Background of the Investigation

On June 2, 2026, Fugazi Research published a short report concerning Astrotech Corporation. The report alleged, among other things, that Astrotech has repeatedly shifted its business model to pursue popular market themes, including aerospace, industrial technology, COVID breath analysis, airport security, and defense, while relying on capital raises despite limited commercial success. The report also raised concerns regarding the Company's leadership structure, alleging that Thomas Boone Pickens III simultaneously serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chairman of the Board, and Principal Financial Officer.

In addition, Fugazi raised governance and related-party concerns, including allegations regarding prior conflict-of-interest issues and related-party arrangements involving Mr. Pickens.

Following publication of the Fugazi report, Astrotech's stock price declined.

In light of these allegations, Johnson Fistel is investigating whether Astrotech and certain of its officers and directors violated federal securities laws. If you suffered losses or are a long-term shareholder of Astrotech, contact Johnson Fistel to learn more about your legal rights.

Mirabella Estate in the Coachella Valley and Marmar Estate in Beverly Hills Launch a Shared Website at LuxuryEstates.net
Image File
Original HTML

Luxury Estates has launched a new website presenting its two distinct California properties side by side: Mirabella Estate, a private 10-acre compound in Indio, in the Coachella Valley, booked for overnight group stays, weddings and retreats; and Marmar Estate, a historic Spanish property on 1.5 acres in Beverly Hills, available for exterior events and for film and photo production but not for overnight stays. The site gives each estate its own section, gallery and inquiry path, so guests, event planners and production teams can go straight to the property that fits what they are planning.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Luxury Estates has launched a new website at www.luxuryestates.net, presenting its two California properties under a single domain for the first time. Mirabella Estate sits on 10 acres in Indio, at the heart of the Coachella Valley, roughly 100 miles east of Marmar Estate, a historic Spanish property on 1.5 acres in Beverly Hills. The two are different kinds of property serving different bookings, and the new site is built to keep that distinction clear rather than present them as interchangeable.

Mirabella is the overnight property. It is booked as a whole compound for multi-day group stays, destination weddings, corporate and wellness retreats, and festival weekends in the Coachella Valley. Marmar is a venue and a filming location rather than a place to stay: it hosts exterior private events and film, television, commercial, music video and fashion production, and it offers no overnight accommodation. Each estate has its own section of the website, its own gallery and its own inquiry form, and a side-by-side comparison sets out location, acreage, overnight capacity, event capacity and availability for each.

As the Coachella Valley property, Mirabella Estate sits roughly five minutes from the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds and ten minutes from Old Town La Quinta. The compound comprises three separate residences — the Main House, the Carriage Villa and the Lakeside Villa — accommodating up to 20 overnight guests across 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Amenities include a saltwater pool, a private lake open to kayaking, paddle boating and rowing, a five-hole pitch-and-putt course, pickleball and volleyball courts, a fire pit and an equestrian barn that has served as a ceremony and reception setting for weddings. The estate is booked as a whole, with no shared spaces.

As the Beverly Hills property, Marmar Estate sits behind gates and privacy hedges in Beverly Crest, a three-minute walk from the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel and a five-minute drive from Rodeo Drive. Its 1.5 landscaped acres include manicured gardens, a swimming pool and pool house, and a tennis court that can double as staging space for production equipment. The site's Marmar section separates event use from production use, with individual pages covering corporate events, private parties, film and television location rental, and photo and fashion shoots.

The website also covers the areas around each property, including dining, golf and things to do in the Coachella Valley near Mirabella, and the Beverly Hills landmarks nearest Marmar. Property-specific inquiry forms route requests to the correct estate, and a single estate line, (310) 928-0900, serves both.

"Mirabella and Marmar have always operated as two separate properties, and people who knew one often had no idea the other existed," said David Sayah, who owns both estates. "Marmar is Beverly Hills. It's where you shoot a campaign or host an evening, and everyone goes home at the end of the night. Mirabella is the Coachella Valley — ten acres where twenty people stay for a week. Putting them on one site was about making that difference obvious, so anyone planning something can see which property they actually need before they ever pick up the phone."

Availability information and inquiry forms for both estates are live on the new website.

Marmar Estate, in Beverly Crest in Beverly Hills, is a historic Spanish property on 1.5 landscaped acres steps from the Beverly Hills Hotel, available exclusively for exterior private events and for film, television, commercial and photographic production; it does not offer overnight accommodation.

