Stockholm – November 03, 2026 -- Svea Mining AB has appointed DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB as liquidity provider for its shares on Spotlight Stock Market, at a cost of SEK 25,000 per month excluding VAT. DNB Carnegie took up the role on October 27, 2026, the company's first day of trading under the ticker SVEA.
DNB Carnegie must quote both sides of the market for 85% of trading hours
Under Spotlight's liquidity provider rules, DNB Carnegie will post bid and ask prices for at least 85 percent of trading hours each day. Each quote must be for at least SEK 5,000 on both sides, with a maximum spread of 6 percent. The aim is to improve liquidity in the share and narrow the gap between bid and ask prices.

Six-month initial term converts to one-month rolling notice
The agreement runs for an initial six months, which puts the minimum fee commitment at SEK 150,000 excluding VAT. After that it continues until either party ends it with one month's notice.
