MS NOW Racks up 12 Year October Lows in Total Viewers and 24 Year Lows in A25-54 Demo for Midterm Year

NEW YORK, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FOX News Media continued to dominate across linear and digital platforms in October, leading cable news viewership while outpacing competitors on YouTube and digital platforms. According to Nielsen Media Research, FOX News Channel (FNC) finished as the number one cable network in total day with 1.1 million viewers, commanding more than 50% of the cable news audience in total day and primetime and beating CNN and MS NOW combined. FNC also remained the top cable network in primetime year-to-date and the only cable network averaging more than 1 million total day viewers, outperforming ESPN despite the return of college football and Monday Night Football. Additionally, FNC is pacing to be the highest rated midterm year with total day viewers. The network secured 99 of the top 100 cable news telecasts, swept cable news in total day and primetime for the 68th consecutive month and led all broadcast and cable networks in average minutes viewed per viewer. Meanwhile, CBS Mornings and 60 Minutes each posted their lowest-rated October in program history, with CBS Mornings falling below 1.8 million viewers for the fifth consecutive month. MS NOW recorded its lowest October total day and primetime viewership ahead of a midterm election since 2014 and its lowest performance in the 25-54 demo since before 2002.

Extending its multiplatform dominance, FOX News has generated more than 3.8 billion YouTube video views year-to-date, outperforming its closest news competitor, MS NOW, by more than 840 million views, or 28%, according to Emplifi. The network also surpassed CNN by more than 1.4 billion YouTube views. Meanwhile, FOX News Digital led the news competition during the third quarter with 4.6 billion multiplatform views and 10 billion multiplatform minutes, according to Comscore. The results underscore FOX News' ability to attract and engage audiences across television, social video and digital platforms.

Meanwhile, The Five (5 PM/ET), FNC's number one program, secured 2.7 million viewers, leading all of cable news across the board. At 8 PM/ET Jesse Watters Primetime led primetime, commanding over 2.3 million viewers. Hannity remained number one at 9 PM/ET with over 1.8 million viewers, surpassing the competition including MS NOW's Monday airing of The Rachel Maddow Show (1.7 million viewers). At 7 PM/ET, The Ingraham Angle posted over 1.9 million viewers, as Laura Ingraham continued her reign as the highest rated woman in cable news. FOX News @ Night with Trace Gallagher drew 1.1 million viewers at 11 PM/ET.

The network's nightly newscast Special Report with Bret Baier (6 PM/ET) averaged over 2 million viewers and continued to close the gap with the broadcast competition. In October, Special Report led CBS Evening News in five top markets across the country including Atlanta, Detroit, Raleigh-Durham, Norfolk and Birmingham.

FNC's signature morning show FOX & Friends (6-9 AM/ET) finished the month with nearly 1 million viewers and remained the number one cable news program in the mornings with the 25-54 demo for 68 consecutive months. FOX & Friends continued to make gains on CBS Mornings, besting the broadcast show in 15 major markets throughout October including Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Tampa, Orlando, Detroit, Cleveland and more. FOX & Friends First (5-6 AM/ET) averaged 416,000 viewers.

FNC's daytime lineup continued to crush the competition, led by its two-hour morning news program America's Newsroom with Bill Hemmer and Dana Perino (9-11 AM/ET), which saw 1.4 million viewers. The Faulkner Focus at 11 AM/ET and Outnumbered at 12 PM/ET each drew 1.4 million viewers. America Reports with John Roberts and Sandra Smith (1-3 PM/ET) garnered 1.3 million viewers, while Martha MacCallum's The Story averaged 1.4 million viewers. At 4 PM/ET, The Will Cain Show delivered 1.6 million viewers.

