Stayntouch Powers Full PMS Migration Across Imperial London Hotels, Including the Largest Hotel in Western Europe

Imperial London Hotels completes a phased, seven-property migration to Stayntouch, culminating in the 1,379-room Royal National Hotel going live on the platform.

BETHESDA, Md., Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Stayntouch, a global leader in cloud hotel property management systems (PMS) and guest-centric technology, announced the completion of a full PMS migration across Imperial London Hotels' portfolio. The rollout concluded with the successful cutover of the 1,379-room Royal National Hotel, the largest hotel in Western Europe and the largest property to join the Stayntouch platform in EMEA to date.

Imperial London Hotels has welcomed guests to Bloomsbury for almost two hundred years across seven distinct properties, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces just steps from the British Museum. Imperial selected Stayntouch to modernize operations across its full estate and support a more efficient, guest-ready front desk at scale.

The migration delivered value across Imperial's portfolio, including:

- A phased rollout with zero disruption. Morton, Bedford, Tavistock, President, City Sleeper, Royal National and The Imperial each transitioned on schedule, hotel by hotel.

- Enterprise scale, proven. Stayntouch now runs the operations of one of the largest hotels in Europe, alongside boutique and mid-size properties in the same portfolio.

- Fast turnaround on integrations. SSO, invoicing, purchase order workflows, and financial reporting enhancements were delivered in close coordination with Imperial's team throughout the rollout.

- Guest-facing check-in, streamlined. Digital Registration Cards let Imperial's guests complete pre-arrival details and sign registration digitally, cutting front desk wait times across all seven properties.

- Self-service at scale. Stayntouch Kiosk gives guests the option to check in and out independently, freeing front desk teams to focus on service at Imperial's busiest, highest-volume property.

Neil Braude, COO at Imperial London Hotels, said, "Moving seven properties to a new PMS, including the 1,379-room Royal National Hotel, required careful coordination and a partner we could rely on throughout the process. A key decision about selecting Stayntouch was not just the system but the people, which became clear very quickly that this was the right decision. The Stayntouch team worked closely with us at every stage, responded quickly when integrations or enhancements were needed, and helped us maintain momentum from one property to the next. Bringing each hotel live on schedule gave our teams confidence in the platform and in the partnership behind it."

Jacob Messina, CEO of Stayntouch, said, "Imperial London Hotels is an impressive organization with a clear vision for how technology should support its teams and guests. A rollout of this size and complexity takes strong collaboration, and the Imperial team was an exceptional partner throughout the process. Their commitment to improving operations across the portfolio made this a natural partnership for Stayntouch. We are proud to welcome Imperial and excited about what we will accomplish together."

"Imperial London Hotels is an incredible addition to the Stayntouch community and a hugely exciting partnership for our team in Europe," said Jeff Down, Head of Sales EMEA at Stayntouch. "Hotel groups across the region are looking for technology that can manage complexity without making their operations more complicated. Imperial is a fantastic example of what is possible, and I am incredibly proud to see seven iconic London properties now running on Stayntouch."

University of Phoenix Future of Skills Development report identifies workforce skills visibility gap as AI reshapes work

Harris Poll survey of 755 U.S. HR leaders finds 64% are very confident they know the skills employees need, but only 43% are very confident employees possess them.

PHOENIX, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- University of Phoenix today announced findings from its Future of Skills Development report, new research conducted online by The Harris Poll examining how HR leaders are navigating skills development, workforce readiness and rapidly changing workforce demands. The findings reveal a significant skills visibility gap. Nearly two-thirds of HR leaders (64%) are very confident they know which specific skills employees need to do their jobs, yet only 43% are very confident employees actually possess those skills.

As AI, automation and emerging technologies reshape roles and workflows, the findings suggest that organizations face a dual challenge: understanding how skill requirements are changing and gaining clearer visibility into the capabilities employees already have.

"AI is accelerating how quickly work and skill requirements evolve, but this is not a choice between technical expertise and human capabilities," said Nathan Jones, vice president of Product Management, Workforce Solutions Group at University of Phoenix. "Organizations need a clearer view of the skills they have, the skills they need and where gaps are emerging. Employees need that visibility as well — clearer signals about what to develop next and credible ways to demonstrate what they can do. The opportunity is to make skills more visible, measurable and connected to the work that actually needs to get done."

AI is increasing uncertainty about future workforce skills

Keeping pace with technological advances, including AI and other emerging technologies, is the single greatest source of uncertainty when HR leaders plan for future workforce skills needs, cited by 27% of respondents. Only 46% are very confident they can predict the skills employees will need two to three years from now.

