- RYBREVANT plus chemotherapy demonstrates durable benefit with a differentiated approach that dual-targets EGFR and MET

- Results mark significant progress for a patient population with poor outcomes and a historical five-year survival rate of just 8%

SEOUL, South Korea, Sept. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) today announced results from the final overall survival (OS) analysis of the Phase 3 PAPILLON study evaluating first-line intravenous (IV) RYBREVANT (amivantamab-vmjw) plus carboplatin-pemetrexed chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion (Ex20ins) mutations. Patients treated with the combination achieved a median OS of nearly three years (34.3 months), compared with 27.9 months for chemotherapy alone. The combination extended median OS by more than six months, despite 76 percent of eligible patients in the chemotherapy arm crossing over to second-line RYBREVANT after disease progression. This represents the longest reported median OS in this patient population, which is nearly twice the historical median.1

These results were presented during the Presidential Symposium at the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) (Late-breaking Abstract #PL.03.03).

Resetting survival expectations for patients with historically poor outcomes

EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations account for approximately 12 percent of all EGFR mutations.2 Unlike more common EGFR mutations (exon 19 deletions and L858R), exon 20 insertion mutations have been difficult to treat with targeted medicines, leaving patients with few treatment options, challenging side effects and poorer outcomes.3 Historically, median overall survival has ranged from approximately 16 to 24 months, with five-year survival reported at just eight percent.4,5,6

RYBREVANT is a first-in-class bispecific antibody designed to dual-target EGFR and mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET), two key drivers of tumor growth and treatment resistance, while also engaging the immune system.7,8,9,10 It is currently approved for use in patients with EGFR-mutated advanced NSCLC across common (exon 19 deletions and exon 21 L858R substitution mutations) and exon 20 insertion mutations, in the first- and second-line settings.11

Expert and company perspectives on longer survival in historically difficult-to-treat lung cancer

"We've come a long way in treating EGFR exon 20 insertion-positive lung cancer, and these results demonstrate the lasting impact RYBREVANT plus chemotherapy can have in helping patients live longer," said Dr. Chul Kim, M.D., M.P.H.,* Director of Thoracic Oncology, MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. "Patients are continuing treatment years after they started, which speaks to the durability of this approach and its value as a first-line treatment for this disease."

"We have long believed RYBREVANT could transform the outlook for patients with EGFR-mutated lung cancer by addressing key drivers of disease progression and treatment resistance," said Yusri Elsayed, M.D., M.H.Sc., Ph.D., Global Therapeutic Area Head, Oncology, Johnson & Johnson. "With the longest survival seen in this patient population, these results add to the growing body of evidence across common, atypical and exon 20 insertion EGFR mutations and further establish the regimen as a backbone therapy."

Detailed overall survival results

In the protocol-specified final analysis, RYBREVANT plus chemotherapy demonstrated a median OS of nearly three years (34.3 months) compared to approximately two years (27.9 months) for chemotherapy alone (hazard ratio [HR], 0.87; 95 percent confidence interval [CI], 0.66-1.14; P=0.307). A prespecified analysis accounting for crossover to RYBREVANT in the chemotherapy arm showed a significant overall survival benefit with RYBREVANT plus chemotherapy, reducing the risk of death by 43 percent (HR, 0.57; 95 percent CI, 0.39-0.82; nominal P=0.003).1

Long-term follow-up provides further evidence of durable benefit, with RYBREVANT plus chemotherapy extending progression-free survival through second disease progression (PFS2) by more than 10 months compared with chemotherapy alone (28.3 vs. 17.5 months; HR, 0.59; 95 percent CI, 0.45-0.77; nominal P0.0001). Twelve percent of patients remained on first-line treatment at the clinical cutoff compared with no patients in the chemotherapy arm. Patient-reported outcomes also favored the combination, delaying the worsening of several key lung cancer symptoms compared with chemotherapy alone.1

The safety profile of IV RYBREVANT plus chemotherapy was consistent with previous reports from studies conducted before prophylactic strategies were introduced, with no new safety signals observed with longer follow-up. The most common treatment-related adverse events occurring in at least 30 percent of patients included paronychia (60 percent), neutropenia (60 percent) and rash (58 percent).1