Exceeded shipment, sales, and earnings guidance and eclipsed first-year annual run-rate synergy target ahead of schedule while generating market share gains, productivity gains, and higher book value per share alongside excellent net working capital management

CHICAGO, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ryerson Holding Corporation (NYSE: RYZ), a leading value-added processor and distributor of industrial metals, today reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Highlights:

- Generated total Company revenue of $2.18 billion in the third quarter, exceeding the previously provided guidance range with total tons shipped 1.2% higher and average selling prices 7.2% higher sequentially. Excluding Olympic Steel, which generated $602 million of revenue during the quarter, same-store revenue was $1.58 billion, with sequential average selling prices increasing by 7.3% and tons shipped increasing by 1.8% to reach their highest quarterly level in over five years.

- Achieved total Company third quarter net income1 of $32.0 million, or $0.61 per diluted share, and Adjusted EBITDA, excluding LIFO2 of $115.0 million, exceeding guidance of $88 to $92 million. Olympic Steel contributed $30.2 million of Adjusted EBITDA, excluding LIFO, also exceeding guidance.

- Realized approximately $13 million in third quarter synergy benefits, representing $52 million on an annualized, run-rate basis and substantially exceeding the $40 million first-year target months ahead of schedule.

- Returned $13.6 million to stockholders during the quarter, comprised of $9.8 million in dividends and $3.8 million in share repurchases at prices below book value per share.

A reconciliation of non-GAAP financial measures to the comparable GAAP measure is included below in this news release.

Management Commentary

Eddie Lehner, Ryerson's Chief Executive Officer & Director, said, "Ryerson delivered an excellent third quarter, generating results above our guidance while eclipsing our first-year synergy run-rate target ahead of schedule. These simultaneous achievements reflect the resourcefulness, collaborative efforts, and passion of our teammates as our investments, commercial execution, and integration efforts came together to produce our best quarter of 2026. The strength we saw in daily shipment volumes and invoice counts defied normal industry seasonality, with AI infrastructure and power generation investment elevating overall demand through the quarter. I want to thank and recognize all of my RYZ colleagues for acting with shared purpose and empowering one another to create great customer experiences while translating the strengths of our combined enterprise into growth with greater earnings power. Two full quarters into the merger, our combined positive momentum continues to build further toward the formidable potential we believe our enterprise can realize in the quarters and years ahead."

Rick Marabito, Ryerson's President, Chief Operating Officer & Director added, "Resilient customer demand and strong execution across our expanded network drove our highest same-store quarterly shipments in more than five years. With industry inventories low and mill lead times extended, our greater scale and improving inventory visibility are helping our teams locate and share material, coordinate processing resources and meet customer needs across the combined enterprise. We are also aligning customer programs with the facilities best equipped to serve them, which is supporting higher asset utilization and a lower cost to serve while creating capacity for additional transactional business. Commercial synergies continue to exceed our expectations, and progress across our four synergy pillars reinforces our confidence in achieving our two-year target of $120 million in annual run-rate synergies. I want to thank our teams for putting our shared values of customer commitment, accountability and teamwork into action, delivering excellent customer experiences while building a stronger business for all our stakeholders."

Third Quarter Results

In the third quarter of 2026, Ryerson generated net sales of $2.18 billion, an increase of 8.6% compared to the previous quarter with total Company tons shipped 1.2% higher and average selling prices 7.2% higher quarter-over-quarter. Excluding Olympic Steel, which generated $602 million of revenue during the quarter, third quarter same-store net sales were $1.58 billion, an increase of 9.3% quarter-over-quarter with average selling prices 7.3% higher and tons sold 1.8% higher. Compared to the third quarter of 2025, same-store net sales increased by 35.7% with tons shipped 14.2% higher and average selling prices 18.7% higher. Third quarter demand was stronger than anticipated while carbon prices continued to rally at multi-year highs supported by trade policy, tight domestic supply, extended lead times, and multi-year lows in service center inventories. Prices for stainless products and aluminum products, in contrast, faced downward pressure due to the easing of nickel supply restrictions, leading to LME nickel price reversion, while aluminum prices remained volatile and trended lower as future supply expectations began to normalize later in the quarter.

