LabCentral, C10 Labs and Innovation Centre Denmark Boston host cross-sector event to examine how emerging technologies and human collaboration could shape the next wave of scientific discovery

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LabCentral, C10 Labs and Innovation Centre Denmark Boston today announced Entangled 2026, a summit taking place November 19 at The Platform in Cambridge's Kendall Square. Centered on the question, "What makes the next breakthrough possible?", the event will bring together a set of leaders across artificial intelligence (AI), quantum computing, biotech and other disciplines to examine how advances in AI and quantum computing, combined with purposeful cross-sector collaboration, can create new opportunities for scientific innovation and impact.

The summit takes its name from quantum entanglement, the phenomenon in which particles remain connected regardless of the distance between them, a premise organizers believe applies to scientific progress as well: it won't happen in isolation.

The day-long summit will convene a curated audience of more than 250 leaders from biotech, deep tech, investment, academia and government, including a delegation of approximately 50 representatives from Denmark. As AI and quantum computing reshape scientific research and drug discovery, Entangled will focus on the expertise, partnerships and resources needed to turn technological advances into tangible scientific progress. The program will feature a keynote by Ebba Carbonnier, CEO of QuNorth, on the company's efforts to build one of the world's most powerful quantum computers, a panel with Eric Paley, secretary of economic development for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and discussions with leading researchers, entrepreneurs, investors and industry executives.

"Massachusetts has long been a global leader in life sciences innovation, and the next chapter will be shaped by how readily we embrace new technologies and connect expertise across disciplines, sectors and borders," said Kamran Tavangar, head of science strategy & partnerships at LabCentral. "As AI and quantum computing take on a larger role in scientific discovery, we have an opportunity to build on the Commonwealth's strengths by helping entrepreneurs access the expertise and resources needed to harness these technologies and translate breakthroughs from the lab into real-world applications."

"The convergence of AI, quantum computing and biotech is opening up exciting opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors alike," said Shahid Azim, co-founder, CEO and managing partner of C10 Labs. "But realizing that potential takes more than promising technology. It requires connecting scientific expertise with entrepreneurial talent, capital and the right partners to build and scale the next generation of innovative companies. Entangled is our vision to bring these communities together and help forge lasting relationships that extend beyond the summit."

"The future of scientific innovation depends more than ever on our ability to collaborate across disciplines, industries and international borders," said Bjarke Stoltze Kaspersen, Science Attaché, Innovation Centre Denmark Boston. "With Denmark's growing commitment to quantum technology and the strong life sciences ecosystems in both Denmark and Massachusetts, there is tremendous potential to connect researchers, companies and innovation leaders across our two regions and advance scientific discovery."

The Entangled 2026 program will include discussions on building AI and quantum innovation ecosystems, using emerging technologies to develop and move scientific discoveries toward real-world impact, evaluating investment potential and advancing drug discovery through partnerships between startups, academia and the pharmaceutical industry. The day will conclude with a digital poster showcase featuring more than 20 startups, research teams and deep tech organizations.

Visiting Aging Parents for the Holidays? 6 Signs It May Be More Than Normal Aging according to San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living
Image File
Original HTML

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- A holiday visit may be your first full day in months with an aging parent. Dad repeats the same story three times. Mom struggles with the pie recipe she's made for 40 years.

Families often call after the holidays, says Gloria Vo, executive director of Frank Residences, an assisted living and memory care community at the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living. Vo is trained in dementia support through the Crisis Prevention Institute.

"Paying attention isn't overreacting," said Vo. "Nobody needs to diagnose their mom at the dinner table. Notice what's changed, write it down and call her doctor."

November is National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month. About 7.4 million Americans age 65 and older are living with Alzheimer's, according to the Alzheimer's Association

Normal aging or something more?

Forgetting a name but recalling it later is often normal. These changes are worth a call to the doctor:

- Repeating questions or stories in the same conversation

- Trouble with familiar tasks, like a favorite recipe or paying bills

- Getting lost on familiar routes or not knowing the month

- Missed medications, unpaid bills or falling for scams

- Withdrawal, suspicion, anxiety or irritability

- Expired food, burned pots or a suddenly cluttered home

"What you're looking for is a pattern, something new that keeps happening or gets worse," said Vo.

