New EU entity reinforces HawkEye 360's long-term commitment to European customers, allies and industry partners

PARIS, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HawkEye 360, Inc. (NYSE: HAWK), today announced the establishment of its first European subsidiary, HawkEye 360 Luxembourg, S.à r.l., marking an important step in the Company's expansion of operations in the European Union and reinforcing its long-term commitment to European customers, allies and industry partners amid an increasingly complex security environment.

The announcement coincides with an engagement between HawkEye 360 Chief Executive Officer John Serafini and U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg Stacey Feinberg during World Space Business Week in Paris. The meeting underscores HawkEye 360's commitment to building a stronger operational presence in Europe and deepening its partnerships with government, industry and space-sector organizations across the region.

"Europe, its allies and our partners across the region are central to HawkEye 360's long-term strategy," said John Serafini, Chief Executive Officer of HawkEye 360. "The security environment is changing rapidly, and European nations need proven capabilities that can contribute to missions today. Establishing a European entity in Luxembourg strengthens our ability to work alongside governments and industry, support sovereign national requirements, and bring our proven space-based RF capabilities closer to the customers and partners who need them."

The Luxembourg subsidiary will serve as the foundation for HawkEye 360's expanded operations in the European Union, supporting closer engagement with European customers, governments and industry partners. The new entity provides a local base from which HawkEye 360 can build deeper relationships across Europe's defense and space ecosystem and collaborate more directly with European partners pursuing major emerging defense programs.

Operating an EU-based entity positions HawkEye 360 to participate more directly in Europe's evolving defense and space industrial ecosystem. By working from within the region, the Company is better positioned to collaborate with sovereign partners, work alongside European industry, and support solutions designed around European mission and security requirements.

"Luxembourg has built a strong and forward-looking space and defense ecosystem, making it an excellent partner for U.S. companies committed to supporting Europe's security, resilience and technological leadership," said Stacey Feinberg, U.S. Ambassador to Luxembourg. "HawkEye 360's decision to establish its European hub here reflects the strength of Luxembourg's growing space sector and creates new opportunities for collaboration."

HawkEye 360 provides proven space-based RF data and analytics that help defense and national security organizations detect, characterize, and understand activity across the radio frequency spectrum. As European nations strengthen their defense capabilities in response to evolving security challenges, HawkEye 360 can provide an operationally relevant RF layer that complements sovereign and allied systems, delivering unclassified, shareable insights to support situational awareness and informed decision-making.

"Our commitment to Europe starts with being closer to the customers and partners we support," said Todd Probert, Chief Operating Officer of HawkEye 360. "Europe's defense requirements are accelerating, and customers need capabilities that can be integrated and operationalized quickly. A European entity gives us a stronger foundation to collaborate directly with European industry, respond to major emerging defense programs, and integrate our proven RF capabilities with sovereign technologies and solutions developed within the region."

Airports Council International World Calls for Modernisation of Outdated Airport Slot System Stifling Competition and Costing Passengers

The trade association of the world's airports is calling for a modernised, transparent and collaborative approach to ensure scarce airport capacity is used efficiently, market access remains competitive and slot allocation keeps pace with increasing passenger demand.

MONTREAL, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Airports Council International (ACI) World, the trade association of the world's airports, today released a white paper calling for the modernisation of the global airport slot allocation system. The white paper details how an outdated regulatory framework, designed more than 50 years ago, is forcing the aviation industry into inefficient compromises, creating barriers to socio-economic competitiveness and connectivity.

The foundational framework managing slot allocation has not kept pace with aviation's dynamic growth and transformation. With the number of the world's most congested, slot-restricted airports surging by over 25% in the last decade alone, and global passenger traffic projected to nearly double by the mid-2040s, the capacity crisis continues to accelerate. ACI World is calling on regulators to engage with the industry to address the issue and modernise the slot allocation system before the capacity crunch escalates further.