Third quarter gross margin contracted by 50 basis points to 17.2%, compared to 17.7% in the prior quarter, as higher material costs flowed through ahead of corresponding price adjustments for program customers. Third quarter results also included a $4.0 million inventory purchase accounting charge to cost of materials sold, a decrease compared to the $15.7 million charge recorded in the second quarter, as we continued to sell through the inventory acquired in the Olympic Steel merger. Reflecting the rising price environment, third quarter LIFO expense was $30.0 million, compared to $17.0 million in the second quarter. Excluding both LIFO expense and purchase accounting adjustments, gross margin contracted by 60 basis points to 18.7%, compared to 19.3% in the second quarter of 2026.

Third quarter total Company warehousing, delivery, selling, general, and administrative expenses were $326.1 million, an increase of 1.6% compared to $320.9 million in the prior quarter, driven by variable compensation and producer inflationary cost pressures. Warehousing, selling, general, and administrative expenses as a percent of sales decreased to 15.0% from 16.0% in the second quarter and 17.3% in the third quarter of last year. On a per ton basis, these expenses were $401 in the third quarter compared with $399 in the second quarter and $413 in the year ago period.

Net income attributable to Ryerson Holding Corporation for the third quarter of 2026 was $32.0 million, or $0.61 per diluted share, compared to net income of $15.5 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, for the previous quarter and net loss of $14.8 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2025. After removing the impact of inventory purchase accounting adjustments, an insurance settlement gain, a litigation settlement gain, advisory service fees, and the related income tax effects of these items, Ryerson's third quarter Adjusted Net Income was $32.4 million, or $0.61 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA, excluding LIFO was $115.0 million in the third quarter of 2026 compared to $101.0 million in the second quarter of 2026 and $40.3 million in the year-ago period. On a same-store basis, excluding Olympic Steel's contributions, Ryerson generated Adjusted EBITDA, excluding LIFO of $84.8 million in the third quarter of 2026, compared to $77.5 million in the prior quarter.

Olympic Steel Integration & Financial Results

In the third quarter, Ryerson realized approximately $13 million of synergy benefits through procurement, efficiency, network optimization, and commercial enhancement actions, in-line with management's expectations. This represents synergy attainment of approximately $52 million on an annualized run-rate basis, substantially exceeding the Company's $40 million first-year target well ahead of its February 2027 merger anniversary. In the fourth quarter, management expects to achieve synergy benefits in the range of $14 million to $15 million, which would bring the Company's cumulative realization to approximately $33 million to $34 million in 2026. One-time costs to achieve these synergies have totaled $2.6 million through the third quarter of this year. Given the early attainment of the Company's first-year synergy target and the momentum building across all four of its synergy pillars, management remains confident in achieving its $120 million two-year annualized run-rate synergy target.

Olympic Steel contributed $602.1 million of revenue and $30.2 million of Adjusted EBITDA, excluding LIFO to Ryerson's third quarter results, exceeding management's expectations of $21 million to $23 million in Adjusted EBITDA, excluding LIFO.

Liquidity & Debt Management

Ryerson used $18.2 million in cash from operations in the third quarter as net income generation was offset by higher working capital requirements. This compares to a use of cash from operating activities of $5.6 million in the second quarter of 2026. The Company ended the third quarter of 2026 with debt of $1.01 billion and net debt of $966 million, an increase of $51 million and $53 million, respectively, compared to the second quarter of 2026, driven by higher working capital requirements in support of revenue growth.

Global liquidity, composed of cash and cash equivalents and availability on its revolving credit facilities, increased to $865 million as of September 30, 2026 compared to $757 million as of June 30, 2026, reflective of the Company's increased borrowing base from higher working capital.

Stockholder Return Activity

Dividends. On October 28, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per share of common stock, payable on December 17, 2026, to stockholders of record as of December 3, 2026.

