Enbridge Announces Retirement of Greg Ebel and Names Michele Harradence as President and Chief Executive Officer, Effective January 1, 2027

CALGARY, AB, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Enbridge Inc. (TSX: ENB) (NYSE: ENB) today announced that Greg Ebel will retire as President and Chief Executive Officer effective December 31, 2026, and that Michele Harradence has been appointed to succeed him as President and Chief Executive Officer and to the Board of Directors effective January 1, 2027. Ms. Harradence is currently Enbridge's Executive Vice-President and President, Gas Distribution and Storage. Mr. Ebel will remain a member of the Board through his retirement date and serve as an advisor to the Board and Ms. Harradence from January until May 2027.

The CEO transition comes as Enbridge continues to deliver on its strategy of expanding its North American energy infrastructure platform, including its liquids pipelines, gas transmission and storage, natural gas utility and renewable power businesses.

"Few leaders have shaped Enbridge as profoundly as Greg Ebel. Before becoming President and CEO, Greg played an integral role in the transformational merger of Spectra Energy and Enbridge. As Board Chair, and then President and CEO, he has been instrumental in securing Enbridge's $41 billion growth project backlog, expanding Enbridge's natural gas platform through the acquisition of three U.S. natural gas utilities from Dominion Energy, strengthening the company's financial position, and advancing Enbridge's voice on energy security, affordability and competitiveness. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank Greg for his extraordinary leadership and his many contributions to Enbridge and our industry. He leaves behind an enduring legacy and a company that is stronger, more diversified and better positioned for the future," said Steve Williams, Chair of the Enbridge Board of Directors.

"The Board has tremendous confidence in Michele and the experience, judgment and strategic leadership she brings to the role of CEO. Her deep commitment to Enbridge's people, customers and shareholders, together with her focus on safety, execution and results, make her the right leader to build on this momentum and guide the company into its next chapter," said Mr. Williams.

Mr. Ebel joined Enbridge in 2017, transitioning from President and CEO of Spectra Energy to Chair of the Board of Enbridge with the merger of the two companies. He became President and CEO in January 2023. Mr. Ebel was honored this year with the Maple Leaf Award of Distinction for his leadership in the energy sector and for strengthening the business relationships between Canada and the United States.

"It's been an honor to lead Enbridge and to work alongside the remarkable people who make this company what it is. I am particularly proud of the role we have played in building today's Enbridge, from the combination of Spectra Energy and Enbridge to the expansion of our natural gas utility business and the continued growth of our energy infrastructure platform and growth project backlog. Most of all, I'm proud of our people and the culture we've built together. Colleagues across the organization share a commitment to high performance, being the first choice for those we serve, and doing the right thing. I have every confidence in our strategy and our people and Michele's leadership will only serve to enhance the exciting prospects in front of Enbridge today."

Ms. Harradence's appointment follows a multi-year succession planning process led by the Board and reflects her extensive leadership experience across Enbridge's gas distribution and gas transmission and midstream businesses and her previous roles in the oil sands and in refining in Canada.

Ms. Harradence has led Enbridge's gas utilities since 2022, including guiding the integration of U.S. utility businesses that have helped make Enbridge one of North America's largest integrated gas utility platforms, serving 7.2 million homes, schools, hospitals and businesses in Canada and the United States. Prior to her appointment to the utility, she was Senior Vice-President and Chief Operations Officer in Enbridge's Gas Transmission and Midstream business in Houston. She joined Enbridge in 2014 having served previously in senior leadership roles with Shell Canada. Read her bio here.

"Michele is an exceptional leader whose contributions have helped shape our corporate strategy, strengthen our business and position Enbridge for long-term success," said Mr. Ebel. "Enbridge is entering its next chapter from a position of strength, with a highly diversified business, a robust growth outlook and extraordinary opportunities ahead. As I prepare to retire, I do so with tremendous confidence in Michele, the leadership team and the company's continued momentum."