What to do now

- Write it down. "She asked what day it was four times in an hour" helps a doctor more than "she's been off."

- See a primary care doctor. Annual medical wellness visits include a cognitive check. Bring notes and a medication list.

- Rule out treatable causes like medication side effects, thyroid problems or depression.

- Don't wait. FDA-cleared blood tests can aid early evaluation and some approved treatments can slow disease progression in people with early-stage Alzheimer's.

- Plan while your parent can take part in legal, financial and care decisions.

- Get support from the Alzheimer's Association's free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900).

"Families who come to us after a crisis almost always wish they'd started the conversation sooner," said Vo.

Frank Residences offers 66 private memory care suites in small neighborhoods where residents have similar care needs. Staff plan each day around residents' interests and preferences. Families also receive support and education.

OCVIBE TO WELCOME TEAMLAB'S FIRST U.S. MUSEUM TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Image File

The World's Most Celebrated Art Collective Will Unveil a New Exhibition in its Permanent U.S. Home When it Opens in Anaheim, California in 2030

ANAHEIM, Calif., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- teamLab, the internationally celebrated art collective known for creating immersive environments that merge the boundaries between art, technology, nature, and guest experience, today announced plans to open its first permanent museum in the United States at OCVIBE, the 100-acre sports, entertainment, and arts district currently under construction in Southern California. Spanning approximately 110,000 square feet, the purpose-built museum will be designed around teamLab's immersive art experience, with architecture by smith-clementi.

"It is with great joy that we announce the opening of teamLab's first major museum in North America, located at OCVIBE in Anaheim," said Toshiyuki Inoko, Founder of teamLab. "For teamLab, through art, we seek to explore what perception is and what existence is. The artworks change with the presence of people, making them an integral part of the art itself. People immerse themselves with their entire bodies, transcending the boundaries between themselves, the artworks, and the world around them, becoming part of a borderless continuity."

"At OCVIBE, where people gather and where sports, music, and culture come together, visitors share the same space, perceive the world anew through their bodies, and share that experience with others. Here, we aim to bring to life this very experience that we continuously strive to create through our art," added Inoko.

The teamLab museum will be an integral part of OCVIBE's master plan, joining a deliberately curated mix of entertainment, dining, hospitality, and public spaces. Rather than treating art as an amenity, OCVIBE is making it central to the district's experience, woven into its architecture, landscape, and public realm, which has been designed to encourage continual exploration and outdoor walkability.

"From the outset, our vision for OCVIBE has been to create more than a collection of buildings and venues. We're building a connected, vibrant district where architecture, public spaces, art and entertainment come together to create an experience that is greater than the sum of its parts," said Dan Young, Executive Director of Development at OCVIBE. "Bringing teamLab to OCVIBE reflects the importance we've placed on integrating arts and culture into the district's master plan. It adds an entirely new dimension to what people can experience here in Anaheim, while helping establish OCVIBE as a cultural destination for California and the U.S."

Today's announcement not only establishes a permanent U.S. home for teamLab in California, but it also gives art lovers across the U.S. ongoing access to a groundbreaking cultural experience that has historically required traveling abroad, or, catching a limited exhibition at one of the world's leading arts and cultural institutions.

At OCVIBE, teamLab will be part of a vibrant, interconnected district that brings together chef-driven dining, live music and entertainment, expansive parks and public spaces, the nation's largest outdoor public art gallery, and year-round programming. Rather than visiting a stand-alone exhibition, guests will have opportunities to experience teamLab as part of a full day or extended stay in Anaheim. Once fully realized, this unique mix of arts, culture and entertainment will give visitors more reasons to stay longer, explore Anaheim's many attractions, and support businesses throughout the community.

"teamLab choosing Anaheim for its first permanent U.S. home is a powerful statement about where our destination is headed," said Mike Waterman, President & CEO of Visit Anaheim. "Anaheim has always been a place where people come to experience something they can't find anywhere else, and teamLab will expand our appeal to new audiences from around the world. Experiences like this inspire longer stays, repeat visits, and even greater exploration of everything Anaheim has to offer."

