Müder Kanzler

Frankfurt (ots)

Feeding Mice Fewer Calories Reduces DNA Mutations
Image File
Original HTML

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Mutations are changes in the molecular "letters" that make up DNA, the genetic blueprint for cells. Mutations build up with age in every cell when DNA is damaged or when cells make mistakes in fixing or copying it. Most mutations are harmless, but when they disrupt genes, they can cause cancer and other diseases.

Past studies in animals have shown that a large reduction in the number of calories they consume, called caloric restriction, extends their lifespans and slows aspects of aging. But whether caloric restriction also slows the rate at which mutations occur with age had not been investigated across the genome, the complete set of genetic material present in every cell.

Now a new study, published online September 9 in Cell, showed that caloric restriction reduced the level of mutations across several tissues in mice that were fed 30 percent fewer calories than they would have ingested if allowed to eat freely. While prior studies have looked at how such caloric restriction changes mutations in single genes, the new work determined for the first time its impact on mutation patterns across a large portion of the genome.

Led by researchers at NYU Langone Health and University Hospitals Cleveland, in collaboration with researchers at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and the National Institutes of Health, the study analyzed the effect of caloric restriction on different types of genetic changes. They found that, to varying degrees across tissues, it dialed down the level of substitution mutations, in which one DNA letter is swapped for another, and insertion and deletion mutations, in which one or more DNA letters are added to or missing from the genome. The authors reached these conclusions using advanced DNA sequencing technology, which detects mutations in DNA with great accuracy.

"While links between diet and lifespan have been established in animals, our results show that diet and mutations across the genome are also linked," said co-corresponding study author Gilad D. Evrony, MD, PhD, a core member of the Center for Human Genetics and Genomics at NYU Langone and the Jacob D. Goldfield Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Neuroscience at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. "Mice on a calorie-restricted diet are healthier for longer, but this diet is too challenging for humans. Nevertheless, considering the role mutations play in cancer and many other diseases, it's exciting to have found a way to decrease mutations, which we can now work to understand."

Caloric Restriction's Effect Strongest in Least Active Genomic Regions

The study results also showed that the impact of caloric restriction varies across tissues and cell types as well as across the genome, providing further insight into how diet is linked to the genome. For example, liver cells showed a greater reduction in mutation burdens with caloric restriction than kidney or brain cells. This makes sense, said the authors, because of the vast diversity of cell types, and the differences in the ways DNA is damaged and repaired in each.

Surprisingly, in liver and kidney cells, the reduction in the number of mutations from caloric restriction was greatest in the least active regions of the genome, which contain either no genes or genes not being used by a given cell. The authors said one possible explanation is that if caloric restriction reduces DNA damage across the genome, active regions of the genome would not benefit as much because those regions already repair DNA damage frequently.

"We didn't expect to find this asymmetry across the genome," said co-corresponding author Jonathan Shoag, MD, an associate professor in the Department of Urology at University Hospitals Cleveland and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. "By profiling more dietary interventions and mutations in additional tissues and cell types, we hope to learn what drives the connection between diet and mutations."

"Understanding these mechanisms could eventually reveal new ways to reduce mutations – without the challenges and risks of an extreme diet—to counter diseases of aging," said first study author Marta Grońska-Pęski, PhD, a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Evrony's lab.

Other authors were Victoria Acosta-Rodríguez and Amanda Garrido of the Translational Gerontology Branch of the National Institute on Aging; Shany Picciotto at University Hospitals Cleveland; and Carla Green and Joseph Takahashi in the Department of Neuroscience and the Peter O'Donnell Jr. Brain Institute at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

"We were fortunate to have collaborated with Dr. Victoria Acosta-Rodríguez, Dr. Joseph Takahashi, and Dr. Carla Green, who established this mouse caloric restriction cohort," said Dr. Evrony. Another study author from NYU Langone's Center for Human Genetics and Genomics was Amoolya Srinivasa.