"We are trying to run a 2026 aviation industry on a 1970s operating system," said Justin Erbacci, Director General of ACI World. "Airports are doing their best to operate within an outdated regulatory framework, but the reality is that these inflexible rules and practices are preventing the industry from adapting to modern passenger demands, providing competitive fares and building resilient networks. ACI World urges regulators to sit down with the industry and finally deliver the overdue upgrade that our passengers deserve."

Get details from the rest of the media release here on ACI's warning on the scale of the challenge and how it makes it difficult for the market to evolve.

About ACI

Airports Council International (ACI), the trade association of the world's airports, is a federated organization comprising ACI World, ACI Africa, ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East, ACI EUROPE, ACI Latin America and the Caribbean and ACI North America. In representing the best interests of airports during key phases of policy development, ACI makes a significant contribution toward ensuring a global air transport system that is safe, secure, efficient, and environmentally sustainable. As of January 2026, ACI serves 811 members, operating over 2,200 airports in more than 160 countries worldwide.

Borr Drilling Limited - Streamlines Mexico Operations

Borr Drilling Limited - Streamlines Mexico Operations

HAMILTON, Bermuda, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Borr Drilling Limited (NYSE: BORR) (OSE: BORR) ("Borr Drilling" or the "Company") today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements to divest its 51% equity interest in the Mexican joint ventures Perforaciones Estratégicas e Integrales Mexicana S.A. de C.V. and Perforaciones Estratégicas e Integrales Mexicana II, S.A. de C.V. (together, "Perfomex") to its long-standing local partner in Mexico (the "Transaction").

Upon completion of the Transaction, Borr Drilling will have fully divested Perfomex, while its local partner will become the sole owner of Perfomex and assume responsibility for the management and operation of the Company's jack-up rigs Galar, Gersemi and Njord, which are currently operating with PEMEX. The Company will retain ownership of the three rigs and continue participating in the underlying contracts through bareboat charter agreements, with economics expected to be largely unchanged from the existing arrangement. Njord is currently contracted through April 2028, with extension options thereafter, while Galar and Gersemi are contracted through May 2030.

The Transaction follows Borr Drilling's recent expansion in Mexico with the acquisition of five premium jack-up rigs, which the Company jointly owns through BC Ventures Limited, a 50/50 joint venture with its local partner. Following completion of the Transaction, Perfomex will continue its operations related to integrated well services and PEMEX, while Borr Drilling will independently operate and market its fleet to other operators in the region through its affiliated companies.

The Transaction is expected to simplify Borr Drilling's corporate and operating structure in Mexico. The Company believes the streamlined structure strengthens its local partnership, creates a more efficient platform for future growth in Mexico and supports the deployment of additional Borr rigs as demand develops in this well-established shallow-water market.

Under the terms of the definitive agreements, a post-closing transition period is expected to facilitate the orderly transfer of operational responsibilities to Borr Drilling's local partner.

The sale consideration for the Transaction is based on the estimated net book value of the Company's equity interest in Perfomex as of July 31, 2026.

The Transaction is expected to close in September 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

About Borr Drilling Limited

Borr Drilling Limited is an international drilling contractor incorporated in Bermuda in 2016 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange since July 31, 2019 and on Euronext Oslo Børs since May 21, 2026 under the ticker "BORR." The Company owns and operates jack-up rigs of modern and high specification designs and provides services focused on the shallow-water segment to the offshore oil and gas industry worldwide. TrueFoundry Receives Frost & Sullivan's 2026 Global Enterprise AI Control Plane Transformational Innovation Leadership Recognition for Enterprise AI Governance and Operational Excellence

The company is recognized for redefining enterprise AI operations through a unified control plane that enables secure, governed, observable, and scalable AI deployment.

SAN ANTONIO, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Frost & Sullivan is pleased to announce that TrueFoundry has received the 2026 Global Enterprise AI Control Plane Transformational Innovation Leadership Recognition in the enterprise AI control plane industry. The recognition highlights TrueFoundry's differentiated approach to addressing fragmented enterprise AI ecosystems through a unified operational layer that brings together governance, security, observability, optimization, and agent lifecycle management, enabling organizations to operationalize AI with greater control, flexibility, and efficiency.

