RideLot Unveils Inventory Intelligence Platform Built to Modernize Powersports Retail

Dealer built technology turns one inventory feed into smarter search, website integration, distribution, marketing and dealer intelligence without replacing the dealership's DMS, CRM or website.

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo., Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- RideLot Technologies today announced the launch of its inventory intelligence platform built specifically for powersports and specialty vehicle dealers.

RideLot was created to solve a simple problem that happens every day in dealerships. A dealer can have the right machine in stock, or have the ability to order it for the customer, and still make it difficult for that shopper to find.

Built from inside powersports retail, RideLot connects to the inventory feed a dealership already sends from its DMS or feed provider. RideLot normalizes that inventory and turns each unit into a record that can power shopper search, dealer websites, branded storefronts, marketplace distribution, marketing, dealer intelligence and dealer facing tools.

The dealership keeps its existing website, DMS, CRM, phone numbers, lead routing and technology providers.

RideLot works alongside them.

"Dealers do not need another system asking them to replace everything they already use," said James Wells, Founder and CEO of RideLot Technologies. "The inventory data already exists. RideLot makes that inventory dramatically more useful. We help customers find what the dealership has, help them discover what the dealership can order, help dealers understand demand, help teams market inventory and give the dealership more ways to put that same inventory record to work."

RideLot was co founded by Wells and Nick Citrola around a dealer first philosophy: build technology around the inventory and workflows dealerships already have instead of forcing retailers into another replacement system.

Search the way customers actually shop

At the center of the platform is RideSpec, RideLot's natural language inventory discovery technology.

Instead of requiring shoppers to know an exact year, make and model, RideSpec lets them search the way they actually talk.

A shopper can search:

"side by side that seats six"

"four wheeler for a kid"

"used motorcycle under $10,000"

"side by side with a cab and heat"

RideSpec interprets what the shopper is asking for, searches dealership inventory and returns relevant machines, including an explanation of why each machine matched.

RideSpec also supports natural language inventory discovery in both English and Spanish.

The same technology can be installed directly into a dealership's current website through RideLot Inventory Finder, giving dealers a significantly different inventory search experience without requiring them to replace their existing website provider.

Search what is in stock and what is available to order

RideLot is designed to help dealers merchandise more than only the units physically sitting on the dealership floor.

Through Available to Order, supported factory orderable models can appear alongside a dealership's current in-stock inventory inside the same RideLot shopping experience.

That means a shopper searching for a specific machine may see:

- units physically in stock

- relevant inventory at another authorized rooftop

- supported models the dealership can order

RideLot clearly distinguishes Available to Order inventory from machines that are physically in stock.

The goal is simple: instead of telling a customer "no results" because the exact machine is not currently sitting on the floor, RideLot can help the shopper understand what the dealership may still be able to sell them.

For multi rooftop dealer groups, RideLot can also connect authorized inventory across locations. A shopper who cannot find the right machine at one store can be connected to relevant inventory at another rooftop.

One inventory feed. More ways to use it.

RideLot Storefront gives dealers a branded inventory shopping experience built from the feed they already send, including RideSpec search, in-stock inventory, Available to Order, categories, brands and multi rooftop inventory.

RideLot Inventory Finder brings RideSpec powered inventory discovery directly into the dealership's existing website.

RideLot SEO Inventory Pages automatically create search readable RideLot inventory pages from live inventory by category, brand and individual machine, giving search engines more inventory specific content to understand.

RideLot Visibility helps dealerships identify important searches, inventory pages that need attention and opportunities where inventory exists but may still be difficult to discover.

RideLot Dealer Intelligence shows dealers what shoppers searched for, which searches returned no matching inventory, which machines received little engagement and which inventory generated customer actions.

RideLot Feed Health identifies missing or incomplete inventory data involving pricing, photos and other merchandising information and shows dealership teams which units need attention.

RideLot Marketing Studio turns live inventory records into dealer ready marketing creative using the machine's actual photos, pricing and inventory information.