At the same time, organizations are prioritizing a mix of capabilities. Nearly 3 in 5 HR leaders (59%) say soft or durable skills such as communication, collaboration and problem-solving are their organization's primary talent development focus, compared with 37% who identify technical skills as the primary focus.

"AI can change the tools people use and the tasks within a role, but technology does not eliminate the need for judgment, communication, problem-solving and adaptability," Jones said. "The workforce conversation needs to move beyond technical skills versus durable skills. Increasingly, people need both."

Employers face challenges seeing and verifying skills

The survey indicates that skills visibility challenges extend from employee development into hiring. HR leaders most commonly assess the skills employees currently have or need through managers' direct knowledge of employees' skills (51%) and performance reviews (51%). Less than half (49%) say managers at their organizations are very prepared to identify, assess and discuss skill gaps and development needs with employees.

Verification can be difficult for job candidates as well. Soft or durable skills are the type of candidate capability HR leaders most often identify as difficult to verify or assess (20%), followed closely by emerging or specialized skills such as AI and cloud computing (18%). The largest share of respondents, 38%, say they feel confident an applicant's skills and ability to perform the role have been properly verified only after a skills evaluation, assessment or technical test.

Digital credentials are also becoming part of that evidence ecosystem. More than 7 in 10 HR leaders (71%) say their departments use microcredentials, digital badges, digital wallets or other digital methods of verifying skills when evaluating at least some applicants.

What the skills visibility gap means for workers and employers

For employees, the findings underscore the value of making skill development an ongoing conversation with managers rather than waiting until a performance review or job search. Workers can ask:

- What skills are becoming more important in my role?

- Where am I demonstrating those capabilities today, and where should I continue developing?

- What project, assessment or experience could help me demonstrate that skill?

For organizations, the research points to opportunities to improve visibility through more consistent skills-gap analysis, clearer communication about future skill requirements, more personalized development and credible methods for assessing skill growth. Only 44% of HR leaders say their organizations regularly conduct formal skills-gap analyses, while 51% say their organizations very clearly communicate to employees which skills they need to develop for future roles.

Workforce skills challenges vary by industry

The research also found different patterns among the industries studied:

- Manufacturing: 32% identify keeping pace with technological change as their greatest source of uncertainty when planning future workforce skills needs, and 56% place greater emphasis on technical skills development than soft or durable skills.

- Financial services: 64% identify durable skills as their primary talent development focus, while 35% are very confident employees possess the skills needed to do their jobs.

- Healthcare: 82% are very confident they know which skills employees need, 70% are very confident employees possess those skills and 71% say future skills expectations are communicated very clearly to employees.

Because these findings represent industry subsets of the overall survey, they provide directional insight into how workforce skills challenges can differ across sectors.

About the survey

The survey was conducted online within the United States by The Harris Poll on behalf of University of Phoenix from July 14–27, 2026, among 755 employed adults ages 25 and older who hold a job title of manager/supervisor or higher, work in a human resources or learning and development function and engage in at least one talent acquisition, talent development and/or workforce planning activity as part of their role ("HR leaders").

Data are weighted where necessary by employee size to bring them in line with their actual proportions in the population.

Respondents for this survey were selected from among those who have agreed to participate in The Harris Poll surveys. The sampling precision of Harris online polls is measured by using a Bayesian credible interval. For this study, the sample data is accurate to within +/- 4.6 percentage points using a 95% confidence level. This credible interval will be wider among subsets of the surveyed population of interest.

Taiwan Tourism Administration Kicks Off Taiwan Tourism Workshops in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles

With More Than 200 Weekly Direct Flights, Taiwan Captures North American Long-Haul, Transit and Repeat-Visit Opportunities

NEW YORK, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Taiwan Tourism Administration (TTA) launched its three-city U.S. workshop series today in New York, drawing more than 70 local travel industry representatives and media.

The delegation, comprising Taiwanese travel agencies, hotels and airlines, continued to Chicago and Los Angeles through Sept. 18, 2026, marking Taiwan's return to the Midwest market after a seven-year hiatus.

In 2025, more than 710,000 visitors from the United States traveled to Taiwan, with nearly 60% visiting for tourism purposes, a record high for the destination. Supporting this growth is Taiwan's strong air connectivity, with more than 200 weekly round-trip flights linking the destination to 13 major North American cities.

"Taiwan is home to magnificent mountains and abundant natural scenery, and is also a very safe country," said Ambassador Chih-Chiang Lee, Director-General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York. "Whether it is a first visit or a return trip, travelers can discover different surprises every time."

