Guidance

The Company is providing fourth quarter and updated full year 2026 guidance in the table below.

DALLAS, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ATI Inc. (NYSE: ATI) reported third quarter 2026 results, with sales of $1.42 billion and net income attributable to ATI of $190 million, or $1.37 per share.

"We had a strong third quarter, exceeding the high-end of our guidance. We are raising our full-year outlook for adjusted EBITDA by $35 million. This follows the $125 million increase in our outlook just last quarter," said Kimberly A. Fields, Board Chair, President and CEO. "Sales in the quarter grew 26% year-over-year, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 46% year-over-year. Our results reflect three main drivers: strong demand backed by long-term agreements, differentiated capabilities that make us the partner of choice, and disciplined execution across our operations.

"These results show the strength and balance of ATI's portfolio and reinforce our growth outlook," Fields continued. "We're delivering on our commitments and positioning ATI for even stronger performance in 2027."

Third quarter 2026 GAAP earnings per share were $1.37 and adjusted earnings per share(a) were $1.46. Net income attributable to ATI was $189.8 million and ATI adjusted EBITDA(a) was $327.9 million, or 23.0% of sales. Third quarter 2026 adjusted results exclude pre-tax charges of $15.6 million for special items consisting of $14.4 million for restructuring and other charges and a $1.2 million debt extinguishment charge. The after-tax impact of these special items was a charge of $12.1 million, or $0.09 per share.

The third quarter 2026 restructuring and other charges include $8.4 million of transformation-related costs, $2.9 million of losses on the sale of customer accounts receivable, $2.2 million of start-up and transaction-related costs, and $0.9 million of restructuring-related costs.

The Non-GAAP tables included within this release provide the reconciliations of the GAAP to Non-GAAP financial measures and additional details on the special items noted above.

Operating Results by Segment

- HPMC's third quarter 2026 sales increased $84.3 million, or 13%, compared to second quarter 2026, primarily due to strong demand and pricing for commercial jet engine products as well as demand for defense products. Aerospace & defense sales represented 94% of total HPMC sales in third quarter 2026, which was up slightly compared to second quarter 2026.

- HPMC third quarter 2026 segment EBITDA(a) was $167.3 million, or 23.2% of sales. The sequential and year-over-year decline in segment EBITDA margin was primarily due to higher manufacturing and period costs, including costs associated with ramping commercial production of a new nickel-based superalloy.

- AA&S third quarter 2026 sales increased $78.3 million, or 13%, compared to the second quarter 2026, primarily due to higher sales in the aerospace & defense and specialty energy markets. Aerospace & defense represented 45% of total AA&S sales in the third quarter of 2026.

- Third quarter 2026 sales increased $179.7 million, or 34%, compared to third quarter 2025, primarily due to higher sales to the aerospace & defense, specialty energy, and conventional energy markets. On a year-over-year basis, aerospace & defense sales grew by 34%, as sales of commercial jet engine products almost doubled, reflecting both higher demand and pricing.

- AA&S third quarter 2026 segment EBITDA(a) was $181.3 million, or 25.8% of sales. The sequential and year-over-year increase in segment EBITDA margin was primarily driven by higher pricing and volumes as well as a favorable sales mix. Also, second quarter 2026 segment EBITDA margin included a $9.9 million gain from the sale of a previously closed manufacturing facility.

AGCO REPORTS THIRD-QUARTER RESULTS
Image File
Original HTML

- Net sales of $2.3 billion, down 8.6% year-over-year

- Reported earnings per share of $0.75 and adjusted earnings per share(1) of $1.05

- Full-year adjusted earnings per share outlook of approximately $5.50

DULUTH, Ga., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AGCO (NYSE: AGCO) reported net sales of $2.3 billion for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, a decrease of 8.6% compared to the third quarter of 2025. Reported net income was $0.75 per share for the quarter and adjusted net income(1) was $1.05 per share. These results compare to reported net income of $4.09 per share and adjusted net income(1) of $1.35 per share for the third quarter of 2025. Excluding favorable foreign currency translation of 0.1%, net sales in the quarter decreased 8.7% compared to the third quarter of 2025.