Boats Group Unveils Redesigned ProSeller Platform Experience

Redesigned search, saved search, and boat detail experiences help professional sellers find, manage, and share listings more efficiently

MIAMI, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Boats Group, a global leader in online boating marketplaces, today announced a major refresh of the ProSeller Platform on BoatWizard, introducing redesigned Search Results, an enhanced Saved Search experience, and a redesigned Boat Detail Page. Together, the updates help professional sellers find, compare, manage, and share listings more efficiently while delivering a more streamlined experience for their clients.

"This refresh continues our commitment to supporting professional sellers with tools that reflect how they actually work," said Mike Grabowski, Chief Product Officer at Boats Group. "By streamlining everyday processes and giving sellers more flexibility across search, listing management, and client sharing, we're helping them spend less time navigating tools and more time focused on their clients and their business."

The redesigned Search Results Page gives ProSeller Platform users more control over how they browse and compare inventory. Three listing views let users choose the layout that works best for them, while the ability to hide filters makes more room to see listings on the page. New customizable Listing Options also let users choose up to three key details to display on every listing card, putting the information they care about at a glance.

Sharing has also been expanded directly from Search Results. Users can select multiple listings and create a single, client-friendly Share Link that includes their contact information, making it easy to send a curated group of boats by text or email without large attachments.

The enhanced Saved Search experience helps professional sellers stay on top of their clients' inventory while reducing repetitive work. Users can save a search under a client's name, opt in to daily email alerts when new matching listings are added, and set their most frequently used search as the default when they open the ProSeller Platform.

The redesigned Boat Detail Page creates a more visual, connected experience for reviewing, managing, and sharing individual listings. A larger media gallery displays up to three prominent images and supports photos, videos, 360-degree photos, and immersive tours, helping sellers showcase each boat in greater detail.

New sharing capabilities bring preview, email, messaging, Share Links, printing, and exporting together in one place. Personalized Share Links include the seller's contact information and give clients a streamlined way to view a listing without downloading large attachments.

The refreshed page also brings more information and listing management tools into the seller's workflow. Authorized users can quickly access a listing in Inventory to make updates, view engagement metrics such as views and saves, and see where their listing is published across Boats Group marketplaces. ProSeller Platform listings now also display up to two brokers and their contact information.

Early engagement with the redesigned Boat Detail Page has been strong. From July to August, total engagement actions increased 55%, with Share Link usage up 86% as professional sellers increasingly used the new tools to share listings and connect with clients. The early results demonstrate growing adoption of the refreshed experience and its streamlined sharing capabilities.

The ProSeller Platform refresh is part of Boats Group's continued investment in tools that help professional sellers streamline their day-to-day work, better showcase inventory, and provide a stronger experience for their clients.

The redesigned Search Results Page, Saved Search experience, and Boat Detail Page are available now to all Boats Group customers.

Genpact Wins in the Inaugural 2026 HFS Services-as-Software Awards

Recognition highlights Genpact's Agentic Operations model, now embedded across finance, procurement, insurance, and banking operations

NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Genpact (NYSE: G), the Agentic Operations company, today announced it has won the Best Services Eating Software category of the inaugural 2026 HFS Services-as-Software Awards, which honor companies turning the convergence of services, software, AI, and automation into new ways of delivering enterprise work and outcomes. The award recognizes Genpact Agentic Operations, the company's model for running mission-critical enterprise workflows with AI agents handling volume and people validating the work. The model is already in production across Genpact's enterprise clients, including many Fortune 100 companies.

Genpact was selected from more than 250 global submissions scored by HFS Research analysts against five criteria: AI-driven delivery, agentic adaptability, outcome orientation, scalable architecture, and proven enterprise success.

"Agentic Operations is built on a conviction we have held from the start. There is no artificial intelligence without process intelligence. Our agents prove it. They are consequential agents, carrying the process knowledge that once lived only in the heads of our people," said Balkrishan "BK" Kalra, President and CEO, Genpact. "Context from our agents, judgment from our experts, working inside the workflows that run our clients' businesses. We sit closest to the work, so we commit to the outcome and deliver a client experience no one else can match. This recognition says the market is moving our way and we are not slowing down."

From concept to production reality

Genpact Agentic Operations began in accounts payable, where it is now in production across many enterprise clients. It has since extended into record-to-report, procurement, insurance policy administration, and banking analyst workflows.

