Thom Filicia and Azzurro Living Announce Landmark Outdoor Furniture Partnership

The collaboration marks Azzurro Living's first-ever designer partnership and Thom Filicia's first-ever outdoor furniture collection.

DALLAS, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Azzurro Living, the award-winning luxury outdoor furniture brand known for its fresh, modern approach to outdoor living, announces a new design partnership with acclaimed interior and product designer Thom Filicia. The collaboration represents two significant firsts: the first designer partnership in Azzurro Living's history and Filicia's first-ever outdoor furniture collection.

The partnership brings together two complementary design perspectives, united by a belief that outdoor spaces deserve the same thoughtfulness, sophistication and personality as the interiors of a home. Together, Filicia and Azzurro Living are blurring the boundaries between indoors and out-creating furniture that feels refined and design-driven, while remaining comfortable, approachable and made for real life.

"Working with Thom has felt incredibly natural from the beginning. We understand each other's aesthetic, but we also challenge each other in ways that make the work more interesting. Thom brings an incredible depth of design knowledge and a point of view that feels completely at home within Azzurro. For our first design partnership, I can't imagine a better person-or friend-to help us push outdoor furniture forward."

BRANDON KERSHNER, PARTNER & VICE PRESIDENT OF DESIGN, AZZURRO LIVING

For Filicia, whose celebrated career spans residential, hospitality and commercial interiors as well as an extensive portfolio of furniture, textiles, wallcoverings and home furnishings, the collaboration is a natural expansion of his signature "comfortably chic" approach to design into the outdoors.

"We wanted to create outdoor furniture that feels every bit as thoughtfully designed as the best pieces you'd put inside your home. It's about bringing the inside out-where comfort, sophistication and livability all exist in the same piece. Great design should make you want to stay: one more cup of coffee in the morning, one more glass of wine at night, one more conversation around the table."

THOM FILICIA

The forthcoming collections explore sculptural silhouettes, natural textures, nuanced material combinations and refined craftsmanship, with every proportion, weave and finish intentionally considered. The result is confident, relaxed and effortlessly cool: outdoor furniture with a point of view, designed to feel current without becoming trend-driven.

"The way people live outdoors has fundamentally changed," adds Kershner. "We've always believed in designing outdoor spaces with an indoor mentality-thinking about comfort, proportion, materiality and the emotional connection people have with the furniture they live with. Thom shares that philosophy. Together, we're creating pieces meant to become part of people's lives and the backdrop for the moments that happen there."

Filicia founded Thom Filicia, Inc. in 1998 and has become one of America's most recognized interior and product designers. An ELLE DECOR A-List designer, Luxe Gold List honoree and House Beautiful Top 100 Designer, he first gained widespread recognition as the interior design expert on the Emmy Award-winning Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. His portfolio includes work for clients and brands including Tina Fey, Jennifer Lopez, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Delta Air Lines, W Hotels and Grace Bay Club.

The Thom Filicia x Azzurro Living collection will debut October 17-21, 2026, at High Point Market, in Azzurro Living's Broad Hall showroom at 300 W. Broad Ave., with collection imagery, product details and availability to be announced.

The Central Canadian Resource Expo (CEN-CAN) recognition highlights cross-sector collaboration connecting Northern Ontario's forestry and critical minerals industries

- Rock Tech Lithium and Thunder Bay Pulp and Paper jointly recognized with the 2026 Northern Innovators Award at CENCAN 2026

- Award recognizes an innovative Ontario partnership evaluating crude tall oil as a locally sourced flotation reagent for lithium processing

- Project is supported by the Province of Ontario through the Critical Minerals Innovation Fund and includes research expertise from Queen's University

TORONTO, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSXV: RCK) (OTCQX: RCKTF) (FWB: RJIB) (WKN: A1XF0V) (the "Company" or "Rock Tech") is pleased to announce that Rock Tech and Thunder Bay Pulp and Paper have jointly received the 2026 Northern Innovators Award, presented by Mining Life & Exploration News at the Cen-Can Expo Gala Dinner in Thunder Bay.

The award recognizes the organizations' cross-sector collaboration to evaluate crude tall oil—a by-product of Ontario's pulp and paper industry—as a potential locally sourced flotation reagent for lithium processing.

Supported by the Province of Ontario through its Critical Minerals Innovation Fund ("CMIF"), the project brings together Rock Tech, Thunder Bay Pulp and Paper and Queen's University to explore how an existing forestry by-product could be used to support more sustainable, competitive and resilient critical minerals processing in Ontario.