These overall survival findings build on the primary PAPILLON analysis, which demonstrated a statistically significant and clinically meaningful 60 percent improvement in progression-free survival (primary endpoint) with first-line RYBREVANT plus chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone in patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutation-positive advanced NSCLC. Clinical benefit in the primary analysis was consistent across key patient subgroups, including patients with brain metastases, EGFR exon 20 insertion variants and TP53 co-mutations. Those results, which supported global approvals of the regimen in this setting, were simultaneously published in The New England Journal of Medicine.12

Additional data presented at WCLC 2026 highlight continued innovation across RYBREVANT and RYBREVANT FASPRO™ (amivantamab and hyaluronidase-lpuj), with approaches aimed at improving the treatment experience and helping patients stay on treatment longer. This includes prophylactic strategies in the COPERNICUS study (Abstract #MO12.09) designed to reduce key treatment-related events and subcutaneous administration evaluated in the PALOMA-2 study (Abstract #PT2.03.06).

About the PAPILLON study

PAPILLON (NCT04538664), which enrolled 308 patients, is a randomized, open-label Phase 3 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of RYBREVANT in combination with chemotherapy, compared with chemotherapy alone, in newly diagnosed patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer characterized by EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations. The primary endpoint of the study is progression-free survival (PFS) (using RECIST v1.1 guidelines†) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR). Secondary endpoints include overall response rate (ORR), PFS after first subsequent therapy, time to symptomatic progression and overall survival. Patients who received chemotherapy alone were allowed to receive RYBREVANT monotherapy in the second-line setting after confirmation of disease progression.

Patients randomized to chemotherapy alone were permitted to cross over to receive second-line RYBREVANT monotherapy after disease progression confirmed by BICR, reflecting the study's crossover design for patients in the control arm.13

About non-small cell lung cancer

Worldwide, lung cancer is one of the most common cancers, with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) making up 80 to 85 percent of all lung cancer cases.14,15 The main subtypes of NSCLC are adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and large cell carcinoma.16 Among the most common driver mutations in NSCLC are alterations in EGFR, which is a receptor tyrosine kinase controlling cell growth and division.17 EGFR mutations are present in 10 to 15 percent of Western patients with NSCLC with adenocarcinoma histology and occur in 40 to 50 percent of Asian patients.14,15,18,19,20,21 EGFR ex19del or EGFR L858R mutations are the most common EGFR mutations.22 The five-year survival rate for all people with advanced NSCLC and EGFR mutations treated with EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) is less than 20 percent.23,24 EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations are the third-most prevalent activating EGFR mutation.2 Patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations have a real-world five-year overall survival (OS) of eight percent in the frontline setting, which is worse than patients with EGFR ex19del or L858R mutations, who have a real-world five-year OS of 19 percent.25

About RYBREVANT FASPRO and RYBREVANT

RYBREVANT FASPRO (amivantamab and hyaluronidase-lpuj) received U.S. FDA approval in December 2025 and is approved in multiple markets worldwide for the treatment of adults with EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including those with exon 19 deletions, exon 21 L858R substitution mutations, and exon 20 insertion mutations. It is the only subcutaneous therapy approved for these EGFR-mutated NSCLC populations and may be used as monotherapy or in combination with LAZCLUZE® (lazertinib) or chemotherapy, depending on the specific mutation and treatment setting. For eligible patients, RYBREVANT FASPRO offers a once-monthly dosing option following initial weekly dosing. RYBREVANT FASPRO is co-formulated with recombinant human hyaluronidase PH20 (rHuPH20), Halozyme's ENHANZE® drug delivery technology.

RYBREVANT FASPRO is approved in the U.S. for the same indications as intravenous RYBREVANT (amivantamab-vmjw) across multiple markets. RYBREVANT is a first-in-class, fully human bispecific antibody targeting EGFR and MET, designed to inhibit tumor growth while engaging the immune system.

The effectiveness of RYBREVANT FASPRO is supported by the established clinical profile of RYBREVANT, including data from multiple Phase 3 studies such as MARIPOSA, which demonstrated improvements in progression-free and overall survival when used in combination with LAZCLUZE in first-line advanced EGFR-mutated NSCLC.

