PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The abrdn Global Infrastructure Income Fund (NYSE: ASGI) (the "Fund") announced today that it will pay the distribution indicated on a per-share basis on October 30, 2026, to all shareholders of record as of October 6, 2026 (ex-dividend date: October 6, 2026).

At the end of each calendar year, a Form 1099-DIV will be sent to shareholders, which will state the amount and composition of the Fund's distributions and provide information with respect to their appropriate tax treatment for the prior calendar year.

The Fund's distribution policy is subject to modification by the Board of Directors/Trustees at any time, and there can be no guarantee that the policy will continue. You should not draw any conclusions about the Fund's investment performance from the amount of the distributions.

MANAGED DISTRIBUTION POLICY FUND

ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION PAYMENT DETAILS

abrdn Global Infrastructure Income Fund ("ASGI")

The abrdn Global Infrastructure Income Fund ("ASGI") today announced that the Fund will pay the distribution noted in the chart above on October 30, 2026, to all shareholders of record as of October 6, 2026 (ex-dividend date: October 6, 2026).

The Fund has adopted a distribution policy to provide investors with a stable distribution out of current income, supplemented by realized capital gains and, to the extent necessary, paid-in capital in reliance on an exemptive order granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Under applicable U.S. tax rules, the amount and character of distributable income for the Fund's fiscal year can be finally determined only as of the end of the Fund's fiscal year. However, under Section 19 of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the "1940 Act"), and related rules, the Fund may be required to indicate to shareholders the estimated source of certain distributions to shareholders.

The following tables set forth the estimated amounts of the sources of the distributions for purposes of Section 19 of the 1940 Act and the rules adopted thereunder. The tables have been computed based on generally accepted accounting principles. The tables include estimated amounts and percentages for the current distributions to be paid as well as for the cumulative distributions paid relating to fiscal year to date, from the following sources: net investment income; net realized short-term capital gains; net realized long-term capital gains; and return of capital. The estimated compositions of the distributions may vary because the estimated composition may be impacted by future income, expenses and realized gains and losses on securities and currencies.

The Fund's estimated sources of the current distributions to be paid and for its current fiscal year to date are as follows:

* includes currency gains

** ASGI has a 9/30 fiscal year end.

The amounts and sources of distributions reported in this notice are only estimates and are not being provided for tax reporting purposes. The final determination of the source of all distributions for the current year will only be made after year-end. The actual amounts and sources of the amounts for tax reporting purposes will depend upon the Fund's investment experience during the remainder of the fiscal year and may be subject to change based on tax regulations. After the end of each calendar year, a Form 1099-DIV will be sent to shareholders for the prior calendar year that will tell you how to report these distributions for federal income tax purposes.

The following table provides the Fund's total return performance based on net asset value (NAV) over various time periods compared to the Fund's annualized and cumulative distribution rates.

1 Return data is net of all fund expenses and fees and assumes the reinvestment of all distributions at prices obtained under the Fund's dividend reinvestment plan.

2 Based on the Fund's NAV as of August 31, 2026.

Shareholders should not draw any conclusions about a Fund's investment performance from the amount of the Fund's current distributions or from the terms of the distribution policy (the "Distribution Policy").

The value at which a closed-end fund stock may trade on a public exchange is a function of external market factors that are not under the control of the Fund's Board or Investment Adviser. Closed-end fund shares may therefore trade at a premium or a discount to net asset value at any given time. Shareholders should be aware that a fund's premium to net asset value may not be sustainable and a fund's discount to net asset value can widen as well as narrow. Shareholders of a fund trading at a premium who participate in that fund's dividend reinvestment plan should note that the reinvestment of distributions may occur at a premium to net asset value.

While NAV performance may be indicative of the Fund's investment performance, it does not measure the value of a shareholder's investment in the Fund. The value of a shareholder's investment in the Fund is determined by the Fund's market price, which is based on the supply and demand for the Fund's shares in the open market.

