New Eagle Hill Survey Finds HR's Problem Isn't Too Much Work -- It's Poorly Designed Work

Despite Strong Confidence in AI and Automation, HR Professionals Remain Burdened by Fragmented Systems, Inefficient Workflows, and Repetitive Administrative Tasks

ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Human resources professionals overwhelmingly believe artificial intelligence and automation can improve their work, yet many remain trapped in inefficient processes that prevent them from focusing on strategic priorities, according to new research from Eagle Hill Consulting.

The Eagle Hill Consulting HR Technology and Service Delivery Survey finds that 86% of HR professionals surveyed say automation or AI helps them deliver better service to the business, and 91% say it makes it easier to access the information they need to do their jobs. Yet 51% report spending at least half of their workweek on routine, repetitive, or low-value administrative work.

Access the research. Register for a webinar on Wednesday, October 14 , 2026, at 12 PM ET for a discussion of the research and what it means for organizations pursuing HR transformation.

The findings suggest that technology alone is not solving HR's biggest challenges. Instead, poorly designed workflows, fragmented systems, and unclear processes continue to create friction across the HR function.

"HR's challenge isn't a lack of technology. In many organizations, it's the way work is designed," said Melissa Jezior, president and chief executive officer of Eagle Hill Consulting. "Organizations have invested heavily in AI, automation, and other technologies, but too often those tools are layered onto disconnected processes that were never designed to work together. Technology can accelerate good work, but it cannot fix broken workflows."

The survey reveals significant operational challenges within HR organizations:

- 62% of HR professionals surveyed and 67% of senior business leader customers surveyed report frequent service delivery challenges, including slow response times, too many handoffs, inconsistent processes, unclear ownership, and manual work.

- 84% of senior leaders surveyed say HR requests often require additional follow-up or rework.

- 91% of HR professional respondents use two or more systems to complete a single HR-related task, while 43% use three or more systems.

- 78% regularly enter the same information into multiple systems.

- 68% rely on workarounds to complete their work, like spreadsheets, shared drives, or manual tracking, .

- 70% say time spent on HR administrative tasks often prevents them from focusing on more strategic priorities.

While confidence in AI is high, the research also points to gaps in governance and integration. Ninety percent of HR respondents trust AI at least somewhat to help them do their work. However, when using AI or automation in their work, 37% report frequent integration challenges, 36% say they are often or always unclear how AI-generated outputs were created, and 32% report frequent challenges with incomplete information.

According to Eagle Hill research, successful HR transformation begins with a cooperative approach that engages employees closest to the work. By identifying friction points, redesigning processes, and improving service delivery, organizations can better align people, processes, data, and technology to drive meaningful business outcomes.

"The organizations seeing the greatest return on technology investments are redesigning work itself," Jezior said. "They start by understanding how work actually gets done, where friction exists, and how employees experience HR services. Technology becomes far more effective when it supports better ways of working rather than simply automating inefficient ones."

The survey findings are detailed in Eagle Hill Consulting's new report, HR's Problem Isn't Too Much Work. It's Poorly Designed Work.

The Eagle Hill Consulting HR Technology and Service Delivery Survey was conducted by Ipsos from March 3-9, 2026, via an online survey in the U.S. For this survey, Ipsos recruited a sample of 200 HR professionals from various industries using B2B panel samples. To qualify for the survey, respondents had to be employed full-time and work for an organization with annual revenue of $100+ million. No post-hoc weights were applied to the data and the findings reflect the opinion of these respondents.

Bitwise Publishes Inaugural Report on How the World's Largest Institutions Are Investing in Crypto Today
Image File
Original HTML

Not one of the 15 institutions interviewed reduced its crypto allocation through a roughly 50% drawdown, and none named price as a reason they would sell. Bitwise expects a majority of institutional investors to hold crypto within five years.

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bitwise Asset Management, a global crypto asset manager with $9 billion in client assets, today released Institutional Crypto Adoption, a study drawn from in-depth interviews with the senior investment professionals responsible for crypto allocation decisions at 15 of the world's largest institutions, including endowments, foundations, public pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, multi-family offices, investment consultants, and public companies.

Institutions rarely disclose their crypto positions, whether for competitive or reputational reasons. This study intends to break through that silence by asking allocators directly what they hold, how much, why, and what would make them sell.