"This award recognizes how bringing Northern Ontario industries together can solve practical challenges and create new opportunities," said Mirco Wojnarowicz, CEO of Rock Tech. "Our collaboration with Thunder Bay Pulp and Paper and Queen's University shows the potential for Ontario's strengths in forestry, critical minerals and research to be combined to advance locally developed solutions. We thank Mining Life & Exploration News for this recognition and the Province of Ontario for supporting the project through CMIF."

If successfully validated, crude tall oil could provide a more localized source of flotation reagents, create a potential new application for an Ontario forestry by-product and inform future technical and economic optimization of Rock Tech's Georgia Lake Lithium Project.

The initiative supports Rock Tech's broader strategy to establish an integrated mine-to-converter lithium supply chain in Northern Ontario, connecting the Georgia Lake Project with the proposed Red Rock Lithium Converter.

Additional information regarding the CMIF-supported crude tall oil project is available on Rock Tech's website.

On behalf of the Company,

Mirco Wojnarowicz

CEO

Lightfield Raises $47 Million Series A to Build the CRM for Companies that Run on Agents

Lightfield Raises $47 Million Series A to Build the CRM for Companies that Run on Agents

More than 5,000 companies have signed up for Lightfield since launch in November, deploying AI agents that build pipeline, work deals, and manage customers from a shared, living record of their business.

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lightfield today announced a $47 million Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, including participation from Maverick Capital, Coatue, Audacious, Alumni Ventures, Greylock, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

CRM was designed for people to type into, not for agents to work from. For forty years, customer relationships have been translated into fields, stages, and notes — a record of whatever someone had time to enter, stored in a structure agents can't reason from.

Agents can now do the work those systems were built to track, but they cannot do that work reliably from data entered by hand. When layered onto legacy CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot, agents inherit incomplete fields, stale close dates, and notes written from memory after the call — and produce work companies cannot verify or trust. Solving this requires a new system of record designed for deep understanding, not AI features added to the old one.

Lightfield builds a comprehensive record from every customer interaction, captured as it happens, and structured so agents can understand what is true and predict what happens next. Every person and every agent at a company works from the same accurate, current picture of every customer: what they said, who said it, and how it changed the state of the business. Knowledge that once lived in one person's head or one team's tool becomes the context the whole company operates on.

"Agents don't fail because the models aren't capable. They fail because the data they work with is incomplete, inaccurate, and missing the structure needed for comprehension," said Keith Peiris, cofounder and CEO of Lightfield. "Lightfield builds a world model of the business from every customer interaction, so every person and every agent works from the same understanding of what's true and what happens next."

Adopted by more than 5,000 companies in under a year

Since launching in November 2025, more than 5,000 companies have signed up for Lightfield, from high-growth early-stage startups to scaling companies with hundreds of users on the CRM.

"Building a system of record is one of the hardest things to do in software, because you have to earn a customer's trust before they'll hand you the data that runs their business," said Joe Schmidt IV, Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. "This team earned it with thousands of companies in under a year."

A CRM built for agents to understand your business

Four technical differentiators separate Lightfield from legacy CRM.

A record that updates itself. Lightfield ingests every customer interaction - email, calendar, calls, Slack, LinkedIn - and structures it into the record on its own.

A world model of the business. Lightfield connects every interaction to the people, deals, and accounts it touches, and preserves how each one changed over time. The result is a business world model that agents can reason and predict from, not a table of fields.

An agent harness for reliable work. Agents operate through a standardized SDK, run analysis in a code sandbox, and are monitored by evals that hold output quality consistent. The same request returns the same quality of work, not a different output each run.

An open platform. Every record is fully readable and writable through API, MCP, and CLI, so companies can build automations and agents on their customer data and connect Lightfield to the tools they already run. Anything a person can do in the product, an agent can do too.

"Every platform shift produces a new system of record. Salesforce defined it for the cloud era, and Lightfield is defining it for the agent era," said Alex Rampell, General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. "Companies building with agents need more than a CRM with AI features. They need a system designed from the ground up for agents to work from. That's what Lightfield has built."

About Lightfield

Lightfield is reimagining CRM as a business world model, designed for agents to understand your company and perform work you can trust. It builds a comprehensive, trusted record of customer interactions from calls, emails and meetings - giving every person and every agent the same understanding of what's true about their business. Companies use Lightfield to close deals faster, automate prospecting, diagnose performance gaps, and ramp new sellers with agents. More than 5,000 companies have signed up since Lightfield launched in November 2025. Learn more at lightfield.app.