In accounts payable, Agentic Operations has delivered:

- Touchless processing increases from 26% to more than 80%

- Invoice accuracy improvement from 70% to more than 95%

- First-pass three-way match increases from 78% to more than 90%

- First-touch supplier inquiry resolutions from zero to more than 95%

"Genpact's submission stood out because it brings Services-as-Software from concept to production reality," said Phil Fersht, CEO and Chief Analyst, HFS Research. "We genuinely believe Genpact is onto something big with Agentic Operations: its Agentic AP Suite and broader portfolio of agentic solutions. It's our Services-as-Software vision brought to life, demonstrating how AI agents embedded into enterprise workflows, combined with human oversight, can transform service delivery from labor-centric execution to software-defined, outcome-based operations at scale."

About the HFS Services-as-Software Awards

The HFS Services-as-Software Awards recognize enterprises and technology providers leading the shift from labor-based delivery to AI-native, software-defined operations. The Best Services Eating Software category recognizes services codified as software: people-led services broken down into repeatable workflows, bots, and AI agents, then delivered as modular, platform-enabled offerings with measurable outcomes.

About Genpact

Genpact (NYSE: G) is the Agentic Operations company, where applied AI meets context-rich process intelligence. We run and transform mission-critical operations for global enterprises. Genpact's Agentic Operations are grounded in decades of operating core business processes at scale across finance, supply chain, banking, insurance, and more. Our flywheel of advanced technology, trusted data foundations, and deep ecosystem partnerships moves enterprises rapidly from experimentation to scale. PUBLIC HEALTH ADVOCACY INSTITUTE (PHAI) AND FAMILIES AND FRIENDS OF GAMBLERS (FFOG) LAUNCH "TRUTH AND INTEGRITY: THE MOVEMENT FOR GAMBLING REFORM"
Image File
Original HTML

National movement led by PHAI and FFOG will kick off on September 23, 2026, in Washington, D.C.; Truth and Integrity: The Movement for Gambling Reform will bring accountability and comprehensive federal and state regulation to the gambling industry, prediction markets and their sports and technology partners

BOSTON, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Public Health Advocacy Institute (PHAI) and Families and Friends of Gamblers (FFOG) today announced Truth and Integrity: The Movement for Gambling Reform—a new national movement calling on the public—along with US lawmakers at the federal and state levels—to band together to expose and confront sports leagues, online gambling companies, and other institutions that are fostering a mental health crisis around online sports betting.

Powered by PHAI and FFOG, the movement will kick off on September 23rd in Washington, D.C., in the Russell Senate Office Building. The launch event will bring together families, advocates, policymakers, and members of the public to demand accountability and action.

"For more than 150 years, sports belonged to the American people, shared by grandparents, parents, children, siblings, and communities," said Dr. Harry Levant, PHAI's Director of Gambling Policy. "Today, our professional sports leagues, the NCAA, and individual teams have become full-fledged members of the gambling establishment."

"By partnering with gambling companies, prediction markets, and powerful AI-driven technology companies, these institutions have become part of an interconnected gambling-industrial complex that has transformed sports into nonstop gambling platforms where every pitch, pass, possession, shot, and play presents another micro-betting opportunity," said PHAI's Executive Director, Mark Gottlieb.

"In the end, sports leagues and other institutions have become nothing more than delivery devices for more efficient and addictive online gambling products," added Dick Daynard, President of PHAI.

SEPTEMBER 23rd: THE MOVEMENT KICKS OFF IN WASHINGTON

On Wednesday, September 23rd, PHAI and FFOG will officially launch Truth and Integrity: The Movement for Gambling Reform, in Washington, D.C. This kickoff will mark the beginning––not the culmination––of a national effort to bring change through government action and public advocacy.

The movement will advance on three fronts:

- The United States Congress, through investigative hearings, the creation of minimum federal safety standards, and legislation in the Senate and House of Representatives;

- State governments through comprehensive regulatory reform, with the option for safety standards above and beyond those required by Congress; and

- The American people, through advocacy, public education, and direct demands for action and accountability.

September 23rd is the next step in a burgeoning nationwide movement and call to action, bringing together those seeking to expose the forces reshaping sports and protect the public from the harms of an increasingly powerful and interconnected industry.

PROFESSIONAL SPORTS AND THE NCAA HAVE SOLD THEIR INTEGRITY AND BECOME PARTNERS IN THE GAMBLING INDUSTRY

For decades, leaders of America's major professional sports leagues understood that legalized betting posed a direct threat to the integrity of the games they were supposed to protect.

In sworn testimony related to Murphy v. NCAA, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was asked what threats there are to the integrity of professional football in the United States. His response was unequivocal: "Gambling would be number one on my list."

NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman raised a similar concern, questioning whether sports would continue to be viewed through competition and teamwork or instead become vehicles for betting. Former Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig similarly testified that "gambling is the deadliest of all things that can happen to a sport."

Those warnings, the movement argues, were true then and remain true today. What has changed is the relationship between sports and the gambling industry. The same leagues that once sounded the alarm have since entered into multi-billion-dollar commercial partnerships with the very industry they warned against.

PHAI has already challenged elements of this system through litigation. In March, PHAI filed a landmark product liability lawsuit against DraftKings, FanDuel, Genius Sports, and the National Football League alleging that the defendants developed, distributed and profited from online sports betting platforms that relentlessly push addictive live in-game microbets.

The complaint details how the NFL not only licenses player and game data to Genius Sports, but was also the company's largest shareholder from 2021 to 2025 and remains its second-largest shareholder. Genius Sports is the exclusive supplier of the NFL's live data and statistics and supplies sportsbooks with the officially licensed data needed to support online sports gambling.

Together, PHAI's public health, legal, and policy advocacy and FFOG's family-centered advocacy will power a movement intended to turn growing public concern about gambling into sustained demands for action.

JOIN THE EVENT. JOIN THE MOVEMENT.

Families, advocates, policymakers, and members of the public are invited to join PHAI and FFOG for the September 23rd kickoff in Washington, D.C., and become part of the broader Truth and Integrity: The Movement for Gambling Reform beyond the event itself.

About The Public Health Advocacy Institute

As a nonprofit legal research center focused on public health law, PHAI is uniquely suited to bring this lawsuit. PHAI was founded and is led by Dr. Richard Daynard, whose pioneering work on tobacco product liability litigation in the 1990s led to multibillion-dollar settlements with companies that had evaded liability for selling dangerous tobacco products for decades. In 2014, PHAI formed the Center for Public Health Litigation, a nonprofit law firm, which uses the civil justice system to improve public health by focusing on litigation targeting tobacco industry products, unhealthy foods, deceptive health marketing and deceptive gambling practices.

In March 2026, PHAI filed a landmark product liability lawsuit against DraftKings, FanDuel, Genius Sports, and the National Football League, alleging that the defendants developed, distributed, and profited from online sports betting platforms that relentlessly push addictive live in-game microbets. The case is Sage and Thompson v. DraftKings, Inc. et al.

Strider Launches New Baby Balance Bike: A Head Start on Fun and Development, From Tummy Time to Toddling
Image File
Original HTML

RAPID CITY, S.D., Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Strider Bikes today announced the launch of the Strider Baby Balance Bike, a super fun indoor toy that supports every step of early development. The Strider Baby Balance Bike (ages 0-18 months) takes babies from tummy time to toddling, starting with sensory fun in the nursery and growing with them as they learn to explore the world on two feet – and two wheels!

"From sensory fun to gross motor skills, the first year of a baby's life is the most important for their brain development," said Strider CEO Dona Nesselhuf. "The Strider Baby Balance Bike is the one toy that supports every crucial phase while building core memories."

According to the Cleveland Clinic, sensory play during tummy time helps babies develop language skills, fine and gross motor skills, and build important neural pathways. The Strider Baby Balance Bike sparks a baby's curiosity with stimulating tactile experiences, including raised letters, numbers and shapes on the wheels. As babies graduate to independent sitting, they'll spin the wheels and twist the bumpy handlebars, exploring how the bike works.

During the magical time when babies learn to stand and walk, the Strider Baby Balance Bike accelerates their full body coordination as the world's best assisted walking toy. The bike's two wheels, plus your baby's two feet on the ground, give them four points of contact that helps them learn true independent balance better than three- and four-wheel toys that balance on their own. Weighing only 2.4 lbs, the super lightweight walk-with-me design is easy for babies to control, and the no-scratch tires give you peace of mind as you stride through the house together.

The Strider Baby Balance Bike is now available at StriderBikes.com and on Amazon.

ABOUT STRIDER SPORTS INTERNATIONAL, INC.

Strider began with a father's passion for riding anything on two wheels and a need to share it with his son. Ryan's wheels started turning on how to make riding simple and fun to learn for two-year-old Bode. As he broke down the "basics" of riding he was reminded of the number one factor to riding a bike: balance.

Founded in 2007, in Rapid City, South Dakota, Strider Bikes has sold more than 4 million bikes and is distributed in more than 75 countries. Visit www.StriderBikes.com, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.