RideLot Dealer Transfer allows participating dealers to search other participating dealer inventory from nearby markets to nationwide and request machines another dealer has.

RideLot Marketplace Listings uses the dealership's existing inventory feed to prepare Facebook Marketplace listings for salespeople to review and publish from their own Facebook accounts.

An individual Facebook Marketplace post can be prepared in less than 30 seconds using inventory information already flowing through RideLot instead of requiring the salesperson to rebuild the listing manually.

RideLot then continues monitoring the dealer feed for changes such as sold units and pricing updates.

RideLot Showroom brings the same inventory discovery technology onto the dealership floor through an interactive kiosk experience with RideSpec search and supported bilingual voice interaction.

Dealer tools built around the inventory record

RideLot also provides dealer only monitoring and recordkeeping products built around live inventory.

RideLot MAP Policy Checker evaluates supported eligible inventory against OEM MAP information loaded into the platform and surfaces potential advertised pricing issues for dealer review.

RideLot Recalls reads applicable public CPSC and NHTSA recall notices daily and compares them with live inventory by brand, model and model year. A match is shown as a Possible Recall for the dealership to verify by VIN in its OEM dealer system. RideLot does not determine VIN level recall status.

RideLot Price Record maintains a historical record of advertised prices RideLot records or displays, helping dealerships preserve evidence of what pricing was shown and when it changed.

The platform is centered on one idea:

The inventory record should keep working everywhere the dealership needs it.

Price transparency is getting more attention. RideLot keeps the history.

Vehicle pricing transparency and advertising practices are receiving increased regulatory attention.

In September 2026, Federal Trade Commission staff published automobile industry pricing guidance reiterating that an advertised vehicle price should reflect the actual price a consumer can pay, including dealer required fees other than government required charges.

California's Combating Auto Retail Scams Act, or CARS Act, took effect Oct. 1, 2026 for covered California dealers and covered vehicle transactions. Among other requirements, the law addresses total price disclosures and requires covered dealers to retain certain advertising, pricing and related records for two years.

RideLot Price Record is not legal advice, does not determine whether a dealership is compliant and does not replace a dealership's own legal or regulatory review.

Instead, Price Record solves a straightforward operational problem:

If someone asks what price was advertised months ago, does the dealership still have the record?

Inventory systems generally focus on the current price.

Online advertisements change. Marketplace listings change. Inventory pages disappear when units sell. Employees leave. Screenshots get lost.

Price Record preserves the advertised price history RideLot records or displays so authorized dealership personnel have a durable record to reference later.

"Price Record does not tell a dealership whether it complied with a particular law," Wells said. "It gives the dealer something much more basic that is often missing: a historical record of what RideLot recorded or displayed and when."

Launch offer includes 12 months of Price Record and Marketplace Listings

RideLot Marketplace is available to qualifying dealers beginning at:

$0 per month

During RideLot's Initial Launch offer, qualifying Marketplace and Dealer Suite accounts receive:

12 months of RideLot Price Record included

Dealers can begin preserving advertised price history immediately without adding another software charge during the first year.

12 months of RideLot Marketplace Listings included

Qualifying dealers also receive up to three Marketplace Listings seats during the 12 month launch period.

Salespeople can take an actual unit already in the dealership's inventory and prepare a Facebook Marketplace listing in less than 30 seconds using the photos, pricing and vehicle information already flowing through RideLot.

The salesperson reviews the listing and publishes it through the salesperson's own Facebook account. RideLot continues monitoring the inventory feed afterward for changes such as sold units and pricing updates.

$0 setup fee

RideLot's current Initial Launch Pricing also includes a $0 setup fee for qualifying dealers.

RideLot subscriptions are billed monthly with no long term subscription requirement, and dealers can cancel according to the terms shown in their RideLot account.

Customers can unlock exclusive savings during Charity Sale while supporting local nonprofits Nov. 13-15

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The season of giving starts early at Belk. This November, Belk's annual Fall Charity Sale returns for a weekend-long event that combines shopping with community impact. Taking place Nov. 13-15, the event marks 20 years of helping nonprofit organizations raise funds for programs and services that support families, strengthen neighborhoods and create lasting impact across the Southeast.

