Amino Minder Brings Real Pharmacokinetic Modeling to Peptide and GLP-1 Tracking, Now Live on the Web -- Android App Coming Soon

New tracker goes beyond dose logging to model estimated plasma levels over time, including downstream hormone cascades for GH-secretagogue stacks

KINGMAN, Ariz., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Baya Lobo LLC today announced the web launch of Amino Minder (aminominder.com), a peptide, GLP-1, TRT, and HRT protocol tracker built around a feature no competing app currently claims: a real pharmacokinetic (PK) engine that estimates and graphs a user's plasma level for each tracked compound over time, rather than simply logging that a dose was taken.

Most peptide-tracking apps on the market function as digital logbooks — a calendar of doses, reminders, and inventory. Amino Minder's PK engine goes further, using standard one-compartment absorption/elimination modeling to show users a rise-and-decay curve for every compound they log, adjustable for route of administration, individual half-life, and a user-configurable clearance modifier. For compounds like the GHRH- and GHRP-class growth-hormone secretagogues — where the injected peptide triggers a downstream cascade of natural GH release, which in turn drives a separate, slower IGF-1 response — Amino Minder models that full chain, including synergy effects when GHRH- and GHRP-class compounds are stacked together, a combination known to produce a greater GH response than either compound alone.

"When I started my peptide journey, I couldn't find the app I wanted, at any cost. So we built it, and made it affordable," said Jim Hamilton, founder of Baya Lobo LLC.

Additional features include pre-built multi-compound stack templates (including commonly-used combinations like GLOW, KLOW, and Wolverine), a low-clutter inventory tracker, streaks and milestone tracking to support consistency, customizable dose reminders, and a polished PDF export designed to be shared with a doctor or research partner. Consistent with its position as an informational tracking tool — not a source of medical advice — Amino Minder deliberately does not include an AI chat assistant or any feature that suggests dosing decisions to users.

Amino Minder is priced at $1.99/month, $9.99/year, or $24.99 as a one-time lifetime purchase — undercutting every comparable app in the category, and one of the only ones offering a straightforward lifetime tier with no retroactively-added sub-tiers.

The web app is available now at aminominder.com. An Android app is in final preparation for Google Play, with iOS to follow.

- IAC – Institut d'art contemporain / Frac Rhône-Alpes

- Musée des Confluences

- Fondation Bullukian

- Parking LPA Saint-Antoine

- Metro Line B – Gare Part-Dieu station

- The financing through Citibank and backed by ABGF supports shop visits for Avianca's fleet of CFM56 engines performed at GE Aerospace's Celma MRO shop

BOGOTÁ, Colombia, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Avianca -part of Abra Group along with Gol and Wamos-, GE Aerospace, and the Brazilian Agency for Management of Guarantee Funds and Guarantees (ABGF) today announced a financing agreement supporting maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for Avianca's CFM56 aircraft engines at GE Aerospace's Celma MRO shop in Brazil

The financing includes up to US$300 million arranged through Citibank and supported by Export Credit Insurance (SCE) provided by ABGF, operator of the Brazilian export credit insurance program. The structure supports the export of high-value Brazilian services and marks the first time a non-Brazilian airline has secured financing under this framework for aircraft engine maintenance services.

"Maintaining a reliable and efficient fleet is fundamental to delivering the experience our customers deserve," said Felipe Gutierrez, Chief Operating Officer of Avianca. "According to Abra Group's approach to fleet synergies and growth, this agreement provides additional flexibility to execute our maintenance plans while continuing to invest in the resilience, reliability, and performance of our operation."

"Supporting high-technology services performed in Brazil generates value, skilled employment and foreign exchange earnings for the country," said Maíra Madrid, President of ABGF. "By supporting transactions such as this one, ABGF helps strengthen the international presence of Brazilian companies and contributes to expanding Brazil's participation in global aerospace value chains."

"This innovative financing solution, a first-of-its-kind with ABGF, provides Avianca with access to world-class maintenance and overhaul services at our Celma facility in Brazil," said Mahendra Nair, Group VP of Global Commercial Sales at GE Aerospace. "We look forward to building on this initiative to deliver even greater value for our customers across the region."

