New voyages and extended itineraries bring more ways to explore the Galápagos, Costa Rica and Panama, the Amazon, Baja California, Egypt and Peru

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions today announced the final collection of voyages in its 2028â29 deployment, introducing new itineraries, extended journeys and more opportunities to explore aboard its expedition fleet and a selection of intimate chartered vessels.

Building on the first collection of 2028â29 voyages announced in August, the newly released itineraries expand exploration in beloved destinations including the Galápagos, Baja California and the Amazon, introduce a new Costa Rica and Panama expedition, and offer immersive journeys through Egypt and Peru. Across the collection, experienced Expedition Leaders, naturalists, historians, scientists, photographers and National Geographic Expedition Experts bring their deep knowledge of each destination to every journey.

"Every destination has its own rhythm, and our job is to design the voyage in concert with it," said Trey Byus, Chief Expedition Officer, Lindblad Expeditions. "We're constantly looking for ways to give guests more depth, more access and more opportunities to explore actively. The 2028â29 deployment reflects that approach, with new combinations, extended itineraries and intimate vessels that allow guests to experience these places in ways larger ships simply cannot. That might mean spending more time in the Galápagos, exploring the Amazon by skiff and kayak, or seamlessly connecting Costa Rica and Panama in one continuous expedition."

Highlights of the 2028â29 season include:

- Galápagos: Eight itineraries range from seven to 17 days aboard four distinct ships: National Geographic Endeavour II, National Geographic Islander II, National Geographic Gemini, and National Geographic Delfina. Extended back-to-back packaged sailings through the destination offer more time to explore the archipelago's varied islands and ecosystems, while veteran naturalists and expedition teams bring decades of firsthand experience to the islands.

- Peru and Galápagos: In 2029, guests can connect the cultural treasures of Peru with the wildlife and landscapes of the Galápagos in one continuous land-and-sea journey on the Peru and Galápagos Escape itinerary. Guests explore Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu with expert historians and local guides before continuing to the Galápagos for active exploration, wildlife encounters and snorkeling alongside veteran naturalists.

- Costa Rica and Panama: A new 15-day itinerary connects Costa Rica's Pacific wilderness and Guanacaste highlands with Panama's rainforests, Pearl Islands and Canal, while an expanded eight-day Guanacaste itinerary offers more time to explore the region's landscapes, wildlife and culture. Guests can experience the region by Zodiac, kayak and paddleboard, as well as by snorkeling and exploring on foot, with more time on Gatún Lake and access to Barro Colorado Island aboard National Geographic Venture.

- Amazon: From November 2028 through October 2029, Upper Amazon: A River Expedition explores the Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve aboard Delfin II and Delfin III. Guests venture by skiff, kayak and on foot in search of pink river dolphins, primates, macaws, sloths and caimans, while visits with Ribereño communities offer insight into locally led initiatives supported through Minga Peru.

- Baja California: Aboard National Geographic Quest, Baja California Discovery: Exploring Mexico's Gulf of California explores the region's interconnected desert-and-sea ecosystem, while Baja California: Among the Great Whales focuses on seasonal encounters with gray whales in the lagoons. Baja California Holiday: A Living Sea and Desert Isles offers a festive-season departure for those looking to get away for the holidays.

- Egypt: The Passage Through Egypt Aboard Oberoi Philae itinerary connects Cairo to Abu Simbel aboard the 44-guest Oberoi Philae. Dedicated Egyptologists and Certified Photo Instructors provide context from the Pyramids and Sphinx to lesser-visited sites including Saqqara, Dendera and Kom Ombo, offering a deeper look at 5,000 years of Egyptian history.

The complete 2028â29 deployment builds on the legacy of National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions, pairing intimate ships with the expertise, flexibility and access that define expedition travel. Each purpose-built vessel offers a stylish and distinct way to experience the world, while experienced expedition teams adapt each journey to the conditions, wildlife and discoveries of the day. The 2028â29 collection offers travelers more ways to go further, explore where it matters and experience each destination with those who know it best.

The TIOmarkets mobile trading app combines market analysis, advanced order controls, bulk position actions, economic events, funding and account management in one app.

LIMASSOL, Cyprus, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TIOmarkets has expanded its mobile trading app for iOS and Android with Depth of Market (DOM), enhanced order controls, bulk position management and a redesigned Economic Calendar. The update builds on an all-in-one experience that brings market analysis, trade execution, funding and account management together on mobile.

