New tract-based pre-leasing tool joins the

Land Data Management solution in the Peloton Platform

CALGARY, AB, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Peloton, a provider of energy data management software, today announced the launch of Peloton Broker, a tract-based pre-leasing management tool built for energy projects. Peloton Broker gives brokers, consultants, land departments, and legal teams one place to handle ownership discovery, negotiation tracking, and title curative work, so they can move from prospect to signed lease without re-entering data or juggling separate systems.

Peloton Broker is part of Peloton's Land Data Management solution in the Peloton Platform, alongside LandView, LandView Map, and Peloton Dashboards. It extends Peloton's trusted foundation to the earliest stage of land acquisition, with pre-leasing work carrying straight into agreement-based lease management in LandView.

"The pre-leasing stage has always been where land data is most scattered, with ownership research in one place, negotiation notes in another, and title issues surfacing late," said James Hatcher, Product Manager â Land Data Management at Peloton. "Peloton Broker brings that work into the Peloton Platform from day one, so land teams start every lease with a complete picture and the rest of the organization gets land data it can trust."

Built for the start of the lease lifecycle

Peloton Broker helps land teams at oil and gas operators and renewable energy developers:

- Track ownership at the tract level, covering both surface and mineral rights

- Manage negotiations in integrated workflows that record every offer, contact, and status change

- Catch title concerns early with title curative support, before they hold up execution

- Work from the map with GIS-driven prospect management connected to LandView Map

- Keep audit-ready records with full traceability from first contact to executed lease

Connected across the Peloton Platform

The Peloton Platform is a SaaS solution hosted by Microsoft Azure that brings well, production, and land data together in one environment. With Peloton Broker on the platform, customers get:

- A single source of truth. Land, operations, and finance teams work from the same accurate, up-to-date information, with master data such as business associates, wells, and units shared across products.

- Linked lifecycles. Land data ties into well and production data in WellView and ProdView, and integrates with third-party ERP and financial systems.

- Enterprise-grade security, backed by Peloton's SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 certifications.

Peloton Broker is available now. To learn more, visit peloton.com/products/land-data-management/broker.

What happened?

On November 6, 2025, Doximity announced financial results for the second quarter of 2026, in which the Company expressed a degree of caution regarding the outlook for ad spending and implied a slowdown in sales growth in the second half of the 2026 fiscal year, which ended on March 31, 2026.

On this news, Doximity stock fell $8.29 or 13.25%, to close at $54.29 per share on November 7, 2025, thereby injuring investors.

Then, on February 5, 2026, Doximity announced financial results for the third quarter of 2026, in which the Company lowered its revenue guidance for 2026 full fiscal year and announced that its sales growth had decelerated while its net income had contracted, which will negatively impact its 2026 fiscal fourth quarter.

Finally, on May 13, 2026, Doximity announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2026, in which the Company revealed it missed its already-reduced revenue guidance, as well as projected a significantly slower pace of growth for its 2027 fiscal year, which ends on March 31, 2027.

Specifically, the complaint alleges defendants failed to disclose that: (1) Doximity overstated the impact that its Newsfeed had on its revenue growth; (2) the Company was losing market share to its competitors with more favorable pricing and engagement models; (3) the Company was using banner ads and e-newsletters instead of deep engagement tactics; and (4) as a result, defendants' positive statements about Doximity, Inc.'s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

"According to the complaint filed against Doximity, Inc., the Company, among other things, did not disclose that Doximity overstated the impact that its Newsfeed had on its revenue growth. The November 16, 2026 deadline is a key date for Doximity, Inc. investors who want a voice in how this case moves forward," said Frank R. Cruz of The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz.

NHL Predictions: Expert Picks on Tuesday, October 27

NHL Predictions and Best Bets:

Here are tonight’s NHL predictions and best bets.

Columbus Blue Jackets at Philadelphia Flyers

Columbus (-125) at Philadelphia (+105) – Total 5.5 (Over, -115)

7 p.m. ET

The Jackets are coming off a 2-1 overtime win at home over the Vegas Golden Knights but have yet to win back-to-back games this season. The Jackets have scored two or fewer goals in each of their past four games, and the full-game Under (the total) has cashed in three of the last four games overall. The Flyers’ three-game winning streak came to an end on Saturday with a 5-4 defeat to the Anaheim Ducks. The nine combined goals snapped a streak of six consecutive Flyers games that went Under the total. Still, 10 of 13 Philly games have had a combined five or fewer goals. Four of the last five head-to-head meetings between the Jackets and Flyers have also gone Under the posted total. Three of the last five games in Philly have gone past regulation.