The agreement reinforces Brazil's position as a regional hub for specialized aerospace services and highlights the country's ability to serve international airlines through highly qualified talent, internationally certified facilities and advanced technical capabilities.

GE Aerospace's Celma MRO facility in Brazil serves as the company's main aircraft engine overhaul operation in Latin America. Close to 25% of GE Aerospace's internal engine maintenance work worldwide is carried out by the Brazilian operation, across its five sites in the municipalities of Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, and Três Rios.

OffersTree Releases 2026 Vacant Land Due Diligence Guide for U.S. Buyers
Image File
Original HTML

OffersTree releases a free 2026 vacant land due diligence guide to help U.S. buyers evaluate zoning, access, utilities, title, boundaries and other key property factors.

BEAR, Del., Sept. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- OffersTree, a minority women-owned real estate technology company and nationwide vacant land marketplace, today announced the release of its 2026 Vacant Land Due Diligence Guide, created specifically to help buyers research and evaluate vacant land before completing a purchase.

The guide focuses on six areas that can significantly affect a land purchase: legal access, zoning and permitted uses, utilities and infrastructure, title and property boundaries, environmental and physical conditions, and property taxes and ongoing ownership costs.

To learn more about the key due diligence steps involved in buying vacant land, buyers can read the OffersTree "Vacant Land Due Diligence Guide" and explore available land for sale across the United States.

Buying vacant land requires careful research because important property characteristics may not be immediately apparent from an online listing. A property may appear suitable based on its location, acreage, or asking price, while factors such as legal access, zoning restrictions, utility availability, easements, flood zones, property boundaries, and title issues can affect how the land can be used and what it may ultimately cost to own or develop.

"Buying vacant land is a significant decision, and buyers need to look beyond the listing price and acreage," said AnuSavi Tara, founder and CEO of OffersTree. "Our goal with this guide is to give buyers a practical starting point for identifying the questions they should ask and the property details they should investigate before moving forward."

What Does Vacant Land Due Diligence Include?

Due diligence is the process of researching and verifying important information about a property before completing a purchase. For vacant land, that process can involve several factors that may not be obvious from photographs, maps, or a property description.

The OffersTree guide organizes the process around six key areas.

- Legal access: Buyers should determine whether the property has legally established access and understand any recorded easements or rights-of-way. A visible road does not necessarily mean a property has a legally recognized right to use it.

- Zoning and permitted uses: Current zoning can determine whether land may be used for residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial, recreational, or other purposes. Buyers should also review setbacks, overlay zones, and applicable local restrictions.

- Utilities and infrastructure: Water, sewer, electricity, gas, and internet availability can vary significantly between properties. When utilities are not already available, buyers may need to investigate connection costs or alternatives such as wells, septic systems, or off-grid solutions.

- Property taxes and carrying costs: The purchase price is only one part of the cost of owning land. Buyers should also understand property taxes, special assessments, HOA fees where applicable, and other ongoing expenses associated with the property.

- Environmental and physical conditions: Flood zones, wetlands, slope, drainage, soil conditions, wildfire risk, and previous land uses can affect the suitability of a property for a buyer's intended purpose.

- Title, boundaries, and encumbrances: Buyers should review available title information and investigate recorded easements, liens, boundary questions, and other rights affecting the property. Depending on the circumstances, a professional title review or property survey may also be appropriate.

Why Due Diligence Matters Before Buying Land

For many buyers, the intended use of the property is a major part of the purchasing decision. Someone looking for a future homesite may have very different requirements from a commercial buyer, agricultural buyer, recreational buyer, or long-term investor.

Commercial and industrial buyers may need to evaluate zoning, infrastructure, transportation access, and permitted uses. Buyers interested in ranches, timberland, conservation property, off-grid living, or renewable energy projects may have additional considerations based on the property's location and intended use.