ENVESTNET TO ACQUIRE VESTMARK, EXTENDING ITS CAPABILITIES TO MEET THE ADVISOR MARKET'S GROWING DEMAND FOR INCREASINGLY SOPHISTICATED TRADING AND TAX SOLUTIONS

Acquisition Adds Vestmark's Trading, Tax Transition, and Engineering Capabilities — and a Complementary Client Base — to Envestnet's Ecosystem, While Accelerating Delivery of Core and AI-Forward Innovation

BERWYN, Pa. and BOSTON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Envestnet, a leading Adaptive WealthTech company serving more than a third of all advisors across all its platforms and $8 trillion in platform assets, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Vestmark, a premier provider of portfolio management technology, institutional-grade trading, and outsourced investment management services for some of the industry's largest wealth firms. Vestmark supports more than $2 trillion in assets and five million-plus accounts.

As wealth management firms grow, their operating models change along with what they require from technology. Adding Vestmark enables Envestnet to solve more complex wealth management challenges for more firms and advisors. With Vestmark, the Envestnet adaptive wealthtech platform scales more effectively to support all firms, from emerging RIAs to the largest advisory firms in the industry, across their wealthtech needs.

The result is one connected ecosystem across the full wealth management lifecycle — from understanding an investor's needs to constructing, personalizing, implementing, trading, and managing portfolios at scale.

Highlights

- Built to solve the hardest problems in wealth technology. The combined company brings the skill, expertise, and technology to handle the most complex and demanding operational workflows in the industry — and the breadth of data, drawn from working with some of the market's most sophisticated participants, to sharpen the decision intelligence delivered to every client.

- An adaptive continuum, adopted at each firm's pace. As wealth management firms grow, their operating models change — and so does what they require from technology. Adding Vestmark gives Envestnet enhanced capabilities and the modularity needed to support the most sophisticated wealth management workflows in the industry, from emerging RIAs to the largest, most complex advisory firms — all on one adaptive ecosystem with no forced migration.

- One new firm comprised of two deep benches of experience. For two and a half decades, Envestnet has worked alongside the industry's most sophisticated independent broker-dealers, scaled RIAs, and hybrid firms. Vestmark brings that same caliber of expertise, built over 25 years with wirehouses and other clients running institutional-grade trading operations. With broader and more varied capabilities, Envestnet is positioned to compete across an expanded addressable market and more effectively serve a greater variety of customer needs.

- Continued investment in both product roadmaps. Envestnet and Vestmark will each continue to invest in and execute against their existing product roadmaps — including VestmarkONE, VAST, Envestnet Enterprise, Tamarac, and MoneyGuide, with incremental investment in AI-forward workflows and unification.

"Wealth management offerings have been siloed for too long, with advisors, traders, and portfolio managers each locked into their own piece of the puzzle," said Chris Todd, Chief Executive Officer of Envestnet. "Bringing Vestmark into the Envestnet ecosystem changes that. Wherever a firm sits today, and wherever they're headed next, they'll have a platform that can grow with them. We're not slowing down to make this happen — we're speeding up, protecting what makes each company great and putting even more behind the roadmap our clients are counting on. Our AI strategy unifies, orchestrates, and personalizes the advisor experience at Envestnet, and will extend across Vestmark's workflows too. That's a real reimagining of how advisors do their jobs."

"For 25 years, Vestmark has focused on helping wealth management firms navigate increasingly complex portfolios with greater scale, personalization, and efficiency," said Karl Roessner, Chief Executive Officer of Vestmark. "Envestnet and Vestmark bring complementary capabilities and expertise to the market, and together we can create something neither company could deliver on its own. We will build on the technology, services, and client relationships that have made Vestmark successful, while accelerating investment in portfolio management, tax management, and AI-driven capabilities that help wealth management firms operate more efficiently and deliver better outcomes for their clients."

Capabilities Extended Across Both Client Bases Over Time

Both companies will keep building — and moving faster. VestmarkONE and VAST remain core to the combined offering, and Envestnet will continue to deliver against the Envestnet, Tamarac, and MoneyGuide roadmaps announced earlier this year, including the recent launch of Wealth Trading, Report Studio, expanded alternatives solutions, and enhanced MoneyGuide capabilities. Vestmark adds a deep bench of engineering and product talent, giving both companies more capacity and greater velocity in launching products.

