HelloNation Article Featuring Dental Expert Dr. Calvin Despain Explains Dental Cleaning Frequency

The article outlines how often patients should schedule cleanings to support gum health and long-term oral health maintenance.

MOSES LAKE, Wash., Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- How often should you get dental cleanings to maintain a healthy smile? The answer is explored in a HelloNation article featuring insights from Dental Expert Dr. Calvin Despain of Skyview Dental in Moses Lake, Washington.

The HelloNation article explains that dental cleaning frequency plays a central role in maintaining oral health. For many adults, visiting the dentist every six months is considered standard. This timing allows for consistent plaque and tartar removal before buildup can lead to more serious concerns. The article emphasizes that even with strong brushing and flossing habits, plaque can accumulate daily and eventually harden into tartar that requires professional dental cleanings.

According to the article, professional dental cleanings are designed to reach areas that routine home care may miss. These visits help reduce harmful bacteria and support long-term gum health. Dental Expert Dr. Calvin Despain is featured in the article, which highlights how regular Moses Lake dental cleaning appointments can make future visits easier and more comfortable by limiting buildup between appointments.

The article notes that while a six-month schedule works well for many, dental cleaning frequency varies for everyone. Some patients may benefit from more frequent visits, such as every three to four months. This is often recommended for individuals with a history of gum disease, heavy buildup, or health conditions that affect oral health. The article explains that personalized care plans help ensure effective gum disease prevention and better long-term outcomes.

Gum health is a key focus throughout the article. It describes how plaque and tartar removal helps prevent inflammation that can lead to gingivitis. If untreated, gingivitis may progress into more advanced gum disease, potentially affecting the bone that supports teeth. Regular professional dental cleanings reduce these risks and support healthier gums.

The HelloNation article also connects oral health maintenance with overall health. It explains that gum health has been linked to broader conditions such as heart disease and complications related to diabetes. By maintaining consistent dental cleanings in Moses Lake, patients can reduce inflammation and support both oral and general health.

Another important benefit discussed is early detection. The article explains how routine visits enable dental professionals to identify issues such as cavities and gum recession at an early stage. Addressing these concerns early often leads to simpler treatments and helps patients avoid more complex procedures later. Dental Expert Dr. Calvin Despain is included in the article as a source of insight on how consistent monitoring supports effective gum disease prevention.

The article further explains that maintaining a steady dental cleaning frequency improves patient comfort over time. With less plaque and tartar buildup, appointments tend to be quicker and more predictable. This consistency encourages patients to stay on track with their oral health maintenance routines and reinforces the importance of regular care.

For residents seeking guidance, the article emphasizes that the right schedule depends on individual needs. Factors such as medical history, lifestyle habits, and current gum condition all play a role. A personalized approach ensures that professional dental cleanings remain effective and aligned with each patient's oral health goals.

How Often Should You Get Dental Cleanings in Moses Lake? features insights from Dr. Calvin Despain, Dental Expert at Skyview Dental in Moses Lake, Washington, on HelloNation.

Enhanced Guest Spaces Include O'Malley's Irish Pub, Expanded Piazza Venues, and Refreshed Casino and Retail Experiences

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Princess Cruises reveals a series of enhancements aboard Royal Princess, as the 3,595-guest ship emerges from a two-week drydock in Singapore. The October 16-30 drydock introduces the Sanctuary Collection to Royal Princess, part of the cruise line's roll out to five of its Royal-Class ships, and brings fresh energy to the ship's signature Piazza with the addition of O'Malley's Irish Pub and an expanded Bellini's cocktail bar. Guests will also discover enhancements to the Princess Casino and a revitalized Effy jewelry boutique.

"The enhancements aboard Royal Princess introduce new accommodations, distinctive venues for entertaining, dining and socializing, and thoughtfully refreshed spaces designed to elevate every aspect of the guest experience," said Rodrigo Llaguno, Princess Cruises Chief Operating Officer. "These updates build on the ship's enduring appeal and our commitment to creating memorable vacations through exceptional experiences and the signature Princess touches our guests have valued since her debut."

Sanctuary Collection Debuts on Royal Princess â Resort Style Experience at Sea

As part of the recently announced expansion to five of its Royal-Class ships, Royal Princess now offers the premium, all-inclusive Sanctuary Collection, including access to the Sanctuary Club*, elevated amenities and personalized service. New for Royal Princess, newly constructed ocean-view staterooms can be reserved as part of the Sanctuary Collection, along with suites, mini-suites, deluxe balcony and balcony staterooms. In addition, the Sanctuary Restaurant - only available to Sanctuary Collection guests - is open on deck 6, adjacent to the Concerto Dining Room.