Clayton Unveils First Look at "Built," a Documentary Exploring the Past, Present and Future of Factory-Built Housing in America

New teaser offers an early look at a documentary-short examining how affordable housing innovations are shaping the future of homeownership in America

MARYVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Clayton, a leading factory-built housing company, released the teaser for "Built: A Story of Factory-Built Housing in America", a documentary short film exploring the origins, evolution and future impact of factory-built construction through expert voices in housing, including the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, Oak Ridge History Museum and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Experience the full interactive Multichannel News Release here: https://www.multivu.com/clayton_home_builders/9373153-en-clayton-documentary-built-a-story-of-factory-built-housing-in-america

Presented by Clayton, directed by Barrett Burgin and produced by Big Slate Media, the documentary examines how factory-built housing has evolved to fit the needs of individuals and families across generations. Through interviews with historians, policy experts, researchers, builders and housing advocates, "Built" traces a story of manufactured housing innovation from the World War II era in Oak Ridge, TN, through today, exploring how factory-built housing has continued to respond to the nation's attainable housing supply challenges while creating new pathways to homeownership for more families.

Developed during two significant milestones for the industry, the 50th anniversary of the HUD Code's Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards and Clayton's 70th anniversary, "Built" seeks to provide expert perspectives on a category of housing that is often overlooked or misunderstood despite its longstanding role in American housing.

"One of the most fascinating things I've learned while making 'Built' is how factory-built housing has played a role in some of the most innovative periods in our nation's history," said Barrett Burgin, Director of "Built." "And yet, despite being around for generations, we continue to overlook its potential. I hope this film helps us reconsider manufactured housing as a forward-thinking solution to today's housing crisis, and challenges some of our assumptions about what a house is, and what it ought to be."

Through insights from industry experts, the documentary explores how affordable housing challenges have shaped hometowns and cities over time, how innovation often emerges in response to real needs and how the story of housing in America continues to be written for future generations of homeowners.

"Housing plays such a fundamental role in people's lives, yet the path to homeownership has become increasingly difficult for so many," said Dr. Chris Herbert, Managing Director of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies. "Modern manufactured housing, with the efficiencies of factory construction, offers an affordable solution that can help expand that path, and it deserves a more prominent place in the national conversation about how we address housing supply and affordability."

"Built" aims to serve as a long-term educational resource that encourages thoughtful conversations about housing while helping audiences better understand an important part of America's factory-built housing story.

The teaser and additional information about the documentary can be found here.

Lead program TTX-MC138 is in Phase 2a clinical development for ctDNA-positive colorectal cancer following curative-intent treatment

TransCode will evaluate strategic alternatives including licensing arrangements, development partnerships and other strategic transactions

BOSTON, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TransCode Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNAZ) ("TransCode" or the "Company"), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing RNA-based therapeutics and immuno-oncology treatments for high-risk and advanced cancers, today announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a formal strategic process to evaluate opportunities designed to maximize the value of the Company and its oncology portfolio, including its lead product candidate, TTX-MC138.

The process will evaluate a broad range of potential transactions involving the Company, its lead therapeutic candidate TTX-MC138 and its other oncology programs. Potential opportunities may include a licensing or sale of individual assets, development and commercialization partnerships, portfolio transactions, business combinations or other strategic transactions.

TransCode has engaged Tungsten Advisors as the Company's exclusive strategic financial advisor in connection with the process.

"TTX-MC138 has advanced into Phase 2a clinical development following our Phase 1a study, which provided initial safety data and reports of stable disease," said Philippe P. Calais, PharmD, PhD., CEO and Chairman. "We believe a formal strategic process will help us evaluate opportunities to support the continued development of TTX-MC138 and our broader oncology portfolio, while seeking to maximize value for our stockholders."

TTX-MC138 is an investigational RNA-based therapeutic designed to inhibit microRNA-10b (miR-10b), which is implicated in metastatic cancer cell survival and disease progression. The program is being evaluated in a Phase 2a trial in patients with circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA)-positive colorectal cancer following curative-intent therapy, in collaboration with Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative under its PRE-I-SPY program.

On October 13, 2026, TransCode and Natera, Inc. announced a collaboration to support enrollment in the Phase 2a trial. TransCode will use Natera's Signatera test to identify patients who have completed curative-intent therapy and test positive for molecular residual disease despite having no radiographic evidence of disease. The collaboration aims to improve identification of eligible patients at participating sites and support more efficient trial enrollment.