"AGCO delivered resilient third-quarter results in what is the weakest global industry demand environment in more than a decade," said Eric Hansotia, AGCO's Chairman, President and CEO. "While elevated input costs and uncertainty around commodity markets and the trade environment pushed industry demand below the last cyclical trough, we aligned production with demand, managed dealer inventories and maintained cost discipline. We also advanced our Farmer-First strategy by strengthening the market position of our premium brands and expanding precision agriculture solutions that help farmers automate tasks, address labor constraints and get more from their equipment."

Hansotia continued, "Lower farm income and uncertainty across global agricultural markets continued to weigh on farmer sentiment, with conditions softening further in EME and Latin America. We remain focused on what we can control: helping farmers improve their economics while strengthening our cost structure. Our fuel-efficient tractors, AI-enabled targeted spraying systems and autonomous solutions are designed to lower operating costs and improve returns for farmers. These actions are helping us navigate current conditions and position AGCO for the recovery."

Net sales for the first nine months of 2026 were approximately $7.2 billion, an increase of 0.7% compared to the same period in 2025. For the first nine months of 2026, reported net income was $2.59 per share and adjusted net income(1) was $3.42 per share. These results compare to reported net income of $8.45 per share and adjusted net income(1) of $3.11 per share for the same period in 2025. Excluding favorable foreign currency translation of 3.4%, net sales in the first nine months of 2026 decreased 2.7% compared to the same period in 2025.

Third Quarter Highlights

- Reported regional sales results(2): Europe/Middle East ("EME") (19.1)%, North America +34.8%, Latin America ("LATAM") (15.4)%, Asia/Pacific/Africa ("APA") +13.8%

- Constant currency regional sales results(1)(2)(3): EME (18.1)%, North America +35.1%, LATAM (19.1)%, APA +9.2%

- Regional operating margin performance: EME 10.5%, North America 2.8%, LATAM 2.5%, APA 13.9%

Hansotia concluded, "The long-term fundamentals supporting global agriculture remain intact, driven by rising food demand and the need for greater on-farm productivity. Through PTx, farmers can add automation, autonomy and other advanced capabilities to existing equipment across virtually any brand, gaining the benefits of the latest technology without purchasing an entirely new machine. Together with our premium equipment brands, this differentiated strategy positions AGCO to create value through the cycle and capture growth as market conditions improve."

Market Update

North American industry retail tractor sales were 9% lower in the first nine months of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025 with the largest change occurring in higher-horsepower categories. Combine unit sales were 10% lower year-over-year during the same period. Commodity prices and evolving conditions surrounding trade and export demand continued to influence farm profitability. As a result, farmers remained cautious with spending, and industry demand is expected to remain below historical mid-cycle levels through the remainder of 2026.

Brazil industry retail tractor sales were 17% lower in the first nine months of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025 reflecting reduced demand for larger equipment. Farm profitability remained under pressure due to higher interest rates, constrained credit conditions and soft farm economics. Broader economic and policy uncertainty weighed on farmer confidence and led to delayed equipment purchases.

Western Europe industry retail tractor sales were 1% lower during the first nine months of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025 with the third quarter down 9% compared to the third quarter of 2025. Spain, Germany, France and Italy showed the largest third quarter declines. Hot and dry weather across portions of Western Europe created yield variability and weighed on farmer sentiment in the third quarter. While relatively healthy livestock and dairy economics and an aging equipment fleet continue to support replacement demand, softer crop economics, elevated input costs and economic developments have constrained equipment purchasing activity. As a result, industry demand is expected to remain challenged for the remainder of 2026.

Regional Results

AGCO Regional Net Sales (in millions)

North America

North American region net sales increased 35.1% during the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025, excluding the impact of unfavorable currency translation. Higher unit sales across most equipment categories, particularly high-horsepower and mid-range tractors and parts, supported the increase in sales. Income from operations for the third quarter of 2026 was $13.8 million compared to a loss from operations of $42.0 million in the same period in 2025, primarily due to higher sales and production volumes and the benefit of approximately $13.0 million of certain IEEPA tariff refunds recognized during the period.

Latin America

Net sales in the Latin America region decreased 19.1% during the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025, excluding the impact of favorable currency translation. Softer industry demand resulted in lower sales. Income from operations for the third quarter of 2026 was $13.0 million lower compared to the same period in 2025. This decrease was primarily the result of significantly lower sales and production volumes.

