisible. Awear gives each device maker the ability to create experiences unique to its products, design, and customers. An eyewear brand can define how its glasses look, feel, and behave. An automotive company can create experiences specific to the vehicle. Another device maker can build entirely different capabilities — all while interacting with the same agents the customer has chosen and shaped.

This gives brands a way to participate directly in the AI era without handing their customers over to someone else's ecosystem.

Saulsbury is joined by three co-founders bringing expertise across trust, AI, technology, and luxury consumer brands.

Jan Eißfeldt, former Global Head of Trust and Safety at the Wikimedia Foundation, has spent his career building trust systems at global scale, researching AI architectures, and helping define industry standards. Jennifer Van Beek has shaped brand experiences for LVMH and other leading prestige houses. Lila Tretikov, former Deputy CTO of Microsoft and former CEO of the Wikimedia Foundation, has built and led major technology and AI organizations.

Eißfeldt and Tretikov are leading Awear's privacy and trust architecture. At Awear, privacy, trust and safety are not features added after the product is built. They are part of the architecture from the start.

"AI will only fulfill its promise if people trust it," said Eißfeldt. "And trust starts with who is in control. Your agent will know more about you than almost any technology you have used before. That information should work for you, not become the product."

"Follow the money: if your business depends on advertising to people and monetizing their attention or data, privacy will always be in tension with profit. We have a chance to establish stronger norms before AI-enabled devices become ubiquitous. That requires a different kind of company, built from the beginning around a different set of incentives."

At Snapdragon Summit today, Saulsbury took the stage to announce Awear's technology and preview how personal agents can move across smart glasses while brands create their own differentiated experiences around them.

Built on Snapdragon® AR1+, Awear is already working with its first group of device and eyewear partners.

"Great brands build worlds. They give people a way of seeing, a way of carrying themselves, and a sense of who they are when they wear them," said Jennifer Van Beek, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Awear. "Until now, adding AI meant handing the most intimate part of that world to someone else. Awear lets brands bring the most advanced intelligence to their customers without giving up what makes them distinctive: their design language, their values, and their point of view."

Sloth Move Releases Analysis of Fragmented Address Changes After 1.8 Million English Home Moves

Sloth Move Releases Analysis of Fragmented Address Changes After 1.8 Million English Home Moves

Sloth Move's public data analysis examines the administrative steps households may need to complete after moving, including separate updates involving driving records, tax records, electoral registration and healthcare information.

PETERBOROUGH, England, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sloth Move today announced the release of an analysis examining how address changes remain distributed across separate public services after households move home. The analysis places current government guidance alongside housing mobility data to show why a change of address can involve several distinct administrative processes rather than one universal notification.

According to the English Housing Survey 2024 to 2025, approximately 1.8 million households moved home in England in 2024-25. Around half of these moves were into or out of private rented dwellings. The figure provides a measure of residential mobility in England, while the separate administrative requirements identified by Sloth Move show that the practical work associated with moving extends beyond the physical relocation itself.

Sloth Move's analysis focuses on information that needs to remain accurate when a household changes address. It maps requirements stated in public guidance and considers how those requirements affect the administration of a typical move. The analysis does not estimate how many organisations each household contacts or how many hours the process takes.

A home move changes more than the address written on a tenancy agreement or property document. Depending on an individual's circumstances, the new address may need to be recorded by organisations responsible for driving licences and vehicle records, tax administration, electoral registration and healthcare records.

These services operate according to their own rules and eligibility requirements. As a result, completing one address update does not automatically mean that every relevant public record has changed. Sloth Move identifies this separation as a central feature of the moving-home administration process. Movers need to understand which records apply to them and complete the relevant update with each service.

Separate records exist for different administrative purposes, and the organisations responsible for them have different requirements. DVLA guidance, checked August 2026, for example, sets out requirements for changing the address on a driving licence, while HMRC guidance, checked August 2026, provides a separate process for notifying a change of address for tax-related records. Sloth Move examines the cumulative tasks created for households navigating these systems while managing the wider demands of moving home.

NHS England Digital's 2026 Confirm your home address service illustrates both the progress and limitations of digital address administration. The service supports patient address confirmation and related NHS processes, but patients cannot sign up directly. Instead, NHS England selects and invites patients to participate, with access provided through a verified NHS account.

This means the availability of an online service does not necessarily provide a universal route for every household. The 2026 NHS example is relevant because it shows that even as public-sector address management becomes more digital, access and processes can remain specific to individual services.