Claire Hsu, Marketing Manager of the Taiwan Tourism Administration, introduced the "Taiwan never sleep" concept, highlighting the destination's safety, 24-hour convenience and diverse travel experiences. "No matter when visitors arrive, they can always enjoy an exciting journey," she said.

Through its "Tourism Dual-Wheel Drive Program," the TTA is targeting repeat visitors, MICE travelers extending stays for leisure, and incentive travelers. Repeat visitors accounted for 42.25% of all visitors to Taiwan in 2025, matching the pre-pandemic peak recorded in 2019. The Administration is also promoting its "International Repeat Visitor Bonus Program" and "Transit Travel Incentive Program" to encourage American travelers to return, bring companions and explore more of Taiwan.

The New York workshop featured Taiwan Tourism Ambassador Chen Ming-Chu, a cross-genre Taiwanese opera performance by Tsai Yu-Lun, and an Alishan tea experience by Cha San Dai, giving attendees an immersive introduction to Taiwan's culture and lifestyle.

Immunovant Investigation Notice: SueWallSt Notifies Investors of Pending Investigation Into Immunovant (IMVT)
Image File
Original HTML

Immunovant stock fell roughly 6% to a more-than-three-month low on September 23, 2026 after the IMVT-1402 cutaneous lupus study missed its primary endpoint. SueWallSt notifies investors of a pending investigation into potential securities law violations on behalf of IMVT investors who lost money.

NEW YORK, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- A missed primary endpoint took Immunovant (NASDAQ: IMVT) down roughly 6% on September 23, 2026 -- to the stock's lowest level in more than three months. If you lost money holding IMVT, you are encouraged to see whether you can recover your losses. You may also contact Joseph E. Levi, Esq. via email at [email protected] or by telephone at (888) SueWallSt.

The selling started before the opening bell. Immunovant disclosed that its proof-of-concept study of IMVT-1402 in cutaneous lupus erythematosus did not meet its prespecified primary endpoint, and that the cutaneous lupus program was being discontinued. Shares moved lower in premarket trading and the stock traded to a more-than-three-month low, according to multiple published reports.

Days earlier, the market was pricing the shares very differently. Reports on September 18 through September 20, 2026 described IMVT trading at approximately $36.95, a market capitalization of roughly $7.63 billion, and investor attention focused on upcoming clinical data. IMVT-1402 had been identified as the Company's lead development program.

Immunovant investors who took losses in the September 23 decline can request a no-cost review of their IMVT losses. You may also reach Joseph E. Levi, Esq. at [email protected] or (888) SueWallSt.

Frequently Asked Questions About the IMVT Investigation

Q: How much did IMVT stock drop?A: Shares fell approximately 6% on September 23, 2026, reaching a more-than-three-month low, after the Company disclosed that its IMVT-1402 proof-of-concept study in cutaneous lupus erythematosus missed its primary endpoint and that the cutaneous lupus program was being discontinued. Investors who purchased shares at allegedly inflated prices and suffered losses may be eligible to seek recovery.

Q: Which statements are being investigated as potentially misleading?A: The investigation concerns whether Immunovant made materially false or misleading statements regarding the clinical prospects of IMVT-1402, its lead development program, including in cutaneous lupus erythematosus. When the Company disclosed the primary endpoint miss and the discontinuation of the lupus program, the stock price declined sharply.

Q: What do IMVT investors need to do right now?A: Investors may gather brokerage records showing purchase dates, share quantities, and prices paid. Submit your information for a no-cost, no-obligation evaluation of your potential recovery. No immediate action is required to remain eligible to participate in the investigation.

Q: What is a lead plaintiff and why does it matter?A: If the investigation proceeds to legal action, a lead plaintiff is the investor the court appoints to represent the group of affected investors. Lead plaintiffs are typically investors with the largest documented losses. Contacting the firm during the investigation phase preserves that option.

Q: What if I already sold my IMVT shares -- can I still recover losses?A: Yes. Eligibility is based on when you purchased, not whether you still hold the shares. Investors who bought IMVT and sold at a loss may still participate in the investigation.

Q: What does it cost me to participate?A: There is no upfront cost to submit your information and review whether you may be eligible to recover. Should you choose to participate in any resulting action, these matters are generally handled on a contingency basis, with any attorneys' fees and expenses subject to court approval.

Q: What if I live outside the United States?A: U.S. securities investigations generally cover purchases on U.S. exchanges regardless of the investor's country of residence.