Over the last two decades, Charity Sale has become one of Belk's longest-running community initiatives, bringing together customers and nonprofit partners around a simple idea: every purchase can make a difference. By purchasing a $5 Charity Sale ticket and redeeming it at checkout, customers can unlock exclusive discounts on holiday gifts, seasonal essentials and customer-favorite brands, all while supporting causes that matter close to home.

"For the past two decades, Charity Sale has shown what's possible when businesses, customers and nonprofits come together to support causes that matter," said Don Hendricks, CEO of Belk. "What makes this event so special is that its impact extends far beyond our stores. Every ticket purchased helps support organizations that are addressing real needs in their communities. As we head into the season of giving, we're proud to continue this tradition and help our customers make a difference while shopping for family and friends."

Here's How it Works:

- Grab a Ticket: Purchase a $5 ticket directly from a participating nonprofit or at any Belk store now through Nov. 15 (Belk Market and Belk Outlet locations excluded).

- Lock in Your Look: Shop the pre-sale event Nov. 1-12 to reserve select items ahead of the sale.

- Shop and Save: Shop in store from Nov. 13-15 and redeem your Charity Sale ticket to receive $5 off your purchase plus an extra 25% off select designer brands that rarely go on sale.

- Know Your Impact: All ticket sales benefit nonprofit organizations. Proceeds from tickets purchased through participating charities go directly to those organizations, while tickets sold at Belk stores support Belk's three national partners: Family Promise, Salvation Army and Boys & Girls Clubs.

Since its launch in 2006, Charity Sale has benefited more than 6,000 nonprofit organizations, helping raise funds to support vital community programs. This season's event includes more than 4,200 nonprofits. Participating organizations span Belk's 16-state footprint, connecting customers with causes close to home. Whether shopping for gifts, seasonal essentials or everyday favorites, customers can feel good knowing their purchases help support organizations making a difference in the places they call home.

Belk welcomes all 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to participate in Charity Sale. Organizations interested in signing up can contact their local Belk store or visit www.belk.com/CharitySaleResources for more information.

TaixunPOS Delivers Customized POS Hardware Solutions with Aluminum-Alloy Construction and Fanless Technology

DONGGUAN, China, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Dongguan Taixun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("TaixunPOS"), a professional OEM/ODM POS hardware manufacturer, provides customized POS hardware solutions featuring durable aluminum-alloy construction and reliable fanless cooling technology. With more than 18 years of industry experience, TaixunPOS is committed to providing flexible product and solution support to global partners, helping them build their own POS brands.

Integrated Aluminum-Alloy Design and Efficient Fanless Cooling

Traditional plastic POS terminals are often susceptible to insufficient heat dissipation and wear in the housing when used frequently and intensely. TaixunPOS addresses this with a high-strength, unibody aluminum-alloy chassis that delivers more efficient heat dissipation and a more durable structure. This design can help improve thermal performance and support long-term product durability. In addition, the refined metal exterior also fits well into premium commercial interiors.

In combination with the metal frame, the fanless design eliminates the need for mechanical cooling fans and can help reduce dust and grease ingress, depending on the enclosure design. The POS terminals work quietly without any fan noise and reduce maintenance costs over time. This makes TaixunPOS POS terminals a perfect choice for locations that have high traffic, such as restaurants, cafes, stores, and hotels.

Regarding interaction design, the POS terminals of TaixunPOS are equipped with industrial PCAP multi-touch screens. They offer high touch responsiveness for POS terminals. In particular, POS terminals have high-resolution and high-brightness screens with wide-viewing-angle IPS displays, supporting clear viewing under different commercial lighting conditions. Better interaction design improves checkout efficiency and helps merchants maintain their brand identity.

Comprehensive OEM and ODM Capabilities

TaixunPOS offers global partners end-to-end POS hardware OEM/ODM solutions, from concept design to volume production. The company has long served overseas brands, software vendors, and channel distributors, providing hardware support tailored to their product and market requirements.

