Sanofi and 2026 NBA Champion Karl-Anthony Towns team up to raise awareness of COVID-19 vaccination with NUVAXOVID®

- The six-time NBA All-Star, three-time All-NBA selection, 2016 NBA Rookie of the Year, and 2026 NBA Champion Karl-Anthony Towns brings his personal experience with COVID-19 to encourage eligible people, especially those at increased risk, to learn about their vaccination options

- Towns shares why protecting his health remains a priority and encourages informed conversations about COVID-19 vaccination

- The campaign highlights NUVAXOVID, the only FDA-approved protein-based, non-mRNA COVID-19 vaccine

MORRISTOWN, N.J., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sanofi has partnered with 2026 NBA Champion Karl-Anthony Towns to help raise awareness about the importance of COVID-19 vaccination among those eligible during the respiratory season. Through a series of digital and social media activations, Towns will share his personal perspective on the impact COVID-19 had on his life and family, why protecting his health remains a priority, and encourage people to have informed conversations with their healthcare providers about COVID-19 vaccination options, including NUVAXOVID® (COVID-19 Vaccine, Adjuvanted).

NUVAXOVID, the only FDA-approved protein-based, non-mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, is a vaccination option built on recombinant protein technology, a vaccine platform that has been used for years in certain modern flu vaccines.

As an elite athlete, Towns understands the importance of preparation, performance, and staying healthy. The campaign will help drive awareness about the continued risks of COVID-19, and the importance of making prevention a health priority. Education about different COVID-19 vaccination options is critical for increasing protection via vaccination rates.

"COVID-19 affected my family in a profound way and those experiences changed how I think about health and the importance of taking steps to help protect myself," said Karl-Anthony Towns. "With respiratory virus season fast approaching and preparing for the upcoming basketball season, being proactive about protecting my health remains a priority for me. That's why I'm partnering with Sanofi to encourage people, especially those at increased risk, to talk with their healthcare provider to learn about their COVID-19 vaccination options, including NUVAXOVID."

As COVID-19 continues to circulate year-round, older adults and individuals with certain underlying medical conditions remain at increased risk for severe illness, hospitalization, and complications associated with the virus.

NUVAXOVID is approved for use in adults 65 years of age and older, and individuals 12 through 64 years of age with at least one underlying condition that puts them at high risk for severe COVID-19 outcomes. In clinical studies, the most common side effects were generally mild to moderate and would not prevent daily activities, according to FDA grading.

"Karl-Anthony brings an authentic and deeply personal perspective to raising awareness about COVID-19 vaccination," said Kimberly Tutwiler, Head of Vaccines, North America at Sanofi. "At a time when many eligible people remain unvaccinated, helping people better understand their available vaccination options remains an important public health priority. We're proud to partner with Karl-Anthony to encourage informed conversations about COVID-19 vaccination and help people understand the options available to them, including NUVAXOVID."

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist to learn more about if NUVAXOVID may be right for you. Visit NUVAXOVID.com for more information and to find where you can get a vaccine near you.

About NUVAXOVID

NUVAXOVID is a protein-based, adjuvanted vaccine for active immunization to prevent COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2. It is developed using recombinant technology, an established platform used for years in certain modern flu vaccines.

Having multiple vaccine options is important for sustainable public health strategies. Nuvaxovid is a protein-based vaccine option that healthcare systems and retail pharmacies can add to their seasonal vaccination programs. Offering a range of vaccine types might aid healthcare systems in addressing vaccine hesitancy.

NUVAXOVID was originally licensed by Novavax. Sanofi is now market authorization holder for NUVAXOVID in the US, the EU and the United Kingdom. Building on its commercial launch in the US, Taiwan, and Morocco in 2025, Sanofi is expanding NUVAXOVID's availability to additional markets - including the United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada - from 2026 onwards.

Indication

NUVAXOVID is a vaccine to protect against COVID-19 for people who are:

- 65 years of age and older, or

- 12 years through 64 years of age at high risk for severe COVID-19

Vaccination with NUVAXOVID may not protect all people who receive the vaccine.

NUVAXOVID does not contain SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. NUVAXOVID cannot give you or your child COVID-19.

Important Safety Information

You or your child should not get NUVAXOVID if you had a severe allergic reaction to a previous dose of NUVAXOVID or to any of its ingredients.

