Tampa – November 02, 2026 -- Diners at Bonefish Grill can order two new limited-time entrées designed by celebrity chef Robert Irvine through Dec. 31, and $1 from every one sold goes to the Robert Irvine Foundation.
Two dishes, one ribeye and one grouper, are exclusive to Bonefish Grill
The Wood-Grilled Sage Ribeye is a 13-ounce cut finished with a smoked sage demi-glace, topped with crispy onions and garnished with fried sage. It comes with the restaurant's signature garlic whipped potatoes and a seasonal vegetable.
The Thai Coastal Grouper is wood-grilled and finished with a Thai green curry sauce and a pineapple salsa. It is garnished with pickled Peruvian drop peppers and served with jasmine rice.
Each dish sold sends $1 to support service members and first responders
The donation applies to every Wood-Grilled Sage Ribeye and Thai Coastal Grouper sold. It funds the foundation's work in food access, wellness, education and community for service members, veterans, first responders and their families.
Guests can also give directly by rounding up their check total through Dec. 1.
"Food has always been about more than what's on the plate," said Irvine, founder of the foundation. He said he hopes diners enjoy the dishes knowing every order helps the foundation keep taking care of those who serve. Bonefish Grill President John Bettin said giving back to this community is deeply meaningful to the company.
Veterans Day brings a free appetizer and drink on Nov. 11
On Nov. 11, veterans, active-duty and retired military members, first responders and their families can visit any Bonefish Grill location. Each receives a complimentary order of Bang Bang Shrimp and a nonalcoholic beverage.