For Sloth Move, this distinction supports a broader view of address management. A digital option can make updating easier, but households still need to understand which services hold their address and which of those services require a separate notification.

According to the English Housing Survey 2024 to 2025, approximately 1.8 million households moved home in England in 2024-25. The same 2024-25 survey records 640,000 households moving from one privately rented dwelling to another. It also records 182,000 new households moving into the private rented sector. These figures add detail to the headline 1.8 million figure by showing the composition of recent household movements, without implying that every move creates the same administrative requirements.

The survey does not measure how many organisations each household must notify, how long those notifications take, or how many address records remain incomplete after a move. Sloth Move uses the figures as evidence of the size and composition of the moving-household population, rather than as a measure of administrative workload.

Driving-related records provide a clear example of how one change of address can involve more than one update. GOV.UK guidance, checked August 2026, states that drivers must change the address on their driving licence and that registered keepers must also update the address on their vehicle log book, known as the V5C. Depending on the circumstances, motorists may also need to update vehicle tax Direct Debit details and personalised registration documentation.

According to the current GOV.UK DVLA guidance, checked August 2026, motorists can be fined up to £1,000 under current guidance if they do not tell DVLA when their address changes. The requirement makes the address update more than a general recommendation to keep records current. It is an administrative obligation with a stated enforcement consequence.

The DVLA example also demonstrates why a simple checklist can become more complicated than the phrase "change your address" suggests. A mover with a driving licence and a vehicle may have multiple records to consider within the same government service area. Each record has its own update requirement, even though the underlying trigger is the same household move.

The distinction is relevant to any analysis of moving administration because it demonstrates that a single life event can produce multiple record-management tasks. It also shows why movers need to identify the records that apply to their circumstances rather than assuming that one completed update automatically covers every related record.

Tax and electoral records add further layers to the address-change process. GOV.UK guidance for HMRC, checked August 2026, requires people to tell HMRC when they change address. The service states that an address update can affect records associated with Child Benefit, Income Tax, National Insurance and State Pension, depending on the individual's circumstances.

Electoral registration operates separately. GOV.UK's Register to Vote service, checked August 2026, states that people need to register again with their new details if they change address. The online registration process is a distinct government service rather than an automatic consequence of updating another public record.

Updating a driving licence or informing HMRC should not be treated as a substitute for updating electoral registration. The responsibility for keeping each record current remains tied to the relevant service. For households, this creates an administrative sequence in which the same information may need to be supplied more than once. The new address remains identical, but the destination, process and eligibility conditions can differ between organisations.

Sloth Move's analysis treats this address administration as a coordination issue. The challenge is not simply entering a new address into a form, but it also involves determining which organisations need the information, understanding the applicable process and ensuring that the information reaches the correct record.

The evidence reviewed by Sloth Move points to a simple distinction between the event of moving and the administrative process that follows. The physical move happens once, but the new address may need to be communicated repeatedly to organisations that maintain separate records. This distinction is important when assessing services designed to simplify moving-home administration. A service can reduce the number of separate interactions a mover has to manage without changing the underlying responsibilities of the organisations receiving the information.

Sloth Move's approach is based on using a single form to help movers communicate their new address to relevant organisations, while the receiving organisations continue to manage their own records and processes.

The approach is intended to address coordination rather than replace official systems. Government services remain the authoritative channels for their respective records, and movers remain responsible for providing accurate information and completing any steps that a particular service requires.

The analysis also highlights the importance of avoiding unsupported claims about the moving experience. Public datasets establish how many households move, while government guidance establishes specific update requirements.

Sloth Move limits this analysis to findings that can be supported by published sources. This approach provides a distinction between documented administrative requirements and estimates that would require additional proprietary research.

Sloth Move's analysis combines publicly available housing and government information. The primary housing statistic comes from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government's English Housing Survey 2024 to 2025, which reports household moves in England. Administrative requirements were reviewed against the current GOV.UK guidance covering DVLA, HMRC and electoral registration, alongside NHS England Digital information on confirming a home address.

Synthesised findings from these sources indicate that residential mobility and address administration are related but separately measured activities. The analysis does not publish figures from Sloth Move's proposed Moving Home Admin Index because underlying sample details, measurement periods and methodology have not been supplied for publication. No estimates have been created to fill those gaps.

The Partnership to Advance Cardiovascular Health Surpasses 500 Signatories Calling on CMS to "Measure What Matters"

A growing coalition of patients, clinicians and advocates urge adoption of new federal quality measures that would allow better screening, management and treatment of high cholesterol.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Partnership to Advance Cardiovascular Health (PACH) announced today that more than 500 individuals across nearly all 50 states have signed a petition urging the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to adopt quality measures that track whether patients' low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, or LDL-C, is measured and treated toward a goal.