There is a remote chance that the vaccine could cause a severe allergic reaction, which would usually occur within a few minutes to one hour after getting a dose. For this reason, the vaccination provider may ask you or your child to stay at the place where you or your child received the vaccine for monitoring after vaccination. Signs of a severe allergic reaction can include: difficulty breathing, swelling of the face and throat, a fast heartbeat, a bad rash all over the body and/or dizziness and weakness.

Myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the lining outside the heart) have occurred in some people who have received NUVAXOVID. The chance of having this occur is very low. You should seek medical attention right away if you or your child have any of the following symptoms after receiving the vaccine: chest pain; shortness of breath; feelings of having a fast-beating, fluttering, or pounding heart.

Other side effects reported in clinical trials and/or post-approval use of NUVAXOVID include: Injection site reactions (pain/tenderness, swelling, redness and itching), fatigue or generally feeling unwell, muscle pain, headache, joint pain, nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, allergic reactions such as hives and swelling of the face, swollen lymph nodes, paresthesia (unusual feeling in the skin such as tingling or a crawling feeling), and hypoesthesia (decreased feeling or sensitivity, especially in the skin).

Please see full Prescribing Information, including Patient Information, for more details.

About COVID-19

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Most people infected with the virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. However, some will become seriously ill resulting in hospitalization and death.

The disease not only causes immediate health impacts but also increases the long-term risk of cardiovascular complications, including heart attacks and strokes, and older adults hospitalized for COVID-19 face substantially higher mortality risk than those hospitalized for influenza. Older adults and those with chronic conditions - including cardiovascular disease, chronic lung disease, diabetes, and obesity - face the highest risk of severe illness. In the US, an estimated 74% of adults have at least one such risk factor, underscoring the scale of the vulnerable population that stands to benefit from effective and well-tolerated COVID-19 vaccination.

Rosalind Franklin University Helix 51 Company Saros Therapeutics Receives Second $2 Million Award to Advance Cancer Immunotherapy

NORTH CHICAGO, Ill., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Saros Therapeutics, a company in Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science's (RFU) Helix 51 biomedical incubator, has received its second National Cancer Institute (NCI) Phase II award of approximately $2 million to advance a potential new cancer immunotherapy.

The two-year award marks another step in the development of the company's nanoparticle technology. Earlier this year, research involving Saros' SMP nanoparticle system was published in Science. The new NCI funding will support studies needed to move the company's experimental therapy toward an Investigational New Drug (IND) application and potential clinical testing in people.

Saros is developing a treatment designed to help the immune system recognize and attack cancers that can evade the body's natural defenses. Their new technology uses tiny particles to carry therapeutic compounds to immune cells, where they are intended to activate a natural immune response against tumors.

The approach works through a part of the immune system known as the STING (Stimulator of Interferon Genes) pathway, a major part of the body's natural immune defense system. Scientists study the STING pathway because activating it can prompt the immune system to target and eliminate cancerous tumors.

"This major recognition by NCI of the Saros novel delivery system for metastatic cancer is truly exciting," said Janice Urban, PhD., RFU interim executive vice president for research. "We look forward to their progress towards an Investigational New Drug (IND) application and advancing new therapy to benefit cancer patients."

Saros joined RFU's Helix 51 biomedical incubator earlier this year. Designed for start-ups and early-stage bioscience companies, Helix 51 provides laboratory, office and collaborative space where companies can develop their science and grow within Lake County's life sciences community.

With the new NCI funding, Saros plans to expand its presence in RFU's Innovation and Research Park, increasing its research activities and space.

"Saros is advancing a next-generation immunotherapy platform designed to help the immune system recognize and attack cancers that do not respond well to today's checkpoint inhibitors," said Saros CEO Matt Britz. "Our formulation is designed to enhance immune activation, protect the drug in circulation, improve delivery into relevant immune cells, and enable intravenous administration for system treatment of metastatic disease."

The company is working toward its first IND application as a step toward human clinical trials.

About Saros TX: www.sarostx.com

Saros Therapeutics is a preclinical biotechnology company focused on developing proprietary nanoparticle immunotherapies that precisely target innate immune cells. By activating the STING pathway, Saros aims to deliver safer and more effective cancer treatments, overcoming the limitations of previous approaches.

HydroEdge Solutions Acquires Majority Interest in RES Water, Creating the Appalachian Basin's Premier Full-Cycle Water Management Platform

Combined platform operates five Pennsylvania water facilities with approximately 700,000 barrels of storage and up to 116,000 barrels per day of processing capacity

CANONSBURG, Pa., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HydroEdge Solutions, LLC ("HydroEdge") today announced that WET Tech, LLC, its newly formed parent company, has acquired Reserved Environmental Services, LLC and its affiliated operating companies ("RES Water"), combining the two businesses into one of the largest independent water management platforms serving the Marcellus and Utica shales across the Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia tri-state region.