The findings suggest adoption is happening faster and more durably than the general public realizes, and support Bitwise's position that a majority of institutional investors will hold crypto within five years.

Five key findings from the Institutional Crypto Adoption report:

Institutional crypto capital proved sticky through the drawdown. Crypto markets fell roughly 50% between Q4 2025 and Q2 2026. Not one institution interviewed reduced its allocation over that period, and several bought more. No institution named a price decline as a reason it would sell.

Bitcoin is the universal institutional conviction asset. Every institution interviewed that owns crypto owns bitcoin. For almost all of them it was their first, largest, and longest-held crypto asset, most often framed as a store of value and frequently paired explicitly with gold as a fiat debasement hedge.

Ethereum and Solana are held as thesis-dependent bets. Institutions that own these assets hold smaller positions, on shorter horizons, with explicit exit conditions tied to whether value accrues to the underlying token. Several said plainly that if meaningful adoption does not materialize in the next few years, they will sell.

Allocation sizes are small now, but the direction is up. Crypto allocations ranged from 0.5% to 13% of investable assets, with most between 1% and 2%, typically split across ETFs, direct ownership, venture capital, and hedge funds.

Spot ETFs have reshaped institutional access. Almost every institution interviewed either uses spot ETFs or plans to, citing lower all-in cost, lower operational burden, and the fact that ETFs make crypto look more familiar from a back-office perspective. Because some institutions deliberately use vehicles that bypass 13F visibility, estimates of institutional ownership drawn from 13F filings should be read as a floor rather than a ceiling.

Note: All allocation figures and characterizations above are as described by the institutions interviewed. All quotes are anonymized.

"Institutional investors are embracing crypto as an important component of their portfolios," said Matt Hougan, Chief Investment Officer at Bitwise. "The adoption is happening faster and more durably than the general public may realize."

Hougan added: "Crypto markets fell roughly 50% between Q4 2025 and Q2 2026, yet not one institution we interviewed reduced its allocation during the sell-off, while several bought more. When asked what would prompt them to exit, none of them said price. This cuts against the common assumption that institutions are weak hands in a crypto drawdown."

"What stands out across these conversations is how consistent the thinking has become. Institutions with different mandates, governance, and constraints have arrived at a strikingly similar view of how to approach crypto in their portfolios," said Ryan Rasmussen, Head of Research at Bitwise. "It's Bitcoin as the anchor, often held alongside gold, while Ethereum and Solana are earning their place. That pattern held across the world's largest institutions—sovereign wealth funds to endowments, pensions, and foundations."

The workforce management (WFM) market is driven by the escalating need for improved labor productivity, optimized staffing, and enhanced employee experience across industries. Cloud-based WFM platforms and mobile applications enable real-time visibility into workforce activities, automated time and attendance tracking, and intelligent scheduling, helping organizations reduce labor inefficiencies and improve operational accuracy. Integrating AI and analytics strengthens demand forecasting, skills-based scheduling, and compliance automation, helping businesses better manage dynamic workforce needs and minimize labor-related risks.

The shift toward subscription-based and SaaS delivery models has further accelerated adoption, making WFM solutions more scalable and cost-effective for enterprises of all sizes. Rising compliance pressures such as overtime regulations, wage transparency laws, and industry-specific labor standards are pushing organizations to adopt WFM tools to maintain accuracy and governance. Growing demand for hybrid work enablement, employee self-service tools, and real-time workforce insights is also driving market expansion. Additionally, industries with large, distributed, and shift-intensive workforces such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics are increasingly relying on WFM platforms to balance labor costs, strengthen workforce engagement, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Request for Proposal: https://www.marketsandmarkets.com/requestsampleNew.asp?id=27548173

The services segment is expected to register the fastest growth rate during the forecast period.

Organizations increasingly rely on expert support to implement, optimize, and manage complex workforce systems. As businesses adopt advanced WFM solutions that integrate scheduling, timekeeping, analytics, and compliance, specialized consulting, integration, and managed services become essential to ensure seamless deployment and alignment with operational workflows. The rising shift toward AI-driven forecasting, mobile workforce enablement, and global compliance automation further increases the need for ongoing technical expertise and customized configuration. Additionally, enterprises facing skill gaps in IT and HR technology management prefer outsourcing maintenance, system updates, and performance tuning to service providers. Managed services are also gaining traction as companies aim to reduce administrative burden, focus on strategic functions, and continuously optimize their WFM platforms. The growing demand for multi-country rollouts, interoperability with ERP and payroll systems, and real-time data analytics support reinforces the strong growth outlook for the services segment throughout the forecast period.