Staterooms

As part of the dry dock, Royal Princess also adds 20 guest cabins - six mini-suites, seven oceanview, two interiors, and five single interiors.

A Fresh New Look for the Piazza

At the heart of Royal Princess, the soaring Piazza receives an uplift with two enhanced venues offering new ways for guests to gather, dine and enjoy a cocktail.

O'Malley's Irish Pub takes over the former Vines location on deck 5, bringing the popular Princess pub experience to Royal Princess. The welcoming neighborhood pub pairs Irish-inspired fare and favorite beverages with a lively, convivial atmosphere.

Nearby, Bellini's expands into the former Photo Gallery space, creating a larger setting overlooking the Piazza where guests can enjoy the venue's signature Bellini-inspired cocktails, champagne, sparkling wines and other specialty beverages.

Together, the new and expanded venues further enhance the Piazza as the vibrant social hub of Royal Princess throughout the day and evening.

More Casino Action

The Princess Casino has been reconfigured to create a more open gaming environment and additional space for slot machines. As part of the redesign, the staircase connecting decks 6 and 7 has been removed, allowing the casino floor to expand and accommodate an enhanced selection of gaming options.

Revitalized Effy Boutique & Shopping

Guests looking to indulge in a little retail therapy will also discover a newly revitalized Effy jewelry boutique. The refreshed space offers an enhanced setting to explore the brand's distinctive fine jewelry collections while sailing. Additionally, The Shops of Princess have also been upgraded with the transition to new onboard retail partner Starboard.

Ready for an Australian Summer

Following her Singapore drydock, Royal Princess heads Down Under for a season of cruising from Sydney, offering guests the opportunity to experience her newly enhanced spaces while exploring Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.

Royal Princess is one of three Princess ships sailing in the region during the 2026-27 season, which features 42 unique itineraries and 62 departures. Based in Sydney for the season, Royal Princess will offer a variety of voyages showcasing the natural beauty, vibrant cities and distinctive cultures of Australia and New Zealand, along with shorter coastal getaways.

NBA Best Bets Today – Friday, October 30

Magic +5.5 (-105) vs. Raptors

Magic at Raptors – 7:30 pm ET

Tonight is the first night of Emirates NBA Cup action, so keep that in mind when you’re handicapping games. Point differential is huge for all of these teams, so you’re going to see some wacky stuff in the fourth quarter. Teams with big leads will push for even bigger leads, and that’ll end up playing with some results. That’s ultimately why I decided to stay away from games that aren’t expected to be close, though I will try to jump in on those later in group play. Betting alternate spreads with teams in need of lopsided victories can be profitable a little later in the event.

With that out of the way, let’s get into my actual plays. I’m kicking the night off with Orlando +5.5. This is a meeting between two depleted teams, as Paolo Banchero and Jalen Suggs are out for the Magic while Kawhi Leonard is out for the Raptors. That said, you don’t want to be handicapping these teams like they’re at full strength. So, why do I like Orlando? Well, it doesn’t hurt that the Magic lost by 30 against this Raptors team on Wednesday. If Orlando doesn’t show up after a miserable performance like that, what does that say about the group moving forward? Also, under Darko Rajakovic, Toronto is just 8-14 straight-up and 9-13 against the spread after a blowout win by 20 or more.

As far as the matchup goes, I do think last game’s outcome was a bit of a fluke. The Raptors shot 43% from three, despite the fact that they’re shooting 30.4% on the season. I also generally like Franz Wagner as a Scottie Barnes stopper, and having Anthony Black to throw on one of the guards should also help the Magic out here. On top of that, Toronto is one of the few teams in the league with a more questionable center rotation than Orlando.

I just don’t see much separating these two rosters, and I expect Sean Sweeney to be on point with his adjustments.

Suns +5.5 (-133 – 1.5 units) & Suns ML (+150 – 0.5 units) vs. Nuggets

Nuggets at Suns – 10:00 pm ET

Alright, I’ve been trying to be pretty good about backing off the Suns this year. As a Phoenix fan, I know I can be a little trigger-happy with this group, and I don’t want to be in the business of letting my fandom impact my picks. However, I simply can’t sit on the sidelines here. The Suns are coming into this game off three full days of rest, and they have played fewer games than anyone in basketball. Phoenix should be ready to come out with some purpose, and I expect the Suns to look pretty sharp against this Nuggets team.