Over time, that momentum will extend across both client bases. Vestmark clients gain access to Envestnet's recently enhanced reporting and planning strengths, including Tamarac and MoneyGuide, while Envestnet clients gain access to more modular trading, rebalancing, and sophisticated tax transition capabilities — including VestmarkONE, VAST, and Vestmark's Pulse AI-powered monitoring and intelligence tools. It also opens the door to new AI-enabled capabilities for advisors and the clients they serve, surfacing insight earlier in the process, making personalization easier to deliver at scale, and returning more of the advisor's day to growth and/or giving them back time to spend with clients.

Vestmark's products, technology, and client-facing teams will continue to serve the wealth firms, asset managers, and advisors that depend on them, now backed by Envestnet's broader platform and resources with no requirement for clients of either company to migrate platforms due to this transaction. For clients of both companies, this means more optionality over time — open architecture and third-party flexibility that lets enterprise firms differentiate their businesses and build what's next.

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter, pending customary conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Advisors

Ropes & Gray LLP acted as legal advisor, and UBS, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as financial advisors to Envestnet.

CogniCor Accelerates RIA Growth Strategy with Launch of New Advisory Board Comprised of Industry Leaders

New Advisory Board brings together leaders across RIA growth, wealth technology, advisor strategy and capital to help CogniCor scale its intelligence and orchestration platform across the wealth management industry

PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CogniCor, the intelligence and orchestration platform for RIAs and wealth management enterprises, today announced the expansion of its Advisory Board with the addition of a distinguished group of industry leaders who will help guide the company's next phase of growth.

The expanded Board brings together executives with deep experience building and scaling RIAs, advising the leading wealth management firms, developing and commercializing wealth technology and investing in financial technology.

The expansion follows the recent appointment of Shannon Eusey, Chairman and Co-Founder of Beacon Pointe Advisors, to CogniCor's Advisory Board and reflects the company's growing momentum as wealth management firms look beyond standalone AI tools to platforms capable of turning fragmented data into intelligence and coordinated action.

"AI in wealth management is quickly moving beyond meeting notes and individual productivity tools," said Dr. Sindhu Joseph, CEO and Co-Founder of CogniCor. "The next opportunity is much larger: bringing together intelligence across the entire household, the advisor's book and the firm, and using it to drive advisor capacity, deeper client relationships and organic growth.

"We have deliberately brought together leaders who understand this opportunity from very different vantage points: building and scaling RIAs, advising industry leaders, creating and commercializing technology and driving strategic growth. Their collective perspective will be invaluable as we scale CogniCor and help define what the next generation of wealth management technology looks like."

An Advisory Board Built Around the Future of Wealth Management

The CogniCor Advisory Board is chaired by Joseph Kuo, CEO and Founder of Haven Tower and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ascentix Partners.

Joining him are:

- Shannon Eusey, Chairman and Co-Founder, Beacon Pointe Advisors

Eusey co-founded and helped build Beacon Pointe into one of the country's largest RIAs, with more than $62 billion in assets under advisement. As both an RIA entrepreneur and CogniCor customer, she brings the perspective of firms deploying AI at scale.

- Matthew Incitti, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Hamilton Point Investments

Proven Impact in the RIA Market

The Advisory Board expansion comes as the wealth management industry's use of AI enters a new phase, shifting from productivity to firm-wide intelligence.

Early adoption has largely centered on point solutions designed to automate individual advisor tasks. CogniCor believes the larger opportunity lies in connecting intelligence across the advisor's entire book of business and the enterprise.

CogniCor is already demonstrating the impact of this with leading RIAs.

Earlier this year, CogniCor and Plancorp Wealth Management published a case study measuring the impact of Advisor Copilot across more than 60 client-facing employees. During the 28-day study, the platform liberated more than 700 hours of advisor and staff capacity across 17 efficiency measures, including meeting preparation, follow-up and identification of client service opportunities.

The expanded Advisory Board will work with CogniCor's leadership team as the company deepens its presence across the RIA market, expands strategic industry relationships and continues to develop the intelligence infrastructure required for AI-native wealth management.

About CogniCor

CogniCor is the intelligence and orchestration platform for growing RIAs. Built for multi-advisor firms managing $2B and up in assets, its Embedded Advisor Copilot sits in your current CRM and is deeply integrated with the firm's existing tech stack — including financial planning, portfolio reporting, custodians, emails, document vaults, and client conversations. It unifies disparate data, aggregates intelligence across systems, and orchestrates next-best actions across households, advisors, and the firm. Built with enterprise-grade security and governance at its core, CogniCor enables growing RIAs and wealth management enterprises to increase advisor capacity, deepen client relationships, and drive organic growth — without requiring advisors to adopt another disconnected tool.