On-premises deployment type is projected to hold the largest market share during the forecast period.

On-premises deployment continues to hold the largest market value in the Workforce Management Market because of strong adoption among industries with strict security, data sovereignty, and operational control requirements. Sectors such as manufacturing, energy & utilities, government, banking, and healthcare rely on highly customized, tightly integrated workforce systems that align with complex labor environments, union rules, and industry-specific compliance mandates. These organizations often require full control over their data infrastructure, especially when handling sensitive employee information or operating in regions with stringent regulatory frameworks. On-premises systems also allow deeper integration with legacy ERP, payroll, and operational technologies, making them better suited to large enterprises with established IT ecosystems. Additionally, companies with limited cloud readiness, remote connectivity constraints, or mission-critical operations prefer the reliability, performance consistency, and configurability of on-premises solutions. While cloud adoption is accelerating, entrenched presence, long lifecycle deployments, and high switching costs ensure on-premises workforce management platforms will continue to drive the highest market value during the forecast period.

North America accounts for the largest market during the forecast period.

North America is expected to hold the largest market value in the workforce management (WFM) market, driven by early technology adoption, strong enterprise digitization, and a well-established ecosystem of WFM vendors. Organizations across the US and Canada are rapidly modernizing their labor operations to address rising labor costs, complex compliance requirements, and persistent skill shortages. Industries such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics are accelerating the use of AI-driven scheduling, automated time and attendance, workforce analytics, and cloud-based payroll to enhance productivity and operational resilience.

The region also benefits from widespread cloud maturity and faster integration of advanced capabilities such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and mobile workforce applications. Large enterprises and mid-sized organizations continue to prioritize WFM investments to optimize labor utilization, support hybrid and flexible work models, and strengthen regulatory compliance under state-level labor laws. Leading providers such as ADP, Workday, Oracle, Dayforce, and UKG also drive continuous innovation and high adoption rates. As workforce dynamics evolve, North America remains at the forefront of WFM solution deployment, driving substantial market growth through its strong technological infrastructure and focus on workforce efficiency.

Workforce Management Market - Investment & funding +Merger & Acquisition

Investment Funding Context

The Workforce Management (WFM) market is seeing steady consolidation, driven by platform bundling, upmarket expansion, and AI-enabled scheduling capabilities across HCM and payroll vendors. In January 2025, Paychex entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Paycor for an enterprise value of approximately USD 4.1 billion, a deal the companies described as extending workforce management, talent, and payroll capability upmarket, with the transaction closing in April 2025. UKG followed with two further bolt-on acquisitions in 2025, expanding its scheduling and payroll capability for mission-critical and SMB segments. Growth-stage investment in WFM-specific platforms is expected to continue alongside the consolidation activity. Superscout data show USD 4.93 billion was invested in HR and work technology through the first three quarters of 2025, a 20% increase over the same period in 2024, with WFM platform Job&Talent raising a USD 101 million Series F round in April 2025 and scheduling vendor Legion raising a USD 50 million Series C round in December 2024.

Revenue Shift Context

The market showcases a shift in Workforce Management (WFM) revenue from legacy, on-premises deployments toward newer, higher-growth delivery models and solution categories. The global WFM market is projected to rise from USD 9.57 billion in 2025 to USD 17.18 billion by 2031, a CAGR of 10.1%, with much of the growth concentrated in the workforce optimization and analytics solution segment, which is expected to grow at the fastest CAGR of 13.2% as organizations use data to improve staffing, productivity, and labor planning. Meanwhile, legacy delivery is shifting more slowly; on-premises deployment is expected to hold the largest market share in 2025, though cloud-based delivery is expected to grow at the fastest CAGR as organizations prioritize scalable, low-maintenance, cost-efficient WFM solutions.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Mergers and acquisitions in the Workforce Management (WFM) market reached a landmark point in 2025, headlined by the largest deal in Paychex history, with buyers prioritizing mature, upmarket-ready platforms over point solutions. Two deals defined the year: Paychex's acquisition of Paycor and UKG's expansion of its scheduling capability through the Shiftboard acquisition.