This work was supported by National Institutes of Health grants T32AG052909, F32AG076287, and UH3NS132024, the Pew Charitable Trusts, the Jacob Goldfield Foundation, the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation, the Smythe Family Impact Fund, the Vail family, and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

Nonco Expands Institutional Collateral Toolkit from Tokenized Money Market Funds to Secured Sovereign Debt

Early adopter of tokenized money market fund collateral adds USDM1, the world's first natively issued secured sovereign bond, as collateral across derivatives, financing and institutional trading

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nonco, an institutional digital asset firm with businesses spanning derivatives, lending, OTC liquidity, market making and institutional execution, today announced that it will accept USDM1 as collateral from eligible counterparties and post USDM1 across its derivatives, financing and institutional trading activities.

The adoption marks the latest expansion of Nonco's institutional collateral toolkit. The firm, which has surpassed $100 billion in bilateral OTC trading volume and onboarded more than 900 institutional counterparties, was an early participant in the use of tokenized money market fund shares as collateral in live derivatives transactions, including the use of Superstate's USTB in a bilateral BTC/USD options trade.

Where payment stablecoins are generally structured as corporate obligations and tokenized money market funds represent interests in investment funds, USDM1 is a natively issued, secured sovereign bond - with different legal rights, economic characteristics and applications across 24/7 institutional markets.

USDM1 is a USD-denominated sovereign bond secured on a 1:1 basis by short-dated US Treasuries pledged to a US trust company in a bankruptcy-remote structure. Its issuance, collateral and redemption arrangements are governed by New York law, with an explicit customary waiver of sovereign immunity. As a dual-recourse instrument, holders maintain enforceable rights to par redemption against a sovereign issuer and a first-priority perfected security interest in Treasury collateral under Articles 8 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP advised as issuer's counsel. M1X Global serves as coordinating agent.

Sovereign securities have long served as foundational collateral assets across global institutional financing markets, with roles spanning derivatives margin, repo, secured financing and liquidity management. USDM1 pays a sovereign coupon and, when unencumbered, has been structured to support look-through to HQLA[1] with 24/7, T+0 settlement. It is compatible with industry-standard ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA documentation, benefiting from robust US close-out netting protections.

For institutional trading firms, the legal and financial characteristics of collateral can directly affect financing flexibility, counterparty exposure, liquidity management and the amount of balance sheet capacity required to support trading activity.

"Nonco was early in demonstrating that tokenized fund interests could become productive collateral rather than simply investment products," said Jeffrey Howard, Head of North America and Partner of Nonco. "Natively issued sovereign debt adds another important building block to our toolkit. Institutional markets have always optimized among different forms of high-quality collateral depending on the transaction. As markets move onchain, the same principle applies."

"Tokenization is a technology, not an asset class," said Jordan Goldman, President and COO of M1X Global, the coordinating agent for USDM1. "A payment stablecoin, a fund share and a sovereign bond can all move onchain, but they remain fundamentally different financial instruments. Two assets with the same dollar value can have very different collateral economics depending on their legal rights, eligibility, netting treatment and financing characteristics."

Institutional custody and settlement infrastructure supporting USDM1 includes Anchorage Digital Bank, BitGo Bank & Trust, N.A., and tZERO's regulated broker-dealer custodian. USDM1 is also offered through Tradeweb and accepted by FDIC-insured Bank of Guam.

Most recently, USDM1 served as the sovereign securities collateral leg in the first fully onchain repo transaction with Virtu Financial through Tradeweb, demonstrating its use within established institutional financing frameworks.

About Nonco

Nonco is a digital asset firm purpose-built for institutions. They provide institutional-grade liquidity with bespoke execution and 24/7/365 counterparty support. Trusted by some of the most sophisticated players in the market, they deliver reliability, precision, and scale at the intersection of digital assets and traditional finance. Backed by leading investors including VanEck, Hack VC, Morgan Creek, and Valor Capital, Nonco combines deep market expertise with world-class infrastructure to serve the next generation of institutional finance.

About USDM1

USDM1 is a fully collateralized, USD-denominated sovereign bond natively issued onchain by the Republic of the Marshall Islands. It is structured in the style of a Brady bond under New York law, with an explicit customary waiver of sovereign immunity, and secured on a 1:1 basis by short-duration US Treasury instruments pledged to a US trust company in a bankruptcy-remote structure.