Designing Space for teamLab

Designed by smith-clementi, OCVIBE's master planners, the museum is conceived as a distinctive sculptural presence within the district. Anchoring one end of OCVIBE, and very visible from the freeway, the building is designed to reveal itself differently as visitors approach and move around it, whether by car or on foot. With the museum's immersive galleries requiring a largely windowless environment, smith-clementi approached the exterior as a shimmering cloak enveloping the darkened spaces within. The textured exterior draws on natural forms, with a pattern that evokes scales and movement, while its surface responds to changing sunlight, subtly shifting in color and appearance throughout the day.

The design also creates a deliberate dialogue with the neighboring ARTIC (Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center) and OCVIBE's park landscape. Where ARTIC is transparent and illuminated from within, the museum is conceived as its inverse: a solid, colorful presence that comes alive in daylight while allowing ARTIC's illuminated form to take prominence after dusk. From the park and ARTIC, the museum forms a sculptural backdrop to the landscape, visually extending the park and giving this part of OCVIBE a distinct architectural identity.

"Designing teamLab's permanent U.S. home let us think about their building as a reflection of their immersive experiences, often depicting the beauty of movement in nature," said Julie Smith-Clementi of smith-clementi. "There's a feeling of transformation important to the exterior. While buildings are normally fixed in place, the environment can still be leveraged into the script. This building feels different depending on the direction or pace of your approach. The time of day, or movement of clouds participates in rendering its iridescent cloak, enriching what you think you see. We want the design to leave room for imagination and discovery and, like in nature, to offer something new with each visit."

LPA is working with smith-clementi as the Architect of Record and is working directly with teamLab on the exhibitions for the OCVIBE museum.

Opening the First Phase of OCVIBE in 2027

OCVIBE will welcome its first guests in March 2027 when the 5,000-person capacity concert hall opens, followed by Katella Commons, the 50,000-square-foot chef-driven market hall. Later in the year, The Weave, the district's commercial office building, and home to co-working operator Kiln, will open along with the first phase of the district's restaurants, public art program, and public spaces.

About OCVIBE

OCVIBE is a new district currently under construction in the heart of Orange County, California. Privately funded with a $5 billion commitment by the Samueli Family, OCVIBE will turn 100 acres of Anaheim into an easily accessible, walkable community and transform the area surrounding the Honda Center into a vibrant, year-round destination. The first phase of OCVIBE begins opening to the public in early 2027 and includes a concert hall, a public plaza, the Katella Commons market hall, and new office space at The Weave, the county's first mass timber office building in a mixed-use development. Once fully complete in 2033, the new community will bring 20 acres of open space to Southern California, along with three miles of connected walking trails, more than 2,000 residences, 35+ new dining experiences, and three state-of-the-art entertainment venues. The development of OCVIBE is one of the largest private investments ever made in Southern California and promises to bring unparalleled experiences and amenities to its visitors and residents.

About teamLab

teamLab (f. 2001) is an international art collective that seeks to navigate the confluence of art, science, technology, and the natural world. Through art, the interdisciplinary group of specialists, including artists, programmers, engineers, CG animators, mathematicians, and architects, aims to explore the relationship between the self and the world, and new forms of perception. In order to understand the world around them, people separate it into independent entities with perceived boundaries between them. teamLab seeks to transcend these boundaries in our perceptions of the world, of the relationship between the self and the world, and of the continuity of time. Everything exists in a long, fragile yet miraculous, borderless continuity.

From Resources to Opportunities: Armenia's Mining Sector Looks to the Future

YERVANON, Armenia, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- More than 30 presentations, panel discussions and roundtables explored the future of responsible mining, investment and technology at the third annual Mining Armenia Forum 2026, held in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia. The event brought together around 50 speakers from Armenia and 14 other countries, including representatives of international mining companies and financial institutions, investors, policymakers, sustainability experts, technology providers, academics and civil society. The event was attended by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, and other government officials.

The Forum also brought together a distinguished international lineup of speakers, including Mark Cutifani, as a keynote speaker.