Franco-Nevada Announces A$200 Million Follow-on Financing Package with Minerals 260 for the Bullabulling Gold Project

(in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted)

TORONTO, Sept. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Franco-Nevada Corporation ("Franco-Nevada" or the "Company") (TSX:FNV) (NYSE:FNV) is pleased to announce that, through a wholly-owned Australian subsidiary, it has entered into an agreement to acquire a A$170 million (approximately $122 million) gross royalty (the "Royalty") from Minerals 260 Limited ("Minerals 260") to further support its development of the Bullabulling Gold Project ("Bullabulling" or the "Project"). Additionally, Franco-Nevada has agreed to subscribe for A$30 million (approximately $22 million) of Minerals 260's ordinary shares (the "Shares") as a lead order in a future equity raise.

The Royalty acquisition will be in addition to Franco-Nevada's Australian subsidiary's existing 2.45% gross royalty interest over the Project, increasing its interest to a 3.90% gross royalty over Bullabulling, plus an expanded area of interest and enhanced Royalty profile. The investment in Minerals 260 Shares will build upon Franco-Nevada's existing ownership of Minerals 260 Shares.

This financing package increases Franco-Nevada's support for Minerals 260 to develop Bullabulling to an aggregate A$420 million (approximately $300 million) and follows the A$220 million (approximately $155 million) financing package that Franco-Nevada provided Minerals 260 in February 2026 which has supported considerable resource growth and development progress at Bullabulling and significant appreciation of Minerals 260's Share price since this time.

Paul Brink, President & CEO of Franco-Nevada said: "Both the team at Minerals 260 and the Bullabulling orebody continue to surpass our expectations. Minerals 260 is ahead of schedule on project development and financing and has rapidly grown its resource endowment. We are delighted to take this next step in building our partnership with the company and firmly believe that our financial backing can play a lynchpin role in generating value for Minerals 260 shareholders."

Luke McFadyen, Managing Director of Minerals 260, commented: "We are thrilled with the partnership we have established with Franco-Nevada and Franco-Nevada's decision to invest an additional A$200 million supports what both parties believe Bullabulling will become - a near-term, large scale, long-life, expandable gold asset in one of the world's best mining jurisdictions. This is a partnership built on focus and determination to bring Bullabulling into production and supports mutually beneficial outcomes for each company. This additional funding materially strengthens our balance sheet and our path to final investment decision in early 2027."

Transaction Highlights

- Near-Term Production Pathway: Bullabulling is one of Australia's largest near-term gold projects, located approximately 65 km from Kalgoorlie, Western Australia in the Eastern Goldfields, with a recently upgraded Resource in July 2026 of 4.4 Moz Indicated Resources (140 Mt at 0.98 g/t) and 1.7 Moz Inferred Resources (51 Mt at 1.0 g/t). The Project is located on existing mining leases and has a straightforward pathway to meaningful near-term production from conventional open-pit and CIL processing. A pre-feasibility study was completed by Minerals 260 in July 2026, with a definitive feasibility study and final investment decision expected in early 2027, and first gold production potentially as soon as H2 2028.

- Meaningful Production Profile: Minerals 260's intended strategy is to incrementally develop and expand Bullabulling to accelerate and optimize production. The pre-feasibility study was based on the maiden reserve (reflecting resources as of December 2025) and Stage 1 throughput of 5 Mtpa, with additional capacity and design provisions incorporated to support future throughput expansion to 7.5 Mtpa. The pre-feasibility study confirmed Franco-Nevada's assessment that Bullabulling will be a scaled, long life mine, with planned annual average gold production of approximately 150 koz per annum for the first 10 years and total mine life of 19 years. Based on Franco-Nevada's review and current Resources, we see strong potential for throughput expanding in phases to 7 to 8 Mtpa, which corresponds with historical studies and Minerals 260's indicative development plan indicating Stage 2 production of 200 koz per annum.1

- Substantial Funding for Project Development: Royalty financing proceeds, together with additional proceeds from a future Minerals 260's equity raise, are expected to fully fund the equity component required to bring Bullabulling into production and will enable Minerals 260 to maintain the project development momentum at Bullabulling through to a definitive feasibility study and a final investment decision expected in early 2027.

