ATLANTA – October 28, 2026 -- Providi has launched as the corporate brand of the company behind electronic health record (EHR) products Cerbo and OptiMantra, which together serve nearly 7,000 cash-pay personalized care clinics.

The two companies combined in 2025 with a growth investment from Mainsail Partners. Cerbo and OptiMantra remain as product brands under Providi. Both have served the market since 2011.