Europe/Middle East

Net sales in the Europe/Middle East region decreased 18.1% during the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025, excluding the impact of unfavorable currency translation. Sales declines were primarily driven by weaker industry demand, with the most pronounced decreases in Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Income from operations in the third quarter of 2026 was $115.1 million lower compared to the same period in 2025, primarily due to significantly lower sales and production levels.

Asia/Pacific/Africa

Asia/Pacific/Africa region net sales increased 9.2% during the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025, excluding favorable currency translation impacts. Higher sales in Australia were partially offset by lower sales across many of the Asian and African markets. Income from operations in the third quarter of 2026 was $17.2 million higher compared to the same period in 2025, primarily due to higher sales and a favorable product mix.

Outlook

AGCO's net sales for 2026 are expected to be from $9.8 to $10.0 billion. Adjusted operating margins are projected to be about 7.0% reflecting continued emphasis on pricing discipline, cost management and operational alignment. Production volumes are planned to align dealer inventory with market demand, while cost controls and positive pricing continue to support performance. Based on these assumptions, 2026 adjusted earnings per share is targeted at approximately $5.50. These estimates reflect tariff policies as of October 29, 2026, together with AGCO's established mitigation actions and sourcing strategies. Any changes to tariff policies or related responses could affect these projections.

Havoc to Join CSBC Corporation, Taiwan at MATURE Taiwan 2026

PROVIDENCE, R.I., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Havoc, the collaborative autonomy company, today announced it will attend Marine Technology & Autonomous Systems Taiwan (MATURE Taiwan) in Tainan, Taiwan. Havoc will exhibit alongside its partner CSBC Corporation, Taiwan (CSBC), Taiwan's largest shipbuilder, in the CSBC booth (M501).

Havoc CEO and Co-Founder Paul Lwin and CSBC President Kun-Tsung Tsai will hold a joint press conference on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at 10:30 a.m. Taiwan time (9:30 p.m. ET, Monday, Nov. 2) at the CSBC booth, M501. Throughout the event, Havoc will also run virtual demonstrations showcasing the power of collaborative autonomy in real-time action. Additional details, including demonstration times and locations, will follow.

In September, Havoc and CSBC announced a partnership to pursue licensed co-production of autonomous surface vessels (ASVs) for Taiwan's maritime security. The partnership pairs CSBC's shipbuilding, production, and lifecycle support capabilities with Havoc's collaborative autonomy software, integrated onto CSBC-built platforms that are produced and sustained in Taiwan by a Taiwanese workforce. The two companies intend for the model to be repeatable with other Indo-Pacific partners seeking to build autonomous maritime capability with U.S. technology and their own industrial base.

As reported recently in The Wall Street Journal, Havoc is one of the leading U.S. defense technology companies partnering with Taiwanese manufacturers to build uncrewed systems through a secure supply chain that avoids China and can serve both Taiwan and the Pentagon. The Journal reported that CSBC spent more than six months evaluating roughly a dozen U.S. and European firms, including at-sea demonstrations and visits to the United States, before selecting Havoc as its partner for Taiwan's navy drone-boat effort.

Havoc and CSBC have structured their partnership to match that framework: American autonomy software, Taiwan-built platforms, a Taiwanese workforce, and a supply chain free of Chinese components. The model also aligns with Taiwan's Self-Reliant Defense policy, which calls for autonomous platforms that can be mass produced, maintained, and upgraded at home.

"It is an honor to be in Tainan alongside CSBC and to work with the people of Taiwan as they strengthen their own defenses," said Paul Lwin, CEO and Co-Founder of Havoc. "Taiwan has the shipbuilders, the engineers, and the industrial depth to field autonomous systems at scale. Havoc brings the software that lets those systems sense, decide, and act together. When Congress wrote Section 1266, it described exactly this kind of partnership. MATURE is our chance to show what that policy looks like when it moves off the page and onto the water."

"MATURE Taiwan is an important platform for showcasing Taiwan's maritime technology capabilities and strengthening international cooperation," said Kun-Tsung Tsai, President of CSBC Corporation, Taiwan. "We are pleased to join Havoc at this event to demonstrate how advanced autonomy technology and Taiwan's shipbuilding expertise can work together. Through this partnership, we aim to strengthen Taiwan's domestic production capabilities, build a resilient supply chain, and accelerate the practical application of autonomous maritime systems."

