Nuvation Bio will present four posters: one will showcase updated long-term Phase 2 results; three posters highlight trial in progress overviews for ongoing safusidenib studies

Poster featuring Phase 2 results to be presented at SNO includes additional data beyond topline results previously announced in July 2026

NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nuvation Bio Inc. (NYSE: NUVB), a global oncology company focused on tackling some of the toughest challenges in cancer treatment, today announced that additional updated results from the Phase 2 J201 study and three posters on ongoing studies of safusidenib, its selective investigational inhibitor of mutant IDH1, will be presented at the Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO) Annual Meeting taking place November 12â15, 2026, in Philadelphia, PA. Positive topline Phase 2 J201 results were announced in July; additional key data will be featured in the SNO poster.

"Patients with IDH1-mutant glioma are often diagnosed in their 30s and 40s and may live with their disease for many years, underscoring the importance of targeted treatments that can deliver durable responses with a consistent safety profile," said David Hung, M.D., Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nuvation Bio. "We look forward to sharing updated Phase 2 results that speak to that need, as well as progress across our expanded safusidenib development program, with the clinicians and patient community working to advance care for people living with IDH1-mutant glioma."

Presentations Overview:

The materials will be made available in the Publications section of Nuvation Bio's website after the presentations. To meet representatives from Nuvation Bio, visit Booth #126.

About IDH1-mutant Glioma

Gliomas are the most common type of brain cancer in adults worldwide. In the U.S., nearly 2,500 people are diagnosed with IDH-mutant gliomas each year, of which more than 95% harbor a mutation in the IDH1 gene. Most patients are diagnosed in their 30s and 40s. While patients with IDH1 mutations generally have longer survival times than those with wild-type IDH1, gliomas are not currently curable and prognosis worsens for those with high-risk features, including high grade tumors.

About Safusidenib

Safusidenib is an investigational, oral, brain-penetrant, selective inhibitor of mutant IDH1. It is being studied in patient populations with significant unmet medical need, including settings where there are limited or no approved targeted treatment options. In Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical studies, safusidenib demonstrated encouraging clinical activity, including delayed disease progression and durable responses across a range of tumor grades and risk groups, with a favorable risk-benefit profile. These early findings support further investigation of safusidenib in the currently enrolling Phase 3 SIGMA study, as well as in the Phase 3 G307 study in regions where vorasidenib is not yet approved or accessible and the Phase 2 G209 study in patients whose cancer has progressed on vorasidenib.

In August 2026, the FDA granted Fast Track Designation to safusidenib for the treatment of IDH1-mutant glioma.

About the SIGMA (G203) Study

SIGMA is a pivotal Phase 3 study that will evaluate safusidenib compared to placebo as a maintenance therapy after standard-of-care in IDH1-mutant astrocytoma with high-risk features. The pivotal portion of the study will enroll approximately 300 patients.

A separate, exploratory, non-pivotal cohort will evaluate safusidenib in participants with grade 3 IDH1-mutant oligodendroglioma who have not yet received chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The primary endpoint is objective response rate. This cohort is expected to enroll approximately 40 patients.

Acquisition Marks Turpaz's First Entry into South Africa's Fragrance Market and Advances the Group's Strategy to Build an Integrated Regional Flavor and Fragrance Platform in Africa

CAESAREA, Israel, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Turpaz Industries Ltd. (TASE: TRPZ), a global company that develops and manufactures flavors and fragrances, intermediates and specialty fine ingredients and markets and sells them in more than 100 countries around the world, announced the acquisition of 70% of the share capital of Sensory FX Proprietary Limited ("Sensory"), a privately held South African developer and manufacturer of flavors and fragrances, through its South African subsidiary Sunspray Solutions Proprietary Limited ("Sunspray"). The consideration for the 70% stake is approximately $10.6 million (approximately ZAR 177.4 million), paid upon signing, plus additional consideration based on Sensory's performance during the period from March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027. The transaction closed upon signing and was financed through long-term bank debt.

Sensory's existing shareholders, who have extensive experience in the South African flavor and fragrance industry, will retain the remaining 30% of Sensory's shares and will continue to lead its management and operations in the coming years. The agreement includes mutual put/call options for the remaining shares, exercisable from two or three years after closing, depending on the shareholder, at a price based on Sensory's business performance through the exercise date, payable in cash or in Turpaz shares at the shareholders' election.

