COLUMBIA – November 03, 2026 -- Alair Homes has opened Alair Columbia in Missouri, led by Brad Young, founder of Columbia-based TigerTown Home Improvement, extending its network of independently owned custom home building and renovation businesses across North America.

Alair converts an established local builder instead of launching a greenfield office

Young becomes Partner of Alair Columbia and keeps his existing local team. He said clients will keep working with the same people, now backed by the Alair network.
