Orthocell Posts Record U.S. Remplir Sales of AU$279,000 in October

Perth – November 01, 2026 -- Orthocell Limited (ASX: OCC) sold 92 units of its Remplir nerve repair wrap in the U.S. in October 2026, generating AU$279,000 in revenue, an 84% increase on the average monthly sales of 50 units in Q1 FY27.

It is the strongest month of U.S. sales since the product launched. The company released the figures ahead of its Annual General Meeting on 6 November 2026. Standard quarterly reporting will continue after the meeting.

Surgeon adoption and distributor reach drive the October uplift

Orthocell attributes the result to four factors: growing surgeon adoption, increasing repeat use, a larger base of actively selling distributor representatives and broader hospital access across key U.S. markets. Remplir is a collagen nerve wrap for the repair and protection of peripheral nerves. It is FDA-cleared and manufactured by Orthocell in Australia.

The company says hospital access expands through Value Assessment Committee (VAC) approvals, and that adoption follows a progressive path as surgeons become familiar with a new treatment option.

CEO Anderson links revenue to 12 months of U.S. groundwork

CEO and Managing Director Paul Anderson said the groundwork laid over the past 12 months is now translating into revenue and that Remplir is "gaining traction in the U.S. market." He added that establishing a new medical technology in a large market takes sustained effort. Orthocell's stated priorities are accelerating surgeon adoption, expanding hospital access and increasing product utilisation.

Board expands manufacturing capacity ahead of expected demand

Chairman John Van Der Wielen said Orthocell has invested in the commercial infrastructure needed to support Remplir's expansion. The company is also expanding manufacturing capacity in anticipation of higher demand. Remplir holds regulatory approvals in seven international jurisdictions, which Orthocell cites alongside its established manufacturing capability as the base for continued commercial growth.

The Board said it remains confident in the product's U.S. market potential. Orthocell described October's result as evidence of strengthening commercial momentum and as support for its outlook for continued Remplir revenue growth.