Mining Armenia Forum partnered with Resourcing Tomorrow in forming a keynote panel on investment trends and with Wood Mackenzie that presented a survey on Armenian mining sector's investment attractiveness.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan described the forum as an effective platform for transparent dialogue, emphasizing the importance of openly addressing the sector's challenges and identifying opportunities for development.

Building public trust and strengthening cooperation between the state, industry and society remain essential to the future of mining. Mineral resources belong to the people and the state of Armenia, while mining companies act as operators, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan emphasized at the forum. "We have also observed that the more the public sees the sector as its own, the more positively it perceives it", Nikol Pashinyan said.

The Prime Minister also highlighted the economic opportunities offered by mining and the growing need for new geological exploration.

The global energy transition is creating new opportunities for resource-rich countries, but realizing them requires a forward-looking approach. Mark Cutifani, an internationally recognized mining expert and keynote speaker at Mining Armenia Forum 2026, highlighted the role of metals, technological advances and artificial intelligence in shaping the future of the sector. He argued that countries with significant mineral resources could achieve substantial development over the next 50â100 years.

"Armenia has already made good progress in its mining sector. The next stage is about building on that foundation through stronger engagement with local communities, constructive cooperation with government, and a clear, consistent regulatory framework. If industry, government, and society can align their interests, Armenia will be better positioned to unlock its mining potential and attract long-term investment."

Demand for critical minerals is expected to continue rising, placing countries such as Armenia in a position to capitalize on their resource base. According to the International Energy Agency, global copper demand alone is projected to increase by approximately 7 million tonnes by 2040.

"Armenia has a long history of mining and produces metals in demand on international markets, including copper and molybdenum. Our goal is not simply to have more mining. Our goal is to develop a qualitatively new mining industry," the Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan said.

Long-term investment depends on clear, predictable rules and confidence in the stability of the business environment. Roman Khudoliy, CEO of the Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine (ZCMC), stressed the need to rethink the relationship between the state and subsoil users and establish transparent, consistent conditions for investment. "Investment recovery in the mining sector can take 10â15 years or longer, so investors need predictable conditions and confidence that their rights will be protected," Khudoli added.

According to Vardan Jhanian, President of the Mining and Metallurgy Association of Armenia and First Deputy CEO of ZCMC, Armenia's mining exports could reach approximately $3 billion in 2027, supported by the development of the Amulsar mine and rising copper and molybdenum prices. "We need a developed and growing mining industry, but it must also meet the expectations of the majority of our population by minimizing its impact on nature and surrounding communities. This is possible if we adopt the best standards for sustainable development," Jhanian said.

Unlocking Armenia's mining potential will require sustained investment, modern technologies and international best practices. Hayk Aloyan, Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Lydian Armenia, said that the sector's future must be built on competitiveness, innovation, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.

The importance of responsible resource management is particularly relevant as Armenia hosts the COP17 summit on biodiversity. The topic of biodiversity management was a prevalent theme across the discussions on sustainability.

Held under the theme "From Resources to Opportunities," Mining Armenia Forum 2026 was organized by the Mining Forum Development Foundation and the Mining and Metallurgy Association of Armenia. The strategic sponsors of the forum are the companies "Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine" and "Lydian Armenia", and the main sponsors are Ameriabank and "Teghut" CJSC.Over the past three years, Mining Armenia Forum has brought together more than 500 participants and over 40 international speakers from more than 20 countries.

Aragon Research Unveils the 2027 Globe for Revenue Enablement Platforms: The Dawn of the Multi-Agent Sales Team

PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aragon Research, Inc. today released The Aragon Research Globe⢠for Revenue Enablement Platforms, 2027, a comprehensive market evaluation revealing that revenue enablement has become the definitive battleground for enterprise AI and go-to-market execution. Moving decisively past reactive chatbots, the market has entered the era of the autonomous AI Sales Coworkerâfundamentally challenging the decades-long dominance of monolithic CRM interfaces.

The 2027 report evaluates 14 key technology providers driving this architectural shift. As incumbent CRM vendors decouple their databases into headless architectures and adopt open standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Revenue Enablement Platforms (REPs) are seizing the frontline desktop. Rather than acting as secondary plugins to a static database, modern REPs now operate as the primary intelligence engine where sellers spend their working hoursâorchestrating deals while writing data back to headless CRM repositories with zero administrative drag.