The Republic of the Marshall Islands operates exclusively on the US dollar standard under its Compact of Free Association with the United States. As a dollar-denominated sovereign obligation, USDM1 does not carry foreign-exchange or convertibility risk. Holders maintain enforceable rights to par redemption against a sovereign issuer and a perfected, first-priority security interest in Treasury collateral under UCC 8/9. For more, see https://usdm1.com

USDM1 is compatible with ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA agreements for derivatives, repo and securities lending, and is eligible for robust US close-out netting protections. Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP serves as issuer's counsel and advised with respect to the structuring of the instrument under New York law, with the participation of partners specializing in sovereign debt, UCC and secured transactions, creditors' rights, netting and digital asset markets.

About M1X Global

M1X Global is a sovereign financial infrastructure and technology company bridging public finance and onchain capital markets. Operating in public-private partnership with the Republic of the Marshall Islands, M1X Global coordinates the legal, compliance, technology, custody and institutional infrastructure behind sovereign digital instruments.

RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nutrient Data Extraction API, a document parsing and structured data extraction service, is now generally available for enterprises building AI agents, RAG systems, large corpus document query, and enterprise automation. Nutrient Data Extraction helps organizations operationalize AI by transforming complex documents into reliable structured data for production-ready agentic workflows.

Nutrient Data Extraction parses PDFs, scans, images, and Office files into spatial JSON or Markdown, and extracts schema-defined fields with per-field confidence signals and source citations, giving enterprises accurate structured data from documents enabling production-capable agentic workflows.

Nutrient Data Extraction at a glance:

- Inputs: PDFs, scans, images, and Office files

- Parse outputs: spatial JSON or Markdown

- Modes: text, structure, understand, and agentic

- Structured extraction: customer-defined JSON Schema

- Extraction grounding: page references, bounding boxes, source blocks, match labels, and confidence signals

- Routing: fuzzy_match and not_found can go to human review

- Access: REST API, free tier, Studio, and getting-started guide

- Languages: 100+ for OCR

- Security: HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, SOC 2 Type 2 audited infrastructure

The reliability gap in agentic document workflows

AI has made document intelligence possible at enterprise scale. Documents can now be read, summarized, classified, extracted, and acted on in seconds.

But generic LLM extraction is inherently probabilistic: the same document can produce different outputs under different conditions, lose structure, and return values with no traceable link back to the page they came from. Teams either accept the risk of unverified data flowing into ERPs, claims systems, and approval workflows, or they revert to manual review.

Organizations heavily need data that is reliable, explainable, and traceable back to its source for agentic workflows to be trustworthy and ready for production.

That's the reliability gap Nutrient Data Extraction was built to close. Most LLMs can extract data from documents. Far fewer systems can extract it accurately, consistently, and explain where it came from at a quality level that stands up in an audit.

That's the difference between model output alone and source-grounded document infrastructure built for production-ready agents. It's the difference between AI that's impressive in a demo and AI that can be relied upon by the human signing off on the business outcome.

And because Nutrient Data Extraction is a foundational part of Nutrient's broader document platform, teams can move from parsing and extraction to unlocking routing, governance, human review, and execution all without downstream workflow automation losing the auditable link back to the source document.

Built for multiple levels of understanding.

Teams, including Nutrient's implementation teams, are able to customize the output format per request based on the type and complexity of the document and the system requirements whether that's spatial JSON for layout-aware elements with reading order, bounding boxes, tables, and key-value regions, or Markdown for RAG, search indexing, and general document Q&A. Nutrient Data Extraction detects tables, forms, formulas, charts, handwriting, checkboxes, and headings, and supports more than 100 different OCR languages.

Not every document requires the same level of analysis and reasoning to get to accurate structured data. Nutrient Data Extraction lets teams optimize for speed, cost, or depth through four processing modes: text, structure, understand, and agentic, allowing processing to scale only when additional understanding is required.

Every extracted value traces back to the source

The extract endpoint maps a document to a customer-defined or intelligently generated JSON Schema and returns each requested field with a bounding box, page reference, the source blocks it was drawn from, a confidence signal, and a label describing how the value was grounded. Source grounding can drive workflow decisions automatically. Fields labeled "fuzzy_match" or "not_found" can be routed to human review, while high-confidence matches continue directly into downstream workflows.