Karen Cohen Khazon, Chief Executive Officer of Turpaz Industries, said, "We are excited to welcome Sensory and its experienced, professional team to the Turpaz Group. This acquisition is an important step in implementing Turpaz's growth strategy by expanding our presence in emerging markets and leveraging synergies across the Group. For the first time, Turpaz is entering the fragrance market in South Africa, and the acquisition provides a foundation for further developing a regional platform for flavors and fragrances across Africa. By combining Sensory's local development and manufacturing capabilities with Turpaz's expertise, technologies, broad product portfolio and global presence, we will be able to expand the solutions we offer our customers and pursue further growth opportunities across the continent."

François Strydom, Chief Executive Officer and a shareholder of Sensory, said, "We've always believed that South Africa could produce a fragrance and flavour company capable of competing with the very best in the world. This partnership validates that belief and marks an exciting new chapter for SensoryFX. We are proud to join the Turpaz Group and look forward to what we can achieve together."

Joseph Muhohoma, Vice President of Research and Development and a shareholder of Sensory, added, "We believe that joining Turpaz will enable us to expand the range of solutions we offer our customers, deepen our presence in the markets in which we operate, enter new markets and capture additional growth opportunities across the continent."

Founded in 1999, Sensory develops, manufactures and markets flavors and fragrances and a range of solutions for the food and beverage, personal care, home fragrance and consumer products industries. Sensory is one of the few independent local manufacturers of fragrance extracts in South Africa, and serves a broad and diverse customer base in South Africa and in additional markets across Africa.

Sensory operates a leased production site and a state-of-the-art R&D center, opened approximately a year ago, in the Johannesburg area, staffed by perfumers and flavorists with many years of experience, and employs 75 people. Sensory's operations are located in close proximity to Turpaz's existing South African businesses â Sunspray, which specializes in spray-drying solutions for the food and beverage industry, and Nicola-J, which operates in the flavor sector.

In its fiscal year ended February 28, 2026, Sensory generated revenues of $10.9 million, up approximately 18% from $9.2 million in the prior fiscal year. Gross profit was $5.7 million, operating profit was $2.0 million, EBITDA was $2.4 million and net profit was $1.7 million, compared with gross profit of $4.7 million, operating profit of $1.5 million, EBITDA of $1.8 million and net profit of $1.1 million in the prior fiscal year. These figures are based on adjusted management accounts prepared in accordance with IFRS, excluding one-time, non-recurring expenses that will not continue following the completion of the transaction.

The acquisition of Sensory marks Turpaz's first entry into the South African fragrance market and represents a further strategic step in expanding the Group's geographic footprint and strengthening its presence in Africa. The acquisition will enable Turpaz to advance the establishment of an integrated regional flavor and fragrance platform in Africa, built on local development and manufacturing capabilities combined with the know-how, technologies and resources of the global Group.

The combination of the businesses is expected to generate commercial, technological and operational synergies through the integration of know-how, R&D capabilities, product portfolios and procurement, to broaden the range of solutions offered to customers, to deepen activity in existing markets and to create cross-selling opportunities and access to new customers and markets. In addition, combining Sensory's local fragrance manufacturing capabilities with Turpaz's global expertise, technologies and product portfolio is expected to enable a fast, flexible and tailored response to customer needs in South Africa and in other markets across the continent.

Forward-Looking Statements

This press release contains forward-looking statements regarding, among other things, Turpaz's expectations with respect to the establishment of an integrated regional flavor and fragrance platform in Africa, the realization of commercial, technological and operational synergies from the acquisition of Sensory, expected cross-selling opportunities and expansion into new customers and markets, and the put/call options for the remaining shares of Sensory. Such forward-looking statements are based on estimates, projections and assumptions of Turpaz's management as of the date of this release, which may not materialize, in whole or in part, or may materialize in a manner different from that anticipated, including as a result of changes in market conditions, changes in the business environment and the materialization of risk factors detailed in section 1.28 of Chapter A of the Company's Annual Report for 2025.

Arcadis selected for Northern Gulf of California desalination appraisal study

Study to assess desalination's potential to make up to 500,000 acre-feet of water available for the region

PHOENIX, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets, today announced that it will serve as the lead engineering firm supporting the study of the proposed Northern Gulf of California Desalination Project concept. Working alongside Sacyr Water and the wider project team, Arcadis will provide engineering and technical analysis to support the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA) during the multi-stage appraisal process. WIFA's Board of Directors has approved Stage 1.