Frost & Sullivan evaluates companies through a rigorous benchmarking process across two core dimensions: Transformational Innovation and Customer Impact. After evaluating a number of vendors in the space, TrueFoundry emerged as the clear leader, demonstrating its ability to anticipate the evolving needs of enterprises ahead of existing solutions and translate its vision for a unified AI control plane into a scalable, enterprise-ready platform.

"The recognition highlights TrueFoundry's differentiated approach to addressing fragmented enterprise AI ecosystems through a unified operational layer that spans an organization's entire portfolio of AI agents and applications. By bringing together governance, security, observability, optimization, and agent lifecycle management, it enables organizations to operationalize AI with greater control, flexibility, and efficiency," said Arun Prasath, Principal Consultant, at Frost & Sullivan.

TrueFoundry has established an early architectural advantage in the emerging enterprise AI control plane market by investing in governed agent infrastructure, enterprise-wide AI governance, and interoperable gateway capabilities. Its platform supports organizations across North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia, and Asia-Pacific, with enterprise deployments spanning telecommunications, healthcare, banking, semiconductors, and other industries. TrueFoundry is used in production-facing workflows at Fortune 500s and vertical leaders such as Automation Anywhere, NetApp and Cox Communications.

Innovation remains central to TrueFoundry's approach. Its Enterprise AI Control Plane unifies governance across models, agents, and tools through the AI Gateway, incorporating an LLM Gateway, Model Context Protocol (MCP) Gateway, Agent Gateway, Agent Registry, and Skills Registry. Additionally, TrueForge by TrueFoundry is an open-source, vendor-neutral agent harness that lets users bring their own tools and models and build agents on their infrastructure. The platform's Kubernetes-native foundation supports multi-cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and air-gapped environments while enabling consistent security, compliance, observability, AI FinOps, and operational control.

"Everyone's focused on which model to use, but the harder problem is the layer underneath it, the one that decides whether you can govern it, afford it, and trust it in production. We built TrueFoundry as a centralized control plane for GenAI, one place where every model, agent, and tool call is governed. This recognition from Frost & Sullivan is validation about the importance of this control layer as enterprises scale their agentic AI use cases." Said Nikunj Bajaj, Co-founder and CEO at TrueFoundry

TrueFoundry's customer-centric approach further strengthens its market position. Structured proof-of-value engagements, rapid onboarding, dedicated enablement, engineering collaboration, training programs, and continuous product development help enterprises progress from initial AI experimentation to broader production adoption. Weekly feature releases and direct customer feedback enable the company to respond rapidly to evolving enterprise requirements. The company has also demonstrated measurable impact in production environments, including 3x faster time to value, 60% faster AI deployments, and 30% average cost optimization, all while operating at a scale of 1T+ tokens a day.

Frost & Sullivan commends TrueFoundry for establishing a strong standard in competitive strategy, technological innovation, execution, and market responsiveness. Its unified approach to AI governance, security, observability, sovereignty, and cost management is helping shape the emerging enterprise AI control plane category and enables organizations to scale AI responsibly.

Each year, Frost & Sullivan presents the Transformational Innovation Leadership Recognition to a company that demonstrates exceptional innovation and strategic execution, resulting in measurable improvements in customer value, competitive positioning, and market development. The recognition highlights forward-thinking organizations that are reshaping their industries through innovation and growth excellence.

Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Recognition

Frost & Sullivan's Best Practices Recognitions honor companies across regional and global markets that exhibit exceptional achievement and consistent excellence in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer experience, and strategic product development. Each recognition is the result of a rigorous analytical process in which Frost & Sullivan industry experts benchmark performance through comprehensive interviews, deep-dive analysis, and extensive secondary research. The goal is to identify true best-in-class organizations that are driving transformative growth and setting new industry standards.

