EasyLlama Launches Compliance Advisor to Help Organizations Reduce Risk and Build Trusted Compliance Programs

New compliance solution maps 800+ federal and state mandates to each organization's workforce, replacing hours of manual research with a tailored program built to help reduce risk and fines

COVINA, Calif., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- EasyLlama, an all-in-one compliance and training platform, announced the availability of Compliance Advisor, a new solution that helps HR and Compliance teams build a trusted, always-on compliance program tailored to exactly what training their organization is legally required to provide.

Compliance training requirements are fragmented, stacked across federal and state mandates, and include details that are easy to miss. Many organizations have a hard time managing this ever-changing landscape of rules and regulations and don't have in-house legal expertise. Compliance Advisor solves this problem.

"Every recommendation in Compliance Advisor traces back to a specific law, and our team reviews and monitors that database as requirements change," said Doug Johnston, General Counsel and Head of Compliance at EasyLlama. "It provides people with a compliance program they can trust and stand behind."

Admins fill in a short profile about their organization, covering industry, size, where employees work, and how the business operates. EasyLlama maps those answers against a curated and legally verified database of all federal and state mandates, which is continuously monitored as regulations change. The result is a tailored compliance program including the specific training that's mandated, the law behind each requirement, and exactly who on the team needs to complete it.

"Compliance shouldn't be something that's time-consuming and complicated for HR professionals," said Sam Devyver, CEO and Co-Founder of EasyLlama. "Compliance Advisor gives our customers something they've never had. A clear and defensible answer to 'what am I actually required to train on and who do I need to assign it to?' No need to interpret or track legal requirements, saving people time and money."

"Compliance Advisor is great for someone whose compliance or learning & development responsibilities aren't their sole job, which is the reality for many HR leaders. If a leader who owns compliance is juggling many other things, or if they're an HR team of one, this is an incredible tool," said Adam Juran, Strategic Talent Partner, Rivia Mind.

Compliance Advisor is built on top of the EasyLlama Course Library, which now includes 500+ courses that are legally vetted, engaging, and available on any device, helping ensure once a requirement is identified, organizations can act on it immediately.

Using the Suggested Learners functionality, admins can quickly and confidently assign the right course to the right people. Compliance Advisor replaces hours of manual research with a single source of truth that makes building and managing a compliance program easy.

FAQs

Is Compliance Advisor a substitute for legal advice?

No. Compliance Advisor is intended to help organizations understand their training obligations and is not a substitute for legal advice. Organizations should consult their own counsel for legal determination.

How does Compliance Advisor determine which training is required?

EasyLlama admins complete a short profile describing their organization. EasyLlama matches those details against a database of federal, state, and local training mandates that is reviewed by its legal team and updated as regulations change. It then generates a tailored compliance program with the list of courses that should be assigned to each employee.

What is Compliance Advisor?

Compliance Advisor is a compliance solution inside the EasyLlama platform that identifies specific compliance training an organization is required to provide, automates the management of the training, and monitors regulations and training completions.

Who can use Compliance Advisor?

Compliance Advisor is available to all EasyLlama customers, across all plans. It is made to serve small and medium-sized businesses ranging from 1 to 1,000 employees, and it can help businesses with more than 1,000 employees understand their compliance obligations.

How many courses are in the EasyLlama Course Library?

The EasyLlama Course Library includes more than 500 courses that are legally vetted, engaging, and available on any device, spanning topics like harassment prevention, workplace safety, data privacy, AI fundamentals, soft skills, and more.

How do I get started with Compliance Advisor?

Existing EasyLlama customers can access Compliance Advisor directly from their admin dashboard. Organizations that are not yet EasyLlama customers can request a demo at easyllama.com.

The more electric aircraft market is projected to expand steadily through 2031 as aircraft manufacturers increase the use of electrical systems to replace or reduce conventional hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical functions. Rising aircraft production, fleet modernization, higher electrical power requirements, and growing focus on fuel efficiency are increasing the adoption of generators, starter-generators, electric actuators, electric pumps, power electronics, and advanced power distribution systems.

The market is gaining momentum as commercial and military aircraft manufacturers seek to reduce aircraft weight, improve energy efficiency and lower maintenance requirements. Aircraft programs are increasingly incorporating electrically driven environmental control systems, flight control actuation, braking systems and accessory systems. At the same time, higher onboard electrical loads from avionics, cabin systems and mission equipment are increasing requirements for power generation, conversion, and distribution equipment.

By platform, fixed-wing aircraft is positioned to retain the largest market share during the forecast period.

Fixed-wing aircraft are expected to account for the largest share of the more electric aircraft market as commercial and military aircraft programs continue to incorporate higher levels of electrical content. Narrow-body and wide-body aircraft increasingly use advanced generators, electric pumps, electrical actuation, power conversion systems, and digitally controlled power distribution technologies. The large installed base of fixed-wing aircraft combined with strong aircraft order backlogs and production activity is expected to support recurring demand for electrical systems and components. New-generation aircraft are also being designed with greater electrical power capacity to support avionics, cabin loads, and aircraft systems that were traditionally powered through hydraulic or pneumatic architectures.