Arizona continues to evaluate opportunities to diversify long-term water supply for the region. WIFA's appraisal process is designed to evaluate potential new water sources and determine their technical, financial, environmental, cultural, and regulatory viability. Stage 1 authorizes the initial analysis and does not represent a decision regarding project development or future funding, which WIFA will evaluate separately based on the results of the appraisal.

The appraisal study will explore the viability of a desalination facility and associated conveyance infrastructure that would ultimately make up to 500,000 acre-feet of water supply. A distinctive element of the proposed concept is the evaluation of geothermal energy as a potential renewable energy source for the desalination and conveyance system. The study is structured across six tasks: project management; technical evaluations; environmental and cultural evaluations; regulatory and contractual evaluations; society and community evaluations; and cost, financial and commercial evaluations. Arcadis leads the technical, environmental, and regulatory evaluation work and contributes to the other elements of the appraisal alongside the broader project team.

Heather Polinsky, CEO, Arcadis said: "Reliable, resilient water supplies are essential for Arizona's communities, now and for generations to come. This appraisal will give WIFA the technical information it needs to assess whether desalination, supported by renewable energy, could strengthen the region's long-term water security. With the potential to make up to 500,000 acre-feet of water available, the concept deserves careful examination. Working alongside Sacyr Water, we bring together Arcadis' expertise in water, desalination, infrastructure and renewable energy to help WIFA understand what is possible and make informed decisions about the region's future water supply."

Industry Takedown of Botnet Hidden in More Than 1.3 Million TV Set-Top Boxes across 200 Countries

Google, Plume, TrendAIâ¢, Lumen, HUMAN Security, Synthient and Japan's National Police Agency form coordinated effort combining security research, threat intelligence and network expertise to identify and disrupt X.CPE botnet

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, a group of private and public sector partners announced a coordinated takedown of X.CPE, a global botnet hidden in more than 1.3 million set-top boxes across more than 200 countries. Hidden on devices before they were ever sold, the botnet used subscribers' devices and home internet connections without their knowledge or consent. This takedown was led by Google, Plume, TrendAIâ¢, Lumen, HUMAN Security and Synthient, along with Japan's National Police Agency.

"Operations like this raise the cost for criminals and show that the infrastructure they rely on isn't out of reach," said Charley Snyder, Head of Disruption Operations at Google Threat Intelligence Group. "Disrupting X.CPE took partners across industry working together. It's proof that collaboration is one of the most powerful tools we have against threats that cross borders and industries."

A familiar device hiding an unfamiliar threat

X.CPE was embedded in firmware, the software that controls a device's basic operations, before set-top boxes reached subscribers' homes. X.CPE was built to evade pre-release security checks, and Google has since updated its review process in response, as well as banned the responsible OEM and any future subsidiaries or affiliates from making devices with preloaded Google apps. Unlike infections that depend on a user opening a suspicious attachment or installing an application, this threat arrived as part of the device itself. Subscribers received no consent request, notification or opt-out options.

Google, Plume, TrendAIâ¢, Lumen, HUMAN Security, Synthient, working with Japan's National Police Agency, carried out a coordinated disruption campaign against X.CPE. Each organization contributed in its own way, applying its expertise in connected-device security, malware analysis, network visibility and digital fraud to analyze the botnet and disrupt its operations.

Together they dismantled a threat hiding behind seemingly routine device activity: software embedded in TV set-top boxes that gave botnet controllers remote access and allowed them to exploit home broadband connections without subscriber consent. The takedown also disrupted the command-and-control domains that operate the criminal affiliates' malware modules. Because these affiliates distribute their modules through channels beyond X.CPE, Google assesses that taking down these domains will sever access to at least 10 million additional compromised devices.

The effort demonstrates the importance of connecting intelligence across organizations to confront threats that cross technology and network boundaries. By bringing together distinct perspectives on compromised devices, malicious software and internet traffic, the partners supported a coordinated takedown aimed at disrupting unauthorized access and monetization and addressing risks to subscriber privacy, broadband resources and trust in connected devices.

Turning home broadband into a business without permission

The botnet generated revenue from compromised devices in a variety of ways, including: reselling bandwidth, delivering video content, ad fraud, loading additional backdoors and, in earlier versions, installing apps for payment.