The combination unites two complementary businesses into a single operator spanning the entire water lifecycle — from pipeline and on-pad water management to hauling, treatment, recycling, and storage. Together, the companies will offer natural gas producers a single-point solution across the completion and production cycle, backed by approximately 350 employees, five water treatment, recycling, and storage facilities at strategic locations across the state of Pennsylvania, roughly 700,000 barrels of storage capacity, up to 116,000 barrels per day of combined processing capacity, and an automationenabled transfer and trucking network with full basin coverage.

"We are thrilled to be working with Matt Kicinski and the entire RES team," said Matt Brewer, Chief Executive Officer of the combined company and co-founder of HydroEdge. "The basin has seen firsthand how consolidation on the E&P side has strengthened the operators working here. This transaction creates the platform to do the same in energy services, and we will continue to pursue both organic and acquisitive growth across Appalachia."

"This transaction is a testament to the business our team has built as the basin's leader in water storage infrastructure," said Matt Kicinski, President of the combined company. "Incorporating HydroEdge's technology and logistics capabilities into that footprint creates immediate opportunities for the combined business and for the operators we serve."

Strategic and environmental benefits. The combined company expects to lower the total cost per barrel for customers through optimized routing and reduced trucking miles, improve service reliability through 24/7 facility and fleet coverage, and enhance environmental performance by increasing water reuse, reducing freshwater withdrawals, and lowering emissions. Management also sees a runway for continued growth through infrastructure expansion, selective bolt-on acquisitions, and emerging opportunities in mineral extraction from produced water.

The transaction was financed with a senior secured credit facility arranged by Atlantic Union Bank Capital Markets, with Atlantic Union Bank serving as administrative agent and sole lead arranger and EagleBank and Dollar Bank, FSB as participating lenders. The facility funds the acquisition and provides additional capacity to support the combined platform's continued growth. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Anthropic certifies Salesforce Summit Partner Nextview Consulting

Salesforce Ventures-backed Nextview Consulting becomes an Anthropic Select Partner, the status Anthropic reserves for firms with certified architects, customers live in production, and proven outcomes. Nextview brings 21 Claude Certified Architects (CCA-F) and 131 consultants holding at least five Claude certifications, multiple AI transformations already running on Claude, and a working Boardroom Command Center that combines Claude and Salesforce, shown to customers before Claudeforce reached open beta at Dreamforce.

AMSTERDAM, EINDHOVEN, Netherlands and STOCKHOLM, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nextview Consulting today announced that Anthropic has admitted it to the Claude Partner Network as a Select Partner, the first firm in the Netherlands and Sweden to hold that status. Combined with Salesforce Summit Partner, Salesforce's highest tier, Nextview is now the first firm in both markets to be a Select partner of both Anthropic and Salesforce. The status is earned, not applied for: Nextview qualified on certified specialists, customers live in production and published and verified customer results, with multiple AI transformations already delivered in which Claude does the reasoning and Salesforce keeps the data and processes governed.

THE FIRM IS THE DEMO

That is Nextview's design principle for the AI era. Over the summer of 2026, the firm rebuilt its operations on Claude and Salesforce and built a Boardroom Command Center that runs the business on both. It was shown to customers for the first time at the Claudeforce event in Amsterdam on September 8th, a week before Salesforce and Anthropic brought Claudeforce into open beta at Dreamforce. Conversations with boards are therefore not slide decks about what AI could do, but a live look at a firm that already runs on it.

"We did not join the Claude Partner Network to put a badge on our website. The firms that will lead enterprise AI are the ones rebuilding how they work, not just what they sell. So we rebuilt ours first. Our customers already run on Claude in production, and we have 21 certified Claude architects across Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Stockholm ready to help the next ones do the same."

Huub Waterval, General Manager and Founder, Nextview Consulting

Where to find Nextview next

The Claudeforce Meetup series continues in Stockholm on 6 October 2026. MNA: Brigham Nurses Schedule Largest Open-Ended Nurse Strike in MA History to Begin October 14 as MGB Billionaires Refuse to Negotiate a Fair Contract to Protect Patient Care

The decision to schedule a strike comes as MGB posted profits of close to $3 billion, making it the most profitable hospital system in the Commonwealth

BOSTON, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The 4,000 Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) nurses will begin the largest open-ended nurse strike in Massachusetts history at 7 a.m. on October 14, 2026, unless Mass General Brigham (MGB) agrees to a fair contract that protects patient care, strengthens the permanent nursing workforce and provides affordable health insurance.