Denver is currently just 25th in the NBA in points per 100 possessions (107.1), meaning this team isn’t operating like the kind of top-tier offense we have come to expect in the Nikola Jokic era. That’s troubling considering what this team has looked like defensively in recent years. I know they’re 14th in points allowed per 100 possessions (111.2) right now, but they should end the season as a bottom-10 defensive team — or dangerously close.

The Suns are off to a slow start this year, and they’re undoubtedly considering making some changes to their starting five. But it’d be pretty surprising if Phoenix doesn’t ultimately end up being a near-.500 team, and the Suns should look like the Suns of last year when taking on shaky competition. Sadly, I’d consider the Nuggets shaky right now.

Under Jordan Ott, Phoenix is 22-3 SU and 18-6-1 ATS when taking on teams being outscored by at least 3.0 points per game. The Suns are also 13-7 ATS as a home underdog with Ott on the sidelines. I think we’re in for a big Devin Booker performance — which might have to do with the fact that he and I are celebrating birthdays today — and I expect some of the role players to embrace a meeting with a team that can be lackadaisical defending off the ball.

Added Plays (Late Picks, Parlays, Teasers, Futures)

PARLAY: Celtics ML vs. Bulls, Heat ML vs. Pacers, Lakers Alt +7.5 vs. Warriors (-111): This is a pretty random parlay for me, but I love the Heat to win outright. I also had a lean on the Lakers at -1.5, but I didn’t quite get there. So, I’m getting a little creative with an awkward three-teamer, using Celtics moneyline to get a price I like for the other two games.

Durch sein Zögern entgleitet Merz die Bundespräsidenten-Debatte

Straubing (ots)

Amid Widespread Pharmacy Software Consolidation, Datascan Commits to Remaining Independent
Image File
Original HTML

After years of acquisition interest, the family-owned pharmacy technology company says it will not sell to a private-equity or corporate consolidatorâpreserving long-term choice, personal service and vendor freedom for independent pharmacies

BOHEMIA, N.Y., Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Following more than a decade of acquisitions, corporate consolidation, ownership changes and discontinued software platforms across the pharmacy software industry, Datascan announced a long-term commitment to remain independently owned and dedicated exclusively to serving independent community pharmacies.

Datascan President and Owner Kevin Minassian said the company is not being positioned for sale to a private-equity group, corporate consolidator or industry roll-up. Instead, Datascan will continue investing in its technology, employees, customer support and long-term relationships with independent pharmacy owners.

The announcement comes at a time when the number of independently owned pharmacy software companies has continued to shrink.

Pharmacy owners have watched longtime software vendors get acquired, products get discontinued and support organizations change almost overnight. Some have been forced to replace software systems they believed would support their businesses for years. Others have experienced higher prices, reduced service and new requirements to use specific payment processors, claims switches or other vendors selected by the software company.

According to Minassian these changes have left many independent pharmacies with fewer meaningful choices and less control over the technology relationships that affect their businesses every day.

"Independent pharmacy owners already have enough outside pressures working against them," Minassian said. "They should not also have to wonder whether their software company will be sold, whether their system will be discontinued, whether the people they trust will still be there or whether they are going to be forced into another vendor relationship simply because it creates more profit for the software company."

Independent pharmacy owners can request a complimentary Datascan demonstration to explore whether Datascan Pharmacy Software is the right fit for their pharmacy's needs.

A Decision Forged Through Acquisition Interest

Over the last several years, Datascan has received repeated acquisition interest from companies seeking to purchase the business. One opportunity progressed far enough that Minassian seriously considered selling. The financial offer was significant, but the proposed terms changed late in the process.

Datascan walked away from the transaction. Minassian said that experience ultimately gave him greater clarity about the future of the company.

Minassian has begun discussing with his daughter(s) the possibility that they could eventually become the third generation of the family to participate in the ownership or leadership of Datascan. While they are young and focused on education, it is a consideration for a future career, he says he wants to preserve Datascan so that opportunity remains available to his children.

A Public Commitment to Remain Independent

Minassian said Datascan's long-term plan is now clear: the company will remain independently owned and will not be sold into the private-equity and corporate consolidation cycle reshaping the pharmacy software industry.

Future succession could include continued family ownership or an internal transition involving members of the Datascan team, but the company is not being prepared for an outside sale or private-equity exit.

"I am making a clear commitment," Minassian said. "We are not building Datascan so we can package it up and sell it to the highest bidder. We are building it to last."