Pursuant to an exemptive order granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Fund may distribute any long-term capital gains more frequently than the limits provided in Section 19(b) under the 1940 Act and Rule 19b-1 thereunder. Therefore, distributions paid by the Fund during the year may include net income, short-term capital gains, long-term capital gains and/or a return of capital. Net income dividends and short-term capital gain dividends, while generally taxable at ordinary income rates, may be eligible, to the extent of qualified dividend income earned by the Fund, to be taxed at a lower rate not to exceed the maximum rate applicable to your long-term capital gains. Distributions made in any calendar year in excess of investment company taxable income and net capital gain are treated as taxable ordinary dividends to the extent of undistributed earnings and profits, and then as a return of capital that reduces the adjusted basis in the shares held. To the extent return of capital distributions exceed the adjusted basis in the shares held, capital gain is recognized with a holding period based on the period the shares have been held at the date such amount is received.

The payment of distributions in accordance with the Distribution Policy may result in a decrease in the Fund's net assets. A decrease in the Fund's net assets may cause an increase in the Fund's annual operating expense ratio and a decrease in the Fund's market price per share to the extent the market price correlates closely to the Fund's net asset value per share. The Distribution Policy may also negatively affect the Fund's investment activities to the extent that the Fund is required to hold larger cash positions than it typically would hold or to the extent that the Fund must liquidate securities that it would not have sold for the purpose of paying the distribution. The Fund's Board has the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Distribution Policy at any time.

The amendment, suspension or termination of the Distribution Policy may affect the Fund's market price per share. Investors should consult their tax advisor regarding federal, state, and local tax considerations that may be applicable in their particular circumstances.

Circular 230 disclosure: To ensure compliance with requirements imposed by the U.S. Treasury, we inform you that any U.S. tax advice contained in this communication (including any attachments) is not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used, for the purpose of (i) avoiding penalties under the Internal Revenue Code or (ii) promoting, marketing or recommending to another party any transaction or matter addressed herein.

In the United States, Aberdeen Investments refers to the following affiliated, registered investment advisers: abrdn Inc., abrdn Investments Limited, and abrdn Asia Limited.

Closed-end funds are traded on the secondary market through one of the stock exchanges. A Fund's investment return and principal value will fluctuate so that an investor's shares may be worth more or less than the original cost. Shares of closed-end funds may trade above (a premium) or below (a discount) the net asset value (NAV) of the fund's portfolio. There is no assurance that a Fund will achieve its investment objective. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Notice of Data Incident

BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Saber Healthcare Group announces a security incident that may have affected certain individuals' information. On July 27, 2026, Saber detected a service outage affecting some of its internal and external computer systems. Once discovered, Saber immediately secured and isolated its systems and began an investigation with the help of outside cybersecurity experts. The investigation determined that an outside party gained access to Saber's corporate computer network; and on July 27, 2026 that party encrypted a small portion of files, which is what caused the outage. Saber's electronic medical record system was hosted and maintained by a separate outside provider, whose systems were not affected by this incident. Saber's facilities access that system over the web and there was no evidence that the medical record database was accessed, modified, or copied. Using backup copies that were not affected, they restored the inaccessible files within 24 to 48 hours of discovering the outage, with no loss of data.

Saber conducted a review of the potentially affected files to determine what information they contain. The type of information varies by individual but may include their name and one or more of the following: date of birth, driver's license/state issued identification number, health insurance information, medical information, financial account information, passport number, and/or Social Security number. On August 19, 2026, they completed their review and began locating address information to notify individuals directly through the mail. In an abundance of caution, they are offering individuals access to credit monitoring and identity protection services at no cost.

In response to this incident, Saber took immediate steps to secure its systems and engaged third-party specialists to assist in a thorough investigation and response. They have also implemented additional security measures to further minimize the risk of a similar incident occurring in the future. Saber has not detected ongoing unauthorized activity since these additional measures were put in place. For more information or to enroll in these services, individuals should contact the organization's assistance line at 1-833-918-1128, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, excluding holidays.

Individuals are encouraged to remain vigilant against incidents of identity theft and fraud by reviewing credit reports/account statements and explanation of benefits forms for suspicious activity and to detect errors. Individuals may also place a fraud alert or credit freeze by contacting the credit reporting agencies: TransUnion 1-800-680-7289; Experian 1-888-397-3742; Equifax 1-888-298-0045. You can further educate yourself regarding identity theft, fraud alerts, credit freezes, and steps to protect your personal information by contacting the credit reporting bureaus, the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC"), or their state Attorney General. The FTC may be reached at 600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington, D.C. 20580; www.identitytheft.gov; 1-877-ID-THEFT (1-877-438-4338); and TTY: 1-866-653-4261. Instances of known or suspected identity theft should also be reported to law enforcement, the state Attorney General, and the FTC.