DENVER and TACOMA, Wash., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Colorado Imaging Associates (CIA) and TRA Medical Imaging (TRA) announce the formation of Affiliated Radiology, a physician-led radiology services organization designed to provide medical imaging providers with best-in-class PACS, clinical AI infrastructure, shared radiologist read capacity, and other technology and operational services at scale.

Affiliated Radiology will provide partnering organizations access to a scalable technology platform centered on PACS, AI-supported workflows, and clinical AI diagnostic tools through common, shared infrastructure. By aggregating technology investment, purchasing power, and clinical scale across multiple organizations, Affiliated Radiology is designed to lower the cost of technology, including AI-supported pre-drafting capabilities, and pass those benefits directly to its partners.

The partnership will also be supported by a growing network of radiologists, creating opportunities for participating practices to share read capacity, subspecialty expertise, and coverage while maintaining local ownership and physician leadership.

Together, CIA and TRA represent nearly 200 radiologists serving hospitals, imaging centers, and communities across the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain regions. The organizations are looking to expand Affiliated Radiology's capabilities nationally by adding other medical imaging providers and partners to the partnership.

Douglas Seiler, M.D. and physician President of TRA Medical Imaging, said: "Technology is fundamental to how radiology is practiced today. Affiliated Radiology gives groups the scale to access sophisticated PACS, reporting and AI infrastructure while connecting them to a broader network of radiologist expertise and clinical capacity."

Josh Bryant, M.D. and President of Colorado Imaging Associates, added "This partnership allows us to combine the strengths of multiple radiology practices with the technology and clinical scale of a much larger organization. We can share infrastructure, expand access to AI, and support one another clinically without sacrificing local ownership or physician leadership."

Affiliated Radiology will also pursue opportunities to create greater operational scale through shared services, infrastructure, and other administrative functions, reducing the cost and complexity of these areas so partners can remain focused on delivering exceptional care to the communities they serve.

FMG Suite Introduces FMG Connect to Unify Advisor Tools, Data, and Workflows

New integration layer lets partners plug into FMG so advisor systems work together, triggering faster follow-up, connected workflows, and measurable, compliant growth

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FMG Suite, the leading marketing and growth platform for financial advisors, insurance professionals, and enterprises, today introduced FMG Connect, an integration and orchestration layer that brings advisor tools, data, and workflows together in one connected system. Work that once required the advisor to act as the middleman can now happen automatically, compliantly, and at scale.

Most advisors already use strong tools. A notetaker captures the meeting. A lead platform scores the prospect. A planning tool holds the client's financial picture. The problem is that these systems rarely talk to each other, leaving the advisor in the middle, moving information from one place to the next by hand. Tools meant to reduce workload instead create friction, slow follow-up, and cap growth.

FMG Connect closes those gaps. A meeting ends and the follow-up is already in motion. A new prospect enters the system and personalized outreach begins automatically. Client context stays current across planning tools, contact records, and communication workflows without anyone copying it over. The next best action surfaces inside the work advisors are already doing. FMG maintains the integration layer so advisors don't have to.

What FMG Connect Does

FMG Connect brings automated, connected intelligence to four parts of an advisor's business:

- Advisor productivity — integration with AI meeting tools and notetakers triggers follow-up before the client leaves the room

- Prospecting — integration with lead enrichment providers flows data directly into personalized outreach campaigns, so advisors engage faster and convert more efficiently

- Relationship intelligence — integration with financial planning and client data ensures contact records, content, and context sync automatically

- Communication and engagement — outreach that responds to what is actually happening with a client or prospect, at scale, across compliant channels

Built for an Open Ecosystem

FMG Connect brings the FMG platform to third-party tools and data sources through FMG's API library. Support for additional standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP) are slated for a future release as FMG expands how AI-driven systems connect across the advisor ecosystem.

The result is that work, context, and intelligence move between products without custom integration, heavy IT lift, or an advisor serving as the bridge. FMG's intelligence no longer stays locked inside a single tool.

"Advisor technology has been fragmented for too long, and firms need more than point integrations. They need an AI-driven platform that brings tools, workflows, and data together in a way that actually drives growth," said Michelle Feinstein, Chief Product and Strategy Officer at FMG. "FMG Connect creates a stronger foundation for advisor growth, partner innovation, and measurable outcomes by bringing systems and data into the same operating environment."

