M31 Expands Rambus Collaboration, Strengthening Its One-Stop MIPI Subsystem Solution

HSINCHU, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- M31 Technology (M31), a global silicon intellectual property (IP) provider, today unveiled a technology collaboration with Rambus Inc. for its MIPI CSI (Camera Serial Interface) Controller and MIPI DSI (Display Serial Interface) Controller technologies. This collaboration combines these controller capabilities with M31's silicon-proven MIPI PHY portfolio with a strong track record of successful deployments, enabling M31 to offer a comprehensive MIPI subsystem solution integrating high-speed MIPI PHYs and MIPI CSI/DSI controllers to address the growing requirements of high-resolution imaging and display applications.

By integrating key functions such as MIPI CSI and DSI controllers, M31 helps customers reduce verification and development risks typically associated with multi-vendor integration, while accelerating product development and time-to-market. This milestone further strengthens M31's product completeness and competitiveness in the MIPI interface IP market.

With demand continuing to rise across smartphones, automotive ADAS cameras, multi-display cockpit systems, and AI edge devices, MIPI has become the mainstream standard for camera and display interfaces, with its application scope expanding steadily. Industry analysts project that the global interface IP market will reach approximately US$5.4 billion by 2029, accounting for a growing share of the overall semiconductor IP market. High-speed interface IP—such as USB, PCIe, and MIPI—continues to be a key growth driver for the silicon IP licensing market.

"MIPI integrated solutions are increasingly in demand as smartphones, automotive displays, and intelligent cockpits move toward higher resolutions and multi-display designs," said Scott Chang, CEO of M31. "In the past, customers often needed to procure controllers separately and then rely on M31 for integration. With this collaboration, customers can more confidently entrust the complete MIPI interface design to M31, reducing verification and development risks caused by cross-vendor integration. The synergies of a combined sub-system will further enhance M31's competitiveness in the MIPI market."

As M31 expands its portfolio from PHY-only offerings to complete subsystem solutions that include controllers, the average total contract value of related engagements is expected to increase compared with the previous PHY-only licensing model. Overall, this one-stop approach not only increases the value of MIPI-related IP design wins, but also further reinforces M31's competitive advantage in the global MIPI interface IP market—supporting the company's strategic focus on automotive, smartphones, and AI edge computing applications.

Luvme Hair Introduces Originalive™: A New Standard for Good Hair

The upcoming premium human hair collection redefines good hair through natural quality, craftsmanship, and lasting performance.

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Luvme Hair is previewing Originalive™, a new premium human hair collection planned for launch in October 2026. Developed around the brand's evolving Good Hair Standard, the collection is designed to move the conversation about wig quality beyond first-touch softness and toward a more complete understanding of how good hair should look, feel, style, and perform over time.

The new collection reflects Luvme Hair's move from simply offering high-quality hair to establishing a clearer Good Hair Standard that consumers can see, feel, and understand. Rather than defining quality through a single feature, Originalive™ focuses on the complete experience of the hair throughout real wear.

The idea builds on Luvme's broader exploration of where good hair begins, starting with the condition of the hair itself and continuing through processing, construction, coloring, styling, and everyday wear.

Five Priorities Behind Originalive™

Originalive™ is structured around five key areas: Long-Lasting Hair Quality, Invisible Natural Look, Raw Hair Integrity, Premium Color Craft, and Style That Lasts. Rather than treating any single feature as the definition of premium hair, the collection brings these areas together as one more complete standard.

At the foundation is carefully selected human hair and lower-stress processing intended to preserve more of the hair's natural structure. The development approach emphasizes cuticle alignment, controlled processing temperatures, and reduced unnecessary chemical exposure to support natural softness, elasticity, smoothness, and manageability.

This approach also supports the way the hair performs after washing and regular use. Luvme's development framework includes repeated-wash evaluation, tracking qualities such as shine, smoothness, and combability across multiple cycles. The goal is to look beyond how hair feels on day one and consider how well those qualities continue through ongoing care.

That same perspective is explored in Luvme's guide to what makes a good human hair wig and its discussion of good human hair wig quality over time.

Natural Detail From Hairline to Color

Originalive™ also extends its Good Hair Standard beyond the hair fiber itself.

For the hairline, the collection incorporates controlled knot bleaching, carefully hand-ventilated density transitions, and Real HD Lace. These elements are designed to work together to create a smoother transition between lace, scalp, and hair, helping the finished wig appear more natural around the forehead and parting area.