Unlike tools that present confidence as a probability, Nutrient Data Extraction treats confidence as a relative signal. That distinction helps organizations structure and make better workflow decisions instead of over-interpreting a single score.

"Most agents can pull data out of a document. Almost none of them can prove where the data came from," said Jonathan Rhyne, co-founder and CEO of Nutrient. "Every field we return points back to the exact spot in the source, and when we can't find something, we say so instead of guessing. In production, 'Trust us' isn't an answer enterprises can take to their auditors or something accountable parties will rely on."

Published accuracy benchmarks

Nutrient publishes open accuracy benchmarks and updates the published results as new versions ship. In our latest test run, understand mode scored 0.932 overall accuracy on the publicly available 200-document opendataloader-bench corpus, across reading order, table structure, and heading hierarchy. Text and structure modes are scored on the public leaderboard, while understand and agentic modes were evaluated internally against the same corpus. The original open-source comparison was run on July 6, 2026 and the current results and methodology are maintained at nutrient.io/api/data-extraction-api/benchmarks.

Separately, Nutrient has published two open grounding artifacts on Hugging Face: grounding-en, a model that scores whether an extracted value is supported by evidence in the source document, released under Apache-2.0; and the grounding benchmark dataset it is evaluated against, released under CC-BY-SA-4.0.

What it handles in practice

Nutrient publishes interactive extraction demos with no signup or API key required, where hovering an extracted field highlights the exact region of the source document it came from:

- Healthcare: Table-row extraction from a CMS-1500 claim form, including the dropout-red ink grid that defeats most scanners.

- Government and vital records: Signature block detection on a mixed handwritten and printed birth record, separating a printed name from the adjacent cursive signature.

- Mortgage and financial services: Value isolation in a dense three-column financial table where Monthly Income, Total Assets, and Total Expenses sit side by side under near-identical labels.

- Legal and contracts: Full multi-sentence narrative extraction from a free-text field in a small claims filing, plus cross-page extraction across three pages.

- AI, search, and RAG: An appraisal report decomposed into semantic blocks with spatial coordinates, so a retrieval pipeline can cite its exact source.

Availability

Nutrient Data Extraction is generally available via a REST API or can be built into custom solutions by our implementation teams. New accounts receive 5,000 Data Extraction API credits per month at no cost, with no credit card required. Signup is agent-compatible.

Developers and agents can send a first request in minutes using the getting-started guide, or open the interactive demos in a browser with no account. Nutrient Data Extraction Studio provides a visual testing environment for evaluating documents before writing any code.

All API communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption, and the platform is SOC 2 Type 2 audited, with reports available under NDA. Processing-run retention varies by plan. Customers can delete runs and runs expire after the plan-specific retention period. On plans without internal data retention, documents are explicitly not retained for service improvement or model training.

MVB Partners with Velocity to Join Visa Direct Stablecoin Settlement Network
Image File
Original HTML

LONDON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- MVB Financial Corp., a leading banking partner to fintechs and innovation-driven companies, and Velocity, an enterprise payments and treasury platform powered by stablecoins, today announced that MVB will participate in a Visa Direct pilot supporting stablecoin-enabled funding and settlement for eligible push-to-card payouts. Availability varies by eligibility and geography. Please contact your Visa representative for more information on availability.

Through the partnership, MVB will be able to use stablecoins to settle its Visa Direct payouts. The infrastructure brings stablecoin liquidity directly into MVB's banking and payments operations, enabling more flexible pre-positioning and settlement options across MVB's customers and the bank itself. Enabled through Visa Direct, the arrangement allows eligible MVB participants to use stablecoins in connection with certain funding and settlement obligations. Digital-asset conversion, wallet connectivity and on-chain controls are performed by licensed partners. Delivered through a single API and regulated wallet infrastructure, the offering gives MVB customers access to stablecoin-enabled funding and settlement through the banking relationship and operational workflows they already use.

For MVB and Velocity, the partnership reflects a broader shift in how stablecoins are being adopted by financial institutions. Rather than operating as a separate digital asset product, stablecoin rails can sit underneath existing banking and payments infrastructure, giving institutions a new way to move and deploy liquidity while preserving the controls, relationships and systems already familiar to their customers.