To meet diverse commercial needs, TaixunPOS's production base provides customization services for POS terminals, including industrial design, structural development, logo and brand customization, motherboard solution development, and interface configuration adjustments. It also supports multiple sizes, multi-OS adaptation, and industry-specific custom development.

The engineering team optimizes system configurations for POS hardware and conducts software compatibility testing to ensure stable operation in real-world commercial environments. Its production lines support rapid small-batch development, helping partners launch new POS projects faster. During mass production, the company ensures consistent quality through product testing, burn-in testing, and outgoing inspection.

Customized POS Solutions for Various Industries

Healthcare self-service kiosk: TaixunPOS provides customized self-service kiosks that benefit healthcare organizations. The POS terminals feature a wipeable aluminum-alloy housing and integrate tactile buttons, braille labels, an audio jack, and a passport scanner, balancing accessibility with hygiene requirements. The solution speeds up registration and queue management while giving visually impaired, elderly, and mobility-impaired patients a more inclusive check-in experience.

Dual-screen POS for a luxury boutique: For a luxury boutique in Malaysia, TaixunPOS supplied an ultra-slim aluminum dual-screen POS terminal that can be embedded in a marble counter, with passive cooling for quiet operation. The secondary screen displays promotions and member information, turning checkout into a brand-engagement touchpoint and supporting product promotion.

Self-ordering kiosks for a fast-food chain: TaixunPOS provided integrated self-ordering kiosks for fast-food outlets, equipped with large portrait HD touchscreens, metal bases, and concealed cabling. The terminals link front-counter ordering with kitchen workflows, helping outlets ease peak-hour queues and using intuitive visual menus to drive add-on purchases.

Scalable Production Capacity and Quality Certification

TaixunPOS operates a 6,000-square-meter manufacturing facility in Dongguan. Leveraging the region's mature electronics supply chain, the company possesses full-process manufacturing capabilities for POS terminalsâencompassing product design, structural development, aluminum-alloy processing, SMT assembly, final unit assembly, and testing. With over 18 years of experience in the POS industry and a monthly production capacity of approximately 10,000 units, TaixunPOS is well-equipped to handle bulk orders and long-term projects, ensuring a stable supply for channel partners worldwide.

The company maintains strict control over production schedules and guarantees consistent quality across bulk orders. Quality control protocols include incoming material inspection, in-process testing, pre-shipment aging tests, and final outgoing inspections. All POS terminals are CE, FCC, and RoHS certified, meeting the import requirements of European and North American markets.

UK's biggest commercial news app to put video and personalisation at its heart as part of Sky News 2030

WASHINGTON, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sky News has expanded its strategic partnership with Arc XP, the media platform built inside The Washington Post and run by publishers worldwide, to provide the technology underpinning its new app and website, targeted for launch by the end of 2027.

The agreement marks a significant step forward in Sky News 2030, the organisation's five-year transformation to become a premium, video-first news organisation built for the digital future, with a focus on innovation and better experiences for audiences.

As the UK's biggest commercial news publisher app*, Sky News is investing from a position of strength, with video views on its app more than doubling year on year. The new app and website will take that experience further, putting video at the heart of the offering, showcasing more original reporting and giving audiences more personalised ways to discover and follow the stories that matter to them.

The investment aims to make Sky News an even more compelling destination for its journalism, deepening engagement with existing users, strengthening direct audience relationships and creating new commercial opportunities, including premium and paid-for products.

David Rhodes, Sky News Executive Chairman, said: "Today's partnership will give audiences even more reasons to come directly to Sky News for a best-in-class, video-first experience. It's a step change that will deliver more personalisation and better commercial outcomesâand deliver them by the end of next year. We're so pleased to be on this journey together with the people at Arc XP and their partners across the news industry."