Avalara Ushers in New Era of Agentic Tax and Compliance with Avalara Aviator

Avalara's new agent hub brings together specialized AI agents to execute complex tax and compliance workflows while keeping people in control of the decisions that matter

DURHAM, N.C., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Avalara, Inc., the agentic AI leader in global tax and compliance, today unveiled Avalara Aviator at its CRUSH customer and partner conference. The new agent hub for tax and compliance turns days of manual work into minutes of oversight, with an audit-defensible record for every action.

As businesses expand across markets, channels, and business models, tax and compliance requirements are becoming more interconnected, more digital, and increasingly real-time. For years, tax software has automated individual compliance tasks, but much of the work between those tasks has remained manual and siloed. Avalara Aviator is designed to close that gap with intelligent agents that can understand context, coordinate work, monitor variance, and take action. Humans delegate the work while remaining in control of the decisions.

"Our customers need a system they can trust to get real work done," said Hugo Sarrazin, Chief Executive Officer at Avalara. "Avalara Aviator fulfills that need. It's built on more than 22 years of closed-loop compliance data, which informs every calculation, every filing, and every report. And that's what enables us to turn days of manual compliance work into minutes of confident oversight."

A turning point for compliance

For years, tax software has automated discrete compliance tasks, such as calculating taxes, filing returns, and managing exemption certificates. While that sped up each task, finance professionals have been left bridging the gaps between them, such as having to manage configurations, interpret reports, chase approvals, and understand how to construct business logic to meet their requirements.

Avalara is the first company to bridge these industry-wide deficits by bringing specialized AI agents, tax and compliance workflows, and Avalara's trusted compliance technology into a connected agent hub. This helps customers move from understanding what needs to happen to getting the work done.

Customers interact with Avalara Aviator in plain language through Avi, its orchestrator AI agent. Avi can orchestrate by reaching out to "lead agents" that oversee key areas like research, certificates, and returns. The agents validate, reconcile, proactively surface insights, and execute compliance work, while keeping people in control of decisions requiring judgment and oversight.

The initial Avalara Aviator experience supports compliance operations, including capabilities that help customers:

- Map products to tax codes

- Report transaction and tax liability data

- Validate exemption certificates

- Auto-generate tax matrices

- Analyze results across multiple applications

- Configure custom rules

For example, a customer can describe a needed tax rule in plain language. Avi then drafts the rule, simulates its impact on past transactions, and flags any conflicts with other rules. The customer reviews and approves the change before Avi activates the rule.

Avalara Aviator is initially being delivered to existing customers at no additional cost. Over time, Avalara plans to extend agentic capabilities across more of the compliance lifecycle and into the ERP, e-commerce, finance, and collaboration platforms customers already use. The goal is to make Avalara's trusted tax and compliance platform available wherever work is happening.

Built for trust, accuracy, and control

Generic AI tools can struggle with complex, multi-step workflows that require context, accuracy, and continuity over time. They can't connect to critical business systems fast enough to be useful, and they aren't purpose-built for the accuracy that business-critical workflows demand.

In contrast, Avalara Aviator combines agentic AI with the compliance infrastructure Avalara has built for more than 22 years. That includes proprietary data and learnings from the market's most trusted tax and compliance platform.

The result is an agentic experience designed to go beyond plausible answers and deliver source-backed, explainable, and expert-verified outcomes customers can understand, trust, and defend.

Preya Chandan, Senior Tax Accountant with Singer Equipment Company, Inc., a distributor of foodservice equipment and an Avalara Aviator beta customer, said the technology has changed how she approaches her work.

"As a tax accountant focused on audit readiness, I need tools that go beyond answering questions to help me think about the ones I haven't asked yet," Chandan said. "Avalara Aviator does that in one place, explaining taxability in plain language, surfacing considerations I might have missed, and providing trusted research I can rely on for detailed, defensible work."

Industry analysts say that a combination of usefulness and defensibility is particularly important as AI moves deeper into regulated business processes.

"Agentic AI adoption in finance has moved well beyond exploration, and the question is now about how to broadly scale its use," said Kevin Permenter, Research Director at IDC. "Finance teams are prioritizing agentic AI because they see it as an important operational capability. Scaling that impact depends on security and compliance, data quality and governance, and reliable outputs. That's why many finance organizations lean toward agent capabilities that sit directly alongside their core SaaS systems, where existing security controls and financial data models are already established."