New Study Finds E-Cigarette Directory Laws Did Not Lead to Sustained Reductions in Sales of Flavored E-Cigarettes, Which Are Known to Appeal to Youth

Evaluation of directory laws finds no long-term impact on sales and mixed impact on product availability

ATLANTA, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- In a study published today in JAMA Network Open, researchers from the CDC Foundation found that e-cigarette directory laws, also known as e-cigarette registries, in Alabama, Oklahoma and Louisiana were not associated with sustained reductions in sales of flavored e-cigarettes. This is the first known study to rigorously evaluate the impact of e-cigarette directory laws on e-cigarette sales and product availability.

Researchers used retail scanner data* from January 2021 through April 2025 to examine changes in e-cigarette sales, measured by the total amount of nicotine sold per-capita and changes in the number of distinct e-cigarette products sold. The study used advanced evaluation methods to compare e-cigarette nicotine sales and product availability in the first three states to implement e-cigarette directories with similar states that did not enact directory laws.

In their evaluation, researchers found no significant effects on e-cigarette nicotine sales or product availability in Alabama or Oklahoma following implementation of directory laws. In Louisiana, sales and product availability declined following publication of the directory. However, sales in Louisiana rebounded within eight months and ultimately exceeded pre-directory levels, whereas the number of available products remains lower than before the policy was implemented.

The findings from Louisiana suggest declines in product availability do not necessarily translate into meaningful reductions in sales of flavored e-cigarettes, which are known appeal to youth. Menthol prefilled cartridge products and flavored disposable e-cigarettes that were not included in Louisiana's directory drove the resurgence in sales. Evidence-based tobacco control strategies remain important tools for reducing tobacco and e-cigarette use and protecting youth from nicotine addiction.

By April 2025, more than half of per-capita e-cigarette nicotine sales in all three states came from products not listed on the state directories, as required by the states' laws.

"These findings suggest e-cigarette directory laws as currently implemented are not sufficient to achieve sustained reductions in sales of flavored e-cigarettes," said Rachna Chandora, MPH, chief program officer at the CDC Foundation. "As communities and states continue to tackle the issue of youth e-cigarette use, cutting-edge methods like those used in this evaluation can help uncover what works and what doesn't to protect young people from nicotine addiction."

As of August 2026, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized the sale of 45 e-cigarette products, most of them tobacco- or menthol-flavored. However, the U.S. market continues to be dominated by thousands of unauthorized flavored e-cigarette products. Currently, 17 states have enacted laws to establish public, state-managed e-cigarette directories intended to restrict the sale of unauthorized products. Most e-cigarette directories list products that may be sold in the state based on criteria established by state law. However, directories typically include numerous products that have not received marketing authorization from the FDA.

"This study underscores the importance of evaluating tobacco control policies in real-world settings," said Fatma Romeh Ali, the study's lead author and a health economist at the CDC Foundation. "Understanding how e-cigarette sales change over time in states with directory laws compared with similar states without such laws helps policymakers better understand both the immediate and lasting health impacts of these policies. The data and findings from studies like this one can help inform evidence-based decision making to reduce youth e-cigarette use across the United States."

Since 2019, the CDC Foundation and its partners have conducted research on the impact of U.S. state and local tobacco control policies on tobacco product sales and use to inform efforts to protect children and teens from the harms of commercial tobacco products. Autodesk Advances Agentic AI in Its Three Industry Clouds

New specialized and agentic AI across Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Fusion, and Autodesk Flow turns connected industry data and project context into project intelligence customers can act on

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- At Autodesk University 2026, Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK) previewed new agentic AI across its three industry clouds: Autodesk Forma for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction; Autodesk Fusion for Design and Manufacturing; and Autodesk Flow for Media and Entertainment. Together, these new capabilities are shaping the next generation of Autodesk Assistant, extending Autodesk's agentic AI experience across products, projects, and teams rather than inside a single tool, and drawing on connected project data to understand not just the question being asked, but the project behind it.

Autodesk Assistant is generally available today across many Autodesk products, including Fusion, Forma, and Flow, where it helps customers work with Autodesk AI inside the tools they already use. The next-generation experience extends beyond any single product. Rather than requiring professionals to know which Autodesk product or AI capability to reach for, the next generation experience starts from what they are trying to accomplish, brings forward the relevant information and capabilities, and keeps professionals in control.

This next-generation experience is designed to connect project intelligence with the right Autodesk capabilities across products, projects, and teams, including through a standalone experience planned for 2027.