"Land is highly dependent on the details of the individual parcel," Tara said. "Two properties with similar acreage can have very different opportunities and limitations because of zoning, access, utilities, taxes, or other property characteristics. Buyers should evaluate the specific property and verify important information rather than relying only on an asking price or listing description."

Online Land Listings Are Only the Starting Point

Digital marketplaces have made it easier for buyers to discover land across different states and compare properties based on location, acreage, price, and available information. However, online listings should be viewed as the beginning of the research process rather than a replacement for property-level due diligence.

OffersTree provides a marketplace where buyers can discover and compare vacant land opportunities across the United States. Buyers can use available property information to identify properties that may fit their goals and then independently verify important details before purchasing.

This may include confirming zoning, legal and physical access, easements, utilities, taxes, property boundaries, environmental conditions, and other restrictions that could affect the property's intended use.

"Technology can make it easier for buyers to discover land and compare opportunities, but the research process does not end with finding a property online," Tara said. "We want buyers to have a clearer understanding of the questions they should ask and the information they should verify before making a purchase."

A More Informed Approach to Buying Vacant Land

As buyers increasingly use online marketplaces to discover land across the United States, having access to clear and practical information can make the initial research process more efficient.

The 2026 Vacant Land Due Diligence Guide is designed to help buyers organize that research and identify important areas that may require additional investigation before completing a purchase.

The guide is available as a free resource through the OffersTree website. Buyers can also browse available land listings and explore properties based on their individual needs, budget, location preferences, and intended use.

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (NASDAQ: CRESY, BYMA: CRES), leading Argentine agricultural company, announces today its results for FY 2026 ended June 30, 2026.

HIGHLIGHTS

- Net income for fiscal year 2026 amounted to ARS 372,280 million, compared to a gain of ARS 299,635 million in the previous fiscal year.

- Adjusted EBITDA from agribusiness segments reached ARS 17,812 million, while the Urban Properties and Investments segment (through IRSA) recorded ARS 291,055 million.

- The 2026 campaign was carried out with a larger planted area across the region, amid rising commodity prices and input costs and highly favorable weather conditions, except in certain production regions, mainly in Brazil. We planted 314,000 hectares, approximately 5% more than in the previous campaign, and achieved record grain production, exceeding one million tons.

- Argentina recorded excellent production results, with record wheat production and strong soybean and corn yields. BrasilAgro faced a more challenging campaign, particularly in sugarcane due to weather conditions, fires and operational issues, while other crops performed in line with expectations, although with tighter margins.

- Livestock activity reached record levels of cattle production, prices and margins, supported by continued production intensification through feedlots and investments in infrastructure.

- In agricultural real estate, during the fiscal year BrasilAgro agreed to sell a 921-hectare portion of the Morotí farm in Paraguay for USD 1.5 million, of which 372 hectares, representing approximately USD 0.6 million, were recognized as of fiscal year-end.

- On the financial front, during the fiscal year we issued approximately USD 256 million in notes, reducing the Company's average financing cost and extending maturity. In addition, the warrant program issued in 2021 was completed, and we distributed ARS 93,800 million in dividends, representing an approximate 8% dividend yield.

The Company's market capitalization as of June 30, 2026, was approximately USD 795.1 million. (70,930,830 ADS with a price per ADS of USD 11.21)

KIELCE, Poland, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- (NASDAQ: CAE) (TSX: CAE) – CAE and WB Electronics, a leading company in Poland's defence sector specializing in advanced technologies, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at MSPO 2026. CAE and WB Electronics will explore joint opportunities to advance training and operational readiness solutions for unmanned and autonomous systems, combining CAE's global leadership in simulation, synthetic training environments, and mission rehearsal with WB Electronics' expertise in advanced unmanned platforms and mission systems. "Autonomous and unmanned capabilities are becoming a defining element of modern defence forces," said Thibaut Trancart, Vice President and General Manager, CAE Defense & Security, EMEA. "As Canada and Poland deepen defence cooperation, there is a unique opportunity to combine leading technologies with advanced readiness and training capabilities. Together with WB Electronics, we will explore how to help defence forces maximize the operational impact of these systems, enhance mission readiness, and prepare for the future of military operations."