"Banking is being rebuilt in real time, and stablecoins are at the center of that transformation," said Larry F. Mazza, Chief Executive Officer of MVB Financial. "By allowing stablecoins to solve inefficiencies in capital movement for payouts, we're giving our clients faster, more flexible ways to move money."

The strategy aligns closely with emerging initiatives from major card networks, including solutions that allow sponsor banks to settle Original Credit Transactions (OCTs), issuer obligations, as well as traditional settlement in stablecoins.

For payments companies and fintechs, this can create greater flexibility over how capital enters and moves through the banking system. Velocity enables funds to be brought onchain, held as stablecoins and deployed into payment flows without requiring customers to manage separate infrastructure or fundamentally change how they interact with MVB.

"This is exactly where we believe stablecoins become most meaningful: when they disappear into the financial infrastructure businesses already rely on," said Eric Queathem, Founder and CEO of Velocity. "MVB has built its business around serving some of the most forward-thinking companies in payments and fintech, and we're excited to help bring these capabilities directly into that ecosystem. Visa Direct is a powerful starting point because it shows how stablecoin liquidity can connect directly into established global payment rails."

The partnership also lays the groundwork for MVB to extend stablecoin infrastructure across a broader range of treasury, settlement and payment use cases. As stablecoins become increasingly integrated into established financial networks, MVB and Velocity intend to continue building the infrastructure required for institutions to use them as part of their day-to-day financial operations.

Together, MVB and Velocity are building toward a model in which stablecoin capabilities are a native part of banking infrastructure, giving financial institutions and their customers faster, more flexible and always-on ways to fund and move money while remaining connected to the payment networks they already use.

In the news release, Casepoint Launches Casepoint IQ, the Intelligence Foundation Powering Agentic and Assistive AI Across Its Unified Platform, issued 09-Sep-2026 by Casepoint over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that changes have been made. The complete, corrected release follows, with additional details at the end:

Casepoint Launches Casepoint IQ, the Intelligence Foundation Powering Agentic and Assistive AI Across Its Unified Platform

Full agentic, predictive, and assistive AI capabilities now available in one secure, scaled, and

governed intelligence layer with human control built in.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Casepoint, a leading provider of secure, unified eDiscovery, legal hold, FOIA, investigations, and compliance solutions, today introduced Casepoint IQ™, the intelligence foundation of Casepoint's platform.

Casepoint IQ is a single framework across Casepoint's full range of AI capabilities, spanning semi- and full-autonomous agentic AI; assistive AI; CaseAssist® machine learning and predictive coding; and Casepoint Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server enablement. As Casepoint adds new agentic capabilities to that framework, customers can add them within the same platform they already use.

Casepoint IQ eliminates the burden of agentic AI as a series of separate point solutions by providing a shared intelligence and governance layer across the entire Casepoint platform. This capability accelerates all tasks across eDiscovery, legal hold, FOIA, investigations, regulatory, and compliance workflows within a unified, secure, governed architecture. Customers are able to expand AI capabilities and mete out adoption across their teams, without introducing separate tools, credentials, or governance models.

"Organizations are facing increased pressure to move faster while defensibly managing increasing data volumes and regulations," said Paul Colangelo, CEO at Casepoint. "Casepoint IQ allows customers to leverage the capabilities of AI within their teams where consequential work gets done, without sacrificing security or oversight and control."

Accelerating Defensibility

Casepoint IQ addresses the requirements government, legal, and compliance teams need for documenting how and why an AI agent reached a decision to ensure the workflow holds up under legal and regulatory scrutiny, while retaining control over the outputs. This includes:

- Human-in-the-loop governance ensures every AI-driven decision in Casepoint IQ is transparent and defensible.

- All decisions and AI actions are permissions-aware, logged, and traceable to source.

- Agentic workflows can be added alongside other assistive AI-powered tools within the platform without changing systems or impacting security or governance controls.

The Casepoint platform is authorized under FedRAMP® High and DOD Impact Level 5 and 6 standards. Because Casepoint IQ runs on that same credentialed infrastructure by default, adding agentic workflows will not trigger a new vendor risk assessment, a separate security review, or new credentials to manage. Organizations can also connect to an external model or system through Casepoint's MCP support as needed.

