SKINNSKATTEBERG – October 30, 2026 -- Systemair (NASDAQ Stockholm: SYSR) increased its share count by 65,741 in October 2026, lifting the total number of shares and votes to 208,231,189 as of October 30, 2026.

LTIP 2023 warrant exercise drives the increase

The new shares resulted from employees exercising warrants for the subscription of new shares under the company's long-term incentive program, LTIP 2023. The Annual General Meeting approved the program on 31 August 2023.

The increase equals roughly 0.03% of the share base, which stood at about 208.17 million shares before the October exercises. Systemair's share capital now amounts to SEK 52,057,797.25.

Systemair holds 640,000 treasury shares

As of the date of the announcement, the company holds 640,000 treasury shares, about 0.31% of the total. That leaves 207,591,189 shares outstanding excluding treasury holdings.

The ventilation group reported sales of SEK 12.5 billion in the 2025/26 financial year. It employed approximately 7,400 people and operates in 51 countries.