The Flyers’ Tyson Foerster has had 2+ shots on goal in five straight, nine of his last 11 games and five of his last six games against Columbus. Adam Fantilli has registered 2+ shots on goal in eight of his last 10 meetings with the Flyers, and Jackets teammate Kent Johnson has had 2+ shots in seven of his last 10 versus the Flyers.

NHL Predictions and Best Bets:

Under 5.5 (-105) – ½ unit

Regulation draw (+320) – .10 units

Tyson Foerster/Adam Fantilli/Kent Johnson 2+ shots on goal each (+238) – 1 unit

New Jersey Devils at Dallas Stars

New Jersey (-105) at Dallas (-115) – Total 5.5 (Over, -115)

8 p.m. ET

Goalie Connor Hellebuyck makes his New Jersey Devils debut tonight in Dallas. The big question is how rusty he will be, considering he has not played a game this season in the NHL or the minors. Hellebuyck has lost four straight to the Stars and seven of his last 10, giving up 3+ goals in each of his last three starts to Dallas and six times in the last 10 games. New Jersey’s top line of Arseny Gritsyuk, Jack Hughes and Jesper Bratt is one, two and three in team scoring, and Gritsyuk has goals in five consecutive games. Jack Hughes has four goals in six games against Stars goalie Casey DeSmith. Gritsyuk has 2+ shots on goal in eight of 11 games this season and Timo Meier has 3+ shots in eight of the Devils’ last 11 games and seven of his last eight against Dallas.

On the Dallas side, Jason Robertson has 10 goals in 16 games versus Hellebuyck, and Wyatt Johnston has goals in each of the Stars’ last two games and six goals in eight games versus Jersey.

NHL Predictions and Best Bets:

Arseny Gritsyuk anytime goal (+360) – ½ unit

Arseny Gritsyuk/Jack Hughes/Jesper Bratt 1+ point each (+279) – ½ unit

Jack Hughes anytime goal (+200) – ¼ unit

Jason Robertson anytime goal (+175) – ½ unit

Wyatt Johnston anytime goal (+195) – ¼ unit

Arseny Gritsyuk 2+ shots/Timo Meier 3+ shots (+212) – ½ unit

Boston Bruins at Carolina Hurricanes

Boston (+155) at Carolina (-190) – Total 6 (Over, -120)

8 p.m. ET

The top two teams in the Eastern Conference meet in Carolina, where the Hurricanes host the Bruins. It’s a classic Malinsky Special: Carolina is playing its first home game after five games in eight days on the road. The Bruins have won seven of their last eight and scored four or more goals in all seven wins, and the value tonight with the B’s is too hard to pass up.

The Bruins’ David Pastrnak has had 3+ shots on goal in 10 of his last 12 games and in eight of the last 11 meetings versus Carolina (4+ shots on goal in 7 of 11 against the Canes). Since Nikolaj Ehlers joined Logan Stankoven on the Canes’ second line, Stankoven has had 3+ shots on goal (5, 3, 5, 5) in each of the last four games. Morgan Geekie has six goals in 12 games versus Carolina and five goals in his last two trips to Carolina. Elias Lindholm centers the Boston’s third line and top power play has 12 points in 14 career games against the Hurricanes. On the Carolina side, give me Sebastian Aho and Andrei Svechnikov in a point parlay. Aho has 24 points in 25 games versus Boston, and Svechnikov has 14 points in 16 games versus the Bruins.

NHL Predictions and Best Bets: Bruins (+155) – 1 unit

David Pastrnak/Logan Stankoven 3+ shots on goal each (+238) – 1 unit

Morgan Geekie anytime goal (+280) – ¼ unit

Morgan Geekie/Elias Lindholm 1+ points each (+237) – ¼ unit

Sebastian Aho/Andrei Svechnikov point parlay (-117) – 1 unit

Montreal Canadiens at St. Louis Blues

Montreal (+100) at St. Louis (-120) – Total 6 (Over, -118)

8 p.m. ET

The Canadiens are coming off back-to-back wins against Chicago and Winnipeg, allowing just one goal in each victory. Now they face a Blues team that has beaten them in three straight and in five of the last six. After the pomp and circumstance in the Habs’ outdoor game in Winnipeg, they could be in for an emotional letdown. That plays into my reasoning for liking the Blues to score the first goal of the game. St. Louis has struck first in eight of 11 games this season. I am also tempted to play the first-period draw. Nine of the Habs’ 11 games have ended tied after the opening 20 minutes (0-0 three times and 1-1 five times). I will split a half-unit on the first period with an exact score of 0-0 (+430) and 1-1 (+550).