There can be no assurance that the strategic process will result in any transaction or other strategic outcome. TransCode does not intend to provide updates on the process unless and until its Board of Directors approves a specific transaction or course of action, or the Company otherwise determines that disclosure is appropriate or required.

About TransCode Therapeutics

TransCode Therapeutics is an immuno-oncology and targeted cancer therapy company with a focus on treating advanced malignancy. The company's lead therapeutic candidate, TTX-MC138, is focused on treating metastatic tumors that overexpress microRNA-10b, a unique, well-documented biomarker of metastasis, and is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2a trial under the PRE-I-SPY program in collaboration with Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative. In addition, TransCode has a portfolio of other first-in-class therapeutic candidates designed to mobilize the immune system to recognize and destroy cancer cells. For more information, visit www.transcodetherapeutics.com.

About TTX-MC138

TTX-MC138 is TransCode's lead therapeutic candidate and is designed to inhibit miR-10b. Its Phase 1a dose-escalation study in patients with advanced solid tumors met its primary safety endpoint, with no dose-limiting toxicities reported across the evaluated dose levels. In the Company's September 2026 update, 10 of 14 efficacy-evaluable patients achieved stable disease as their best overall response by investigator assessment. These preliminary findings require confirmation in larger studies.

The Phase 2a trial is designed to evaluate TTX-MC138 in up to 45 patients with colorectal cancer who have completed curative-intent treatment and have no radiographic evidence of disease but remain or become ctDNA-positive, indicating minimal residual disease. TTX-MC138 remains investigational and has not been approved for commercial use.

HERVolution Publishes Foundational Data Demonstrating Rationally Engineered HERV-K Antigens Can Break Immune Tolerance and Train Immune Cells to Target Cancer Cells
Image File
Original HTML

Peer-reviewed study describes the rationally engineered envelope modification underpinning HERVolution's lead program, IPT-001, and detects HERV-K expression across the majority of 43 cancer types in 1,353 patients

COPENHAGEN, Denmark and NEW YORK, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HERVolution Therapeutics ApS, a biotechnology company pioneering human endogenous retrovirus (HERV)-targeting immunotherapies for oncology, metabolic diseases, cellular senescence and longevity, today announced the publication of foundational data on its HERV-K platform in the peer-reviewed Journal of Translational Medicine. The article, titled "Engineering human endogenous retrovirus-K for improving immunogenicity and broad cancer targeting," is available online at https://doi.org/10.1186/s12967-026-09012-1.

The publication is a comprehensive data set detailing the science behind HERVolution's technology. Using patient tumor data, the manuscript first defines the rationale for selecting HERV-K (HML-2) as a broad tumor antigen. It then describes the rational protein engineering that breaks human immune tolerance and renders HERV-K visible to the immune system, and finally reports immunogenicity and anti-tumor activity across human cells, mice, transgenic mice, and non-human primates.

HERV-K expression is broad across human cancers

Analysing RNA sequencing data from 1,353 patients with advanced, predominantly pre-treated cancer enrolled in the Copenhagen Prospective Personalized Oncology study (CoPPO, NCT02290522), the authors detected HERV-K expression in nearly all cancer types examined, with the majority of patients showing more than 100 HML-2 reads per million total reads across 43 cancer types, cancers of unknown primary, and unclassified tumors. The finding extends earlier, indication-specific reports and supports the breadth of the opportunity for a HERV-K-directed therapy.

A single engineered substitution converts a tolerated self-antigen into an immunogen

Through a systematic mutational screen of the putative immunosuppressive domain (ISD) of the HERV-K envelope protein, the team identified the Q525A substitution â termed ISDmut â as the most potent activator of NF-κB signaling. To the authors' knowledge, this is the first immunostimulatory ISD mutation described for a β-retrovirus. In human monocyte-derived dendritic cells, ISDmut increased envelope antigen expression and shifted the transcriptional program away from cellular senescence and toward antigen presentation and programmed cell death pathways, while preserving virus-like particle assembly and prefusion envelope conformation. The co-expressed GAG-ENV cassette was also shown to abrogate envelope fusion activity, a relevant parameter for the safety profile of the construct.