Matt Monahan, Arc XP President, said: "More people now find news through AI summaries and search results instead of going to the newsroom that did the reporting. Arc XP helps newsrooms win those audiences back, keep them, and grow revenue. With Sky News, we're building a video-led, personalised app and website that brings audiences straight to Sky's journalism, with Ask Sky News answering their questions from Sky's own reporting. At Arc XP and The Washington Post, we're proud to help newsrooms like Sky's get their critical journalism to more people."

Working closely with Sky's product and technology teams, Arc XP will provide its media platform, backed by AWS, to underpin the new platforms, including tools for mobile apps, video and personalisation. The technology will give Sky News greater flexibility to innovate, develop new products and support the next phase of its digital transformation.

The expanded agreement builds on the organisations' existing work on Ask Sky News, an AI-powered conversational search experience that demonstrates how new technology can make trusted journalism more accessible and intuitive for audiences.

Sky News has generated nearly 4.5 billion social video views in 2026 to date, demonstrating its position as a major global news brand and the growing appetite for its journalism across digital platforms. This reach reflects the scale of Sky News' ambition as it continues to invest in the future of news.

Marts&Lundy Study Offers New Insight into Incentive Compensation in Higher Education Advancement
Image File

Ten-year follow-up explores adoption, program design, and institutional approaches to rewarding performance

LYNDHURST, N.J., Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- As advancement leaders look for new ways to attract and keep top fundraising talent, Marts&Lundy today released Incentive Compensation in Higher Education Advancement, a new benchmarking study that offers one of the few current views of how institutions use performance incentives to support their advancement teams. Revisiting research first published in 2016, the study provides current insight into program eligibility, structure, performance measures, and perceived outcomes to help leaders make informed compensation decisions. Marts&Lundy is a strategic fundraising consulting firm serving mission-driven organizations around the world.

Employee retention emerged as a central priority: every institution reporting its incentive program's goals identified retention as an objective. Improved employee performance and higher overall fundraising revenue were also prominent goals, reflecting the role incentives can play within a broader talent and advancement strategy.

The research draws on responses from 38 higher education institutions that answered whether they offer incentive compensation to advancement staff. Approximately 16% reported having a program. Among institutions without one, more than 40% said they were currently considering incentive compensation for fundraising roles.

"Advancement leaders tells us they want real data on this topic, and there has been very little to point to," said Penelepe Hunt, Senior Consultant & Principal at Marts&Lundy, who led the study. "This research gives leaders a clearer view of how peers are approaching incentive compensation and practical insight into designing programs in a way that strengthens their institution's goals, culture, and collaborative approach to fundraising."

Key findings

- Retention anchors program goals. Every program reporting its objectives cited employee retention, followed by improved performance and higher overall revenue.

- Institutions are using incentives in different ways. Current programs are evenly divided between ongoing and campaign-specific structures, offering examples for leaders considering either approach.

- Eligibility centers on leadership and major giving. Advancement leadership and principal and major giving professionals are each eligible in 83% of responding programs; planned giving professionals are eligible in 67%.

- Performance measures extend beyond dollars raised. Programs commonly combine fundraising results with activity, pipeline, team, or other measures that recognize progress toward sustained performance.

- Participants report encouraging experiences. Among programs responding to the relevant questions, 80% reported increased dollars raised, and 75% rated the effect on organizational culture as positive or very positive.

- Leaders are weighing a range of considerations. Institutions exploring incentives point to philosophy, budget, culture and governance, and public institutions also cite state and collective bargaining rules. Many are focused on designing approaches to shared credit that honor the team effort behind every gift.

The report also explores award structures, funding sources, administration, and approaches to recognizing contributions across advancement teams. It offers practical guidance for leaders: engage governance and HR early, start where measurement is strongest, decide deliberately between campaign-specific and permanent program design, and build shared-credit approaches that recognize colleagues across the team.

The study was conducted through an online questionnaire in summer 2026 and included public and private institutions with and without programs. The findings are directional benchmarks from participating institutions rather than estimates for the sector, and reported outcomes reflect respondents' perceptions.