Brigham nurses, represented by the Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA), provided the hospital with the legally required 10-day notice for the strike on Friday morning, October 2. If the strike is held, the strike will continue until Brigham nurses reach a fair contract agreement with MGB. This is an Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) strike as Brigham nurses have filed multiple ULPs against the hospital since July. ULP strikes offer greater protection for striking workers, according to the National Labor Relations Board.

- Nurses filed a ULP against BWH for illegally preventing neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nurses from exercising their federally protected right to participate in the Brigham nurses' strike on July 8, 2026.

- Nurses filed a ULP against BWH for illegally retaliating against nurses for exercising their federally protected right to participate in the July strike by changing their schedules.

- Nurses filed a ULP against BWH for threatening disciplinary action against nurses if they did not remove their union buttons.

"4,000 Brigham nurses are prepared to hold an open-ended strike because we are dedicated to our patients and united for a fair contract," said Kelly Morgan, RN, a labor and delivery nurse and Chair of the BWH MNA Bargaining Committee. "We have repeatedly tried to get MGB to negotiate and avoid a second strike, but the billionaires who run MGB have shut the door on us. There is still time to reach an agreement that protects patient care and respects nurses. MGB needs to come back to the table and negotiate without preconditions."

The BWH MNA Bargaining Committee's decision to schedule the strike follows a strike authorization vote on September 24 that was 2,986 to 215. More nurses voted yes to authorize this potential BWH strike than in any nurse strike authorization vote in Massachusetts history. The vote coincided with new information from the state showing that MGB is once again the most profitable hospital system in Massachusetts, with a total margin of $2.3 billion.

Nurses tried to reach an agreement in bargaining sessions in July and August following their July 8 one-day strike and MGB's subsequent four-day lockout. Despite nurses' willingness to discuss compromises, MGB refused to negotiate. On August 11, management said it would not continue negotiating. Nurses are calling on MGB to resume negotiations immediately and prevent the strike by agreeing to a fair contract.

- Brigham nurses have offered to meet every single day since their July 8 strike began, every day during and after the lockout, every day leading up to their September 24 strike vote, and every day since that vote.

- Nurses have told the hospital they are willing to negotiate on or off the record at any time. Nurses have offered to negotiate through the mediator if management is unwilling to sit in a room with them.

- There should be no confusion about Brigham nurses' willingness to bargain. They have made it undeniably clear.

- MGB, on the other hand, has said they will schedule negotiations but only if nurses first agree to a multi-year pay freeze. This is not a real offer to bargain.

"Every single shift, Brigham nurses bring our expertise and commitment to caring for our patients. We need MGB to value the care we provide and get back to the table to settle this contract," said Jim McCarthy, RN, a PACU nurse and Vice Chair of the BWH MNA Bargaining Committee. "A hospital system with billions in profits can invest in permanent nurses, affordable insurance and wages that keep up with the cost of living. We are ready to negotiate but are prepared to strike if MGB continues to refuse to bargain."

Brigham Nurses Are Fighting For

- A strong permanent nursing workforce. Nurses are seeking limits on MGB's reliance on temporary nurses to support continuity and quality of care for Brigham patients.

- Affordable health insurance and meaningful plan choice. MGB has proposed increasing nurses' health insurance costs. Nurses want coverage they and their families can afford and choice between insurance plans.

- Fair compensation. Nurses are seeking a meaningful cost-of-living wage increase and a differential for nurses required to float among units.

- Economic data showing that from 2020 to 2024, the income needed to maintain a middle-class standard of living for family in Massachusetts jumped nearly 50 percent, according to the MassINC Policy Center.

- Inflation in Massachusetts has remained high since 2024, according to a recent report.

MGB Has Billions but Refuses to Agree to Fair Contracts

Mass General Brigham is the largest and wealthiest health system in New England. In fiscal year 2025, MGB reported:

- $22.8 billion in operating revenue.

- $2.39 billion in profits.

- $1.75 billion in investment income.

- $35.8 billion in total assets.

- Nearly $9.2 million in compensation for CEO Anne Klibanski, which is a 9% increase of approximately $800,000 in one year.