Residential proxy software allowed third-party traffic to pass through subscribers' internet connections, using their home internet addresses and bandwidth without permission. Researchers also found collection of device, network and account information, alongside persistent remote access capabilities.

For service providers, the findings highlight a supply chain risk that may not be apparent from a device's everyday performance. A functioning streaming box can still generate unexplained traffic and undermine trust in the broadband service.

"Protecting the connected home requires visibility into threats that subscribers cannot see and should not be expected to detect," said Chris Griffiths, Chief Technology Officer at Plume. "By contributing broadband intelligence to this joint effort, we helped expose hidden supply chain risks and support coordinated action to make networks safer for service providers and their subscribers."

Complementary expertise, coordinated action

The partners contributed to the Google-led effort to disrupt X.CPE:

TrendAIâ¢

Robert McArdle, Director of Cybercrime Research at TrendAIâ¢

"We applaud Google's decisive action in removing this threat. Our research identified over 1.3 million devices affected by this campaign. That's millions of households and businesses completely unaware that their equipment was being used as an accessory in active criminality - whether defrauding advertisers or piggybacking on their connections to carry out other attacks via residential proxies - which would commonly include identity theft impersonating people in their region. This action by Google and research partners significantly sets back these attackers, and TrendAI research will be watching them closely if they attempt to rebuild."

HUMAN

Gavin Reid, CISO at HUMAN

"Compromised-device networks are sustained by profit: operators take control of devices and household connections without consent, then monetise that access through proxy services and various fraud activities. Group action, as exemplified in this operation, interrupts the infrastructure needed for monetisation, raising the cost of operating these networks and weakening the incentives that sustain them. "

SYNTHIENT

Benjamin Brundage, CEO at Synthient.

"Illicit pay-per-install networks provide a significant backbone to the larger fraud ecosystem, powering everything from direct ad fraud to unregulated proxy networks that push credential stuffing and DDoS botnets. The takedown of X.Cpe helps protect this space as a whole, as well as the unsuspecting consumers victimized by this scheme." - Benjamin Brundage

Actinium Pharmaceuticals Announces Acceptance of ATNM-400 Abstract for Presentation at SABCS 2026 Highlighting Activity Across Therapy-Resistant Breast Cancer Models
Image File
Original HTML

- Poster presentation to highlight preclinical efficacy of ATNM-400 across therapy-resistant breast cancer subtypes

- ATNM-400 is a first-in-class targeted alpha therapy directed against HER3, a driver of tumor biology and treatment resistance in multiple solid tumors

- Breast cancer findings reinforce ATNM-400's pan-tumor potential, building on previously reported preclinical results in non-small cell lung, colorectal and ovarian cancers

NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE American: ATNM) (Actinium or the Company), a pioneer in differentiated targeted radiotherapies with the potential to transform cancer treatment, today announced that an abstract highlighting preclinical efficacy of ATNM-400 across therapy-resistant breast cancer subtypes has been accepted for poster presentation at the 2026 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS), taking place December 8â11, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas.

The presentation will feature ATNM-400, the Company's investigational, first-in-class Actinium-225 (²²âµAc) antibody radioconjugate targeting HER3, an antigen implicated in tumor survival and treatment resistance. ATNM-400 combines the targeting specificity of a monoclonal antibody with potent alpha-particle radiation to deliver a tumor-directed cytotoxic payload.

The breast cancer findings build on previously reported preclinical results demonstrating antitumor activity in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) models across EGFR, KRAS and ALK alterations, enhanced responses with standard-of-care therapies in colorectal cancer (CRC) models, and durable activity in ovarian cancer models, including treatment-resistant disease. Together, these findings reinforce ATNM-400's pan-tumor potential and support further evaluation as a standalone therapy and in combination with established treatments across multiple solid tumor indications, complementing its ongoing clinical development in prostate cancer.

"We are excited to showcase ATNM-400's activity in therapy-resistant breast cancer models at SABCS," said Sandesh Seth, Actinium's Chairman and CEO. "Building on our previously reported NSCLC, colorectal and ovarian cancer results, these findings strengthen our vision for developing ATNM-400 as a pan-cancer radiotherapy. HER3 is implicated in resistance to standard-of-care therapies across several solid tumors and treatment settings, which implies  ATNM-400's potential extends well beyond a single oncology setting. Together with our ongoing first-in-human prostate cancer program, this growing body of evidence supports our strategy to pursue ATNM-400's broad potential and address treatment-resistant disease across large patient populations."