"The constraint in our industries has never been about ideas. It's capacity," said Andrew Anagnost, president and CEO of Autodesk. "And for Design and Make professionals, 'probably right' is wrong because their work has consequences in the real world. Our three industry clouds, Forma, Fusion, and Flow, connect the people, data and workflows that make industries work. Autodesk Assistant is how we bring intelligence to customers today, and the next generation will extend that experience across products, projects and teams. And because that intelligence is grounded in more than four decades of Autodesk industry expertise, we can bring customers the right capabilities at the right moment, so they can focus on the problem they need to solve, not the product they need to solve it."

Autodesk's advantage is not just understanding what a customer is trying to do. It is combining project intelligence with the specialized design, engineering, simulation, manufacturing, and production capabilities required to turn intent into trusted, real-world outcomes. General-purpose AI can reason across many kinds of information; Autodesk can ground that reasoning in the geometry, constraints, physics, processes, and project history that determine whether something can actually be designed, built, manufactured, or produced.

Why project context and industry expertise matter

Design and Make AI has to do something harder: understand the specialized context and constraints of real-world projects, such as buildings, infrastructure, products, manufacturing processes, characters, scenes, schedules, specifications, and the relationships between all of them.

Autodesk's three industry clouds supply that context. Forma connects data and workflows across architecture, engineering and construction. Fusion connects design and manufacturing. Flow connects media and entertainment. Together with more than four decades of Autodesk industry expertise, they create what the company calls project intelligence: actionable intelligence drawn from connected project data, industry context and AI.

The difference becomes tangible when something changes. Consider a structural change to a building. The next generation of Assistant can understand that change in the context of the project, identify its downstream impacts on fabrication, schedule, cost, construction sequencing, and operations, and bring forward the Autodesk capabilities needed to act. Instead of simply describing the problem, Assistant can connect project intelligence to the precise design, engineering, and production tools teams rely on to evaluate options and move toward a trusted, buildable outcome.

"Project teams don't work in one tool or one part of a project, and the next generation of Autodesk Assistant reflects that," said Marius Jablonskis, Digital Transformation Leader at Norconsult, a pan-Nordic interdisciplinary consulting firm that specializes in engineering, architecture, and digital expertise. "The potential is to bring the right project context into the workflow so teams can understand what needs attention and act on it more easily. We also see real value in being able to bring our own tools and intelligence into the experience alongside Autodesk's."

What the next generation of Autodesk Assistant does

The next-generation Assistant is built around three priorities:

- Understand what needs attention. Personal Pulse surfaces prioritized issues and insights across projects. Assistant Spaces gives teams and their agents a focused environment to investigate a problem, collaborate on it, and see its downstream effects.

- Act across workflows. Assistant brings Autodesk's specialized design, engineering, and creative AI together with the precise capabilities professionals rely on to simulate, manufacture, and produce their work, turning intent into trusted, reviewable outcomes through natural-language and voice interaction.

- Bring your own intelligence. Assistant Builder lets customers connect their own AI agents, tools and trusted partner services to Autodesk project context, with support planned for third-party agents from the Design & Make Marketplace.

Behind the experience, Autodesk AI Orchestrator evaluates models based on the needs of a particular task, including accuracy, speed, security, and cost, allowing Autodesk to draw on different forms of intelligence rather than relying on a single model for every problem.

The result is an intelligence layer that connects reasoning with action across Autodesk's Design and Make Platform and industry clouds. It combines project intelligence with the specialized AI and precise capabilities customers rely on to turn ideas into real-world outcomes. Autodesk Assistant is available inside products customers use today and will extend across products, projects, and teams through the next generation of Assistant.

Built for professional work

Autodesk Assistant is grounded in actual project context and, like every Autodesk AI capability, is evaluated for data integrity, privacy and risk. Autodesk publishes AI Transparency Cards for Autodesk Assistant, covering the data and technologies used, safeguards, and known limitations. Autodesk Assistant is designed to support professional judgment, with appropriate controls and human oversight.

In Autodesk's 2027 State of Design & Make Report, 70% of Design and Make leaders and experts surveyed said they expect AI to reduce mundane and repetitive work and give them added capacity to focus on the judgment, creativity and expertise the work actually requires.

Availability

Autodesk Assistant is already available today within Autodesk industry clouds and across many Autodesk products, including Fusion, Forma, and Flow. Autodesk is previewing the expanded nextgeneration experience at AU 2026. The next-generation experience is not yet generally available.

Availability, rollout timing, subscription terms, and regional details for these next-generation capabilities will be announced in 2027.