Human T cells recognise HERV-K-expressing lung cancer cells

Dendritic cells transduced with adenoviral vectors encoding HERV-K-ISDmut expanded both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from healthy human donors. In an HLA-matched setting, the expanded CD8+ T cells recognised the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell line HCC827, with the response partially reversed by HLA class I blockade â direct evidence that the human T cell repertoire contains cells capable of targeting HERV-K on tumor cells. This observation is of particular relevance to HERVolution's planned first-in-human study in NSCLC.

In vivo, adenoviral and mRNA-LNP vectors encoding HERV-K-ISDmut elicited strong T cell and antibody responses in mice and broke tolerance in HERV-K transgenic animals. In an exploratory study in cynomolgus macaques, immunization raised HERV-K-specific antibodies capable of binding the envelope surface unit. In a murine metastatic renal carcinoma model expressing HERV-K, prime-boost immunization significantly improved clearance of lung metastases and overall survival relative to control, and benefitted from combination with anti-PD-1 therapy.

HERV-K enters the clinic as a vaccine target

The publication comes as HERV-K is gaining acceptance as a clinically actionable antigen. In January 2026 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration cleared an Investigational New Drug application for a third-party self-amplifying RNA cancer vaccine encoding the HERV-K envelope protein, and the first patient was dosed in July 2026 in a Phase 1 study in triple-negative breast cancer. That a HERV-K envelope-directed immunotherapy has been permitted to proceed into human dosing supports the regulatory acceptability of HERV-K as a target class. HERVolution's approach is differentiated by its rationally engineered ISDmut antigen, which is designed to overcome the immune tolerance that has historically limited responses to native HERV-K sequences, and by its application across oncology, metabolic disease and cellular senescence.

"This publication is the scientific foundation of our company. It establishes that HERV-K is expressed across the vast majority of cancers, that it can be rationally re-engineered to break immune tolerance, and that the resulting immune response reaches human tumor cells. Taken together with our soon to be published data in metabolic disease and senescence, it reinforces our conviction that the dark genome is a therapeutically actionable target class â and it underpins the advance of IPT-001 toward the clinic." â J. Robert Coleman, PhD, MBA, Chief Executive Officer, HERVolution Therapeutics

"What this work shows is that a rationally chosen immunostimulatory mutation in a vector encoded and tumor antigen derived virus-like-particle is sufficient to reprogram how human dendritic cells handle antigen. This modification provides improved stimulation of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells as well as tolerance breaking B cell responses. Expansion of human T cells able to recognize HLA-matched tumor cells and animal cancer models provide translational data. This is the breakthrough the field has been searching after for decades - a available and targeted tumor antigen to make immunotherapy broadly effective and scalable" â Peter Johannes Holst, MD, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer and Founder, HERVolution Therapeutics, and senior author of the study

The study was conducted by HERVolution Therapeutics in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen University Hospital â Rigshospitalet, Herlev Hospital, IPB University (Bogor, Indonesia), and Revvity Gene Delivery GmbH. It was supported by HERVolution Therapeutics together with funding from the Serum Institute of India, the European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator, the EUREKA Eurostars Programme co-funded by the European Union, and Innovation Fund Denmark.

Consolidated Results and Adjusted Earnings Per Share Reconciliation (a non-GAAP measure)

Revenue growth from the implementation of new rates for both the three- and nine-month 2026 periods in the Regulated Businesses from the recovery of capital and acquisition investments was partially offset by higher depreciation and financing costs to support the current capital investment plan and increased operating costs.

During the first nine months of 2026, the company invested $2.8 billion in infrastructure improvements and growth, including $437 million for regulated acquisitions. The company plans to invest a total of approximately $3.7 billion across its footprint in 2026, including acquisitions.

