TORONTO – October 30, 2026 -- Orvana Minerals Corp. (TSX: ORV) reported a top intercept of 1.33 m at 116.41 g/t gold and 0.47% copper at its Breccia East zone in Spain. The hole sits within a 4.17 m interval grading 39.85 g/t Au and 0.34% Cu (DDH 26BX1094). The results come from 53 drill holes completed across the El Valle-Boinás and Carlés deposits in the second half of fiscal 2026, ended September 30, 2026.
Breccia East delivers 15.08 m at 10.68 g/t Au and remains open at depth
The El Valle-Boinás campaign totalled 6,537 metres, focused on oxide mineralized bodies. Breccia East accounted for 5,687 metres, Area 208 for 742 metres and Boinás East for 108 metres.
At Breccia East, 3,959 metres were infill drilling to support a potential conversion of Inferred Mineral Resources to Indicated in a future resource update. Orvana stresses there is no certainty that any conversion will occur. The remaining 1,728 metres were brownfield drilling. The company interprets it as showing depth continuity of one mineralized band, and brownfield drilling intersected gold at the 300 m level.
Other Breccia East intercepts, reported as approximate true widths:
- DDH 26BX1118: 15.08 m at 10.68 g/t Au and 0.27% Cu
- DDH 26BX1120: 3.39 m at 16.77 g/t Au and 1.92% Cu
- DDH 26BX1105: 3.31 m at 15.80 g/t Au and 0.23% Cu
- DDH 26BX1116: 1.79 m at 7.21 g/t Au and 1.49% Cu
Structural complexity limits average grades to about 4 g/t Au in typical horizons
Breccia East occupies a fault zone at the limestone-sandstone contact. A NW-SE fault system produces significant offsets and thickness variations. The subvertical bands average roughly 20 metres wide in the south and narrow to around 7 metres in the north.
Gold is typically concentrated in horizons 2 to 3 metres wide, with average grades of about 4 g/t Au. Higher-grade pockets appear in the southern portion of the structure, as in DDH 26BX1118.
Area 208 returns 4.77 m at 4.50 g/t Au and shows similarities to Breccia East
Three holes totalling 742 metres (482 metres infill, 260 metres brownfield) were drilled at Area 208. DDH 26A22025 returned 4.77 m at 4.50 g/t Au and 0.32% Cu. Mineralized bands there are 5-10 m thick. Orvana points to similarities with Breccia East that suggest a correlation between the two structures.
At Boinás East, one 108-metre infill hole completed delineation of a mining stope in the magnesian skarn.
Carlés Northwest gets 1,197 metres of drilling to define its northeastern extension
At Carlés, 1,046 metres of infill and 151 metres of brownfield drilling targeted the northeastern extension of the Northwest zone between the -35 and +50 levels. The zone remains open at depth and is slated for future drilling.
Samples were analyzed at Orovalle's laboratory, with gold determined by fire assay and AAS finish. Guadalupe Collar Menéndez, a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 and an employee of subsidiary Orovalle Minerals S.L., approved the technical data. She is not independent of the company.