CCB INVESTOR ALERT: Coastal Financial Corporation Investors with Substantial Losses May Seek to Lead Class Action Lawsuit Before December 1, 2026 Deadline
Image File
Original HTML

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP announces that purchasers or acquirers of Coastal Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: CCB) common stock between October 28, 2024 and July 29, 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period"), have until Tuesday, December 1, 2026 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff of the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit. Captioned Allegheny County Employees' Retirement System v. Coastal Financial Corporation, No. 26-cv-03746 (W.D. Wash.), the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit charges Coastal Financial and certain of Coastal Financial's top current and former executives with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

If you suffered substantial losses and wish to serve as lead plaintiff of the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit, please provide your information here:

https://www.rgrdlaw.com/cases-coastal-financial-corporation-class-action-lawsuit-ccb.html

You can also contact attorneys Ken Dolitsky or Michael Albert of Robbins Geller by calling 800/851-7783 or via e-mail at [email protected].

CASE ALLEGATIONS: Coastal Financial operates as the bank holding company for Coastal Community Bank, which provides various banking products and services to consumers and small and medium-sized businesses. Through its CCBX segment, Coastal Financial provides "banking as a service" ("BaaS") to digital financial service providers, companies, and brands, enabling its partners to offer banking and other financial services to their customers.

The Coastal Financial class action lawsuit alleges that defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) the credit quality of a substantial CCBX partner loan portfolio, comprising approximately $500 million in loans and nearly 23% of all CCBX loans, had materially deteriorated; (ii) as a result of that deterioration, Coastal Financial faced significant exposure to credit losses notwithstanding defendants' repeated representations concerning the credit protections provided by its CCBX partner agreements; and (iii) Coastal Financial's risk management and credit monitoring practices were inadequate to identify, adequately account for, and mitigate the deterioration of the CCBX partner loan portfolio and the resulting risks to Coastal Financial.

The Coastal Financial class action lawsuit further alleges that on July 30, 2026, Coastal Financial announced its second quarter 2026 financial results and held an earnings call. During the call, defendants acknowledged that the quarter included "significant and unusual items that warrant a direct explanation." Coastal Financial reported a surprise GAAP net loss of $42.1 million, driven primarily by a $68.8 million credit expense associated with a single CCBX partner relationship. The credit expense consisted of a $46 million valuation adjustment to the related credit enhancement asset and a $22.8 million provision for credit losses associated with the partner's indemnification obligations. Defendants further disclosed that the affected portfolio consisted of approximately $500 million in underlying loans, together with the related reimbursement exposure. On this news, the price of Coastal Financial stock fell more than 43%.

THE LEAD PLAINTIFF PROCESS: The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 permits any investor who purchased or acquired Coastal Financial common stock during the Class Period to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the Coastal Financial class action lawsuit. The dental 3D printing market is driven by several factors. One key driver is rising oral health awareness, combined with a growing global population, which increases demand for dental services. This creates a favorable environment for innovative solutions like 3D printing. Additionally, advances in 3D printing hardware, software, and materials improve accuracy, speed, and affordability, making the technology more accessible and appealing for dental applications. However, certain challenges could hinder market growth. These include regulatory hurdles, high upfront costs, operational expenses, and a shortage of skilled workers.

By technology, the VAT photopolymerization segment accounted for the largest share of the dental 3D printing market during the forecast period.

The dental 3D printing market is segmented by technology into VAT photopolymerization, fused deposition modeling, selective laser sintering, PolyJet printing, and other technologies. VAT photopolymerization holds the largest share of the dental 3D printing market due to its precision, versatility with various materials, and broad applicability to dental procedures. Technologies such as stereolithography (SLA) and digital light processing (DLP) produce high-resolution prints with a smooth finish, making them particularly suitable for crowns, bridges, surgical guides, occlusal splints, and aligners. Their compatibility with biocompatible resins allows for both temporary and permanent restorations. Dental labs rely on this technology because it can produce many custom pieces at once, saving time and resources. It is also gaining popularity among small clinics and dental support organizations (DSOs), as many new systems are affordable, compact, and user-friendly. Additionally, 3D printing generates less waste than conventional milling or handwork and continues to evolve with advances in resin chemistry and printer technology.