- Large Mineral Resource with Exploration Potential: The Royalty covers a large Resource base, including the Phoenix, Bacchus, Dicksons, and Kraken deposits, which cover 8.5 km strike-length on the Bullabulling trend and the Gibraltar deposit which currently spans 1 km strike-length on a sub-parallel trend. Since acquiring the Project in 2025, Minerals 260 has had success growing the Resource through the first significant drilling campaign on the Project since 2011, nearly tripling Mineral Resources. Considerable growth potential continues to exist on the deposits both along strike and at depth, along with conversion of Inferred Resources. We expect the financing proceeds will assist Minerals 260 to continue expanding their Resource base through both exploration and infill drilling on ground covered by the Royalty, along with bringing the Project into production.

- Expanded Area of Interest and Enhanced Royalty Profile: The area of interest for the Royalty surrounding the boundary of the existing Royalty tenure will expand from 2.5 km to 10 km, resulting in the Royalty capturing additional mineral trend extensions and covering a total area of approximately 650 km2. In addition, the Royalty step down production threshold, based upon gold produced from Royalty lands, will increase from 4 Moz to 6 Moz of gold, providing enhanced duration and optionality for the Royalty as resources and production from Bullabulling grow.

- Continued Partnership with Experienced Board & Management Team: Minerals 260 is led by its Chairman Tim Goyder, who has over 40 years of experience in the resource industry and is Minerals 260's second largest shareholder. Mr. Goyder is also the Chairman of Liontown Limited which recently developed and is operating the Kathleen Valley Lithium mine in Western Australia. The Minerals 260 management team is led by its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Luke McFadyen who has over 15 years of mining industry experience and, prior to joining Minerals 260 in 2023, held senior roles at OZ Minerals, Syrah Resources, South32 and BHP.

IonOpticks launches Aurora Series® 5 and new CoreJet™ emitter technology, advancing robust nano-LC for routine proteomics research.

New CoreJet™ integrated emitter technology and a redesigned nanoZero® union combine proven Aurora Series® performance with a step-change in robustness, lowering cost per sample without compromising the depth and sensitivity researchers depend on.

MELBOURNE, Australia, Sept. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- IonOpticks, the world's leading manufacturer of high-performance chromatography solutions for LC-MS-based proteomics, today announces the release of Aurora Series 5: the most significant robustness upgrade in the platform's history. In extended testing on a Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo UHPLC coupled to an Orbitrap Astral Zoom mass spectrometer, Series 5 sustained over 10,000 unique protein identifications across more than 1,000 injections on an 8-minute, 120-samples-per-day method, with no climb in backpressure beyond 1,400 runs. The result: nanoflow-level depth and sensitivity that laboratories can now run as a routine, high-throughput workflow rather than reserve for landmark experiments.

At the centre of the upgrade are two platform-wide technology developments: CoreJet integrated emitter technology and a redesigned nanoZero union. Together, they deliver more consistent backpressure, improved spray stability and greater reliability over prolonged use without trading away the performance that has established Aurora Series as a benchmark for deep and sensitive proteomics.

"Aurora Series has built its reputation on depth of coverage, sensitivity and reproducibility, but researchers increasingly need exceptional performance they can rely on every day," says Xavier Perronnet, Chief Executive Officer at IonOpticks. "With Series 5, we have combined that performance with a new level of robustness, giving laboratories the confidence to use these columns routinely across demanding workflows. This is the most significant upgrade we have made to Aurora Series, and an important step towards making exceptional chromatography the everyday standard rather than something reserved for occasional use."

CoreJet technology introduces a completely redesigned architecture for the integrated pulled emitter, a feature that has always been fundamental to the product. The high-performance CoreJet emitter is fully integrated into the analytical column, ensuring true-zero dead volume post-column and eliminating the concealed unions between column and emitter that create dead-volumes, degrade chromatographic performance and reduce analyte discovery. This new architecture is engineered to deliver substantially greater robustness, improving resistance to early clogging and overpressure events, extending column longevity and supporting prolonged use across increasingly complex sample series.

"True robustness is about more than how long a column lasts. It is about continuing to deliver the depth of coverage, sensitivity and throughput researchers expect, despite the variable and demanding conditions of everyday laboratory use," says Dr. Jarrod Sandow, Chief Product Officer at IonOpticks. "Across extended testing, Aurora Series 5 maintained its chromatographic performance through more than 1,400 injections. For researchers running everything from individual experiments to large sample cohorts, that means greater confidence that the chromatography will perform consistently, day after day."