Color craftsmanship is another focus. Originalive™ is planned to include both natural shades and more dimensional lighter, highlighted, and gradient looks. Controlled, gradual coloring methods are used to balance color development with the condition of the hair, rather than treating color and hair quality as separate priorities.

Styling performance completes the picture. By emphasizing elasticity and shape recovery, the collection is designed to help waves, curls, and layered styles maintain their form longer while reducing the need for constant restyling and repeated heat exposure.

More Than a First Impression

With Originalive™, Luvme Hair is introducing a collection built around a broader question: not simply whether hair looks beautiful when it is new, but whether it can continue to feel natural, remain manageable, respond to styling, and support different looks as it becomes part of everyday life.

As the planned launch approaches, Originalive™ represents the next step in Luvme Hair's effort to make "good hair" easier to recognize and understand—moving from individual product features toward a more complete standard of quality.

About Luvme Hair

Luvme Hair offers human hair wigs and hair solutions across a range of textures, lengths, colors, and constructions. The brand focuses on natural-looking results, thoughtful craftsmanship, convenient wear, and hair solutions designed for everyday styling and personal expression.

Zhou Jianjun from Huawei: Building a Grid-Interactive AIDC Solution to Maximize Tokens Per Watt

SHENZHEN, China, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Green Energy Development Conference & International Digital Energy Expo 2026, kicked off in Shenzhen. Zhou Jianjun, Vice President of Huawei and President of Global Marketing, Sales and Services, Huawei Digital Power, attended the opening ceremony and unveiled Huawei's grid-interactive AI data center (AIDC) solution during the key industry achievement release session. This solution aims to tackle the new challenges of power acquisition, high-density power supply, high-density heat dissipation, and complex delivery, operation, and maintenance in AIDC construction during the AI era, by leveraging system-level compute-electricity synergy to maximize tokens per watt.

The Token Factory Era: Compute and Power Deeply Coupled

The global AI industry is rapidly accelerating from R&D to large-scale deployment. The fast iteration of large models and the surging demand for AI applications are driving exponential growth in token consumption. As the basic unit for invoking, consuming, and billing AI services, tokens are becoming increasingly valuable. Major global tech companies, operators, cloud service providers, and energy enterprises are ramping up investments in AI infrastructure. AIDC campuses are scaling from traditional megawatts to hundreds of megawatts or even gigawatts. Power acquisition, power supply and cooling in high-density compute scenarios, delivery, operation, and maintenance capabilities, and construction speed have become new challenges for AIDC construction.

Zhou Jianjun stated: "Electricity is essential for computing. Today, in the AI era, the startup, shutdown, and load fluctuations of a large AIDC campus can all impact grid operations." He emphasized that as the penetration of renewable energy continues to rise, the power grid itself is also evolving, with local grid strength declining and volatility and uncertainty increasing. Future AIDCs must not only adapt to weak grids and maintain stable operation during grid fluctuations, but also support the grid and become a key "grid-friendly" node. Therefore, the integration of generation, grid, load, and storage has become an inevitable choice for AIDC development.

"3+1" Redefining a System-Level Grid-Interactive AIDC Solution

Huawei proposes a "3+1" system redefinition across three domains—Watt (electricity), Bit (digital), and Heat (thermal)—along with the construction model, to build a grid-interactive AIDC solution.

The core of the redefinition is as follows:

Watt (electricity): Shifting from stable power consumption to supporting the power grid.

On the generation-grid-storage side, Huawei enhances the AIDC facility's adaptability to weak power grids and large load fluctuations through grid-forming control and energy storage synergy. The industry's first 1000 V grid-forming inverter FusionSolar series and the world's first 1000 V Smart String Grid Forming ESS Platform LUTERRA, both launched by Huawei, have significantly boosted the grid-forming capability of renewable energy. On the load side, Huawei builds an integrated grid-forming energy router based on the solid-state transformer (SST) technology. Moreover, Huawei has become the first vendor in the industry to pass the wideband oscillation damping test conducted by Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute, driving UPS in the AIDC era to evolve from "reliable power supply" to "grid-friendly."

Heat (thermal): from "reliability of individual components" to "reliability of the entire system."

The key to AIDC liquid cooling is not just cooling, but controllability; not just the reliability of individual components, but the reliability of the entire system from chips to cooling sources. Huawei's Thermal Management Unit (TMU) and AI-enabled MW-level liquid cooling system provide a paradigm for highly reliable cooling in the AIDC industry.

