San Francisco – October 30, 2026 -- The Biological Computing Co. (TBC) launched mischief 1, an image-to-video AI model that generates video 5x faster than its base model, on the fal and OpenRouter marketplaces. TBC says it is the lowest-priced image-to-video model on both platforms.

The model is priced at half a cent per second of video. A five-second clip costs 2.5 cents, and 100 clips cost $2.50.

San Francisco – October 19, 2026 -- fal has launched FLUX 3 Max, a video generation model that produces a 10-second clip in 10.95 seconds, more than 22 times faster than Seedance 2.5 at the same reported image-to-video Elo rating of 1,139.

The model was post-trained by fal Research in collaboration with Black Forest Labs. It builds on the FLUX 3 foundation model through post-training, reinforcement learning and inference optimization.