On to some player props. Cole Caufield likes to play target practice on Blues goalies, registering 3+ shots on goal in nine of 10 games. He has five goals in seven games versus Blues goalie Jordan Binnington. Montreal’s Josh Anderson has recorded 2+ shots on goal in each of his last six games and nine of 11. The Blues’ Robert Thomas has points in five straight and six of his last seven games against the Habs. Linemate Dylan Holloway has five points in five games versus Montreal. Jonatan Berggren has goals in two of his last three games against Montreal and points in five of six.

NHL Predictions and Best Bets:

Cole Caufield 3+ shots/Josh Anderson 2+ shots (+156) – 1 unit

Cole Caufield anytime goal (+140) – ½ unit

St. Louis Blues to score first goal of the game (-115) – ½ unit

First-period exact score, 0-0 (+430) – ¼ unit

First-period exact score, 1-1 (+550) – ¼ unit

Robert Thomas/Dylan Holloway point parlay (+103) – 1 unit

Robert Thomas anytime goal (+295) – ¼ unit

Jonatan Berggren anytime goal (+500) – .10 units

Jonatan Berggren 1+ point (+265) – .10 units

Minnesota Wild at Utah Mammoth

Minnesota (+105) at Utah (-125) – Total 6.5 (Under, -120)

9 p.m. ET

On tonight’s 11-game card, I’m most excited to watch two of the best Central Division teams to tangle in Salt Lake City. This is the final stop on the Wild’s five-game road trip that has seen them earn five of a possible eight points (2-1-1) through the first four. The Mammoth are coming off a 5-4 come-from-behind overtime win on Saturday against Tampa and have traded wins and losses over their past five games. Utah has scored four or more goals in each of their eight wins this season and surrendered 4+ goals in each of their four losses. The Wild scored four or more goals and covered the puck line (-1.5 goals) in six of their eight wins. Scoring first has been a trademark this season for Minnesota, which has done so in nine of 13 games, while Utah has given up the first goal in each of the last four games. The first-period Over 1.5 goals has cashed in nine of 12 Utah games this season.

Minnesota’s Kirill Kaprizov, who leads the NHL with 13 goals, has scored in his last two games versus Utah, five of his last eight against the Mammoth, and he has seven goals in 12 games against Utah goalie Karel Vejmelka. He also has 3+ shots on goal in 10 of his last 13 versus the Mammoth and 11 of 13 overall. With Utah having the 29th-ranked penalty-killing unit (31st at home), give me the Wild’s Maxim Shabanov for a power-play point. Six of Shabanov’s eight points this season have come on the power play. Blake Coleman has five goals in nine games against Vejmelka. Quinn Hughes has had 2+ shots on goal in 10 of 13 games this season. With his bump to the second line, Michael McCarron’s anytime goal prop (+700) is too good to pass up. On the Utah side, Mikhail Sergachev has 15 assists in 15 games versus Minnesota and three straight games and five of six with two assists.

NHL Predictions and Best Bets:

Kirill Kaprizov anytime goal (+120) – 1 unit

Michael McCarron anytime goal (+700) – .10 units

Blake Coleman anytime goal (+360) – .10 units

Mikhail Sergachev 1+ assist (-128) – ½ unit

Mikhail Sergachev 2+ assists (+420) – .10 units

Quinn Hughes 2+ shots/Mikhail Sergachev 2+ shots/Kirill Kaprizov 3+ shots (+229) – 1 unit

Wild to score first goal of the game (-110) – ¼ unit

Kommentar zum geplanten Ausbau der EU-Grenzschutzagentur Frontex

Titel: Abwehr vor Schutz

Frankfurt (ots)

STOCKHOLM, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mabtech AB, a Swedish developer of immunoassays and instruments for life science research, today announced that its complete product portfolio is now available through Fisher Scientific's Encompass Preferred procurement program. Researchers in the United States can now source Mabtech products directly through the purchasing systems their institutions already rely on.

The agreement covers the entire Mabtech range. This includes monoclonal antibodies, ELISpot and FluoroSpot kits for single-cell secretion analysis, ELISA kits for plasma and serum analysis, and EYRAplex bead-based multiplex kits for cytokine and protein quantification. Mabtech instruments are also included: the IRIS 2 and ASTOR 2 ELISpot and FluoroSpot readers, powered by patented RAWspot technology, and EYRA, a fluidics-free magnetic bead-based multiplex instrument.

Encompass is Fisher Scientific's third-party vendor aggregation, procurement and supply chain program. It gives customers access to more than 1.5 million products that are typically unavailable through laboratory distribution channels. For labs that already order through Fisher Scientific, adding Mabtech products to an order now follows the same familiar workflow.