Depth of Market and advanced order controls

DOM provides an order-book view for supported symbols directly from the trade ticket. Standard DOM shows bid and ask prices and volume across multiple price levels, while Price DOM offers a price-focused view. Users can tap a displayed price to help set a Limit or Stop order.

The updated trade ticket also shows trade size, required margin, free margin and order value alongside Take Profit, Stop Loss and scheduled-order controls.

Faster management of open positions

Bulk-position functionality helps clients manage several open trades. Users can close all positions or select groups by performance, direction, symbol or individual position.

Analysis, events and account management

Integrated TradingView charting offers multiple timeframes, technical indicators and drawing tools. The redesigned Economic Calendar adds impact levels, event descriptions, actual, previous and forecast figures, historical releases and available charts.

Clients can register or log in, create and access trading accounts, upload verification documents, review balances, deposit funds, submit withdrawal requests and access support without leaving the app. Supported markets include forex, indices, commodities and stock CFDs, depending on the client's account and location.

"Our objective wasn't simply to release another trading app, but to remove friction from the entire client journey. With the TIOmarkets mobile app, clients can now register, fund their account and trade from a single application," said Stefanos Mitsi, Group CEO at TIOmarkets.

The app supports biometric authentication on compatible devices and two-factor authentication to help protect account access. It is free to download for supported iOS and Android devices. Existing clients can use their current credentials, while new clients can complete registration and verification in the app.

About TIOmarkets

Entrepreneur and Investor Lorenzo Ayres Launches Personal Website Featuring Business Analysis, Book Reviews, and Insights on Investing and Operations

LorenzoAyres.com gives readers a look at how the founder of America's Outdoor Adventure Park finds, structures, and grows businesses

JAY, Okla., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lorenzo Ayres, an entrepreneur, investor, business operator, and founder and CEO of America's Outdoor Adventure Park, today announced the launch of LorenzoAyres.com. On the site, Ayres writes about business, investing, and the practical side of building companies.

Ayres' writing draws on a career in financial services, enterprise software, real estate development consulting, and, most recently, the acquisition and repositioning of America's Outdoor Adventure Park, an all-inclusive outdoor adventure resort. His approach to business is built around what he calls the "four moves" behind all of his work: find the deal, structure it, build the marketing and sales engine, and sell premium.

"Hospitality is where I am running that play right now," Ayres said. "It is the arena. It is not the identity."

What Readers Will Find on LorenzoAyres.com:

- Writing: Long-form analysis of companies, markets, and investment theses

- Book Reviews: Reviews of titles on business, finance, investing, and leadership

- Ventures: An overview of Ayres' current businesses, including America's Outdoor Adventure Park

- Newsletter: New pieces delivered to subscribers' inboxes

"This site is where I'll share how I evaluate businesses, what I'm reading, and what I'm learning as an investor and operator," said Ayres. "My hope is that it's useful to anyone who's trying to build something, invest wisely, or simply think more clearly about business."

Putting the Approach to Work

In 2025, Ayres acquired MidAmerica Outdoors, a shuttered off-road park in Jay, Oklahoma with no meaningful revenue and amenities in disrepair, and relaunched it as America's Outdoor Adventure Park. The park generated $1.5 million in its first year under his ownership. After he repositioned it as an all-inclusive resort, revenue reached $6 million in 2026, and Ayres expects the operating business to finish the year above that figure. The park's organic video content has drawn more than 250 million views, reached more than 100 million people, and built an audience of nearly 1 million followers across platforms.

The park is now in the middle of a $30 million build that includes 43 new A-frame cabins, horseback experiences, and a slate of guest classes. Ayres' goal is to make it a terrestrial cruise: an all-inclusive destination where the experiences, not the waiting, fill the day.

About Lorenzo Ayres

Lorenzo Ayres is an entrepreneur, investor, and hands-on business operator. He is the founder and CEO of America's Outdoor Adventure Park, an all-inclusive outdoor adventure resort in Jay, Oklahoma. Born in Naples, Italy, Ayres moved to the United States at age 11 and worked a series of entry-level jobs before starting in finance at a Long Island broker-dealer. He went on to earn his Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses and manage 401(k) clients at a major brokerage. After a stint in enterprise SaaS, he spent four years advising real estate developers on land negotiation, construction, and capital raising, including through EB-5 and Opportunity Zone structures. Seasoned healthcare finance executive to oversee financial strategy, clinic expansion, and strategic partnerships for one of South Florida's fastest-growing physical therapy and sports medicine organizations

MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- USA Sports Medicine, a leading physical therapy and sports medicine organization serving South Florida's most discerning athletes and active adults, today announced the appointment of Michael Holland as President and Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Mr. Holland will ensure that the company's operational infrastructure and capital strategy support its ambitious growth as it builds on its leadership position in South Florida sports medicine.