Series 5 also introduces a redesigned nanoZero union, providing a more reliable voltage connection to the liquid passing through the column. Ensuring consistent voltage to the analytical column is essential for stable electrospray ionisation, the process that transfers molecules leaving the column into the mass spectrometer for measurement. By creating a more dependable electrical connection, the redesigned nanoZero union supports further improved spray stability over large sample cohorts while making column setup simpler and easier.

A fundamental priority underpinning Series 5 development was ensuring the new products maintained the strong column-to-column and batch-to-batch reproducibility for which Aurora Series is known. Across all testing, coefficients of variation remain below one per cent for median protein and peptide identifications, supporting consistent performance across a column's service life and from column to column. Spray stability remains similarly consistent throughout prolonged testing across both instrument platforms. On the Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo coupled to an Orbitrap Astral Zoom, and the Bruker nanoElute 2 coupled to a timsTOF HT, extended injection series show no spray dropouts, with consistent signal maintained throughout testing. This provides further evidence that Series 5 can sustain stable ionisation and chromatography across prolonged, high-throughput use.

For laboratories processing hundreds or even thousands of samples, the value extends beyond column lifetime alone. Greater stability means fewer unexpected interruptions and column changes, less time spent troubleshooting, more effective use of valuable mass spectrometry capacity, and greater confidence that an extended experiment can continue on a consistent chromatographic platform. This translates to a meaningful reduction in laboratory overheads and helps researchers make better use of both instrument time and research budgets.

When paired with an IonOpticks NanoShield® C18 trap column, Series 5 gains additional protection from sample-derived contamination while significantly reducing sample loading times. By protecting the analytical column from more challenging samples, NanoShield can extend Aurora Series 5 column life even further, creating a workflow that combines speed, lossless protection and high-performance chromatography with an even more compelling value proposition than established market alternatives.

Aurora Series 5 represents a shift in what laboratories can expect from high-performance nanoflow chromatography. The depth and sensitivity remain, but they are now delivered through a platform designed to withstand the demands of everyday proteomics, whether that means a landmark discovery experiment, a large-scale cohort, or the hundreds of routine injections in between.

As Series 5 replaces Aurora Series 4, IonOpticks will retain limited Series 4 stock during the transition period to support continuity for existing customers and ongoing studies. Aurora Series 5 with CoreJet integrated emitter technology is available across the range from 15 September 2026, directly from IonOpticks and through its global distribution network.

CB&I AND AG&P INDUSTRIAL ACHIEVE FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND MILESTONE WITH ALL-STEEL FULL CONTAINMENT LNG TANKS IN THE PHILIPPINES

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Sept. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CB&I and its client AG&P Industrial have successfully completed and commissioned two 60,000m³ full containment liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks at the LNGPH Ilijan LNG Facility in the Philippines, marking a significant milestone for both the project and the global LNG industry.

The project represents the first large-scale onshore LNG storage facility in the Philippines and showcases CB&I's innovative all-steel full containment LNG tank technology. Unlike conventional full containment LNG tanks that rely on reinforced concrete outer walls, the CB&I design, deployed under its agreement with AG&P Industrial, uses 9% nickel steel for both the inner and outer tanks while assuring compliance with LNG industry technical and safety standards.

The successful commissioning of Tank 1 marked the world's first in-service full containment all-steel LNG tank. With Tank 2 now also fully operational following successful performance testing, the facility stands as a proven demonstration of a technology that delivers enhanced economics, faster construction schedules, and the safety benefits of full containment LNG storage.

CB&I completed construction of the tanks with zero lost-time incidents over more than one million work hours, underscoring the project's strong safety performance.