Taiwan Tourism Workshop in LA Highlights Taiwan's 24/7 Experiences and 100 Ways to Wonder

Nearly 70 Southern California Travel Professionals Connect with Taiwan's Tourism Industry

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Taiwan Tourism Administration (TTA) concluded its U.S. workshop series in Los Angeles on Sept. 18, connecting nearly 70 Southern California travel professionals with Taiwan's tourism industry. The event marked the final stop of a three-city series held Sept. 14–18, 2026 in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles, bringing together Taiwanese travel agencies, hotels and airlines with U.S. travel professionals for business meetings and product discussions.

In 2025, more than 710,000 visitors from the United States traveled to Taiwan, with nearly 60% visiting for tourism purposes, a record high for the destination. Supporting this growth is Taiwan's strong air connectivity, with more than 200 weekly round-trip flights linking the destination to 13 major North American cities. "Taiwan offers visitors a unique balance of tradition and modernity," said Jason Ma, Director General of the Taiwan Mission in Los Angeles. "We hope to continue strengthening tourism cooperation between Taiwan and the United States."

The workshop featured Taiwan's "Never Sleep" concept, highlighting experiences from morning markets and breakfast culture to Michelin-recognized dining and night markets. New products focused on nighttime exploration and sunrise excursions were also introduced.

"By encouraging travelers to stay longer, return to Taiwan and explore beyond their previous itineraries, we hope to introduce visitors to new sides of Taiwan," said Vivian Lin, Director of the Los Angeles Office of the Taiwan Tourism Administration.

Repeat visitors accounted for 42.25% of international arrivals in 2025, matching the pre-pandemic level recorded in 2019. Beginning Oct. 10, 2026, eligible repeat travelers can join the "Return to Taiwan, Double Your Luck" program for a chance to win a NT$5,000 travel spending credit, plus an additional NT$3,000 for an accompanying friend or relative.

The event also featured Taiwan Tourism Ambassador Chen Ming-Chu, a cross-genre Taiwanese opera performance by Tsai Yu-Lun, and a Cha San Dai tea experience.

In the news release, Six Months After Groundbreaking, Six Altadena Families Move In to Their Rebuilt Homes, issued 21-Sep-2026 by Brookfield Residential over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that changes have been made. The complete, corrected release follows, with additional details at the end:

Six Months After Groundbreaking, Six Altadena Families Move In to Their Rebuilt Homes

Brookfield Residential's coordinated rebuilding reduced costs and accelerated recovery.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Just six months after breaking ground, six families from Altadena's La Viña neighborhood who lost their homes in the Eaton Fire are moving-in to their homes, all in the month of September. The six homeowners worked with Brookfield Residential, making the design and rebuild process smooth and manageable while minimizing costs and moving construction forward efficiently.

By selecting from a collection of turnkey designs matched to their homesites, the families moved swiftly through planning, permitting and construction in a far more streamlined way than if each rebuild were pursued independently. With all six homes in the La Viña neighborhood now complete, Altadena has made another large leap in restoring the community.

La Viña is a gated neighborhood of 272 homes that Brookfield Residential developed between 1997 and 2003. The Eaton Fire destroyed 52 homes within the community, leaving many residents facing the burdens of rebuilding. By coordinating several rebuilds in close proximity and moving through the process together, the homeowners benefited from shared planning and construction efficiencies that manage costs and simplify approvals.

The families' swift rebuilding (just six months) compares favorably to most others following the Eaton and Palisades Fires, which destroyed over 16,000 structures in January 2025. According to CBS News, in Altadena, only about 1% of Altadena homes have been rebuilt in the 18 months since the fire. The L.A. County Recovers dashboard states 100 Altadena homes have been fully rebuilt, and 2,981 building permits have been issued in the fire zone, as of July 7, 2026.

The Kang Family

Among the Altadena homeowners rebuilding through Brookfield Residential is Richard and Julie Kang and their daughter who lost their La Viña home in the Eaton Fire. The family broke ground on March 12, 2026, and officially received the keys to their rebuilt home on September 21, 2026. This timeline matches the five other La Viña families who rebuilt with Brookfield Residential. The Kang family had been living in the community since November 2021.