Continued Investment in Pharmacy Technology

Datascan has spent the last several years modernizing and expanding its technology ecosystem.

The company's ongoing investments include:

- Datascans core pharmacy management platform

- Integrated point-of-sale system (POS System)

- Patient-facing mobile application

- Delivery management Application

- Workflow automation and customization

- Central store management

- Long-term care and compounding capabilities

- integrations with nearly 100 third-party pharmacy technology providers

Minassian said those investments will continue and accelerate.

"We have been working vigorously to update and improve every part of our platform," Minassian said. "We are not slowing down. We are continuing to modernize our technology, improve workflow, expand automation, strengthen our mobile platforms and build the next generation of tools independent pharmacies will need."

Preserving Customer Choice

Datascan's commitment to independence also includes protecting the ability of pharmacy owners to choose the vendors and services that are best for their businesses.

The company said it will not require customers to use a particular credit card processor, insurance claims switch or other third-party vendor solely because the arrangement creates an additional revenue stream for Datascan.

Datascan feels its customers should be able to choose their credit card processor, switch, hardware and 3rd party vendors that make the most sense for them. They refuse to lock customers into relationships they did not choose. Datascan also reaffirmed its commitment to reasonable, transparent pricing without relying on forced add-ons, surprise fees or mandatory vendor arrangements.

Support as a Long-Term Investment

- 20 Seconds or Less: Average time for calls to be answered by our support team (*Data comes from phone system report last 12 months)

- Only 9 % of all calls went beyond 2 minutes on hold for support

- 11+ Years: Average tenure of a Datascan Employee

Minassian said customer support will remain one of Datascan's highest priorities.

While some acquired technology companies reduce staffing, outsource customer service or consolidate support operations to lower costs, Datascan intends to continue investing in experienced support personnel and programmers who understand both the software and the day-to-day realities of pharmacy operations.

The company has also committed that it will not replace anyone on the support team with an AI agent. Customers can expect live, knowledgeable, and quick response support. Data shows over the last 12 months, the average wait time for support calls was under 20 seconds, with only 9% of all calls waiting 2 minutes or greater for a representative.

Datascan points out they have the highest review scores across the internet within the industry. "Anyone can claim to offer great support. Our customers say it for us. Read our reviews. Talk to the pharmacies that use our software. Our clients know the people answering the phone, and our team knows our clients."

The average Datascan employee has been with the company for more than 11 years, creating institutional knowledge and customer relationships that Minassian considers central to the company's long-term value.

Ensuring Independent Pharmacies Continue to Have a Choice

Datascan serves independently owned community pharmacies rather than national retail chains or large corporate pharmacy groups. Minassian said that focus will not change.

"We understand why independence matters because we are independent too," Minassian said. "We know what it is like to compete against much larger companies. We know what it is like to make decisions based on what is right for customers, employees and the long-term health of the businessânot what produces the best return for an outside investor this quarter."

The article explains how licensing, local experience, coverage options, and customer service help consumers make informed insurance decisions.

HOT SPRINGS, Ark., Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What should you consider when choosing an insurance agent in Hot Springs, AR? The answer is provided in a HelloNation article featuring insights from Insurance Expert Victoria Payne of Victoria Payne Agency in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

The article explains that choosing an insurance agent involves more than comparing prices. Consumers should also consider licensing, experience, communication, and customer service. These factors can help homeowners and drivers understand their insurance coverage options and make informed decisions.

The HelloNation article first emphasizes the importance of verifying an agent's license. Insurance agents must meet Arkansas licensing requirements before selling policies. The Arkansas Insurance Department provides information that consumers can use to check an agent's licensing status.

Local experience is another factor worth considering. The article notes that a local insurance agent may understand risks affecting Hot Springs residents, including storm damage and traffic accidents. This knowledge can help consumers evaluate policies that address common concerns in their area.

The article also highlights the importance of evaluating insurance coverage options beyond price. Deductibles, coverage limits, available discounts, and additional protections can vary between policies. Understanding these differences helps consumers make more informed coverage decisions.

Insurance terminology can also make choosing coverage difficult. The HelloNation article explains that deductibles affect what policyholders may pay before certain coverage applies. Coverage limits determine the maximum amount an insurer will pay for a covered loss.

Communication is another important consideration when selecting an insurance agent in Hot Springs, AR. The article recommends finding someone who answers questions clearly and explains policy terms without rushing customers. Reliable customer service includes responding to messages and helping policyholders understand changes to their coverage.