Launch Partners

FMG Connect launches with an initial group of integration partners: Zocks, Jump, Aidentified, Wealthfeed, Tax Status, Asset-Map, and GReminders. Each has early access and is actively building toward live connections in the platform. FMG plans to expand the partner ecosystem across every product over time through integrations that deliver measurable value to advisors.

FMG Connect also extends work the company has done for years — helping advisors build stronger digital presences, communicate consistently, and grow through compliant marketing. It connects the systems and data behind those workflows so opportunities can be activated, measured, and scaled across channels. AI widens what is possible; FMG Connect makes it operational.

"Advisors don't want more disconnected tools. They want the tools they already use to work together," said Dave Christensen, Chief Executive Officer of FMG. "FMG Connect is how we make that happen. It gives advisors a more connected operating environment, and it gives partners a more effective way to plug into the workflows where advisor growth actually happens."

Availability

FMG Connect is now live, giving partners the ability to build integrated features and experiences across FMG platforms. APIs are available today, with additional capabilities rolling out through the rest of the year.

FMG's launch partners received early access last month and are currently developing their integrations. The first partner-powered features are expected to roll out to shared customers over the coming months.

As new integrations launch, FMG and its partners will share details on available features, how to enable them and the value they provide.

DIMAAG and Toshiba Collaborate on SCiB™ - Based Energy Storage for the ZettaWatt™ Power Platform for AI Data Centers

FREMONT, Calif. and HOUSTON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DIMAAG-AI, Inc. (DIMAAG) and Toshiba International Corporation (TIC), a Toshiba America Inc. (TAI) Group Company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Toshiba Corporation (Toshiba), today announced a collaboration to develop next-generation energy storage solutions for AI infrastructure using Toshiba's SCiB™ lithium titanium oxide (LTO) battery technology.

The collaboration combines Toshiba's high-power SCiB™ LTO battery technology with more than 100 million cells shipped since 2010 and over a decade of proven safety record and DIMAAG's active-flow immersion-cooled battery architecture, designed to support continuous 10C charge and discharge cycling over a targeted 10+ years of service life. These features are designed to support applications such as load smoothing, low voltage ride through, backup power, demand response, grid stabilization, and evolving voltage requirements in a scalable architecture for AI data centers.

To address the broader power challenges created by large computational AI workloads, DIMAAG integrates the battery system with power conversion and real-time controls in its ZettaWatt™ Power Platform. DIMAAG's ZettaWatt™ Power Platform is a modular grid-to-800 VDC architecture that combines power conversion, energy storage and real-time controls. The platform is designed to address evolving utility and ISO requirements. It meets ERCOT's low-voltage ride-through requirements and smooths cyclic AI load fluctuations to less than 1% as seen by the grid, while providing backup power capability and demand response functionality. Multiple modular ZettaWatt™ Power Platforms can be deployed in parallel as campus capacity grows.

"Energy storage in an AI data center must do far more than bridge an outage. It must absorb rapid load swings, support grid ride-through, provide backup power and respond repeatedly without becoming a constraint on the system," said Ian Wright, CTO of DIMAAG and Tesla co-founder. "Combining Toshiba's established SCiB™ battery cell technology into DIMAAG's active-flow immersion-cooled Zenius modules within the ZettaWatt™ Power Platform delivers differentiated performance for high-power, high-duty-cycle requirements of AI data centers."

Under this collaboration, Toshiba supplies high power SCiB™ battery cells while DIMAAG designs, manufactures, and integrates the battery system into its ZettaWatt™ Power Platform. Toshiba's high power SCiB™ cells were selected for this application based on several factors, including its capability to support continuous 10C charge and 10C discharge with an appropriately designed cooling system, over a targeted 10+ year service life, supported by Toshiba's volume LTO production and long-term field experience.

"This collaboration demonstrates how Toshiba SCiB™ technology can support the next generation of AI infrastructure through continuous 10C charging and discharging capability, exceptional cycle life, and a proven safety track record." said Greg Mack, Senior VP and GM of Power Electronics Division, Toshiba International Corporation.

Expected Benefits for AI Infrastructure Projects

- Continuous 10C charge and discharge capability

- 10+ year service life

- Rapid response to dynamic AI workloads

- Safety and reliability supported by over a decade of field experience

- Scalable deployment across AI and mission-critical applications

The technologies developed through this collaboration complement existing SCiB™-based power solutions and expand the range of applications that can benefit from Toshiba's advanced battery technology.