BAYSTATE HEALTH ANNOUNCES PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL CLINICAL TRIAL FOR ADVANCED BRAIN ANEURYSM TREATMENT

First Hospital in the Country to Enroll Patients

SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Baystate Health announced today that it was selected to participate in a groundbreaking national clinical trial for Advanced Brain Aneurysm treatment and has enrolled the country's first three patients. The study, called PIONEER, is evaluating a next-generation flow-diverting stent (Silk Vista Baby) designed specifically for the treatment of unruptured brain aneurysms located along small blood vessels.

Silk Vista Baby, a device developed by Balt Corporation, is designed for smaller blood vessels (1.5 to 3 mm in diameter), and although this innovative device has been available internationally for several years, it has not yet been widely accessible in the United States. To make this device more broadly available, as required by the FDA, Balt Corporation launched a major clinical study, the PIONEER trial (PIvotal Study Of the Silk Vista Baby Flow Diverters iN the TrEatmEnt of Unruptured Intracranial AneuRysms). This prospective, multicenter, single-arm study includes 35 leading centers in the United States and 5 in Canada, all evaluating the safety and efficacy of the Silk Vista Baby device.

The device went through a prolonged approval process with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and Balt Corporation received full CMS approval. Baystate Health was selected as one of the study sites. "Baystate is proud to have been selected as a study site, a reflection of our longstanding expertise in treating brain aneurysms and our record of excellent patient outcomes," said Dr. Varun Naragum, Director of the Baystate Neuroendovascular Program. "We look forward to evaluating the safety and efficacy of the Silk Vista Baby device. Thanks to the dedication of our Clinical Trials Unit, we were able to enroll and treat the first three patients in the study within days of receiving approval, a testament to the commitment and expertise of our team."

Flow diversion is a treatment for brain aneurysms in which a doctor places a flexible mesh tube (stent) inside a main blood vessel. The stent redirects blood flow away from the aneurysm, reducing the risk of rupture. Flow diversion has become the main approach for treating unruptured brain aneurysms. However, currently available flow-diverting stents are only designed for use in larger blood vessels in the brain. As of now, no flow-diverting stent has been approved in the United States for brain aneurysms along small (distal) blood vessels.

Previously, when patients in the U.S. needed treatment and needed to utilize the Silk Vista Baby device, physicians, including those at Baystate Health, had to apply for a humanitarian device exemption (HDE) from the FDA. This process could take up to four to eight weeks, potentially delaying critical care. "Baystate Health has utilized this pathway to treat patients who could not benefit from current FDA-approved devices, underscoring our commitment to providing the most advanced care possible," said Dr. Naragum.

Participation in this study allows Baystate Health to offer eligible patients access to this advanced treatment for brain aneurysms located along small blood vessels. "The Baystate Neuroendovascular Program is one of the busiest Brain Aneurysm programs in New England, using state-of-the-art technologies to provide the best possible care for brain aneurysm patients," said Dr. Naragum.

After the study, use of the Silk Vista Baby device will be temporarily restricted to humanitarian device exemption cases, pending full FDA approval.

Infrasense Completes 3D Ground Penetrating Radar Investigation Along State Route 133 in Lowell, Massachusetts
Image File
Original HTML

LOWELL, Mass., Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Infrasense team recently completed a comprehensive 3D Ground Penetrating Radar (3D-GPR) investigation along approximately 1.37 miles of pavement along Route 133 in historic Lowell. The study area included the westbound and eastbound travel lanes, both shoulders, and the center turning lane. The team was tasked with 3D-GPR data collection and detailed subsurface data analysis in order to evaluate pavement conditions and structural components throughout the corridor.

The primary objectives of the project were to:

- Perform dowel and tie bar analysis to identify locations where these components are present, missing, shallow, and/or misaligned;

- Determine the typical dowel layout, including standard spacing and depth at transverse joints;

- Conduct a depth analysis to identify the depth to the bottom of the pavement layer across the project site; and

- Perform an activity analysis at the bottom of the pavement layer to detect any indications of underlying voids.

3D-GPR data collection was conducted using a Kontur DXG1820 sensor. Unlike traditional single-channel GPR systems, the DXG1820 utilizes 20 independent channels to capture data in three dimensions, enabling the collection of a continuous five-foot-wide swath of subsurface information.

Once 3D-GPR data was collected, analysis of dowels, tie bars, depth and activity was completed across the entire project site. These analyses were used to generate project deliverables designed to support pavement evaluation, maintenance planning, and future rehabilitation efforts. The final results of the investigation provided stakeholders with critical subsurface condition data which will be used3D to better understand pavement performance and identify areas requiring additional assessment or remediation.