Bit (digital): from "passive operation and maintenance" to "proactive sensing."

AI capabilities are leveraged to redefine operations, enabling AIDC to achieve proactive sensing, optimization, and protection.

Construction model: from "traditional engineering" to "productization and prefabrication."

AIDC can no longer rely entirely on traditional engineering methods. Through productization, prefabrication, and modularization, Huawei shifts complexity to the factory, leave simplicity to customers, and speed up compute rollout.

System-Level Innovation for the Next-Generation AIDC

Huawei's grid-interactive AIDC solution is not a single product-level innovation, but an end-to-end solution built on system-level innovation. Its core value is clear and compelling: ensuring stable operation of high-value computing power with high reliability, generating more tokens per watt with high energy efficiency, enabling faster rollout of computing power with fast delivery, and supporting the power grid with grid-friendly features despite being a large load.

Zhou Jianjun said, "AI is opening up a new era of industry. In response to the opportunities brought by the AIDC industry transformation, Huawei deeply integrates digital technology, power electronics, thermal management, and energy storage management, and focuses on the new power system and core fields of AIDC to build comprehensive capabilities in renewable energy generation, grid forming and grid connection, power supply for high-density compute, liquid cooling, and compute-electricity synergy. Huawei is willing to work with global customers and partners to drive the AIDC industry toward high-quality, sustainable, and innovative development, enabling each watt to produce more tokens and powering the AI era forward."

For the three months ended June 30, 2026, Marvion reported revenue of $1.05 million, an 18% increase from $889,768 in the second quarter of 2025.

Gross profit increased to $544,812, compared with $305,890 in the prior-year quarter, representing an increase of approximately 78%.

Income from operations increased to $166,558, compared with $23,190 during the second quarter of 2025. The Company also remained profitable, reporting net income of $97,282 for the quarter.

Operating Cash Flow Shows Significant Improvement

Marvion generated $512,412 of net cash from operating activities during the first six months of 2026, compared with $122,894 during the same period in 2025. This represents an increase of approximately 317% year over year.

Management believes the improvement in operating cash flow is an important indicator of progress toward building a more sustainable operating model as the Company continues to improve profitability, expand its customer base and increase utilization of its logistics and warehousing capabilities.

Building a More Diversified Supply-Chain Platform

Marvion's business continues to evolve beyond its traditional logistics and warehousing operations.

The Company operates through wholly owned subsidiaries including United Warehouse Management Corp., KSK Logistics Limited and Propose Enterprise Limited. Its business activities include logistics, warehousing, procurement and financial consulting services, all of which currently generate revenue in Hong Kong.

Management believes the combination of warehousing infrastructure, transportation capabilities and additional supply-chain services provides a foundation for expanding the Company's addressable market while increasing the value of its existing operating infrastructure.

Management Commentary

Chan Sze Yu, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Marvion Inc., said:

"The first half of 2026 represents another important step in Marvion's development. We are encouraged not only by the continued growth in revenue, but more importantly by the substantial improvement in gross profit, operating income and operating cash flow.

Our objective is to build Marvion into a more diversified and scalable supply-chain services company. The launch of our procurement business represents an important extension of our existing logistics and warehousing capabilities and demonstrates our ability to identify additional opportunities within our existing customer and infrastructure network.

We remain focused on disciplined growth, improving operating efficiency and strengthening our financial position. We believe that continued development of our logistics, warehousing and procurement businesses can provide additional opportunities for long-term growth.

At the same time, management recognizes that access to capital remains important to our continued expansion. We will continue evaluating financing alternatives while maintaining a focus on shareholder value and the long-term development of the Company."

Focus on the Next Stage of Growth

1. Expand logistics and last-mile delivery services

The Company intends to further develop its logistics capabilities and leverage its existing transportation infrastructure to serve additional B2B customers.

2. Increase utilization of warehouse infrastructure

Marvion will continue to pursue opportunities to increase warehouse occupancy and develop additional storage-related revenue streams.

3. Expand procurement and trading activities

The newly established procurement business provides an additional revenue channel and allows the Company to participate in a broader range of supply-chain activities.

4. Improve operating margins

Management intends to continue monitoring direct operating costs and improving operational efficiency as the Company expands.

5. Strengthen operating cash flow

Management intends to continue working toward generating stronger and more consistent cash flow from operations.

6. Strengthen the Company's capital structure

Management continues to evaluate financing alternatives and shareholder support to provide the capital necessary to support ongoing operations and future business development.