The next era of agentic tax and compliance

Avalara Aviator advances Avalara's broader vision for agentic tax and compliance: intelligent systems that find and manage risk before it finds you. It's designed to not only monitor but proactively recommend actions. Upcoming enhancements will include features such as self-healing, in which agents examine changes to your business and recommend fixes to root discrepancies before they can turn into filing liabilities. It will be able to catch anomalies unloading a traditional human review onto an agentic worker.

Avalara Aviator will be generally available following next month's Avalara CRUSH Europe event.

Helsinki Tops Global Destination Sustainability Index for the Third Year in a Row

Helsinki Tops Global Destination Sustainability Index for the Third Year in a Row

HELSINKI, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Helsinki has once again been ranked first in the Global Destination Sustainability (GDS) Index, for the third year in a row. The latest results were published on Wednesday 23 September.

The international Global Destination Sustainability (GDS) Index measures the sustainability of tourist destinations in four different categories based on more than 70 indicators. Over a hundred cities around the world committed to sustainability are included in the comparison, and for the third year in a row, Helsinki tops the list.

"Securing the top position for the third consecutive year demonstrates that sustainability is not a one-off achievement but a long-term strategic commitment. This recognition reaffirms that Helsinki is moving in the right direction and inspires us to continue raising the bar," states Nina Vesterinen, Director of Tourism, City of Helsinki.

The timing of the publication of this year's index is particularly significant, as the EU's new 'Empowering Consumers Directive' (EmpCo) enters into force. This directive aims to combat unsubstantiated claims about sustainability efforts by requiring sustainability claims to be backed up by independently verifiable empirical data. "Considering the EmpCo directive, topping this year's GDS Index is one of the proofs that Helsinki's sustainability efforts are not just words, but are measurable and verifiable," according to Vesterinen.

Helsinki's sustainability is built on cooperation

The GDS Index assesses sustainability in four categories: environmental performance, supply chains, destination management and social sustainability. Helsinki's sustainability as a tourist destination is the result of cooperation between many operators. For example, the increasing number of companies with environmental certifications and the more climate-friendly production of district heating and electricity have helped Helsinki reach the top of the list.

"Achieving the top ranking in the GDS Index reflects the strength of collaboration in Helsinki. For years, the city, tourism and event businesses, and numerous partners have worked together to make Helsinki a more sustainable destination," comments Tourism Director Vesterinen.

Helsinki as a global leader

Sitting in the top spot is not unusual for Finns, as Finland famously ranks as the Happiest Country in the World for the 9th year in a row according to the World Happiness Report. The continuation of Helsinki's success in the GDS Index result strengthens Helsinki's position as an internationally attractive tourism and events destination.

The results of the GDS Index emphasise Helsinki as a global leader in several sustainability metrics. For example, 98% of hotels with more than 50 rooms are environmentally certified, compared to the European average of just 10%. If other destinations are looking to improve on sustainability efforts in their cities, Helsinki stands out as a great model to follow. And despite nearly perfect scores in certain categories, Helsinki's work is not finished.

The introduction of the EU's Empowering Consumers Directive reshapes how sustainability is marketed and discussed across the EU's public and private sectors. Namely, the directive bans generic claims such as 'sustainability,' 'eco-friendly,' and 'green' without clear and verifiable evidence to support these claims. As businesses and destinations alike scramble to find data to back their claims in light of this new directive, Helsinki benefits from several independent third-party data sets such as the GDS Index. Not only does the data affirm Helsinki's sustainability efforts but also demonstrates just how impressive Helsinki's metrics are compared to other destinations.

Tourism and city growth call for continued sustainability efforts

While this year's results are remarkable, Helsinki is pushing further. With a 93% score in the GDS Index, there is still room for improvement and Helsinki's tourism director indicates the city if moving full force to improve on this year's results.

The City of Helsinki has several sustainability-related projects and measures underway, such as establishing a working group called 'Sustainability Leaders' as part of the Helsinki Makers networks, activating local leaders in promoting sustainable focused activities across the city.

"We are delighted with Helsinki's great ranking again, but at the same time it sets high goals for us to remain at the top of the Index in the future. According to Helsinki's new tourism and events development program, tourism and events will be developed through practices that support sustainability, while aiming for year-round availability, strengthening the city's attractiveness and extending the stay of tourists. That is why we want to invest in sustainability in close collaboration with tourism and events companies and other actors," comments Tourism Director Vesterinen.