MGB's Board of Directors includes billionaires, private equity executives and corporate CEOs, including individuals whose businesses intersect with the healthcare system. Read the MNA's report on MGB's wealth, power, and board conflicts. Should MGB be a non-profit?

- Scott Sperling, MGB Board Chair, is co-CEO of private equity giant THL Partners, which invests heavily in healthcare and technology.

- John Fish, Board Vice Chair, leads Suffolk Construction, which has received major MGB-related construction work, including MGB's $465 million headquarters.

- Jonathan Kraft, Board Vice Chair, oversees the Kraft family's multibillion-dollar business empire, including property at Patriot Place leased to MGB.

MGB's enormous financial resources make clear that it can afford fair contracts that protect patients, maintain stable workforces and respect the professionals who deliver care.

NICU babies go 'Wild About Reading' at Memorial Hospital Miramar
Image File
Original HTML

Annual Read-A-Thon brings books, bonding and a little jungle fun to the hospital's tiniest patients

HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Memorial Hospital Miramar's tiniest patients went wild for reading as the Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit celebrated its seventh year participating in the Babies with Books Read-A-Thon.

Five NICU babies dressed up for this year's "Wild About Reading" jungle theme, including a lion, zebra, monkey and twin giraffes, while parents, siblings and caregivers gathered at their babies' bedside to read and celebrate the role books can play from the earliest days of life.

The annual Read-A-Thon encourages families to read aloud to babies in the NICU to support early language and brain development, while creating meaningful opportunities for bonding. The celebration can also offer families a moment of joy during what can be a stressful and emotional NICU stay.

For parent Katherine Zaensi, whose daughter was dressed in zebra stripes, that moment was especially meaningful.

"Just having a baby in the NICU is hard … when you come in here and see her dressed up like that, it brings light," Zaensi said.

For Elaine Green, ARNP, nurse practitioner at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, the impact goes well beyond the annual event.

"The Read-A-Thon helps parents realize the importance of reading to their baby, even during this early stage. Just spending 20 minutes a day reading can have a profound impact," Green said. "It also gives parents another meaningful way to actively participate in their baby's care and build that connection."

Memorial Hospital Miramar has participated in the Babies with Books Read-A-Thon since the initiative began in 2020. What started with 39 participating NICUs has grown to 249 NICUs in 2025. Last year, participating hospitals recorded a combined 73,817 reading sessions during the 11-day event, and Memorial Hospital Miramar ranked No. 23 among participating NICUs.

The 2026 Read-A-Thon runs September 14-24 during National Literacy Month and brings NICUs together in a nationwide effort designed to encourage families, caregivers and hospital staff to read with babies.

"Parents become excited and feel empowered to actively participate in their baby's care," Green said. "Reading is something they can continue long after they leave the NICU."

About the Babies with Books Read-A-Thon

The Babies with Books Read-A-Thon is a friendly reading competition among neonatal intensive care units that encourages families to read with hospitalized babies while raising awareness of the benefits of early reading. Since launching in 2020, participation has grown from 39 NICUs to nearly 250, including international participants.

Supio Launches Case Communications, a New Intelligence Layer that Connects Conversations to Case Work for Accelerated Case Development
Image File
Original HTML

New communications layer enables Supio Agent to autonomously capture information, take action via a variety of outbound channels, and reduce operational drag to move cases forward proactively and comprehensively

Introducing Agent Simon, a licensable collaboration built on Simon Law Group's institutional knowledge, demonstrating how firms can capture and extend their institutional knowledge through AI

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today at Law-Di-Gras, Supio announced Case Communications, a unified communications stack for Supio Agent, extending agentic capabilities beyond the walls of the firm to communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties involved in a case. Built on Supio's FirmOS, Case Communications connects calls, texts, emails and faxes directly to case context, enabling Supio Agent to not only understand what happened but autonomously take the next step, whether that means calling an insurance carrier, chasing a medical provider or reaching out to a client, while keeping attorneys and staff informed and in control.

External conversations are where most of the progress in a plaintiff case happens: gathering information and documents, coordinating next steps, and keeping important case work moving. Communications with people outside the firm make up roughly two-thirds of a typical firm's work, yet that work is scattered across different systems, making it difficult for firms to have a contextualized single source of truth for case details stemming from disparate communication channels. For plaintiff firms, the value goes beyond consolidating communications. Case Communications lets Supio run more of the mundane work so people can focus on judgment.

Supio can connect to the communications systems firms already use directly. This new capability builds on the company's Long-Horizon Agents announcement in September, expanding Supio Agent's ability to leverage AI beyond assistive support to task execution. By leveraging each case's existing context, Case Communications allows Supio to drive case resolution and ideal outcomes.