The Havoc-CSBC partnership aligns with congressional intent. Specifically, Section 1266 of the FY2026 National Defense Authorization Act directs the Department of Defense to work with Taiwan on a joint program for uncrewed and counter-uncrewed systems, explicitly including co-development and co-production. The provision reflects a bipartisan view that the United States brings leading autonomy technology while Taiwan brings world-class manufacturing and shipbuilding capacity, and that combining the two strengthens deterrence in the Indo-Pacific.

About Havoc

Havoc is a collaborative autonomy company that turns human intent into coordinated action across autonomous systems. Its software connects boats, aircraft, and ground vehicles from different manufacturers so they can share information, divide tasks, and execute missions together autonomously across sea, air, and land. With Havoc, a small number of humans can direct large autonomous teams to execute dull, dirty, and dangerous tasks.

Arango Expands Cologne Office to Help Enterprises Scale AI and Graph Applications

New customer-focused office will host hands-on training and architecture workshops to help enterprises build more reliable AI agents and scale graph applications in production

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Arango, the graph-native data platform for mission-critical applications and AI agents, today announced the opening of its expanded Cologne office. The larger space is designed for customers and partners to work directly with Arango experts through hands-on training, architecture workshops and collaborative sessions that help shape future product development.

The office officially opened on October 22 with Arango's inaugural Customer Advisory Board meeting, bringing together a dozen customers and Arango executives to discuss their biggest AI and data architecture challenges and help shape Arango's product direction.

Located at the Deichmannhaus, Bahnhofsvorplatz 1, 50667 Cologne, the expanded office strengthens Arango's presence in Germany and the DACH region while creating new opportunities for customers and partners across EMEA to collaborate directly with the company's engineering and technical teams.

"As a co-founder, it's incredibly rewarding to see how far Arango has come and to celebrate this next chapter in Cologne," said Frank Celler, Co-Founder & Chief Information & Security Officer of Arango. "Our success has always been built on talented engineers, a passion for solving difficult problems and close relationships with our customers. This new office brings those strengths together and creates even more opportunities to innovate."

Two Production Challenges Arango Helps Solve

As enterprises move AI agents and graph applications into production, two common architecture challenges emerge.

- Getting AI agents into production. AI agents can retrieve information, but they struggle when answers depend on connected, current data across multiple sources. Without the relationships, freshness and supporting evidence that tie data together, agents can miss important context and produce answers that are difficult to trust.

- Scaling connected graph applications. Graph applications can hit a ceiling when a connected graph outgrows a single server. As data and query complexity increase, teams may face slower multi-hop queries, bigger machines, graph splitting or migration. Arango lets one connected graph scale across multiple servers while keeping related data together.

Arango addresses both challenges with a graph-native data platform built for connected data. For AI applications, it brings relationships, current and historic data, and supporting evidence together and keeps that context current. For graph workloads, Arango distributes a connected graph across multiple servers while preserving the relationships applications need to query.

Through hands-on training and architecture workshops at its expanded Cologne office, Arango will help customers apply these capabilities to their own applications, data and production requirements.

"Building an AI application prototype is one thing. Making it reliable and scalable in production is another," said Shekhar Iyer, CEO of Arango. "Customers come to us when their applications and agents need better context or when their connected data has outgrown the architecture underneath it. Our expanded Cologne office brings technical leaders and builders together with our experts to solve those problems and move their applications forward."

Hands-On Workshops to Accelerate AI and Graph Applications

Customers and partners can work directly with Arango experts to solve challenges in their own applications, improve performance and prepare for production.

Workshops will focus on two common production challenges: building more reliable AI agents with knowledge graphs and GraphRAG, and scaling connected graph applications as data, query complexity and usage grow. Customers can also work with Arango experts on application modernization, hands-on training and architecture testing against real-world performance requirements.

Bringing Customers Closer to Product Development

The inaugural Customer Advisory Board gave participating customers a direct opportunity to share their experiences, discuss emerging technology requirements and influence Arango's product strategy and roadmap.