"Despite its sustainability credentials, Helsinki as a tourist destination still has room for improvement. Finding a balance is not an easy task, but we are doing our best. A large proportion of international tourists visiting the city arrive by boat or by air, the climate impacts of which we acknowledge. Accordingly, we are aiming to attract more and more tourists from Finland and neighboring European regions," concludes Vesterinen.

Outdoor Living Expert Klint Reiber Explains How to Choose the Right Outdoor Living Partner in HelloNation
Image File
Original HTML

The article explains how local experience, communication, craftsmanship, and integrity can guide homeowners when selecting a partner for an outdoor living project.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- How do homeowners choose the right outdoor living partner in Colorado Springs? That question is answered in a HelloNation article featuring insights from Klint Reiber of Colorado Custom Decks & Mosaic Outdoor Living in Colorado Springs. The feature explains how an outdoor living partner, Colorado Springs' expertise, craftsmanship, integrity, long-term performance, local experience, and durable design all influence the success of an outdoor environment. It also highlights why the right partner offers clarity, communicates openly, and brings proven experience to every part of the project.

The article begins by noting that choosing an outdoor living partner shapes the entire experience. Colorado Springs' weather demands more from design and construction because of strong sun exposure, sudden winds, and shifting conditions. Teams with decades of local experience understand how elevation affects materials, how seasonal weather shapes construction timing, and how wind patterns influence structural choices. This type of guidance becomes especially important early in the process, when decisions about materials, layout, and structure create the foundation for long-term performance. Homeowners in Monument experience many of these same conditions, which means their outdoor living spaces also depend on partners who understand local weather patterns and long-term performance needs.

Communication is another sign of a trustworthy outdoor living partner. Homeowners want to know the process, the timeline, and the purpose behind each recommendation. A partner who communicates clearly helps prevent surprises and builds trust from the beginning. The feature explains that a dependable team listens to homeowner preferences and responds with insight shaped by years of Colorado Springs expertise. This collaborative communication supports a smooth working relationship and ensures decisions feel clear and well understood.

Craftsmanship plays a major role in long-term performance. High-quality construction shows in how materials fit together, how structural elements handle weather stress, and how the space feels over time. The article highlights that a partner focused on craftsmanship pays attention to details that may not be visible at first but become essential as the seasons change. These details include accurate framing, secure fastening, and careful material installation. A partner committed to craftsmanship explains why certain methods matter in Colorado Springs and how they protect the space from wind, sun, and winter storms.

Integrity influences every stage of the project. A partner who values integrity is open about timelines, transparent about costs, and honest about what each part of the project requires. They prioritize long-term performance over short-term convenience. This allows homeowners to feel supported throughout the process. Because Colorado Springs' weather places stress on outdoor environments, integrity ensures that durable design is never sacrificed.

Proven experience is another important factor in choosing an outdoor living partner. Teams that have worked in Colorado Springs for years understand how to navigate hillside properties, soil movement, elevation effects, and temperature swings. They know which features support year-round comfort and can make practical recommendations based on real projects in the region. Experience shows in the planning process, in problem-solving, and in consistent quality across all phases of construction. Homeowners can trust partners with a strong track record because they know what it takes to build durable outdoor environments.

The article also explains that the right outdoor living partner respects the homeowner's vision. They help refine ideas, guide decisions, and offer practical solutions without pushing the project in an unwanted direction. Instead, they build from the homeowner's goals and ensure the final space reflects daily routines and personal preferences. This approach results in a space that feels meaningful and fits comfortably with the home while performing well in Colorado Springs' weather.

A strong partner often feels more like a neighbor than a salesperson. They understand the community because they live and build in the same environment. Their decisions come from local experience shaped by the same wind, sun, and seasonal changes that affect the homeowner. This background allows them to approach each design with a clear understanding that the space must remain stable, attractive, and usable throughout the year. When craftsmanship, integrity, and local experience come together, the project becomes a collaborative effort that results in a comfortable and durable outdoor environment.

The HelloNation article concludes that choosing the right outdoor living partner in Colorado Springs means selecting a team that respects the homeowner's goals, understands the region's challenges, and builds with long-term performance in mind. This combination helps create a smooth process and a final result that feels strong, inviting, and ready for year-round use.