The new channel serves vaccine developers, immunologists and translational research teams who measure immune responses with high sensitivity. Existing Mabtech customers keep working with the exact antibodies and assay performance their protocols are built on. Labs new to Mabtech gain a simple route to adding ELISpot, FluoroSpot or multiplex assays to their research.

"The United States is home to one of the most active immunology research communities in the world, and we want our tools to be as easy to reach as possible for those scientists," said Phill Keefe, CEO of Mabtech. "Joining Encompass Preferred is an important step in our long-term commitment to the US market. It lets researchers put their time and energy into the science while purchasing runs through systems they already trust."

"Procurement processes vary a lot between institutions, and adding a new supplier can take weeks," said Todd Bennett, Chief Commercial Officer at Mabtech. "With our full portfolio on Encompass, a lab can add an ELISpot kit or an IRIS reader to its next Fisher Scientific order. Our customers still have direct access to Mabtech's sales people, application scientists and support team, so they get the same expertise they count on today."

How to order

US customers can find Mabtech products at fishersci.com/encompass or by contacting their Fisher Scientific sales representative. Fisher Scientific customer service is available at 1-800-766-7000. For product and application questions, researchers can reach Mabtech directly at mabtech.com.

QA FAIL (need review): The target contains an unsupported factual claim: it says Encompass gives Mabtech access to the 1.5-million-product catalog, whereas the source says Encompass gives customers access to more than 1.5 million products. This should be corrected to reflect that customers gain access to the catalog, with Mabtech products included.

National CORE Announces 2026 S&P A+ Credit Rating
Image File
Original HTML

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- National CORE announced today that Standard & Poor's Global Ratings (S&P) has affirmed the nonprofit affordable housing developer's A+ credit rating for a fourth consecutive year, citing an array of organizational and financial strengths.

"The S&P rating is a standard of excellence that speaks volumes about the strength of National CORE as an organization and our strong outlook for the future," Executive Vice President Robert Diaz said. "The rating is an invaluable tool as we work to deliver high-quality affordable housing."

The S&P rating cites several specific financial strengths for National CORE:

- Very strong management and governance, including stable leadership and a three-year strategic plan

- Revenue growth that materially outpaced expenses and nearly doubled EBITDA year over year

- Operating margins that exceeded 20%

- A burgeoning fee-managed portfolio expected to top 14,000 apartments by 2028

- A geographically diverse portfolio that reduces exposure to operating volatility

- Extremely strong liquidity

National CORE, founded in 1992, is one of the nation's most innovative developers of affordable housing. The organization created the Hope through Housing Foundation in 1998 to deliver resident services that promote housing stability and economic mobility.

In 2021, National CORE became only the second nonprofit affordable housing developer in the nation to secure an A+ credit rating from S&P. The following year, the organization issued $100 million in social bonds, opening access to a new source of capital for housing acquisition, development and rehabilitation.

Diversifying funding and business operations is a core tenet for National CORE, as reflected by two areas highlighted by S&P â the organization's expanding geographic footprint and rapidly growing property management enterprise.

By the end of 2026, National CORE's portfolio will exceed 11,000 apartment homes at more than 114 properties in California, Texas and Florida. This includes four new developments nearing completion in Texas and Florida.

The property management enterprise also manages more than 6,000 apartment homes at over 100 properties for third-party operators of affordable housing. The enterprise includes communities across California and Texas.

That growth helps reduce exposure to operating volatility while creating additional sources of income to support the organization's mission, Diaz said.

S&P also cited National CORE's "extremely strong" liquidity, noting liquid resources that nearly double expected needs alongside strong access to external liquidity. This financial flexibility strengthens National CORE's ability to continue investing in affordable housing at a time of significant national need.

"It all comes back to National CORE's mission. Our goal is to support communities by creating beautiful, high-quality affordable housing," National CORE President Michael Ruane said. "The mission has never been more critical, and each step we take to strengthen our foundation positions us to continue serving those who need us most for decades to come."

About National CORE

National CORE is one of the largest nonprofit developers in the nation, with a 30-year history of being an innovator in the field. In 2021, National CORE became one of only two affordable housing developers to earn an A+ credit rating from Standard & Poor's Global Ratings. In 2022, National CORE issued $100 million in Series 2022 Social Bonds to accelerate the development of critically needed affordable housing. Serving more than 25,000 residents, National CORE strives to be a launching pad, not a landing pad, for families struggling financially. In 1998, National CORE created the Hope through Housing Foundation, a philanthropic nonprofit, whose mission is to end the cycle of generational poverty through resident services that promote educational attainment, economic mobility and overall well-being.