Regulated Businesses

In the third quarter of 2026, the Regulated Businesses' net income was $407 million, compared to $383 million for the same period in 2025. For the first nine months of 2026, the Regulated Businesses' net income was $946 million, compared to $872 million for the same period in 2025.

Operating revenues increased $60 million and $212 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, as compared to the same period in 2025. The increase in operating revenues was primarily a result of authorized revenue increases from completed general rate cases and infrastructure proceedings for the recovery of incremental capital and acquisition investments, as well as incremental revenue from closed acquisitions. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, operating revenues decreased $18 million and $7 million, respectively, from unfavorable weather impacts primarily in the third quarter of 2026 and warm, dry weather primarily in the third quarter of 2025.

Since January 1, 2026, the company has been authorized additional annualized revenues of $284 million, with $179 million from general rate cases and $105 million from infrastructure surcharges. The company has general rate cases in progress in five jurisdictions and has filed for infrastructure surcharges in two jurisdictions, reflecting a total annualized incremental revenue request of $360 million.

Operating expenses were higher by $30 million and $103 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, as compared to the same periods in 2025, due in part to increased production costs from higher purchased water cost and usage and increased purchased power and chemicals costs, partially offset by a decrease in operating supplies and services costs, primarily from lower technology related costs, and a decrease in maintenance materials and supplies costs. Operating expenses also include depreciation expense, which was higher by $18 million and $60 million in the same periods, due to the increase in capital investment.

Interest expense was higher by $9 million and $32 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026, as compared to the same periods in 2025, as a result of incremental short and long-term debt primarily to fund capital investments and acquisitions.

Dividends

On October 27, 2026, the company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.8950 per share, payable on December 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of November 12, 2026.

Our strong free cash flow generation provides the flexibility to advance these growth opportunities while continuing to return significant capital to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases."

Third quarter 2026 highlights:

- Disciplined execution supports solid operational performance â Payable gold production1 was 814,012 ounces, in line with the adjusted plan, at production costs per ounce of $1,193, total cash costs per ounce2 of $1,133 and all-in sustaining costs ("AISC") per ounce2 of $1,648. The strong operating performance was led by Detour Lake, Fosterville and Kittila

- Strong quarterly free cash flow drives quarterly financial results â Solid operational performance, combined with realized gold prices3 of $4,264 per ounce in the third quarter, resulted in strong free cash flow. The Company reported quarterly net income of $1,353 million or $2.67 per share and adjusted net income4 of $1,324 million or $2.62 per share. The Company generated cash provided by operating activities of $1,755 million or $3.47 per share and free cash flow4 of $852 million or $1.68 per share

- Financial strength and flexibility further enhanced â The Company increased its cash balance by $149 million to $3,613 million as at September 30, 2026, resulting in a net cash position5 of $3,416 million with total debt outstanding of $197 million as at September 30, 2026. Subsequent to the quarter-end, the Company amended and restated its $2 billion unsecured revolving bank credit facility, increasing it to $3 billion and with a maturity date of October 28, 2031

- Annual gold production remains at lower end of guidance range, while total cash costs per once and AISC per ounce expected near upper end of annual guidance range â Expected payable gold production for the full year 2026 remains near the lower end of the guided range of 3.3 to 3.5 million ounces, reflecting the adjusted mine plan of the Barnat open pit at Canadian Malartic following the rock mass movement reported on July 2, 2026. Full year total cash costs per ounce and AISC per ounce guidance for 2026 are expected to be near the upper end of the guidance range of $1,020 to $1,120 and $1,400 to $1,550, respectively, reflecting the adjusted production plan and input cost pressures, primarily related to diesel. Expected total capital expenditures for 2026 (excluding capitalized exploration) remain between $2.6 billion and $2.8 billion and expected capitalized exploration remains between $290 million and $330 million. Further details are set out in the 2026 Guidance Summary section below