"It's time for national quality measures to reflect clinical evidence and allow patients to treat toward a goal."

This petition is the culmination of the Measure What Matters campaign. PACH, in partnership with the Family Heart Foundation, rallied policymakers, advocates, clinicians and patients together to call on CMS and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) to adopt the new, clinically aligned quality measure recommendations.

"Heart disease remains the number one killer in America, and high LDL-C is one of the most well-established, modifiable risk factors we have," Executive Director of PACH, Ryan Gough, said in a statement. "Passing 500 signatures on this petition tells CMS what our community has known for years: you can't manage what you don't measure. It's time for national quality measures to reflect the clinical evidence and allow patients to treat toward a goal."

CMS uses quality measures to set national clinical priorities, publicly report data and incentivize the provision of quality health care. They set the standard of care. But the current quality measure for the treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease is based upon statin prescription alone, assuming patients who have been prescribed a statin have their cholesterol under control. Updating quality measures to incentivize LDL-C screening and treatment to a standard goal is a long-overdue correction that will save lives, improve outcomes and reduce costs.

These signatories bookend a landmark announcement from the ACC/AHA Multisociety Dyslipidemia Guideline recommendation, which seeks to update the older guidelines to establish specific, risk-based LDL-C goals. The quality measure also includes a Class 1 recommendation for every adult to receive universal Lp(a) screening at least once in their lifetime.

"The new 2026 guidelines represent a major step forward for the cardiovascular community. Now, the hard work begins," said Hilly Paige, Chief Innovation Officer at the Family Heart Foundation. "The NCQA and CMS must adopt these measures to align with the new guideline recommendations."

The Partnership to Advance Cardiovascular Health submitted the letter to the Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on September 15.

Genzeon Named UiPath 2026 Industry Impact Partner of the Year for Healthcare and Life Sciences

Recognition honors a five-year partnership advancing AI-powered automation and delivering measurable results across healthcare operations

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Genzeon, an AI-native healthcare solutions and services company, today announced that it has been named UiPath's 2026 Industry Impact Partner of the Year for Healthcare and Life Sciences. Presented at UiPath FUSION 2026, the award recognizes Genzeon's work helping healthcare organizations turn AI and automation into measurable operational and financial outcomes.

Through its five-year partnership with UiPath, Genzeon has helped healthcare organizations scale automation across prior authorization, referrals, claims, revenue cycle management, and other critical workflows — reducing manual work, improving accuracy, and accelerating processing.

"When our clients think about UiPath and healthcare, they think of Genzeon. Five years of joint work have made that real, from the front desk to the revenue cycle to prior authorization, across payers, providers, and life science clients. This award belongs to the teams on both sides who built it," said Harsh Singh, President, AI Business Solutions, Genzeon.

The partnership is delivering measurable results across healthcare operations. For the CMS WISeR program, Genzeon and UiPath delivered prior authorization infrastructure processing more than 450,000 cases annually across 17 high-risk service categories, automating 85% to 90% of routine determinations while meeting mandatory 72-hour turnaround requirements and FHIR and CMS-0057-F compliance.

At a leading pediatric health system, a UiPath-powered referral workflow developed by Genzeon reduced processing time from approximately six minutes to less than one minute, saving an estimated 2,250 staff hours each month.

For a national complex rehabilitation provider, Genzeon and UiPath expanded automated prior authorization coverage from four payers to more than 100, reducing manual touches by 70% to 80% and errors by 90% to 95% during the first phase.

Across the broader partnership, Genzeon has deployed more than 45 AI agents into production and delivered more than 5,000 healthcare automation components.

"ROI is not decided at go-live — it is decided six months into production, when that claim is still getting paid and that referral is still closing the same day," said Vinit Singhal, Sales Leader, AI Business Solutions, Genzeon. "We run Business Value Prioritization before we build and AI Realization after it ships, because day two is where the value actually shows up."

"I'm thrilled to congratulate Genzeon on its recognition as a 2026 UiPath Partner of the Year," said Ashim Gupta, CFO/COO at UiPath. "Genzeon plays a crucial role in helping customers transform how people, robots and agents work together to achieve full value of their AI investments and deliver real enterprise impact."

Genzeon is a UiPath Platinum Partner with a dedicated healthcare-focused UiPath business unit supporting solution development, go-to-market initiatives, professional services, and continued innovation.