Inculab plus' KidsTopia Earns 'kidSAFE SAFE CERTIFIED' Global Child Online Safety Seal

- Strengthens child safety framework across chat, user reporting, and AI interactions

- KidsTopia becomes one of the few Korea-based members to earn the designation

- Enhances AI safeguards with AI character disclosure and break reminders

LOS ANGELES and SEOUL, South Korea, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Inculab plus, operator of the AI kids service KidsTopia, announced that it has earned the kidSAFE SAFE CERTIFIED Seal after completing the review under the global child online safety program, the kidSAFE Seal Program.

The kidSAFE Seal Program reviews online safety practices of digital services used by children, including websites and mobile apps. KidsTopia previously received the kidSAFE LISTED Seal and has now advanced to the kidSAFE SAFE CERTIFIED Seal following a review of its safety practices.

Spun off from LG U+, Inculab plus operates KidsTopia, an edutainment platform where children can play and learn, explore virtual spaces, interact with friends, and engage with AI characters. The service is available in 11 countries, including Korea, the United States, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore.

As KidsTopia expands globally, Inculab plus has made child safety and privacy key priorities in building a trusted environment for children and parents.

During certification, KidsTopia strengthened its safety framework in line with kidSAFE guidance. Improvements include enhanced chat filters, automatic detection and masking of suspected personal information such as names and addresses, improved user reporting, and real-time delivery of filtering and reporting events to the moderation team.

KidsTopia also strengthened safeguards for AI interactions. The service informs children when they are interacting with an AI character to prevent confusion with a real person and provides break reminders after consecutive interactions to encourage safer AI use.

Mingu Kim, CEO of Inculab plus, said, "For KidsTopia to grow as a global service, it is important not only to provide engaging content but also to create a safe environment that children and parents can trust. We will continue to strengthen our child safety and privacy practices as we expand globally."

"We were impressed by Inculab plus' dedication to achieve certification and earn the kidSAFE SAFE CERTIFIED Seal," said Shai Samet, Founder and President of kidSAFE. "KidsTopia became one of the few Korea-based members to ever hold this designation. The team strengthened its chat filtering, user reporting, and AI safeguards and demonstrated a strong commitment to child safety as the service expands globally."

New Medicare and Medicaid GLP-1 Programs Spotlight Lifestyle Support as Menu-Order AI Launches Daily GLP-1 Habit Tracker, Helping Users Stay on Track
Image File

Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services began its Medicare GLP-1 Bridge on July 1, 2026, giving eligible Medicare Part D beneficiaries access to certain GLP-1 drugs, and its BALANCE model — Better Approaches to Lifestyle, Nutrition for Comprehensive health — pairs access to GLP-1 medications with healthy lifestyle interventions for people with Medicaid. The World Health Organization's 1st global guideline released December 2025, recommended pairing medication with behavior support.

BOSTON, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Menu-Order AI today announced Daily GLP-1 Habits, a new feature created in conjunction with Founding Medical Advisor Dr. Leigh-Anne Dale. The addition extends Menu-Order AI from restaurant decisions into daily tracking — helping users choose what to order, log meals and macros, monitor steps and document their daily habits.

The launch comes as federal coverage of GLP-1 medications widens alongside a push for lifestyle support. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services began its Medicare GLP-1 Bridge on July 1, 2026, giving eligible Medicare Part D beneficiaries access to certain GLP-1 drugs, and its BALANCE model. In its first global guideline on GLP-1 therapies, issued December 2025, The World Health Organization recommended pairing the medications with a healthy diet, physical activity and structured behavioral support.

A growing number of health plans now require patients to participate in — and document — a lifestyle or behavior-change program before or alongside GLP-1 coverage. Insurers and pharmacy benefit managers commonly cite missing documentation of prior lifestyle intervention as a reason coverage requests are denied. Menu-Order AI helps GLP-1 patients participate in and document the daily nutrition, movement, and behavior changes that may be required as part of insurer-supported weight-management care.