"This MoU with CAE allows us to explore how best to combine our respective strengths to create advanced training and mission readiness capabilities for current and future operators of unmanned systems," said Piotr Wojciechowski, President of WB Electronics, the lead company of WB GROUP. "Together, we see opportunities not only in our respective domestic markets but also internationally."

The agreement between CAE and WB Electronics reflects the strong and enduring relationship between Canada and Poland, as well as the growing opportunities for defence-industrial cooperation. Canada's increasing engagement with European defence industrial initiatives further reinforce the strategic importance of partnerships, helping to drive innovation, strengthen ties, and create future export opportunities.

New LabCentral Program "The Loop" Offers International Biotech Start-Ups and Partner Organizations Curated Learnings Directly from U.S. Market
Image File
Original HTML

Global biotech start-ups and affiliated partner organizations will have access to the Boston and Cambridge ecosystem in Kendall Square to forge cross-border collaboration through networking, education, and programming

BOSTON, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LabCentral recently announced the launch of The Loop, a new soft-landing program that provides high-potential global biotech companies developing therapies to address unmet medical needs with accelerated access to the U.S. ecosystem.

Global start-ups will sharpen their value propositions and accelerate their U.S. market-entry through intentional networking and focused cross-border collaboration without the commitment to a full relocation. The program is designed for participants to bring their learnings from Kendall Square back home. This first-of-its-kind offering at LabCentral allows international founders to join the resident community without the obligation of renting lab space.

"Breakthroughs happen when people and ideas come together and build those meaningful connections, and in an ever-expanding global biotech ecosystem it's critical to link and build internationally. Our goal with The Loop is to create more than an introduction - we want to create a pathway into the local biotech community, giving international founders the opportunity to build lasting relationships with investors, partners, advisors, and fellow entrepreneurs," said Maggie O'Toole, CEO of LabCentral.

A cornerstone of the programming is The Loop Week Summit, happening from September 14 – September 18, 2026. Participants from around the world will spend the week immersed in LabCentral's ecosystem with concentrated exposure to the Boston life sciences industry.

In attendance will be representatives from over 20 companies across 10 countries, including Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Canada, India, Greece, Ireland, and Hong Kong. Additional programming components available to participants of The Loop include:

- Executive Residency for up to 90-days in-person office residency at LabCentral

- Executive Education with exclusive courses led by seasoned entrepreneurs who also serve as faculty at Harvard

- Mentorship & Pitch Coaching with targeted guidance on strengthening U.S. value proposition

- Dedicated Programming Day spotlighting partnering opportunities between delegations and the LabCentral network

A Seoul Biohub official said the program "gives Korean biotech start-ups the opportunity to build real relationships with key players in the Boston ecosystem — the world's largest life sciences market — without taking on the enormous cost and risk of fully relocating to the U.S.," adding that it "will serve as a meaningful springboard for Korean biotech companies approaching technology partnering deals."

The Loop Program Partners represent both public and privately held economic development organizations from various countries in Europe and Asia, adept at identifying high potential start-ups that would benefit from an immersion experience with LabCentral's ecosystem and expertise.

"We are pleased to celebrate the launch of the LabCentral Loop Program. Strengthening connections between Asian entrepreneurs and the Boston biotech ecosystem is essential to advancing life science innovation, and we believe the Loop Program will provide meaningful opportunities for emerging start-ups to grow on a global stage," remarked Toshio Fujimoto, CEO, iPark Institute Co., Ltd.

Along with Shonan iPark in Japan, additional partners include Innovation Centre Denmark – Boston, Seoul BioHub, Hong Kong Science & Technology Park, Quebec Government Office in Boston, IOCB Tech, and other start-up support organizations.

"…By connecting these companies with the knowledge, networks and resources of the Greater Boston ecosystem, the program can help accelerate their international growth, strengthen their global ambitions, and bring valuable experience and connections back to Denmark," said Ann-Christina Lange, Consul General of Denmark & Executive Director, Innovation Centre Denmark Boston