"I'm incredibly honored by the Board's trust in me. As we look ahead, Enbridge is exceptionally well positioned, with a portfolio of world-class assets, a strong financial foundation and growth opportunities across all our businesses. I am excited to work alongside our talented employees and management team to build on this momentum and advance the safe, reliable and affordable energy our customers depend on," said Ms. Harradence.

Green Water & Power and Autel Energy Surpass Over 10,000 EV Chargers Installed Nationwide

Multi-year partnership reaches a major deployment milestone, delivering 99.72% uptime across a growing network of commercial EV charging sites.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Water & Power (GWP), a national leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, today announced a major milestone in its ongoing partnership with Autel Energy: the installation of more than 10,000 Autel Energy EV chargers nationwide since 2023. The achievement cements GWP's position as Autel Energy's largest buyer and underscores the scale of the two companies' collaboration to accelerate EV adoption across the United States.

GWP has worked closely with Autel Energy to deploy reliable, high-performance commercial charging solutions across a wide range of verticals, including hotels, apartments, retail centers, schools, medical facilities, and fleet operations, across twelve states. The network has delivered a combined 16.6 million kWh to date, maintaining an average uptime of 99.72% — a testament to the reliability of Autel Energy's hardware and software platform and GWP's field service and maintenance standards. That energy output is equivalent to avoiding approximately 23,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions.

"Crossing 10,000 installed chargers with Autel Energy is a milestone we're proud of, but the number that matters most to us is 99.72% uptime. Property owners and drivers don't care about how many chargers we've installed — they care that the one in front of them works every time they need it. That reliability is what's made Autel Energy a great partner for us since day one, and it's what let us scale into every vertical our customers operate in, from hotels and apartments to schools and hospitals. We're just getting started." said Danny Gold, President of Green Water & Power.

"From the outset, we designed our charging hardware and supporting software to deliver reliability and flexibility at scale. GWP has demonstrated what that looks like in practice—by consistently exceeding industry benchmarks across their entire network. This partnership shows how dependable technology and strong execution can accelerate EV adoption nationwide," said Michelle Luo, CEO of Autel Energy North America.

GWP and Autel Energy show no signs of slowing down. GWP is already contracted to install more than 3,000 additional Level 2 chargers and 100 Level 3 fast chargers in the coming months, with other projects in various stages of development, including solar installations.

HEVI Corp. has been working with several state government agencies to secure approval for various incentive programs covering its heavy electric industrial vehicles, including NYVIP from the State of New York, the Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project ("CORE") from the State of California, WorkClean from the State of New Jersey, and the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan ("TERP") from the State of Texas. Two of HEVI Corp.'s electric loader vehicles — the H55L (5-ton loader) and the H65L (6.5-ton loader) — have been added to the eligible equipment list of the NYVIP program from the State of New York. Intersignal Braid Demonstrates Cross-Device Context Sharing for Local AI, Introduces Channels

A live demonstration shows a local model using a shared spending limit, while new topic-based Channels bring more structure to communication between models

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Intersignal today announced a successful demonstration of cross-device context sharing through its Braid protocol and introduced Channels, a feature for organizing exchanges between local artificial intelligence models.

The work addresses a practical challenge for people running multiple AI models: making useful information available across their systems without repeatedly copying instructions, constraints, and project updates into separate conversations.

From shared information to usable context

In the demonstration, Braid transmitted a 500-credit spending limit to a local large language model (LLM) running on a MacBook Air. The receiving model incorporated that limit into its response, demonstrating how a parameter shared from elsewhere in a connected setup could inform the model's work.

Intersignal describes this experience as "machine osmosis": information shared through Braid becomes usable context for another connected model. The emphasis is on continuity between systems, allowing an update introduced in one place to inform work in another.

The demonstrated result goes beyond confirming that a message arrived. It shows the receiving model actually using the shared information, an important step toward more coordinated local AI workflows.

Introducing Braid Channels

Braid Channels adds dedicated, topic-specific streams for communication between models. The feature provides a way to organize exchanges around individual projects, tasks, or areas of interest rather than mixing every update into a single dense stream.