Participants discussed priorities including interoperability across systems, security and governance, developer productivity, data recovery, and the requirements for scaling AI and graph applications in production.

The advisory board establishes an ongoing forum for customers to share feedback, exchange ideas with peers and work directly with Arango's product and engineering leaders.

- The funding provided by a new, undisclosed investor increases Group14's Series D round to over $665 million

- Unlocks Group14's third large-scale Battery Active Materials site (BAM-4) to be built in Spain

- BAM-3 in Korea is already operational and scaling, with BAM-2 in the US expected to come online in H1 2027

WOODINVILLE, Wash., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Group14 Technologies, the world's leading manufacturer and supplier of advanced silicon battery materials, today announced the close of a â¬150 million (~$169 million USD) Series D equity extension. As part of the funding, Group14 has committed to expanding its SCC55® production into Europe, selecting Sagunto, Spain, for its next industrial-scale manufacturing module with an initial 10 GWh capacity.

BAM-4 will bring Group14's total near-term manufacturing footprint to 40 GWh of capacity, inclusive of one module at BAM-3 in Sangju, Korea (10 GWh) which is currently operational and scaling, and two modules at BAM-2 in Moses Lake, Washington (20 GWh) which are expected to start producing in 2027. Group14 has also operated a commercial-pilot facility in Woodinville, Washington (BAM-1) since 2021, from which it has delivered SCC55 to over 150 customers. Group14 has the vision to deploy hundreds of gigawatt-hours of manufacturing capacity over the next decade.

By establishing an operational base in Spain, Europe's second-largest automotive manufacturing country, Group14 positions its battery materials directly adjacent to key European OEM supply chains. This expansion cements Group14 as the most geographically dispersed silicon battery material producer in the worldâa strategic advantage that insulates global battery supply chains from regional disruptions, accelerates time-to-market, and ensures direct, localized support for key automotive, tech, and manufacturing partners across North America, Asia, and Europe.

This follow-on funding reinforces Group14's leadership in the silicon battery sector. It also underscores the company's expanding global footprint and its commitment to secure critical mineral supply chains on behalf of its customers. Group14's innovations are backed by a global patent portfolio of more than 200 patents. Leveraging this technology, its flagship SCC55 material delivers breakthrough battery performance, already earning commercial traction in applications such as smartphones, drones, hypercars, and eVTOLs.

"To truly transform the energy economy, battery material producers must be located where the batteries are made," said Rick Luebbe, CEO and Co-Founder of Group14 Technologies. "Our expansion into Spain reflects our vision: staying nimble, building near key customer hubs, and maintaining secure, localized supply chains. The launch of BAM-4 gives us the springboard to accelerate our European footprint while simultaneously propelling our global growth trajectory across the U.S. and Asia."

While the â¬150M investment anchors Group14's European foothold, the capital serves a broader strategic catalyst: driving the company's global expansion to scale manufacturing capacity, meeting demand from top-tier automotive, consumer electronics, datacenter, aerospace, and defense manufacturers.

About Group14 Technologies

Group14 Technologies is the leading global manufacturer of advanced silicon battery materials, accelerating the electrification of everything from electric vehicles and consumer electronics to AI-enabled technologies. Its flagship silicon-carbon material, SCC55®, delivers higher energy density and faster charging speeds for any battery chemistry. Supporting customers representing over 95% of global lithium-ion battery production, Group14 operates commercial-scale manufacturing facilities across the U.S., Europe, and Asia to power the worldwide transition to the silicon battery era.

Wipfli announces Courtney Clark as keynote speaker for Stronger to Serve 2027

Resilience researcher and adaptability expert to headline Wipfli's premier conference for nonprofit and mission-driven leaders.

MILWAUKEE, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Wipfli, a leading national advisory and accounting firm, today announced that resilience researcher, author and keynote speaker Courtney Clark will deliver the keynote address at the 2027 Stronger to Serve Conference, taking place July 12-15, 2027, at the Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim, California.

A global speaker on adaptability, resilience and succeeding through change, Clark is known for helping leaders navigate uncertainty with practical, research-backed strategies. As a four-time 9/11-related cancer survivor and brain aneurysm survivor, she combines personal experience with original research to challenge conventional thinking about resilience and organizational change. Her work has been featured by USA Today, Forbes, Psychology Today, CNN, CBS, ABC and the Chicago Tribune. She is also a Certified Speaking Professional⢠(CSP), a designation held by a small percentage of speakers worldwide.