"We've always believed intelligence should be built at the platform level, not confined to individual products," said Vishal Rajpara, Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Casepoint. "Casepoint IQ offers the foundation where an innovation developed for one workflow can create value across the entire platform. Customers benefit by continuous learning and connectivity that makes the entire system smarter and defensible as the technology and organizational needs evolve."

"Our customers have been clear: they want AI to take on more of the heavy-lifting work, but they still want visibility into, and control over how decisions are made, and have the final approvals," said Colangelo. "We're increasing what the agentic AI technology can do across the whole Casepoint platform while keeping the work transparent, defensible, and under human control."

Casepoint IQ is live today, running in early access with select customers and available for demonstrations. Organizations can request a demo at https://www.casepoint.com/request-a-demo/.

EnTrust Global's Blue Ocean Strategy Launches Fourth Fund For U.S. Insurance Investors With $1.3 Billion In Committed Capital

The Fund is expected to provide capital efficiency for insurance investors, and brings total capital raised for the Blue Ocean strategy to $7.6 billion.

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Ocean, a maritime finance investment platform managed by EnTrust Global, today announced the successful close of the fourth vintage of its rated notes insurance fund, Blue Ocean Income Fund IV. The Fund closed with $1.3 billion in commitments and is intended to offer insurance investors (primarily U.S. insurance investors) a more capital-efficient way to access the Blue Ocean strategy. The Fund's notes were rated by a leading global rating agency.

The closing brings total capital raised across the strategy for Blue Ocean to $5.0 billion since 2023, and $7.6 billion since the strategy's inception in 2017. The Fund has already begun deploying capital to a number of transactions.

Since its founding, Blue Ocean has built a consistent track record of capital formation and deployment in the maritime finance space, providing flexible, asset-backed financing solutions to shipowners and operators across major shipping segments. The strategy fills a structural funding gap created by the retreat of traditional bank lenders, which have pulled back from maritime lending since the Global Financial Crisis due to regulation and a strategic focus on the largest listed owners, leaving the small- and medium-sized shipowners that make up the vast majority of this industry underserved and dependent on alternative capital.

Gregg S. Hymowitz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EnTrust Global: "Since the launch of our first Blue Ocean rated notes fund in 2018, we have seen interest in the strategy among insurance investors grow with each subsequent fund, and also through a number of other bespoke structures. Fund IV is our largest rated notes fund to date, and it includes significant commitments from insurance investors who are new to the Blue Ocean strategy, as well as investors who participated in prior vintages and have increased their commitments for Fund IV. Insurance investors, both in the U.S. and around the world, are an important part of our client base, and we are excited to continue to work on innovative structures and strategies to help meet their specific needs."

Svein Engh, Blue Ocean Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager: "Our continuing success, both in terms of fund raising and capital deployment, is a reflection of what we have built at EnTrust Global. The Blue Ocean team today consists of 29 professionals globally1 and our ability to source and structure opportunities is what continues to set Blue Ocean apart. Furthermore, our strong track record over more than 9 years of investing, combined with the strong demand for capital in a capital-intensive industry, helps drive our strategy forward."

As of June 30, 2026, the Blue Ocean strategy has deployed a total of $7.2 billion across 127 total investments since inception while returning approximately $3.5 billion of invested capital to investors during that period. This growth has been driven by a global team with deep maritime finance expertise and a disciplined approach to sourcing and structuring transactions across market cycles.

EnTrust Global manages capital for insurance investors in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with insurance company capital representing roughly 20% of EnTrust's client base worldwide. In line with the firm's entrepreneurial foundation, EnTrust remains dedicated to developing compelling and differentiated investment opportunities, including those specifically for insurance investors. EnTrust's Insurance Solutions group, together with the firm's investment and structuring teams, works closely with insurance investor clients to develop investment solutions that seek attractive risk-adjusted returns combined with a strong focus on capital efficiency, ratings considerations, and predictable cash flows.

There is no guarantee that all or any portion of such mandates awarded or target mandates will ever be funded, nor that amounts distributed will be recalled and, if they are not, the Total Assets amount would be reduced accordingly. Total Assets does not include capital that can be called after the expiration of the investment period to fund fees and expenses or to add to an existing investment.