"Like so many Altadena families, after the trauma and destruction, we faced huge hurdles to rebuilding, and we had many questions," said Richard Kang. "But we were in building mode almost immediately. And we loved the idea of banding together with our neighbors."

The community's Google chat forum led the Kangs to Brookfield Residential and its offer to help families rebuild as a group. Because Brookfield Residential had built many of the original La Viña homes, they were even able to offer the Kangs a very similar floorplan.

"Our rebuilt home is very similar to what we had before," said Kang. "There were some updates to reflect current building codes, of course. But most people when they see our new home feel like it's nearly the same home."

The process went amazingly quickly, said Kang: "Everything from securing permits, to dealing with architecture and HOA issues, and providing reports to mortgage and insurance companies, was fairly easy. We feel fortunate that we did choose Brookfield Residential. Otherwise, I think the burden of rebuilding might have been crushing."

They were also amazed by the speed of rebuilding. Brookfield Residential had committed to getting the families into their new homes before Thanksgiving: "Nobody among our friends believed this," said Kang. "We thought it would probably be 2027, or we hoped for the holidays at least. But the progress was incredible. And the Brookfield Residential teams made every effort to deliver quality not just speed. It's been exciting and joyful to see the home come back to life."

New Permitting and Building in Altadena and Palisades

Brookfield Residential is actively rebuilding in other fire zones as well. It recently contracted to rebuild six homes in Pacific Palisades, which are expected to be complete in June or July of 2027. Brookfield Residential has other homes under pre-development agreements in the Palisades, with several more expected soon in Altadena. Similar to the La Viña homes, most plans are pre-approved by Los Angeles County (for Altadena properties) and by the City of Los Angeles (for Palisades properties).

Since the fires of January, 2025, Brookfield Residential President and Chief Executive Officer Adrian Foley has been at the forefront of rebuilding, including working with City and County of Los Angeles officials to help smooth plan checks and approvals.

"The six La Viña rebuilds were extraordinarily swift: Just six months from groundbreaking to move-in," said Foley. "We had great cooperation from the County for plan checks and other approvals. And all were completed on or under budget."

Foley said the County and City agencies have streamlined their approvals systems. "Especially where there has been an organized process to use pre-approved plans, approvals have been efficient. And this has allowed us to reduce homeowners' costs as well. The first steps of getting through plan check have been reduced from about four to six months to 45 to 60 days."

Homebuilders Working Together

Foley is also a co-founder of the Builders Alliance, the not-for-profit organization that brings together homebuilders working collaboratively to help fire survivors rebuild more efficiently while reducing both time and costs.

"After witnessing their many different tragedies, it's been exceptionally heartwarming to help these families return home," said Foley. "It's also been instructive for homebuilders such as Brookfield Residential to collaborate on efficient and resilient methods of rebuilding in response to disasters."

The Builders Alliance includes a first-of-its-kind, tech-enabled portal that supports homeowners throughout the rebuilding process by providing a library of home designs that can be filtered based on lot size, zoning requirements, homeowner preferences, and price range. By entering their address, property owners can view homes suited to their specific parcel and better understand potential rebuilding timelines and costs.

In addition, these rebuilt homes meet wildfire standards of the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS)—specifically the Enhanced level specifications, designed to resist wind-driven embers, radiant heat and direct flames.

"We're proud to cooperate with the City and County of Los Angeles, and with the other members of the Builders Alliance to demonstrate how innovative technology can support families as they rebuild and regain stability," said Foley. U.S. Senators Tillis, Padilla Introduce Legislation to Accelerate Research Against Leading Cause of Death in U.S.

In fight against cardiovascular disease, ASANA Voices has advocated for establishment of foundation to mobilize public, private, philanthropic resources for more research

WASHINGTON, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ASANA Voices today welcomed the introduction of bipartisan legislation in the U.S. Senate to establish the Heart Security Foundation, a federally chartered, nonprofit organization that would operate out of the National Institutes of Health. Such an entity would accelerate cardiovascular research, strengthen prevention and early detection and improve health outcomes for Americans from all backgrounds.