With Menu-Order AI, users scan a restaurant menu and get three personalized options that fit their goals — higher-protein, lower-carbohydrate picks. They can log what they eat, track meals and macros through the day and, on iOS, connect with Apple Health to track their steps.

Daily GLP-1 Habits helps patients document their nutrition, movement, mindful-eating and medicationsupport habits. Patients can generate a monthly participation report to share with their healthcare provider. The report stays on the patient's phone — Menu-Order AI does not send, store or transmit it.

"A prescription is only one part of the GLP-1 journey," said Melissa Butler, Founder & CEO of Menu-Order AI. "Working with Dr. Dale, we created Daily GLP-1 Habits to help patients stay engaged and give healthcare providers a clearer picture of what is happening between visits."

Daily GLP-1 Habits provides patient-reported documentation. It does not certify compliance, guarantee insurance coverage or replace an insurer-required or clinician-directed lifestyle program.

Menu-Order AI menu-analysis technology is provisional patent pending.

WaterField Designs Introduces SteamPack, a Steam Deck Case for a Full Setup

Built for Steam Deck owners who travel with more than just the handheld, the structured case organizes the console, dock, two Steam Controllers and supporting gear for big-screen gaming away from home. Handcrafted in San Francisco, the SteamPack combines full-grain leather with WaterField's clean, understated approach to gaming gear.

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- WaterField Designs today introduced the SteamPack, a structured Steam Deck case designed to solve a portability gap: The handheld travels easily, but the dock, controllers, power brick and cables that turn it into a full gaming setup do not. The SteamPack brings those components together in dedicated storage, making the complete setup easier to take to a hotel, friend's home or other destination.

The SteamPack scales up WaterField's SwitchPack for Nintendo Switch concept for the larger Steam Deck ecosystem. Rather than pare down a home setup for travel, gamers can bring the hardware and accessories that turn solo handheld play into a big-screen session on a hotel TV, a friend's monitor or whatever display is waiting at the destination.

"The Steam Deck is easy to carry, but the accessories add up quickly," said Gary Waterfield, company founder. "We wanted the SteamPack to make the whole setup feel portable, with a place for the Deck, dock, controllers and smaller pieces so it all arrives organized and ready to use."

Product video: SteamPack

The Steam Deck rests in a plush-lined compartment, with an Ultrasuede® liner on the console-facing side to protect the screen and double as a built-in screen cleaner. Two plush pockets hold Steam Controllers separately, while a custom-sized padded pocket between the console and controllers fits the power brick and HDMI cord. Separating these larger components helps prevent them from shifting against one another in transit.

The Steam Deck Dock has its own compartment beneath a full-grain leather flap with magnetic closure, while a rear zippered mesh pocket keeps Steam Controller Pucks and microSD cards contained and easy to find. Full-grain leather wraps the bottom and sides for added protection. A stitched and riveted leather-wrapped handle supports hand carry, waterproof YKK zippers provide weather-resistance, and D-ring attachment points accommodate an optional removable Sling Strap.

Methodology & Patient Resources

To compile the 2026-2027 edition of Best Children's Hospitals, U.S. News and RTI International, a North Carolina-based research firm, collected and analyzed clinical data from 114 children's hospitals and surveyed thousands of pediatric specialists. Hospitals designated as a "Best Children's Hospital" excelled at factors such as clinical outcomes, compliance with established best practices, and level and quality of hospital resources directly related to patient care.

This year's Best Children's Hospitals rankings will be published in U.S. News' "Best Hospitals 2027 Guidebook," available to order from the U.S. News Online Store.

Parents and caregivers can use U.S. News' Doctor Finder tool to identify pediatricians providing primary and specialized care.

For those seeking pediatric medical care, a hospital recognized by U.S. News with a "Best" designation may be worth considering in consultation with their medical provider.