New HFSA Scientific Statement Calls for Right Heart Failure to Be Recognized as a Distinct Clinical Syndrome
Image File

Statement outlines a structured approach to recognizing, evaluating, and managing right heart failure across the spectrum of cardiovascular disease

WASHINGTON, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- A new Scientific Statement from the Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) calls for right heart failure (RHF) to be recognized as a distinct clinical syndrome, rather than simply a secondary complication of left-sided heart disease. Published today in the Journal of Cardiac Failure (JCF), the statement, Right Heart Failure: An HFSA Scientific Statement, synthesizes current evidence and provides a structured framework to guide earlier recognition and more consistent management of RHF in clinical practice.

RHF is common, growing more prevalent as pulmonary vascular disease advances, and carries serious consequences: longer hospitalizations, heavier ICU use, and frequent readmissions that place substantial strain on the healthcare system, according to the statement.

"Right heart failure has too often been treated as an afterthought of left heart disease," said Manreet K. Kanwar, MD, corresponding author of the statement, University of Chicago. "This statement makes the case that RHF should be recognized and managed as its own syndrome, with a diagnostic approach and treatment strategy tailored to right ventricular physiology."

The statement lays out a structured, three-pillar approach to acute RHF in the ICU, risk-assessment tools for escalating PAH therapy, and clear guidance on when, and when not, to use PAH-targeted therapies, mechanical circulatory support, or tricuspid valve interventions, across the settings where RHF most often arises: cardiogenic shock, PAH, chronic left heart failure, and after mechanical circulatory support or transplantation.

Top 10 Take-Home Messages

- Right Heart Failure (RHF) is common and prognostically important across the spectrum of heart failure and becomes increasingly prevalent as pulmonary vascular disease advances. It should be recognized as a distinct clinical syndrome rather than simply a secondary complication of left-sided heart disease.

- Progressive right ventricular (RV) dysfunction is the principal determinant of symptoms, hospitalization, and death in advanced pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Serial multiparametric risk assessmentâincluding validated tools such as REVEAL 2.0 or guideline-based risk modelsâshould guide timely escalation of PAH therapy and referral for advanced therapies.

- RHF is an important complication after left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation and heart transplantation, although reported incidence varies substantially with the definition and severity threshold used. Standardized perioperative assessment and management of preload, pulmonary vascular load, contractility, and rhythm may facilitate earlier recognition and treatment.

- RHF should be evaluated using a structured, multiparametric approach integrating clinical examination, biomarkers, echocardiography, andâwhen diagnosis, severity, or treatment decisions require greater precisionâright-heart catheterization. No single measurement adequately defines RHF.

- Management of acute RHF requires simultaneously addressing all 3 pillars: optimization of preload, reduction of RV afterload, and support of contractility and systemic perfusion. In addition, rhythm management and an RV-protective ventilatory strategy are key components of management of acute RV failure in the ICU.

- PAH-targeted therapies improve outcomes in appropriately classified PAH but should not be used routinely in pulmonary hypertension (PH) associated with left-heart disease, where trials have generally shown no benefit and, with some agents, fluid retention or harm. Accurate hemodynamic classification is therefore essential before treatment.

- Temporary mechanical circulatory support (MCS)âincluding percutaneous RV assist devices, surgical right ventricular assist devices (RVADs), and venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO)âmay be considered in selected patients with refractory RHF and cardiogenic shock as a bridge to recovery, decision, durable support, or transplantation. Device choice should reflect the dominant physiology, oxygenation needs, and therapeutic destination.

- Transcatheter tricuspid interventions improve symptoms and quality of life in appropriately selected patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR), although effects on survival remain uncertain. Surgical or transcatheter intervention should be considered before advanced RV dysfunction, severe pulmonary vascular disease, or end-organ injury makes benefit unlikely.

- RHF is associated with longer hospitalization, greater ICU use, frequent readmission, and substantial healthcare utilization. Its incremental economic burdenâand the extent to which current coding and reimbursement systems capture that burdenâremain incompletely characterized.

- RHF remains inadequately studied. Progress requires consensus definitions, standardized and patient-centered trial endpoints, deeply phenotyped registries, validated prediction models, and adequately funded RHF-specific clinical trials.

"Our hope is that this framework gives clinicians a structured way to recognize and manage right heart failure earlier, and gives the research community a foundation to close the gaps that have limited progress in this field," said Ryan J. Tedford, MD, senior author of the statement, Medical University of South Carolina.

By consolidating current evidence and outlining clear knowledge gaps, the HFSA Scientific Statement aims to help clinicians apply a more consistent, pathophysiology-driven approach to RHF, while laying the groundwork for the research the writing group says is needed to advance the field.