ASANA Voices has been a leading advocate for S.5469, The HEART Foundation Act, a bill led by U.S. Senators Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) and Alex Padilla (D-CA).

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States, claiming nearly one million lives each year. Approximately 120 million American adults from all walks of life are living with some form of cardiovascular disease. That's nearly one-third of the population facing disproportionately high levels of cardiovascular risk.

"The HEART Foundation Act offers a serious and practical framework for bringing additional resources into cardiovascular research while building on the scientific leadership of the NIH," said ASANA Voices Founder and CEO Prince Bhojwani. "For ASANA Voices, this work also reflects a broader principle: when we listen closely to the challenges facing individual communities and rigorously examine the evidence, we often uncover opportunities to improve outcomes for the entire country."

"We are grateful to Senators Tillis and Padilla for recognizing the scale of this challenge and working across party lines to advance a durable solution," Bhojwani added.

The Heart Security Foundation could support research across the cardiovascular continuum, including efforts to:

- Improve prevention and early detection;

- Deepen the study of biomarkers, inherited risk and congenital cardiovascular conditions;

- Diversify the scientific pathways receiving research support;

- Strengthen collaboration among federal researchers, universities, healthcare institutions, philanthropies and private-sector partners; and

- Move promising discoveries toward practical application more effectively.

The proposal reflects ASANA Voices' long-term approach to policy: investing in the research, data and institutions required to create progress that extends beyond a single news cycle, election or awareness campaign.

"Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, and we must continue investing in research that can help prevent disease, improve early detection, and save lives," said Senator Tillis. "I am proud to introduce this bipartisan legislation to establish the Heart Security Foundation and support critical cardiovascular research."

"All Americans deserve access to high-quality healthcare to live a long, healthy life, but too many people continue to face barriers to preventing and treating heart disease," said Senator Padilla. "Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in California and across the country. It's past time we take action to prevent it and improve diagnosis and treatment. Our bill will support critical research to help reduce the devastating impact of heart disease and ultimately save lives."

Taiwan Tourism Workshop Returns to Chicago After Seven Years, Connecting Taiwan with Local Travel Industry

With More than 200 Direct Flights from North America, Taiwan Invites Travelers to Discover the Appeal of "Taiwan Never Sleep"

CHICAGO, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Taiwan Tourism Administration (TTA) held the second stop of its three-city U.S. workshop series in Chicago on Sept. 16, 2026, marking Taiwan's return to the Midwest market after a seven-year hiatus. The event drew 53 local travel industry representatives, along with diplomatic guests from Belize, Lithuania, Poland, Thailand, Guatemala and Colombia.

The workshops, held in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles from Sept. 14–18, 2026, connect Taiwanese travel agencies, hotels and airlines with North American travel professionals to introduce Taiwan's latest tourism offerings and build new business partnerships.

"Taiwan offers a rich and diverse food culture, from stinky tofu to xiaolongbao, well worth experiencing firsthand," said Dennis Yen-Feng Lei, Director-General of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago. "Taiwan is also a safe destination where visitors can enjoy city life around the clock."

Claire Hsu, Marketing Manager of the Taiwan Tourism Administration, introduced the "Taiwan Never Sleep" concept, highlighting the destination's safety, convenience and round-the-clock appeal. "No matter when visitors arrive, they can explore with confidence and enjoy an exciting journey," she said.

Through its "Tourism Dual-Wheel Drive Program," the TTA is targeting repeat visitors, MICE travelers extending stays for leisure, and incentive travelers. Repeat visitors accounted for 42.25% of all visitors to Taiwan in 2025, matching the pre-pandemic peak recorded in 2019.

The Chicago workshop featured Taiwan Tourism Ambassador Chen Ming-Chu, a cross-genre Taiwanese opera performance by Tsai Yu-Lun, and an Alishan tea experience by Cha San Dai, giving attendees an immersive introduction to Taiwan's culture and lifestyle.