"The era of simple, prompt-driven sales assistants is over; they lacked situational awareness and fractured seller attention," said Jim Lundy, CEO and Lead Analyst of Aragon Research. "We are now in the age of the AI Sales Coworker. By the end of 2027, half of all enterprise sales representatives will direct a team of three to four specialized AI agents that autonomously handle prospecting, customized proposals, and client onboarding. Forward-thinking CROs and CIOs are no longer defaulting to overpriced CRM licenses that sellers actively avoidâthey are shifting budget into agentic enablement workspaces that actually drive pipeline velocity."

The Aragon Research Globe⢠for Revenue Enablement Platforms, 2027 highlights several critical findings for enterprise leadership:

- From Task Execution to Agent Orchestration: Modern REPs utilize hierarchical multi-agent architectures. A central Sales Coworker supervises specialized digital workersâsuch as 2nd-generation AI SDRs that autonomously prospect, qualify, and book meetingsâreclaiming up to two hours of active selling capacity per rep every day.

- The Headless CRM Licensing Arbitrage: By pairing an MCP-enabled Revenue Enablement workspace with low-cost, headless CRM utility tiers, enterprises can eliminate vendor UI lock-in, drastically reduce software Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and improve CRM data accuracy automatically.

- The Extinction of Standalone Point Tools: As unified enablement platforms natively absorb multi-channel sequencing and autonomous outreach, Aragon predicts that 50% of standalone sales communications providers will merge or be acquired by year-end 2027.

- Continuous, Context-Aware AI Mentorship: Sales coaching has transformed from retroactive call auditing into an always-on dynamic mentorâsynthesizing pre-call roadmaps, surfacing live competitive battlecards during negotiations, and assigning targeted post-call micro-learning.

Aragon Research evaluated 14 providers in this year's report. Listed alphabetically, the included vendors are Allego, Conquer, Mediafly, Mindtickle, Outreach, Pitcher, Revenue Grid, Revenue.io, SalesHood, Salesloft, Seismic, Showpad, vablet, and VanillaSoft.

Introducing Reducto Office, Bringing Full-Fidelity Document Editing to ChatGPT and Codex
Image File
Original HTML

The free plugin gives AI agents tools to edit Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets, with a live editor for reviewing and refining the results.

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Reducto today introduced Reducto Office, a free plugin that brings document editing into ChatGPT and Codex. Office lets users work with AI agents on existing DOCX, PPTX and XLSX files, make targeted changes and review the results in a live editor.

Reducto started by building technology to make complex documents understandable to AI. Office extends that work to editing the files people use every day, from contracts and presentations to spreadsheets. Users can bring their own files into an AI conversation and continue working with the results as editable documents.

Reliable editing requires preserving more than the words on a page. A contract may contain nested tables, reviewer comments and tracked changes. A presentation depends on slide layouts, fonts, charts and other design elements. Changes need to fit that existing structure without disrupting the surrounding document.

Traditional document editors were designed for people working through a graphical interface. Office is built around a document engine that agents can operate headlessly. Agents apply targeted edits directly to structured files, with changes reflected in the live editor. This gives users a way to inspect the work and refine it in the same file.

Office supports everyday document workflows for professionals across legal, finance, operations and consulting. Example use cases include:

- Legal teams: Work through reviewer comments in a contract, ask an agent to propose revisions as tracked changes, and review which changes to accept or reject.

- Finance and operations teams: Turn a budget or project brief into an editable Excel workbook, then review and refine the spreadsheet with an agent.

- Consultants, sales and marketing teams: Translate a client presentation for a new audience while preserving its slide layouts and design, with the ability to continue editing the deck.

The results remain standard Word, PowerPoint and Excel files that users can keep editing and share with others.

Office also brings Reducto's editing technology to a broader audience. People can use the plugin through ChatGPT and Codex. For developers and product teams building editing into their own applications, Reducto Editor is a separate offering with a licensed, embeddable UI and SDK for DOCX, PPTX and XLSX.