The article describes how insurance needs can change over time. Buying a home, getting married, or adding another vehicle may require coverage adjustments. Regular insurance policy reviews can help consumers determine whether their existing policies still meet their needs.

The HelloNation article also encourages consumers to ask how agents conduct insurance policy reviews. Some agents contact customers before renewal dates, while others review coverage upon request. Understanding these practices can help policyholders stay informed about their protection.

Claims assistance is another important part of the insurance relationship. The article explains that agents may help customers understand reporting procedures following accidents or property damage. However, insurance companies determine whether claims qualify for payment under the policy.

The article also addresses the importance of understanding insurance costs. Lower premiums may involve higher deductibles or reduced coverage limits. Consumers should compare these differences and ask questions when insurance rates change.

Trust remains an important theme throughout the article. The HelloNation feature, informed by insurance expert Victoria Payne, emphasizes the value of clear communication and dependable customer service. Consumers should feel comfortable discussing coverage, payments, and policy changes with their agents.

The article concludes that choosing a local insurance agent requires balancing affordability, coverage, and service. Taking time to compare agents and understand policy details can help consumers make decisions with greater confidence.

What to Consider When Choosing an Insurance Agent in Hot Springs, AR features insights from Victoria Payne, Insurance Expert of Hot Springs, Arkansas, in HelloNation.

Investment Finance Expert Scott Preston of Kingman Outlines Top Retirement Planning Mistakes for HelloNation
Image File

KINGMAN, Ariz., Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- What are the most common retirement planning mistakes business owners make in Arizona? A HelloNation article provides an in-depth examination of this issue, featuring insights from Financial Expert Scott Preston of Kingman. The feature highlights how local entrepreneurs can protect their futures through early preparation, sound tax planning, and a clear succession planning strategy. A HelloNation article examines how small business owners across Arizona can approach retirement with greater confidence and financial security.

For many business owners in Arizona, their company represents both a livelihood and a legacy. Yet when retirement approaches, many realize that their financial well-being is still tied too closely to their business. As the HelloNation article explains, the first and most critical mistake is assuming that selling the company will automatically fund retirement. In practice, the sale of a business can depend on unpredictable factors, such as market conditions, buyer demand, and the seller's personal health. When those change, a once-promising plan can fall short. Building personal savings early through retirement planning helps avoid uncertainty and provides long-term security for owners and their families.

Diversifying financial assets is one of the clearest lessons for small business owners in Kingman and throughout Arizona. According to the HelloNation feature, establishing individual retirement accounts separate from business operations, such as SEP IRAs or solo 401(k)s, can help business owners create a reliable source of income beyond their companies. These retirement planning tools allow savings to grow independently while offering valuable tax advantages. By treating personal financial growth as a distinct priority from daily business performance, owners establish stronger foundations for long-term success.

Tax planning plays a vital role in this process. Arizona business owners face both state and federal tax obligations, including income tax and capital gains taxes that may arise when selling a company. The HelloNation article notes that early consultation with qualified tax and financial professionals enables owners to explore strategies such as spreading income over several years or setting up deferred compensation. Thoughtful tax planning ensures that more of the earnings built over decades of work are preserved, protecting wealth during the transition to retirement.

Another frequent oversight among small business owners is waiting too long to begin succession planning. Identifying potential successors well in advance of retirement ensures business continuity and operational stability. Financial Expert Scott Preston emphasizes that effective succession planning requires years of preparation. By training the leadership team early and defining clear roles, owners can maintain employee and customer confidence during the transition period. The HelloNation piece underscores that this structured approach not only secures the company's future but also strengthens the morale and trust of everyone connected to it.

A strong succession planning strategy also protects the local economy in communities like Kingman, where small business networks are deeply ingrained in daily life. When ownership changes hands smoothly, employees retain their positions, customers experience consistent service, and the community continues to thrive. Business continuation in this context goes beyond profits it supports regional stability and reinforces trust between owners and the people they serve.

In addition to financial and operational concerns, retirement is also a personal and emotional transition. Many business owners struggle to step away after years of active involvement. The HelloNation article encourages owners to view retirement as the start of a new chapter rather than an end. Considering personal interests, volunteer work, and future healthcare costs can make the change more meaningful. By balancing practical steps, such as tax planning and succession planning, with thoughtful personal preparation, business owners set themselves up for a more rewarding next stage.

In Kingman and across Arizona, Scott Preston's insights highlight that successful retirement planning is about foresight and balance. Business owners who diversify their assets, engage in regular tax planning, and implement a detailed succession plan build a more resilient future. Planning for potential successors within the leadership team not only helps protect wealth but also ensures that the business remains stable for employees, customers, and the broader community.