The appointment comes during a period of rapid expansion for the Miami-based company, which now operates 25 physical therapy and sports medicine locations across Florida, including clinics inside many of the region's most exclusive private clubs, luxury residential communities, and fitness destinations. Mr. Holland will work alongside founder and CEO Dr. Matthew Cooper and VP Kevin Mills to scale that model, strengthen the company's financial foundation, and pursue strategic partnerships and new markets.

"Michael brings exactly the financial discipline and strategic vision we need as we scale," said Dr. Matthew Cooper, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of USA Sports Medicine. "We've built a brand that the most demanding clients in South Florida trust with their health. It is a high bar, since we operate clinics inside many of South Florida's most exclusive private clubs, residences, and fitness destinations. Michael's role is to make sure the business behind that brand is built to grow for decades."

A Proven Leader in Healthcare Finance and Growth

Mr. Holland brings almost 30 years of experience with private equity backed portfolio companies, healthcare investment banking, and the practice of law. Notably, he served as Chief Development Officer of US Anesthesia Partners, where he led growth to help create the largest single specialty physician practice in the country. He also held a leadership role at Panoramic Health, a leading platform supporting the transition of nephrology practices to value-based care. Across these roles, he has guided healthcare organizations through periods of rapid expansion, acquisitions, and capital raising. He holds degrees from Harvard University and Columbia Law School.

"USA Sports Medicine has something rare in healthcare: a premium brand, exceptional clinical outcomes, and a clear path to expand," said Mr. Holland. "I'm excited about how the company has been able to seamlessly support its recent rapid expansion, including opening five new locations in Palm Beach County this year that are already exceptionally busy. It is a testament to the company's ability to offer services that are in high demand to a discerning clientele."

Expanding Access to Premium Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in South Florida

USA Sports Medicine's growth reflects rising demand for high-quality physical therapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and performance-focused care in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. By placing clinics where its patients already live, train, and play, the company offers athletes, active adults, and post-surgical patients convenient access to licensed physical therapists and evidence-based treatment. Real Roofing Teams Up With One Percent Holdings for Expansion
Image File
Original HTML

The Chandler roofer, which partnered with One Percent Holdings on July 1, 2026, keeps its name, its crews, and its founder. One Percent Holdings takes on the back office.

PHOENIX, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Real Roofing of Chandler partnered with One Percent Holdings, an operating partner for established roofing companies, on July 1, 2026. The partnership is being announced together with One Percent Holdings' second partnership, with Eco Roofing Solutions of Gilbert, which was completed on September 30, 2026. The two companies are equal partners. Ryan LaRue, who founded Real Roofing in 2022, continues to run the company and its crews full time. The Real Roofing name, brand, and team stay as they are.

"I'm excited to partner with One Percent Holdings and Cameron, and to use their resources and experience to take Real to the next level," LaRue said.

One Percent Holdings takes on the work that pulls owners away from their crews and their customers: accounting, reporting, payroll, negotiating purchasing agreements, and back office systems. Day to day operations, hiring, and how the company shows up in its market stay with the owner.

For Real Roofing's staff, the partnership opens up resources that are hard for any single company to build on its own: technology, leadership coaching, and operating playbooks developed across One Percent Holdings' home services businesses. Real Roofing's crews keep working the way they already do. What changes is the range of tools and career paths open to them.

"A lot of partnership platforms have gotten this wrong," said Cameron Bawden, who founded One Percent Holdings. "They partner with good companies and then lose sight of what built them. The name over the door. The standards the founder set. The person the crews actually follow. When that goes, the business goes with it. Ryan built Real Roofing and Ryan runs Real Roofing. Our job is to take the paperwork off his desk and hand him better numbers to make decisions with."

The Phoenix metro area, Real Roofing's home market, employed about 2,610 roofers as of May 2023, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Bawden built Green Mango Pest Control from two trucks in 2010 into one of Arizona's largest pest control companies, selling it in 2024. He started One Percent Holdings to work with home services owners the way he wishes someone had worked with him.