"Communication with other parties makes up a huge percentage of the work on plaintiff cases, but it is also where important case-related details can easily get lost," said Jerry Zhou, CEO and Co-Founder of Supio. "The Case Communications layer not only captures every important detail, but it also organizes information to where it belongs. It actively helps firms avoid lag and misfires when actioning these tasks, so that cases keep moving forward."

Toward long-horizon casework

By capturing conversation-based details, Supio Agent not only consolidates all case-related communications into a single place, but also takes action across important areas of case building, like making the next important call, chasing the key medical record needed to shore up case documentation, or autonomously updating a case file. This creates a continuous loop between information, intelligence and action. Case Communications enables Supio Agent to:

- Capture and automatic routing: Inbound calls and their transcripts, texts – including photos of documents – emails, and faxes are linked to the right case as they arrive.

- Information management and case alignment: Case Communications digests incoming information, updates contacts and case memory, and files tasks, each with instructions for how to work it – all autonomously. For example, when a case is waiting on client information, the agent can reach out to the client for the missing details and keep the case file up to date.

- Automatic, contextualized action: From that conversation analysis, Case Communications can proactively reach out by voice, text, email, or fax to close on the next best action that doesn't require a human to drive the task forward. It can draft HIPAA-compliant authorization requests, follow up with providers and clients, and close out tasks as responses come back, reporting to the team along the way. Supio Agent can autonomously handle end-to-end casework, from opening insurance claims and navigating carrier calls to requesting and chasing medical records, while keeping attorneys and staff in the loop with the ability to step in at any time.

These capabilities extend the long-horizon agent model into the work that often requires persistence rather than judgment. It can perform important follow-up tasks via the appropriate communication channel necessary for completing case documentation, and work across days and weeks without requiring a person to manage every individual step.

These are examples of Case Communications starting points, not the limit. The workflows firms already run become templates for best practices, and can turn firm-specific operational preferences into strategic advantage. Case Communications also lets firms apply their best practices consistently across every case, raising the bar for the firm's entire caseload without requiring more resources for operational or change management.

Introducing Agent Simon

Firm-specific strategies and techniques can be customized to determine not just what needs to happen next, but how the firm would approach it. Such is the case for Agent Simon, a new collaboration co-built with Simon Law Group. Built around the workflows, strategies and techniques developed by Simon Law Group and informed by Bob Simon's experience, Agent Simon gives other firms a way to access and apply that institutional knowledge to their own cases.

The collaboration demonstrates a broader opportunity: a firm's hard-won expertise no longer has to remain confined to the people who developed it. Firms can codify how they evaluate cases, prepare for depositions, work files, and approach recurring situations by applying those strategies for continuous improvement. It gives firms a way to capture and share institutional knowledge, demonstrating how the specialized expertise of one firm, in this case Simon Law Group, can be leveraged by others to drive stronger client outcomes.

"I've spent 20 years building how I size up a case, prep a deposition, and work a file, and for most of that time it only lived in my head," said Robert Simon, co-founder of the Simon Law Group, Attorney Share, and Bourbon of Proof. "Agent Simon gets it out of my head and into something every lawyer can actually use, and I keep teaching it how I think, so it only gets sharper. That is what happens when a firm quits guarding its playbook and puts it in the game. When we share what we know, the best people win."

Together, Agent Simon and Case Communications represent the next extension of Supio's vision for FirmOS. Rather than limiting AI to drafting, summarizing or recommending individual tasks, Supio Agent can take the best practices of firm expertise – whether your own or another firm's – and execute and manage long-running workflows that require context, persistence and coordination across multiple systems and interactions.

For attorneys and staff, that means spending less time on the operational work required to keep cases moving and more time on work that requires human judgment. For firms, it means building stronger cases from the start and taking on more work without the need to hire more staff.

About Supio

Supio is building the FirmOS for modern plaintiff law, connecting the data, workflows, and intelligence that power the legal system of tomorrow. Through Supio Agent, the industry's first end-to-end agentic AI platform, Supio unifies every dimension of a plaintiff practice, from intake through resolution, into a single, continuously improving system powered by firm-wide intelligence. Built with security and compliance at its core, Supio helps firms resolve cases faster, increase settlement values, and scale more efficiently. Supio is backed by Sapphire Ventures, Thomson Reuters Ventures, and other leading investors. To learn more, visit supio.com.