Acknowledging the Company's Financial Position

Management believes transparency is important for investors.

As disclosed in the Company's Form 10-Q, Marvion had cash and cash equivalents of $669,547 as of June 30, 2026, and a working capital deficit of approximately $3.89 million.

The Company has also disclosed a going-concern uncertainty and stated that continued financial support from shareholders, external financing and fundraising activities remain important to meeting its obligations and supporting future operations.

Management is actively evaluating financing alternatives while continuing to focus on improving profitability and operating cash flow.

Marvion's Investment Proposition

Marvion believes its current development can be viewed through three fundamental areas:

Growing Revenue Base — First-half 2026 revenue increased 21% year over year, supported by logistics, warehousing and the newly added procurement business.

Improving Profitability — First-half gross profit increased approximately 62%, while operating income increased from $85,430 to $286,524.

Improving Cash Generation — Operating cash flow increased from $122,894 to $512,412, representing approximately 317% year-over-year growth.

Together, these developments demonstrate the Company's ongoing transition toward a broader and more diversified operating model.

Xinhua Silk Road: Two indices on rowing and hutong revitalization in Shenyang launched

BEIJING, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Two indices reports on development of rowing sport and hutong revitalization in Shenyang, the capital city of northeast China's Liaoning Province, have been officially launched by Xinhua Indices Institute.

The reports -- China (Shenyang) rowing development index report and China (Shenyang) hutong revitalization index report -- were released at the 2026 China (Shenyang) Exchange on Integrated Development of Culture, Tourism, Sports and Commerce held on Sept. 10 in Shenyang.

Co-hosted by the Shenyang Municipal People's Government and the Brand Work Office of Xinhua News Agency, the event brought together guests from government, industry, academia and research institutions to explore new approaches and models for the integrated development of culture, tourism, sports and commerce.

The release of the two indices places the "outward-oriented sports event economy," represented by rowing, and the "inward-oriented revitalization of existing urban assets," represented by hutongs, within the same framework, establishing an annual benchmark for the integrated development of culture, tourism, sports and commerce.

Shenyang will look outward for breakthroughs through the rowing index, leverage sports events to activate its waterfront spaces and further develop itself as a rowing capital, said a municipal official. Meanwhile, the city will tap its internal potential through the hutong index, revitalizing local old hutongs via micro-renewal work.

The city is steadily advancing toward its duo goals of becoming a "rowing capital" and a "famous historical and cultural city." To achieve these goals, Shenyang has hosted the Asian Rowing U19&U23 Championships consecutively along the Hunhe River, while the "rowing in schools" program has been rolled out across the city.

Deep in the hutongs, 67 old hutongs in the city's Fangcheng area have been renovated. Laobeishi hosted more than 6,000 performances to the public throughout the year, while the Bajing coffee alley received more than 2 million visitors annually.

Guo Linwen, deputy director of the Cultural Industries Institute of Renmin University of China, suggested that Shenyang strengthen its cultural identity, break down boundaries between different business formats and apply cutting-edge technologies to enhance immersive experiences.

He recommended using length of stay, the proportion of secondary spending and the number of overnight visitors as key indicators to evaluate project performance.

The event also featured two parallel sessions -- the "Sports +" session and the session on culture, tourism and sports empowering innovation in urban consumption scenarios.

Regpack Introduces Attendance Tracking for Afterschool, Camp, and Enrichment Programs
Image File

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Regpack, the online registration and payment platform used by thousands of organizations that need attendance security for the children in their programs, announced today. Parents put their children's safety in the hands of someone else who isn't a parent or family member. Child safety is the top priority when doing attendance, and Regpack is built around it.

Each family gets a QR code and a unique PIN per child at registration that works for every pick-up. Whoever arrives shows the code; it's checked against the authorized contacts on that child's record, and the release is logged with a name and a time. Adults without a QR code can message parents, or parents can leave a note on the child's profile. Students must know the additional person picking them up, and staff must send a photo of the child and the adult to the parents.

"Every program I have ever visited already knows exactly who is in the building, but they don't know the family relationship, who is cleared to pick up students, and who the students are familiar with," said Asaf Darash, founder of Regpack. "This gives them the same picture with advanced security and quick pick-up with locked QR codes. Staff isn't holding the line of security with just a paper document; they now have a full system behind them."

About Regpack

Regpack is an online registration and payment platform built for the people who run programs. Camps, after-school and enrichment programs, schools, nonprofits, and event organizers use it to handle sign-ups, collect payments, and manage participant information in one place.