For users experimenting with multiple models, Channels is designed to make shared context easier to manage and direct toward the work it concerns. Potential uses include exchanging project instructions, distributing updated operating parameters, and keeping separate research workflows organized.

Together, context sharing and Channels advance Braid's central purpose: helping independently operated AI systems work with relevant shared information while remaining distinct models on user-controlled machines.

Built for local AI experimentation

Braid's local-network operation allows connected systems to exchange context without requiring a centralized cloud service to mediate those transfers. The project is aimed at local AI hobbyists, independent developers, and researchers building workflows across multiple models and devices.

The focus is practical interoperability: making an existing collection of local AI tools more useful together, rather than requiring users to replace their preferred models or consolidate all their work into one service.

Intersignal welcomes users to reproduce the demonstrated workflow, explore Channels, and contribute feedback to the project's continued development. Software releases, documentation, and demonstration updates are available through the project's website.

About Intersignal

Intersignal is an independent AI research and software team developing tools for communication and shared context between locally operated AI systems. Its Braid protocol focuses on connecting models and machines while preserving user control over the underlying setup.

Fimo launches autonomous websites, making AI code editable and self-improving

Turn AI code from any coding agent (like Claude Code or Codex) into an autonomous website with agents working 24/7 to drive SEO, translations, and content marketing.

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Fimo, the AI CMS built by the team behind Strapi, has launched today. The platform works with any AI-generated code, from Claude Code to Codex, turning the code into self-optimizing autonomous websites.

Fimo's native and custom agents can work around the clock to publish SEO content, build internal links, fix schema issues, translate content, refresh stale content, flag performance issues, and more. Updates can be pushed through review processes and custom workflows, ensuring teams get all the agentic help they need, without humans fully exiting the loop.

How Fimo Builds Websites that Hunt for Revenue

Website builders and AI coding platforms excel at building beautiful experiences; a team is needed to take that code to market by optimizing it, creating valuable content, building internal links, refreshing older content, and so on.

Fimo is the world's first AI CMS that builds websites that can grow themselves.

For instance, Seer Interactive's July 2026 study of 47,097 citations across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity found three in four cited pages had been updated within the past year, and that most of that freshness came from refreshing old pages rather than publishing new ones. Fimo's content refreshing agents handle this task autonomously.

Furthermore, Fimo automatically translates content into different languages, accounting for local customs, currencies, and cultural nuances.

Every agent action lands in a pull request, runs in an isolated environment, and respects the same role-based permissions as a human editor. Nothing reaches production without review.

"Your website should work overnight on content that will drive traffic and revenue. Then it should translate it into seven languages before lunch," said Pierre Burgy, co-founder and CEO of Strapi and Fimo. "Coding agents changed who writes the code, but writing the code is only half the battle. Fimo puts agents inside workflows that must exist in order for a website to be successful."

Bring Your Own AI Stack, Fimo Handles The Rest

Fimo works with any AI coding tool and any frontend framework. Whether you're using Cursor and Svelte, or Codex and Nuxt, Fimo injects the right skills so your site speaks the Fimo SDK, without interfering with anything you chose.

Teams don't need to change their development workflows either, as Fimo becomes a transparent layer over your PRs, reviews, and CI. Agents open branches and pull requests like any teammate normally would. Senior team members still gate every merge, and your repo stays the source of truth.

"For enterprises, Fimo works with any AI code platform, and then provides all the functionality that they lack. Custom workflows, a review process, permissions, version history, as well as visual editing," Burgy said.

Fimo is live today with a free tier at $0 and paid plans for teams that need custom agents and enterprise controls. Start building at fimo.ai.

Law Office of J.J. Talbott Publishes New Video Library for Northwest Florida Injury Victims

Office tour, founder profile, and client testimonials are now available to people across Northwest Florida.

PENSACOLA, Fla., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Law Office of J.J. Talbott, P.A. has released a set of new videos on its YouTube channel, giving people across Northwest Florida a way to see the firm, meet its founder, and hear from former clients before ever picking up the phone. The firm has represented injured workers, accident victims, and families in the region for nearly two decades, and founding attorney Jeremiah "J.J." Talbott spent time on both the plaintiff's and defense sides of the bar. The videos are also collected in the video center on the firm's website.