By end user, the dental laboratories segment accounted for the largest share of the dental 3D printing market during the forecast period.

The dental 3D printing market can be divided by end user into three main categories: dental laboratories, dental hospitals & clinics, and dental academic & research institutions. Dental laboratories represent the largest segment of the dental 3D printing industry, driven by the increasing demand for advanced technologies in dental practices, cosmetic treatments, and high-quality products. These labs manufacture a variety of dental productsâsuch as prosthetics, crowns, dentures, veneers, and night guardsâusing 3D printing because it offers greater accuracy, speed, and affordability. Larger laboratory chains are adopting this technology because of their purchasing power, and outsourcing fabrication to these labs is increasingly common, further increasing demand. Digitizing processes through 3D printing leads to significant time and cost savings, as well as greater precision in producing dental items.

North America dominates the dental 3D printing market.

The global dental 3D printing market is divided into six main regions: North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East & Africa, and the GCC countries.

North America leads the dental 3D printing market because of its well-developed healthcare system, rapid adoption of advanced dental technologies, and strong demand for cosmetic and restorative treatments. The region's dominance in innovation and market share can be attributed to the fact that many companies in the dental 3D printing sector are based there. Additionally, high disposable incomes and a high standard of living in countries like the US and Canada further drive the demand for quality dental treatments. The ongoing digitalization of dental procedures also helps maintain North America's position as a market leader.

Key Players

Leading players in the Dental 3D Printing companies include Stratasys (US and Israel), 3D Systems, Inc. (US), and Align Technology, Inc. (US).

Investment Funding Context

Investment activity in the dental 3D printing ecosystem remains strong and is primarily concentrated on practice acquisitions, geographic expansion, technology adoption, and platform consolidation. Disclosed transactions in the dental 3D printing market indicate a focus on proprietary printing technologies, advanced dental materials, geographic expansion, and integrating digital manufacturing capabilities. Venture funding has supported the expansion of specialized providers.

In October 2022, SprintRay secured more than USD 100 million in Series D funding led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with the proceeds intended to support expansion across Europe and the United States. Strategic acquisitions have also enabled companies to strengthen their technology portfolios. In January 2024, Align Technology completed its acquisition of Cubicure, reporting total purchase consideration of approximately USD 85.8 million, including the fair value of its pre-existing ownership interest. The acquisition was intended to expand Align's capabilities in direct 3D printing, materials development, and manufacturing of customized orthodontic appliances. In September 2025, SprintRay acquired the EnvisionTEC/ETEC dental product portfolio, including patents, trademarks, inventory, and intellectual property relating to dental materials and printing technologies, strengthening its capabilities across laboratory and chairside applications. The announcement did not disclose the transaction value. In October 2025, LuxCreo also announced a strategic investment from Angelalign Technology to support joint development of next-generation 3D printing materials for clear aligners. The investment, whose value was not disclosed in the announcement, was directed toward material research and development, platform improvements, and expansion of the digital dentistry ecosystem, demonstrating strategic interest in direct printing technologies for orthodontic applications.

Revenue Shift Context

Revenue opportunities in the dental 3D printing market are broadening across equipment sales, recurring material purchases, and digital design and production services. Manufacturer disclosures indicate that printer installations can generate subsequent demand for consumables and support services as production volumes increase. Dental applications are also expanding beyond models used in conventional fabrication workflows toward directly printed restorations and appliances. For example, Stratasys launched its TrueDent-D resin in Europe in January 2025, extending its monolithic digital denture offering to additional markets and creating opportunities for printer deployment and repeat resin sales. The commercial contribution of newer applications is evident in 3D Systems' fourth-quarter 2025 results, which reported strong double-digit sequential growth in its dental business, supported by a recovery in the aligner market and the launch of its denture manufacturing technology.