Reducto Office is available today in ChatGPT and Codex and is free to use, with usage limits. Users can install the plugin, connect a Reducto account and start working on their own files.

INVESTOR NOTICE: RGRD Law Files Class Action Lawsuit Against Duolingo, Inc. and Announces Opportunity for Investors with Substantial Losses to Lead Class Action Lawsuit - DUOL
Image File
Original HTML

SAN DIEGO, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The law firm of Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP announces that purchasers of Duolingo, Inc. (NASDAQ: DUOL) Class A common stock between May 2, 2025 and February 26, 2026, inclusive (the "Class Period"), have until December 7, 2026 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff of the Duolingo class action lawsuit. Captioned City of Dearborn Heights Act 345 Police & Fire Retirement System v. Duolingo, Inc., No. 26-cv-02199 (W.D. Pa.), the Duolingo class action lawsuit charges Duolingo as well as certain of Duolingo's current and former executive officers with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

If you suffered substantial losses and wish to serve as lead plaintiff of the Duolingo class action lawsuit, please provide your information here:

https://www.rgrdlaw.com/cases-duolingo-inc-class-action-lawsuit-duol.html

You can also contact attorneys Ken Dolitsky or Michael Albert of Robbins Geller by calling 800/851-7783 or via e-mail at [email protected].

CASE ALLEGATIONS: Duolingo is a leading, U.S.-based mobile learning platform that primarily focuses on language learning.

The Duolingo class action lawsuit alleges that defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose, among other things, that: (i) Daily Active User ("DAU") growth rates were being leveraged against deliberately added user friction in the form of significant increases in ad volume, subscription tier upsells, and worsened product quality, and defendants understood that any amount of user friction would cause users to leave the app and, ultimately, negatively impact DAU growth rates; (ii) Duolingo's rigorous A/B testing demonstrated to defendants that increased friction in the free user experience was having negative impacts on DAU growth rates; (iii) Duolingo's quickly generated AI content was worsening the quality of Duolingo's product offerings, negatively impacting the user experience and user trends, and threatening the sustainability of Duolingo's financial performance; and (iv) far from driving sustained growth and strong user momentum through content and "product improvements" that "get improved retention," Duolingo's constant A/B testing informed Duolingo that its monetization push and lower-quality, rapidly generated AI content were degrading the Duolingo product experience and the value proposition of its subscription tiers.

On November 5, 2025, Duolingo reported its third quarter financial results, revealing another sequential decline in DAU growth to 36%, a substantial drop from 49% in first quarter 2025 and 40% during second quarter 2025. Defendants also revealed a reversal of Duolingo's monetization push and stated that going forward, Duolingo would prioritize user growth over monetization and that Duolingo needed to invest more in "teaching better across all our subjects." On this news, the price of Duolingo stock fell 25%.

Then, on January 12, 2026, Duolingo announced that its Chief Financial Officer, defendant Matthew Skaruppa, had resigned. Duolingo also provided limited, preliminary fourth quarter 2025 operating metrics, revealing DAU growth of only 30% â nearly six points of additional deceleration from third quarter 2025. In response, Duolingo stock fell another 8.5%.

Finally, on February 26, 2026, Duolingo announced its fourth quarter 2025 financial results, confirmed the slowdown in DAU growth, and revealed the financial consequences of its strategy shift were neither "small" nor "little"; rather, they would result in material negative impacts on 2026 bookings, DAU growth rates, revenue, and adjusted EBITDA. On this news, the price of Duolingo stock fell an additional 14%.

The plaintiff is represented by Robbins Geller, which has extensive experience in prosecuting investor class actions including actions involving financial fraud. You can view a copy of the complaint by clicking here.

THE LEAD PLAINTIFF PROCESS: The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 permits any investor who purchased Duolingo Class A common stock during the Class Period to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in the Duolingo class action lawsuit. A lead plaintiff is generally the movant with the greatest financial interest in the relief sought by the putative class who is also typical and adequate of the putative class. A lead plaintiff acts on behalf of all other class members in directing the Duolingo class action lawsuit. The lead plaintiff can select a law firm of its choice to litigate the Duolingo class action lawsuit. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery of the Duolingo class action lawsuit is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.