U.S. Conference of Mayors Launches National Affordability Tour

Four-city tour will bring together mayors, local leaders and community voices to spotlight solutions to the rising cost of everyday life

SAN DIEGO, Sep 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Conference of Mayors today announced a four-city national tour focused on solutions to one of the most pressing challenges facing American families: the rising cost of everyday life. Launching October 8 in Albuquerque, the USCM Affordability Tour will bring mayors together with local leaders, community organizations and residents to examine how rising costs are affecting families and spotlight practical solutions cities are advancing to make life more affordable. Each stop will focus on major strains on household budgets — childcare, housing, healthcare and food — and identify approaches that can be replicated or advanced in communities across the country.

"As mayors, affordability is the issue we hear about everywhere we go. Families are working hard, but the rising cost of housing, groceries, childcare and healthcare is making it harder to get by and get ahead," said U.S. Conference of Mayors President Todd Gloria, Mayor of San Diego. "Mayors see these pressures up close, but we also see practical solutions that are working in our communities. This tour is about learning from one another, spotlighting what works and finding ways to make everyday life more affordable for American families."

San Diego Mayor and USCM President Todd Gloria will join fellow mayors at the following stops:

- October 8th – Albuquerque, NM – childcare affordability with Mayor Tim Keller

- October 14th – Austin, TX – housing affordability with Mayor Kirk Watson

- October 21st – Columbus, OH – healthcare affordability with Mayor Andrew J. Ginther

- October 29th – Atlanta, GA – food affordability with Mayor Andre Dickens

The tour – announced during the Conference's Fall Leadership Meeting in San Diego – comes as new research commissioned by the U.S. Conference of Mayors underscores the scale of the challenge. According to the survey of 113 mayors, 96% say their residents are very or extremely concerned about the affordability crisis. Additionally, nearly 93% of mayors said the cost of living in their cities has worsened over the last year with 39% saying it has worsened significantly. Almost all mayors (96%) agreed that housing costs have driven the affordability crisis. Not only are individuals struggling to make ends meet, but cities are struggling to meet additional demand for assistance programs while lowering taxes and fees to offer relief. The data reinforce the need for federal action to support local efforts to lower everyday costs that are putting significant pressure on household budgets.

Watch: Mayor Gloria discusses the survey's findings on CNN and NBC.

The survey was conducted from August 18 through September 4, 2026. In total, 113 cities from 39 states and Puerto Rico responded to this survey, representing approximately 32.1 million Americans. The full results of the survey can be found here.

Note to producers, editors and hosts: Additional details and participants for each tour stop will be announced in the weeks ahead. For more information on interview opportunities, please contact Sara Durr at [email protected].

CHICAGO, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GCG, a leading specialty wire & cable distribution platform delivering value-added solutions for critical applications, announced today that Rexel, a publicly held distributor of products and services in energy management, is acquiring GCG from Audax Private Equity ("Audax") in a transaction expected to close by year end.

GCG operates through two complementary segments — Custom Engineered Solutions ("CES") and Connectivity & Power Solutions ("CPS") — delivering engineer-led, value-added wire, cable and connectivity solutions to customers across data centers, power infrastructure, defense, building systems, water, telecom and industrial end markets. Since 2019, GCG has grown to more than $1.1 billion in revenue, expanding through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, including United Wire & Cable, CableMaster, RWL, Paige, and Allied Wire & Cable.

"This is an exciting milestone for GCG and a testament to the strength of our business, our culture, and, most importantly, our people," said Glenn Pennycook, Chief Executive Officer of GCG. "With the support of Audax, we've built a differentiated business with strong technical capabilities, deep customer and supplier relationships, and a track record of growth. We believe Rexel's strategic focus and commitment to customers and suppliers make them the right partner to continue that momentum, while creating new opportunities for our associates, customers, and supplier partners."

The combination is expected to extend Rexel's presence in high-growth, mission-critical end markets, including data center and power infrastructure, and to bring GCG's engineering-led, value-added distribution model and proprietary product portfolio into Rexel's broader platform.

Audax Private Equity first acquired GCG through a carveout of Genuine Parts Company's Electrical Specialties Group and helped put in place and partner with GCG's management team to build the platform through organic growth initiatives and a disciplined acquisition strategy, completing multiple add-on acquisitions.

Solomon Partners and J.P. Morgan served as financial advisors to GCG and Audax on the sale, while Kirkland & Ellis and Fredrikson & Byron provided legal counsel. Guggenheim Securities and Rothschild & Company served as financial advisors to Rexel and Sidley Austin LLP served as legal advisor.