"Nonprofit leaders are navigating an environment defined by funding pressures, workforce challenges and rapidly changing expectations," said Kathleen DuBois, partner and leader of Wipfli's nonprofit, government and education practice. "And yet, every day I see leaders meet that uncertainty with hope, determination and heart. Courtney's message is exactly what leaders need right now. She reminds us that resilience isn't simply about persevering, it's about knowing when to evolve, having the courage to chart a new path, and inspiring our teams to move forward with confidence. I am excited for attendees to leave her keynote energized by what's possible and ready to turn challenge into opportunity."

Moving from mindset to action

The Stronger to Serve 2027 keynote builds on the conference's tradition of helping nonprofit leaders strengthen both themselves and their organizations. Following the 2026 keynote from Cam Awesome, which encouraged attendees to examine the conversations they have with themselves, Clark's presentation will focus on what leaders do when circumstances change and the original plan no longer fits reality.

Conference attendees will gain practical tools for responding to disruption, making strategic adjustments without viewing change as failure and creating a shared language for adaptability across their organizations.

"Grit is great, but my research found we've been over-indexing on the 'grit' side of resilience, and it's actually made many people less adaptable to change," said Clark. "I'm excited to teach nonprofit leaders the framework for strategic adaptability, so that they can let go of "the way we've always done it" and build a new path forward."

A message grounded in nonprofit experience

Before launching her speaking and research career, Clark worked with cancer-focused nonprofit organizations and later founded Austin Involved, a nonprofit dedicated to volunteerism and community engagement. Her firsthand experience in the sector gives her a unique perspective on the realities nonprofit leaders face as they balance mission, people and resources while adapting to changing conditions.

Since 1999, Stronger to Serve has brought together nonprofit executives, financial leaders and program professionals from across the country to share ideas, address emerging challenges and strengthen the communities they serve. The 2027 conference marks the event's first year in Anaheim and will feature expanded educational tracks, enhanced preconference learning opportunities and signature networking experiences designed for nonprofit, government and education leaders.

CallRail Introduces Market Insights, Giving Small Businesses a Clearer View of How They Stack Up
Image File

New feature provides industry-specific peer comparisons and recommended next steps to help 225,000 businesses improve lead engagement

ATLANTA, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CallRail, the AI-powered lead engagement platform, today announced the ability for businesses to see how their lead performance compares with industry peers, at no additional cost. The new capability draws on de-identified, aggregated data from more than 130 million daily touchpoints across CallRail's network of over 225,000 businesses.

Businesses and the agencies that support them have plenty of lead data but often lack the context to interpret it. An 80% call answer rate might look strong on its own, even if it trails similar businesses. Without that comparison, it's hard to know whether to make changes or whether results simply reflect industry trends.

These new insights, exclusively for CallRail customers, bring that context into the platform marketers already use. Customers can compare themselves with peers by industry, specialty or call volume, and each peer group must meet a minimum size to protect individual business data. Customers who prefer not to participate can opt out at any time. Data refreshes monthly, and customers receive recommendations for next steps based on the results.

"It's one thing to track how your business is performing, but it's another to understand how those results compare to similar businesses," said Laura Beussman, CMO/CRO at CallRail. "We're now giving small businesses a clearer picture of where they're doing well, where they may be falling behind and what they can do to improve."

Available insights include:

- Top lead sources: Compares a business's top five lead sources with those of its peers, helping marketers determine where to invest or which new channels to test.

- Call answer rate: Highlights how often businesses answer incoming calls relative to their peers, helping identify opportunities to reduce missed calls.

- First-time caller rate: Measures the percentage of callers contacting a business for the first time, helping marketers assess how effectively they're attracting new prospects.

- Average call duration: Compares average call length against industry peers, helping businesses identify opportunities to improve call handling and intake processes.

- Lead qualification rate: Measures the percentage of leads marked as qualified, providing a benchmark for evaluating lead quality relative to peers.