ATNM-400 SABCS 2026 Presentation Details

Abstract Title: ATNM-400 a first-in-class targeted alpha therapy targeting a driver of tumor biology and treatment resistance demonstrates efficacy across therapy-resistant breast cancer subtypes

About ATNM-400 and HER3

ATNM-400 is an investigational antibody radioconjugate that pairs the HER3-targeting monoclonal antibody barecetamab with the alpha-emitting isotope Actinium-225. Its antibody-based design combines antigen-specific targeting with the potential for sustained tumor localization, supporting prolonged delivery of high-energy alpha radiation. Tumor uptake and retention observed through Day 7 with the â¸â¹Zr-labeled imaging counterpart support this development rationale alongside the approximately 10-day half-life of ²²âµAc. The theranostic approach enables noninvasive visualization of antibody distribution to inform therapeutic development.

ATNM-400 is differentiated from PSMA-targeted radiotherapies by its focus on HER3, an antigen implicated in tumor survival and treatment resistance. PSMA-directed approaches include Novartis' Pluvicto and a broad pipeline of investigational therapies, including Telix Pharmaceuticals' TLX591-Tx, Clarity Pharmaceuticals' â¶â·Cu-SAR-bisPSMA, Convergent Therapeutics' CONV01-α, AstraZeneca's AZD2265 (formerly FPI-2265), Curium's lutetium-177 zadavotide guraxetan (¹â·â·Lu-PSMA-I&T), ARTBIO's AB001 and AdvanCell's ADVC001. These programs span small-molecule and antibody-based therapies using beta- or alpha-emitting isotopes. ATNM-400 combines HER3 targeting with an Actinium-225 antibody radioconjugate, offering a distinct biological approach with the potential to expand radiotherapy across the broad mCRPC population, including patients with PSMA-low or PSMA-negative disease and those who do not respond to or progress following PSMA-directed treatment. Its HER3-directed mechanism also supports investigation beyond prostate cancer in other HER3-expressing solid tumors.

HER3, also known as ERBB3, is a member of the epidermal growth factor receptor family involved in signaling pathways that support tumor growth, survival and resistance to treatment. HER3-directed antibody-drug conjugates in clinical development include BioNTech and MediLink's BNT326/YL202, Bristol Myers Squibb and SystImmune's EGFR Ã HER3 bispecific ADC izalontamab brengitecan (iza-bren), and Daiichi Sankyo and Merck's patritumab deruxtecan (HER3-DXd). These programs underscore the clinical development interest in HER3 as an oncology target. ATNM-400 applies a distinct payload strategy, using alpha radiation in place of a conventional cytotoxic drug. Its preclinical activity in prostate, non-small cell lung and breast cancer models supports investigation as a potential pan-cancer radiotherapy, as a monotherapy and in rational combinations.

About Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Actinium is a pioneer in targeted radiotherapies designed to improve outcomes for patients with cancer. The company employs a biology-driven approach to develop differentiated radiopharmaceuticals for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Its mission is to transform cancer treatment through innovative radioconjugates that maximize therapeutic efficacy while minimizing toxicity to healthy tissue by combining expertise in tumor biology, translational medicine, and radiochemistry. Since inception, Actinium has focused on developing innovative radiotherapies. Its pipeline reflects this strategy across three areas: (1) solid tumor therapeutics including ATNM-400 and Actimab-A with pan-tumor potential; (2) Actimab-A as a therapeutic backbone for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) in collaboration with the National Cancer Institute (NCI); and (3) targeted conditioning agents including Iomab-B for bone marrow transplant and Iomab-ACT for cell and gene therapy conditioning. ATNM-400 targets HER3, an antigen distinct from PSMA, and is in a first-in-human Phase 1 study in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), with preclinical activity across mCRPC, NSCLC, breast, colorectal and ovarian cancers. Actimab-A has shown improved survival in relapsed/refractory AML with CLAG-M and is advancing toward a Phase 2/3 trial, with additional development ongoing through a CRADA with the NCI. Actinium is also advancing preclinical solid tumor programs and holds ~250 patents and patent applications, including intellectual property related to cyclotron-based production of Ac-225.