- Strong quarterly shareholder returns â The Company returned a total of $478 million to shareholders during the third quarter of 2026, including the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share and the repurchase of 1,297,940 common shares under the Company's normal course issuer bid ("NCIB"). Share repurchases were completed at an average price of $192.60 per share for an aggregate cost of approximately $250 million. At current spot gold prices and subject to operational needs, the Company anticipates returning more than 50% of free cash flow to shareholders in 2026 through dividends and share repurchases

- Update on key value drivers and pipeline projects in the third quarter of 2026

- Canadian Malartic â Following completion of the first phase of shaft sinking at Odyssey in July 2026, work advanced on the headframe changeover, dismantling of the sinking infrastructure and construction of the first loading station, supporting the planned start of production through Shaft #1 in the second quarter of 2027. The Company also continued to advance its evaluation of the optimal mining rate at East Gouldie, which will determine the size, scale and location of a potential second shaft at Odyssey. Exploration drilling continued to yield positive results in multiple areas of the Odyssey mine, including 3.8 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold over 38.8 metres at 1,707 metres depth in the deepest portion of the East Gouldie deposit; 2.9 g/t gold over 27.6 metres (core length) at 1,585 metres depth and 3.8 g/t gold over 36.3 metres (core length) at 1,622 metres depth in the Eclipse zone; and 9.5 g/t gold over 18.9 metres (core length) at 1,061 metres depth in the new internal Artemis porphyry sub-zone within the Odyssey North zone

- Detour Lake â Development of the underground project continued to advance during the quarter, with the exploration ramp reaching a depth of 207 metres and development toward the planned bulk sample area. Progress also continued on key infrastructure, including the overburden excavation for the conveyor ramp portal, as well as the ongoing camp expansion and the multi-services building. High-intensity drilling from surface near the exploration ramp in the West Pit zone continued in the third quarter with a highlight intercept of 18.9 g/t gold over 26.4 metres at 331 metres depth, including 182.7 g/t gold over 2.7 metres at 320 metres depth. Drilling into the West Extension zone had highlight intercepts of 22.4 g/t gold over 2.9 metres at 682 metres depth and 2.5 g/t gold over 29.1 metres at 733 metres depth, approximately 1.0 kilometre west of the mineral resource pit outline

- Upper Beaver â Development activities performed well during the quarter, with ramp development advancing to a depth of 210 metres, achieving a fifth consecutive quarterly productivity record, and shaft sinking reaching a depth of 732 metres. The Company expects to reach the 760 Level and commence excavation of the 760 Level station in the fourth quarter of 2026. The Company continues to evaluate opportunities to expand exploration activities, including the extension of the shaft to a depth of 1,220 metres and the addition of drill stations to support infill drilling and potential mineral resource growth in the lower portions of the deposit

- Hope Bay â Following the positive investment decision announced in May 2026, construction of the Hope Bay project continued to advance and remained on schedule. Detailed engineering reached approximately 73% completion and overall construction progress reached approximately 13% as at September 30, 2026. The Company also successfully completed the 2026 sealift campaign, positioning the project to maintain construction momentum through 2027. A new framework agreement with the Kitikmeot Inuit Association was finalized in October 2026, extending the Hope Bay Inuit Impact and Benefit Agreement to 2056 and expanding its coverage across the entire Hope Bay Belt. Conversion drilling at Patch 7 at the Madrid deposit during the third quarter had highlights of 37.1 g/t gold over 2.8 metres at 686 metres depth and 8.5 g/t gold over 8.6 metres at 413 metres depth. At the Boston deposit, the Company completed its first exploration drilling program since acquiring Hope Bay in 2021, with highlights of 11.0 g/t gold over 12.3 metres at 298 metres depth in the core of the B2 zone and 17.0 g/t gold over 4.5 metres at 308 metres depth in the B3 zone to the south

- San Nicolás â Minas de San Nicolás continued to advance engineering, critical infrastructure and secondary permitting for power and water infrastructure. A potential project approval decision is expected in late 2027 or early 2028, subject to the receipt of the additional required permits and authorizations