Real Roofing was founded in 2022 by a team with more than 20 years of combined experience. It is licensed in Arizona, California, and Utah. The company is a GAF Master Elite Residential Contractor and a GAF Gold Elite Commercial Contractor, and is Duro-Last Certified, Carlisle Certified, and Polyglass Certified. It was named a 2024 Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite. The company lists its values as integrity, "world class customer service," and putting people over profit.

About Real Roofing

Real Roofing is an Arizona roofing contractor based in Chandler. American Families Challenged to Tackle Prescription Drug Misuse

Free, Safe Medicine Disposal Locations Available Throughout the Nation

MILLBURN, N.J., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, November 14, 2026, communities throughout the United States will participate in the 18th Annual American Medicine Chest Challenge (AMCC) Day of Awareness of Prescription Drugs and Safe Disposal, a national public health initiative to increase understanding about the dangers of prescription drug misuse and encourage safe disposal of prescription drugs.

Safe disposal reduces access to unwanted medications that could be misused or accidentally swallowed by children. According to SAMHSA's 2024 National Survey on Drug Use and Health, 42.3 percent of people age 12 or older who misused prescription pain relievers obtained the medicine they most recently misused from a friend or relative. Taking unused, unwanted and expired medications to a collection site removes them from the home, reducing opportunities for someone to take medicine that was not prescribed for them.

"Medicine safety deserves attention at every age," said Angelo M. Valente, CEO of AMCC. "We encourage parents to talk with their children about prescription drug misuse and older adults to ask their healthcare providers questions about the medicines they take. Safely disposing of prescriptions that are no longer needed reduces the chance that a child will find them or someone else will take them. It's a practical step families can take together."

The five steps of AMCC include taking inventory of medicine; securing medicine chests; taking medicine only as prescribed; safely disposing of unused, unwanted and expired medicine; and, most importantly, talking to children about the dangers of prescription drugs.

Medicine safety conversations also need to include older adults. According to the CDC, in 2024, 8,195 Americans age 65 and older died from drug overdoses. Although overdose death rates declined across all age groups from 2023 to 2024, adults age 65 and older experienced the smallest decrease.

"Talking with children about prescription drug misuse remains essential, and older adults need to be part of these conversations, too," Valente said.

The American Medicine Chest Challenge is the home of the national registry of permanent collection sites where people can safely dispose of their unwanted, expired and unused medicine. Nearly 2,000 permanent drop-off locations exist in 47 states and Washington, D.C. To find a site, visit the newly updated AmericanMedicineChest.com.

PULLMAN Wins Roger Corbetta Award for Historic Restoration of Alexander Hamilton Custom House

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PULLMAN has received the Roger Corbetta Award for Repair and Restoration from the Concrete Industry Board (the New York Chapter of the American Concrete Institute) for its work on the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House Water Remediation Project in New York City. The award was presented at the Concrete Industry Board Awards Dinner on October 28th at the Rainbow Room at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.

Designed by renowned architect Cass Gilbert, the Alexander Hamilton Custom House is a New York City Landmark as well as National Historic Landmark designated by the National Park Service. When water infiltration threatened the building's structural integrity and historic interiors, PULLMAN, alongside Consigli Construction and engineering partner Superstructures, identified the sources of water intrusion and designed and executed comprehensive repairs, all while preserving the building's historic character and keeping the facility fully operational throughout construction.

The award recognized excellence in concrete repair and restoration, highlighting the technical demands of addressing water intrusion in a historically significant building while maintaining ongoing operations. A key feature of the repair project involved removal of masonry perimeter walls and replacement with durable and waterproof reinforced concrete walls. The project was one of the first pilot projects for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) completed under the Inflation Reduction Act's low-carbon concrete requirements for concrete and steel construction materials, demonstrating how historic preservation and sustainable construction can work together.

"Restoring a landmark like the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House requires careful planning, technical precision, and respect for the building's history," said PULLMAN Project Executive Sarah Migliore. "Our team worked to address the water intrusion while preserving the building's historic elements and maintaining operations throughout construction. This award recognizes the care and dedication our team brought to this challenging restoration project."

The award reflects PULLMAN New York's work to preserve a culturally and historically significant landmark while addressing critical building needs and supporting long-term performance and resiliency.

About PULLMAN

PULLMAN extends the service life of critical infrastructure through structural repair, strengthening, and protection. The company works with concrete, steel, and masonry structures across diverse markets, helping improve durability, structural performance, and long-term resilience.