"Clients want to know what their marketing results actually mean and where they should focus next," said Michael Hurley, COO at Einstein Industries. "Market Insights gives us a way to show clients how they compare with similar businesses, not just how they've performed month over month. That makes it easier to identify opportunities, explain our recommendations, and show the value of the work we're doing."

These features are available at no additional cost to eligible CallRail customers at Market Insights. Businesses interested in CallRail can learn more or start a free trial at www.callrail.com.

Element Pay helps fleets save more on fuel and prevent unnecessary spending

Crown Capital reports 15% savings and identifies $150,000 in potential fraudulent spending using Element Pay, Element's new cardless fuel payment solution

TORONTO, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Element Fleet Management Corp. (TSX: EFN), a global leader in intelligent fleet and mobility solutions, today announced the launch of Element Pay, a cardless payment solution from Element Mobility that helps fleets maximize fuel savings, prevent fraud, and eliminate physical fuel cards.

Fuel is a major fleet expense, but traditional payment methods make it difficult to prevent unnecessary spending and fraud. Element Pay changes that by giving fleet managers greater control over where drivers fuel, what they purchase, how much they spend, and the time they spend managing payments.

Crown Capital, a management company for roofing-related businesses, has reported 15% overall savings using Element Pay. The company also identified $150,000 in potential fraudulent spending over 90 days and reduced the time spent helping crews resolve fuel-payment issues by 25%.

"Our crews need to stay focused on their work, not on sorting out fuel cards or payment issues," said Joel Vazquez, Director of Fleet Operations, Crown Capital. "Element Pay has helped us reduce those interruptions, save time and gain better control over fuel spending."

Making every fuel payment an opportunity to save

Unlike conventional fuel cards, Element Pay uses the vehicle to initiate and authorize direct-pay transactions. The vehicle is the payment.

With this vehicle verification technology, Element Pay brings fuel savings, fraud prevention, and spending controls directly into the payment process, helping fleets prevent unnecessary costs before they occur, rather than simply identifying them afterward. The solution combines digital payments, spending controls, and real-time transaction information to help fleets:

- Maximize fuel saving: Guide drivers to lower-priced fuel stations, set spending limits, and reduce unnecessary purchases. With drivers choosing higher-priced stations approximately 20% of the time, fleet managers can proactively restrict purchases at expensive locations, including the 10% most expensive stations, to help avoid overpaying at the pump.

- Prevent fuel fraud: Link purchases to vehicles, block unauthorized transactions that fail applicable vehicle verification and spending requirements, and flag suspicious activity. Up to 12% of fuel spending could be at risk of fraud, highlighting the opportunity to prevent unnecessary spending before it occurs.

- Eliminate fuel cards: Use vehicle-authorized digital payments to replace physical fuel cards, reducing lost-card issues, PIN problems and card-management costs. Element Pay can deliver up to 5.5 times the savings associated with traditional fuel cards, based on illustrative fleet savings estimates.

- Save time and resources: Onboard new drivers in seconds, without waiting for physical cards to be mailed or distributed. Digital receipts and automatic reconciliation also reduce the time fleet and finance teams spend matching purchases, managing paperwork, and resolving payment issues.

"Every fuel purchase is an opportunity to save money, but too often fleets don't have the tools to act before that money is spent," said Oliver Hahn, Head of Element Mobility. "Element Pay changes that, making it easier for clients to control costs, prevent unnecessary spending, and see the results in their bottom line."

A smarter, simpler way to pay for fuel

Element Pay connects fuel purchases directly to vehicles rather than physical fuel cards. Drivers can pay through the Element Pay app using direct pay or tap to pay at supported stations.

With direct pay, the vehicle initiates and authorizes the transaction following the required verification checks. A driver cannot independently authorize a payment without the associated vehicle being authenticated. Tap to pay provides an additional digital payment option where direct pay is not available.

Behind the scenes, fleet teams can see transactions in real time, set spending rules, and automatically match digital receipts to purchases to identify unauthorized activity and reduce admin work. Connected vehicle data can provide additional checks, but telematics is not required.

Element Pay currently provides access to more than 85,000 supported fueling locations across the United States.

Element Pay will bring broader vehicle-based payments, with future applications across maintenance, tolls, violations, EV charging, and other vehicle-related expenses.