By end user, civil aviation is projected to be a prominent segment during the forecast period.

Civil aviation is expected to account for the dominant share of the more electric aircraft industry as airlines continue fleet renewal and aircraft manufacturers increase production of new-generation commercial platforms. Increasing passenger traffic, replacement of aging aircraft, and large commercial aircraft order backlogs are supporting demand for electrically intensive narrow-body, wide-body, and regional aircraft. Commercial aircraft manufacturers are increasing the use of electric actuation, electrically driven pumps, advanced environmental control systems, and higher-capacity power generation systems to improve fuel efficiency and reduce maintenance requirements. On the other hand, military aviation will remain an important market supported by fighter aircraft procurement, transport aircraft modernization, and increasing electrical power requirements for avionics, sensors, and mission systems.

Inquiry Before Buying: https://www.marketsandmarkets.com/Enquiry_Before_BuyingNew.asp?id=138024896

Increasing development prospects are expected from the Asia Pacific region during the forecast period.

Countries in Asia Pacific are increasing aircraft procurement, expanding airline fleets, and developing domestic aerospace manufacturing capabilities. Most Indiana Plane Crashes Happen Away from the State's Major Airports

A new review of a decade's worth of federal aviation safety records points to a pattern many Hoosiers might not expect.

INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kryder Law Group, LLC Accident and Injury Lawyers, today released a report on aviation accidents across Indiana, finding that the state's largest commercial airports account for only a small share of reported crashes. The overwhelming majority happened at regional runways, general aviation fields, and private airstrips spread throughout the state.

Drawing on the National Transportation Safety Board's census of U.S. civil aviation accidents from 2016 through 2025, the report identified 136 total events. The split is clear.

- Indiana's five commercial service airports, Indianapolis International (IND), Fort Wayne International (FWA), South Bend International (SBN), Evansville Regional (EVV), and Purdue University Airport (LAF), recorded 17 accidents (or about 12.5% of the total).

- Every other airport combined recorded 119 accidents (or roughly 87.5%).

That contrast reshapes how residents might think about aviation risk. The airports most people picture handle about one in eight reported events, while the wider general aviation network carries nearly all the rest.

"The data is unambiguous—regional airports and smaller airstrips account for the overwhelming majority of aviation accidents in Indiana, and these incidents are often far more severe than what occurs at a major commercial hub," said Andrew Kryder, Esq. "These crashes happen in communities across the state, away from the spotlight, and the families left dealing with the consequences deserve real answers, strong advocacy, and full accountability."

The firm hopes the findings give Indiana communities a clearer picture of where aviation risk actually concentrates. Commercial service airports and general aviation fields serve very different purposes, and understanding that distinction matters when residents weigh safety trends across the state.

Regulatory milestone advances accessible, proactive and digital-first dental care

SINGAPORE and NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- KELLS, a leading AI-powered dental care platform, today announced that its KELLS AI Dental Scan has been registered as a Class B medical device with Singapore's Health Sciences Authority (HSA), making it Singapore's first HSA-registered AI dental screening tool designed for direct consumer use. The milestone validates the company's proprietary dental AI technology.

The clearance supports KELLS' expansion in Singapore and advances preventive oral healthcare beyond traditional dental settings.

KELLS AI Dental Scan allows individuals to capture images of their teeth using a smartphone. KELLS' proprietary AI analyzes the images to identify potential oral health concerns and helps users better understand their dental health, what may require attention, and when professional care may be appropriate.

"Dental care has traditionally been centered around what happens inside the dental office, but much of oral health happens between visits," said Jie Feng, Ph.D., Co-Founder and CEO of KELLS. "This registration is an important validation of the technology we have spent years developing and moves us closer to a future where people can understand and manage their dental health continuously."

Expanding access to earlier dental insights

Access to timely dental care remains challenging for many populations, including young children, older adults, and communities where regular dental evaluation may be difficult to access. By enabling dental screening through a smartphone, KELLS can extend oral health assessment into community settings, workplaces, and homes while helping connect individuals who need further care with dental professionals.

In Singapore, KELLS technology has been deployed through community and corporate oral health initiatives, demonstrating how digital screening can help reach large groups efficiently while creating a clearer path from early identification to appropriate in-person care.

The HSA registration also represents a broader milestone as KELLS expands internationally. The company has built its technology around a quality management and clinical validation framework designed to support the responsible application of AI in healthcare.

Building a more continuous dental care experience

The AI Dental Scan is part of KELLS' broader vision to create a personal dental platform that supports consumers throughout their oral health journey—from understanding their current health and monitoring changes over time to navigating care and connecting with providers.