Meeting Your Law Firm Before You Call Them

"I didn't want to do insurance defense work anymore. I didn't want to represent corporations, the big insurance companies. I wanted to represent people," said Talbott, founder. "We're here to get the clients the money that they're owed, and we're here to do the best we can for our client."

Hiring a lawyer is rarely a planned purchase. It follows a crash, a workplace injury, a denied claim, or a family crisis, and it often means having to call a stranger during the worst week of someone's life. The firm's video library is built around that reality, making it easier for people to decide on their attorney.

Each video runs between two and four minutes and shows different sides of the practice:

- J.J.'s Story — Talbott describes his own path into plaintiff's work.

- About Our Firm — a short overview of how the practice operates.

- Client Testimonials — former clients describe their experience in their own words.

Take the Office Tour

The centerpiece is the nearly four-minute office walkthrough, filmed at the firm's building at 900 E. Moreno St. in Pensacola's East Hill neighborhood. It shows the actual space a client walks into, which the firm describes as reflecting the family-type atmosphere it works to maintain.

The tour is meant as an invitation rather than a substitute. Prospective clients are welcome to visit in person — the office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — and the firm encourages anyone weighing a call to watch the walkthrough first, then come see it.

About the Law Office of J.J. Talbott

PulsePoint Brings Verified NPI Targeting to YouTube, Further Strengthening Omnichannel Capabilities

NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PulsePoint, the leading technology company transforming healthcare marketing, today announced the expansion of Audience Manager to YouTube, bringing verified, NPI-level audience activation and measurement to the world's most-watched video platform. With this launch, PulsePoint clients can seamlessly and confidently coordinate omnichannel HCP buys across more environments, now including YouTube, search, e-newsletters, social, EHR, display, connected TV, and audio.

Nearly 58% of HCPs report YouTube as a primary platform for clinical, educational, or professional content, putting the platform ahead of most social channels for information discovery. However most video platforms weren't built for prescriber-level precision, meaning that brands buying YouTube media have had no reliable way to confirm they're reaching prescribers verified at the NPI level. PulsePoint's Audience Manager and DirectMatch™ technology solve that by allowing marketers to deterministically activate verified NPI audiences directly onto YouTube campaigns.

"Video is one of the most trusted and preferred formats for clinical education. HCPs turn to it for explainers, procedural walkthroughs, and more," said Ezra Suveyke, Chief Product and Technology Officer at PulsePoint. "By bringing verified NPI targeting to YouTube, we're giving health marketers precision reach in the format physicians actually choose to learn from and extending Audience Manager's growing omnichannel footprint into one of the largest video environments in the world."

The YouTube expansion arrives as limitations on linear TV advertising pushes pharma brands to reconsider where their video budgets go, creating an opening to redirect those dollars toward addressable, verifiable digital video channels like YouTube. For marketers already running HCP-targeted Connected TV campaigns, the expansion offers a natural next step: existing video creative can be adapted for YouTube with minimal lift, letting brands extend proven campaigns into one of the largest video environments in the world without starting from scratch.

Beyond serving verified audiences, PulsePoint closes the loop from activation to insight. The platform provides granular, NPI-level visibility into video engagement and extends that measurement across a brand's full media mix, giving marketers a single, unified view of activation and performance rather than a fragmented one stitched together across disparate tools. These capabilities enable optimization decisions to be fully grounded in verified HCP engagement rather than broad video metrics alone, completing the activate-measure-optimize cycle entirely within one platform.

In early activations, campaigns using Audience Manager target lists on YouTube saw a 1.9x higher click-through rate versus broad demographic targeting.

With YouTube now part of Audience Manager, PulsePoint extends the same first-party, NPI-verified backbone across another core HCP channel, so a prescriber's identity carries through from the moment they hit play on a video to every other touchpoint in the campaign.