Financial Expert Scott Preston's advice reflects a broader truth about entrepreneurship in Arizona: a business is both an investment and an identity. Treating retirement planning as an ongoing processârather than a one-time eventâgives business owners control over their future. With deliberate tax planning, early savings, and committed succession planning, they can transition from active management to retirement with confidence and stability.

Enterprise AI Has a Trust Problem. Here's What's Missing.

Enterprise AI Has a Trust Problem. Here's What's Missing.

NetX AuthorityAI⢠turns proprietary knowledge into answers organizations can verify, cite and trust.

ATLANTA, Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- As organizations race to adopt artificial intelligence, one of their most valuable assets â their institutional knowledge â is being left behind. Decades of proprietary information, research and experience remain disconnected from the AI systems intended to make organizations smarter. And even when AI gains access to that knowledge, a critical question remains: Can organizations trust the answers?

Heritage Werks Group (HWG), a leader in knowledge management for major global enterprises, is addressing this challenge with NetX AuthorityAIâ¢, the Authority Layer for enterprise AI.

AI IS ONLY AS SMART AS THE KNOWLEDGE BEHIND IT

General-purpose AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are built on vast amounts of information from across the internet and other sources, where fact, opinion and misinformation can coexist. The AI industry is investing billions of dollars in increasingly powerful models and the energy-intensive infrastructure required to support them, yet fundamental questions about accuracy and reliability remain. NetX AuthorityAI takes a different approach â grounding AI in an organization's institutional knowledge and trusted external sources to deliver actionable intelligence organizations can trust.

NetX AuthorityAI connects an organization's proprietary knowledge, archives, digital assets, enterprise data and verified external sources into a governed knowledge network. By ranking, scoring and validating information, the platform delivers fully cited, trust-verified answers traceable to their original sources, while surfacing relevant photographs, documents, videos and other assets to support research, storytelling, content creation and decision-making. The result: every employee becomes an authority on your organization.

BUILT ON DECADES OF EXPERTISE AND ADVANCED RESEARCH

Developed through a strategic research collaboration with Georgia Tech's world-renowned Tech AI Institute, NetX AuthorityAI combines advanced AI research with Heritage Werks Group's nearly two decades of domain expertise in managing institutional knowledge for some of the world's most iconic organizations.

"Getting an answer from AI is easy. Knowing whether you can trust it is another matter," said Keir Walton, Founder and CEO of Heritage Werks Group. "We've spent nearly two decades helping major organizations preserve, manage and activate their institutional knowledge. NetX AuthorityAI combines that expertise with advanced technology to transform what organizations know into intelligence they can trust â and put to work in ways never before possible."

TRUSTED, GOVERNED AND GREENER BY DESIGN

AuthorityAI operates within a secure, closed-loop environment where proprietary information remains protected and is never used to train public AI models. Enterprise governance, role-based permissions and approval controls determine which information users can access.

The platform incorporates source verification and citation requirements to ensure information is trustworthy and traceable, while NetX AuthorityScore⢠measures and optimizes content's contextual relevance for AI to improve performance and outcomes. When sufficient evidence is unavailable, AuthorityAI is designed to acknowledge the gap rather than generate an unsupported response.

"Enterprise AI needs more than access to information. It needs an authoritative foundation," said Jason Wehling, Founder of NetX and Chief Technology Officer of Heritage Werks Group." That foundation preserves the context, permissions and traceability that make information trustworthy, whether supporting an individual workgroup or strengthening an organization's broader AI investments."

As AI adoption accelerates, organizations have a growing responsibility to ensure the information they rely on is trustworthy and the technology they deploy is environmentally responsible. NetX AuthorityAI addresses both priorities, delivering trust-verified intelligence while the NetX Green Layer architecture achieves up to 4X greater inference energy efficiency through intelligent model selection and optimized processing, reducing costs and environmental impact.

PUTTING INSTITUTIONAL KNOWLEDGE TO WORK

By making an organization's collective knowledge accessible, reliable and actionable, NetX AuthorityAI empowers every employee to become an authority on their organization. From accelerating complex research and uncovering overlooked knowledge to generating compelling content, strengthening connections with communities, informing strategic decisions and identifying new opportunities, the platform transforms decades of institutional knowledge into a resource everyone can put to work.

"The future of AI isn't simply about generating more information," Walton said. "It's about unlocking what your organization already knows and turning that knowledge into what it can do next."