"Our goal is to make oral health measurable, understandable and actionable," Feng added. "AI can help people identify potential concerns earlier and make more informed decisions about when and where to seek care."

Telcos expect major AI driven productivity gains, but talent and operating model gaps threaten delivery
Image File

- 97% of telecom leaders expect AI to deliver major productivity gains within five years, but organizational readiness may hold them back

- Workforce transformation intensifies as 69% expect three-quarters of employees to be upskilled or replaced

- 50% view non-core services as a critical growth catalyst but disruption risks are growing

LONDON, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Telecom company leaders see significant opportunities from AI, automation and new digital services, but many may be unprepared to capture the full value, according to the latest EY-Parthenon Telco of Tomorrow study. Conducted every two years and based on interviews with nearly 100 telecom C-suite leaders globally, the study highlights the strategic decisions shaping the industry.

While nearly all leaders expect AI to dramatically improve efficiency over the next five years, the study suggests that talent shortages, operating model challenges and a lack of strategic clarity could slow progress. The findings indicate that telcos are not short of growth opportunities but may lack the organizational readiness needed to capture them.

Cédric Foray, EY Global Telecommunications Sector Leader, says:

"Telcos are not short of growth opportunities. The greater challenge is whether they have the operating models, skills and strategic clarity needed to capture them. AI has the potential to reshape how telecom companies operate, but technology deployment alone will not determine success. The organizations that create the most value will be those that successfully align business strategy, talent development and operating model transformation."

AI ambition is running ahead of organizational readiness

AI has become a defining transformation priority for the telecom sector. According to the study, 97% of telecom executives expect AI to deliver major productivity and operational performance gains within five years. Leaders are prioritizing AI across a range of business functions, with customer care and issue resolution (92%), network optimization (67%) and augmented and service personalization (38% each) emerging as the most common use case.

However, realizing these gains remains far from guaranteed. More than half (54%) identify budget constraints as a barrier to transformation, while 43% cite insufficient current skills. Leaders also point to a lack of alignment between technology and business strategy as a significant obstacle to successful transformation. Notably, 34% identify a lack of clarity around their strategic North Star as a key barrier to transformation.

The findings suggest that AI's value will depend not simply on technology investment, but on the organization's ability to redesign operating models and embed AI into core business processes.

Telcos face a workforce transformation paradox

Insights from executive interviews point to significant workforce disruption ahead. Nearly seven in ten executives (69%) expect three-quarters of their workforce to be either upskilled or replaced over the next five years as organizations adapt to increasingly AI-enabled operating models.

Yet attracting the talent required to support this transformation remains a concern. Only 31% of leaders believe the telecom sector will be among the most attractive industries for employees in five years.

Cédric says: "The workforce challenge extends beyond reskilling. Telecom companies must also rethink organizational structures, redesign roles and processes, and develop new leadership capabilities to support the next phase of transformation. Leaders that simply add AI to existing ways of working risk missing much of the value. The opportunity lies in reengineering how work gets done across the organization."

Telcos look beyond connectivity to cybersecurity, sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure

As growth in traditional connectivity services remains relatively modest, telecom leaders are increasingly looking beyond their core business for new sources of value.

Half of executives (50%) identify non-core services as a leading growth catalyst, up from 34% in the previous EY-Parthenon Telco of Tomorrow study in 2024. Reflecting this shift, 47% rank overhauling business models to accelerate non-core growth among their top strategic priorities for the next five years. Key areas of focus include cybersecurity, sovereign cloud, AI infrastructure and GPU-as-a-service.

Many leaders believe telcos should focus on opportunities where infrastructure assets, trusted brands and customer relationships provide a credible competitive advantage. Notably, 64% of executives view superior customer understanding as critical competency for future success, compared with 49% who cite network quality. Reinforcing this view, 80% believe digital infrastructure remains a core asset that telecom companies should own and manage.

Satellite operators and hyperscalers reshape the competitive landscape

The competitive landscape is evolving rapidly. Two-thirds (66%) of executives view satellite operators as a leading source of disruption within the next five years, reflecting concerns that advances in low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellite services could challenge traditional connectivity models, particularly in underserved and rural markets.

Meanwhile, hyperscalers are creating a growing strategic tension for the industry. While increasingly viewed as competitors in enterprise markets, they are also expected to become some of telcos' most important ecosystem partners as demand for AI infrastructure drives closer alignment between connectivity, cloud and computing services.

Adrian Baschnonga, EY Global Telecommunications Lead Analyst, says:

"Competition is increasingly coming from outside traditional telecom boundaries. Satellite providers are expanding their ambitions, while hyperscalers are simultaneously becoming both competitors and essential partners. This makes strategic positioning more important than ever as telcos determine where they can create distinctive value within increasingly interconnected ecosystems."