Digital services provide additional revenue channels alongside hardware and materials. SprintRay offers paid Cloud Design services and design subscriptions, while its Design Suite combines automated design, professional design assistance, and outsourced print-and-ship services. These offerings enable suppliers to participate in multiple stages of the dental production workflow and generate revenue through ongoing customer activity. These developments suggest that competitive differentiation increasingly depends on application breadth, material compatibility, workflow integration, and printer utilization, with revenue opportunities extending throughout the operating life of installed systems.

Mergers & Acquisitions

M&A activity in the dental 3D printing market is focused on strengthening printing capabilities, expanding material portfolios, and integrating digital production workflows. Selected transactions show acquisitions of complementary technologies to support dental laboratories and chairside applications. In September 2025, SprintRay acquired the EnvisionTEC/ETEC dental product portfolio, adding printing technologies, dental materials, and associated intellectual property to its offering. During the same month, Pac-Dent acquired Ackuretta Technologies, combining its Rodin dental printing resins with Ackuretta's printers, post-processing equipment, and ALPHA AI CAM software. The transaction supports Pac-Dent's development of an interoperable digital dentistry platform and expansion of customer support capabilities. Align Technology's January 2024 acquisition of Cubicure strengthened its capabilities in polymer materials, direct 3D printing, and manufacturing customized orthodontic appliances.

Miami Dade College and World Affairs Council of Miami announce Navarro-Cabrera scholarship

Nicolás Filet named inaugural scholar; initiative made possible through the generous support of the Diaz CalaâBalonek Family Catalyst Fund.

PANAMA CITY and LIMA, Peru and MIAMI, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Miami Dade College (MDC) and the World Affairs Council of Miami (WACM) are pleased to announce the launch of the Navarro-Cabrera Scholarship, a new initiative supporting exceptional MDC students pursuing interests in international affairs, public service, diplomacy, and global leadership.

The Diaz CalaâBalonek Family Catalyst Fund makes the program possible. It is named in honor of The Honorable Bernie Navarro, U.S. Ambassador to Peru, and The Honorable Kevin Marino Cabrera, U.S. Ambassador to Panama, two Miami leaders whose careers reflect a commitment to public service, international engagement, and expanding opportunity for the next generation.

Nicolás Filet, a second-year student in the Miami Dade College Honors College studying international relations, has been selected as the inaugural Navarro-Cabrera Scholar.

In addition to financial support designed to facilitate student travel to Washington, D.C., to visit key academic and foreign policy institutions, the scholarship is designed to connect students with substantive professional and educational opportunities in South Florida through the World Affairs Council of Miami. These include engagement with diplomats, policymakers, international institutions, and local leaders.

Filet has already distinguished himself through his involvement with both MDC and WACM. As a WACM intern, he has participated directly in the Council's international programming and recently helped welcome President Gitanas NausÄda of Lithuania to Miami Dade College, introducing the president before his foreign policy address to the South Florida community.

"Nicolás represents exactly what we hope this scholarship will encourage: intellectual curiosity, an international outlook, a commitment to public service, and a willingness to take full advantage of the extraordinary opportunities available to students in Miami," said Aaron Rosen, President and Founder of the World Affairs Council of Miami. "We are deeply grateful to the Diaz CalaâBalonek Family Catalyst Fund for making it possible to invest more intentionally in the next generation of globally engaged leaders."

The scholarship builds upon a growing partnership between Miami Dade College and the World Affairs Council of Miami that has brought world leaders, diplomats, policymakers, and international affairs programming directly to MDC students while creating opportunities for students to participate in Miami's increasingly important role as a global city.

Through the Navarro-Cabrera Scholarship, MDC and WACM aim to create a pathway for promising students to develop the knowledge, relationships, and practical experience necessary to pursue careers in diplomacy, public service, international business, and related fields.

About Miami Dade College

Miami Dade College (MDC) is one of the nation's largest and most diverse institutions of higher education, serving approximately 125,000 students and representing 167 nations and 63 languages.

Choc' Fondant Himbeere, 4 Stück = 360 g | 11,99 Euro; Von Meisterhand Bourbon-Vanilleeis, 1500 ml = 9,99 Euro