"The successful commissioning of both tanks at Ilijan is a landmark achievement for all involved," said Jack Aughenbaugh, Vice President, Operations – International at CB&I. "This project demonstrates that all-steel full containment LNG storage is not only technically feasible but commercially advantageous, delivering safety and operational benefits of full containment storage while improving project economics and schedule certainty. BODYBAR PILATES SETS RECORD FOR U.S.'S LARGEST REFORMER PILATES CLASS

100 participants took to 100 reformers to celebrate Pilates' centennial and BODYBAR's 100th studio opening

FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BODYBAR Pilates, a leading modern Pilates franchise, today announced it successfully completed the largest reformer Pilates class on record in the United States. The first-of-its-kind workout brought together 100 participants on 100 reformers in Frisco, Texas. Held on Sunday, September 13, the event commemorated both the 100th anniversary of Pilates and BODYBAR's milestone 100th studio opening. The event also raised $10,000, $100 per reformer, for the Foundation for Women's Cancer in recognition of September's Gynecological Cancer Awareness Month, helping further the organization's mission to support and empower all affected by gynecologic cancers through education, research, and public awareness.

The 50-minute class took place during the brand's annual conference at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star and featured BODYBAR's franchise owners and instructors nationwide, along with invited media. The class was led by certified BODYBAR Pilates instructor and BODYBAR's Chief Brand Officer, President and Co-Founder, Kamille McCollum, alongside a team of BODYBAR instructors.

"We wanted to celebrate Pilates' centennial and our 100th studio opening in a fun, meaningful way, and this event exceeded every expectation," said Kamille McCollum. "Bringing together 100 participants on 100 reformers was an incredible and unforgettable celebration of the power of Pilates. Plus, having our team members, franchise owners and instructors all participate made it even more special. This event is a testament to how far both Pilates and BODYBAR have come and the incredible fitness communities built along the way. Cheers to 100 more years!"

The record-setting event comes just days after another major milestone for the Texas-founded brand. On Tuesday, September 8, BODYBAR opened its 100th studio in Presidio in North Fort Worth, in the very market where the franchise began. The milestone marks a significant moment in the brand's growth as it continues expanding its footprint nationwide.

In 1926, Joseph and Clara Pilates opened their first Pilates studio in New York City. One hundred years later, BODYBAR Pilates did its part to honor the anniversary by bringing together 100 reformers and 100 participants moving as one.

The class was made possible by Balanced Body®, Inc., the global leader in the design and manufacturing of Pilates equipment and education, which provided all 100 reformers. Additional partners included McCollister's, handling shipping, setup and installation of the reformers; Pilabarre, the official grip sock sponsor for the class; FitRadio, providing on-site entertainment featuring resident DJ Stacie Hawk Carroll; and TAVI, gifting participants custom monogrammed "100" grip socks.

The event was independently organized and documented using standards consistent with formal record-keeping organizations. Verification materials, including participant counts, photographs and video documentation, have been compiled and are available upon request.

So what: If you purchased Capricor securities during the Class Period you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.

What to do next: To join the Capricor class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/capricor-therapeutics-inc-2026/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action. A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than September 28, 2026. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.

Why Rosen Law: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually handle securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm has achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered billions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar. Many of the firm's attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.

Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements and or failed to disclose that: (1) Capricor adopted changes to the pre-specified statistical analysis plan used to analyze clinical data for Deramiocel, a cell therapy; (2) the FDA had not agreed to those changes before Capricor resubmitted the Deramiocel Biologics License Application (the "BLA"); (3) as a result, there was a significant risk that the FDA could conclude the clinical results did not provide substantial evidence of effectiveness of Deramiocel; (4) as a result of the foregoing, there was a substantial risk to regulatory approval of Deramiocel for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy; and (5) as a result of the foregoing, defendants' positive statements about Capricor's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

To join the Capricor class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/cases/capricor-therapeutics-inc-2026/join or call Phillip Kim, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for information on the class action.

NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announces a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of common stock of Beta Bionics, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBNX) between July 30, 2025 and February 24, 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period"). A class action lawsuit has already been filed. Details of the case: According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements to the market about Beta Bionics' automated insulin delivery system for the treatment of diabetes, known as the iLet Bionic Pancreas insulin pump ("iLet"). The FDA had raised numerous serious issues with the iLet device itself, namely that the device was malfunctioning and dosing patients with dangerously high levels of insulin, causing hypoglycemic events. Thus, contrary to defendants' assertions that the complaints back-filed with the FDA pursuant to the Form 483 were of no moment and entirely benign, they instead numbered in the thousands and included hundreds of life-threatening events requiring significant medical intervention. Nor was the FDA satisfied with Beta Bionics' response to the issue, as Beta Bionics had utterly failed to implement any meaningful corrective actions. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
