WASHINGTON, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lyntris Inc. (NYSE: LYNX), a defense technology company delivering sense-to-act connectivity solutions for the modern connected battlespace, today announced that Intuitive Machines, a leading space infrastructure prime, has selected the company to provide S-, X-, and Ka-band antenna feed systems for large-aperture antennas within its expanding global ground network.

Comprised of ground stations strategically located worldwide, Intuitive Machines' commercially available network provides continuous line-of-sight communications with the Moon and beyond. The ground network is part of Intuitive Machines' broader space infrastructure service, which increases visibility across major Earth-viewing arcs, enhances contact opportunities for lunar and deep-space missions, and expands capacity for communications, data transport, and position, navigation, and timing (PNT).

Lyntris' tri-band feed systems support S-, X-, and Ka-band communications through a single aperture. Delivering tri-band capability for large-aperture antennas requires the systems to maintain the gain and noise performance required for near-space and deep-space communications while keeping the frequency bands isolated from one another. A number of Intuitive Machines ground antennas are expected to feature Lyntris feed systems as the company continues to scale its global ground network.

Lyntris has delivered precision RF and antenna systems for over 40 years, where its aperture engineering paired with vertically-integrated manufacturing shortens the path from design to qualified hardware. This integrated approach will enable Lyntris to scale feed production to support Intuitive Machines' expanding ground network.

"Near space operations are moving from individual missions to standing infrastructure, and infrastructure has to work every pass, not most passes," said Richie Dart, SVP and GM of C5ISR of Lyntris. "Lyntris can deliver near and deep-space RF performance while building at the rate Intuitive Machines needs, and that combination is what turns a communications architecture into an operational one."

Blast Resources Reviews Tectonic Break at the Wales Lake Uranium Project in the Athabasca Basin Region, Saskatchewan
Image File
Original HTML

Key Highlights:

- The geological importance of this feature lies in its potential plumbing system, which may contain open spaces and low-pressure zones where mixing of hydrothermal fluids may have occurred, and could potentially facilitate uranium precipitation.

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Blast Resources Inc. ("Blast" or the "Company") (CSE: BLST) (FRA: O0E) (OTCQB: BLSRF) is pleased to report the identification of a prominent interpreted tectonic break extending through the Company's Wales Lake, Brazier South and Britts Lake claim groups. The claims are situated predominantly east of the Clearwater Domain, within the broader regional setting that hosts the Triple R and Arrow uranium deposits and other recent uranium discoveries. Geological research has proposed that radiogenic heat generated by granitic rocks of the Clearwater Domain may have supported prolonged circulation of hydrothermal fluids along structural corridors, contributing to the mobilization and concentration of uranium within the region. The interpreted tectonic break underlying the Blast claim groups may have provided a pathway for fluid movement, allowing the circulation and mixing of potentially uranium-bearing fluids. This feature represents an important focus for continued geological and geophysical exploration.

Casey Forward, Chief Executive Officer & Director of the Company, commented, "We're very excited to discuss the geological importance of the tectonic break at the Wales Lake Uranium Project. The tectonic break extends through two of our claims, providing the Company with ample opportunity to further explore its potential. We are thrilled to drive further advancement in the coming months."

A tectonic break may represent a contact, fault, or shear zone between two or more geological plates that have experienced collision, tension, or strike-slip movement relative to each other. On the Blast property, a significant tectonic break trends northwest to southeast, extending approximately 10 km through claims MC00016517 to MC00016514. Within the Wales Lake Uranium Project claims, this tectonic break is situated in bedrock and may not be visible at the surface. This break coincides with a magnetic low anomaly identified from the 2024 magnetic survey that was completed on the property and runs roughly parallel to electromagnetic conductors identified from a historical VTEM survey, both of which are key features in the Athabasca uranium model. EM conductors coincident with magnetic lows are interpreted to represent graphitic faults, which may serve as pathways for mineralizing fluids. Such graphitic faults may also provide the accommodation space and reducing conditions needed to trap and precipitate uranium

Delta Bridges Energy and Compute for AI Factories Based on NVIDIA DSX™
Image File
Original HTML

From onsite energy to the AI rack, Delta integrates power and cooling infrastructure to speed time to first production and maximize token performance per megawatt.

FREMONT, Calif., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Electronics, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, today announced its development to speed up the deployment of AI factories based on NVIDIA DSX. The NVIDIA DSX AI Factory Platform brings together reference designs, open software, accelerated computing systems, facilities infrastructure and partner technologies in a codesigned platform for AI factory design, deployment and operations. Delta brings the physical infrastructure bridge between energy availability and compute productivity — connecting onsite energy, facility power, row and rack-level power and cooling, as well as chip-level solutions, enabling customers to accelerate token production and ultimately generate higher AI yield from every available megawatt.

"AI factory economics begin with a simple question: how much intelligence can be produced from every available megawatt?" said Austin Tseng, President of Delta Electronics Americas. "The answer depends on more than facility power alone. Power quality, GPU load transients and heat must be engineered together all the way into the rack. Delta and NVIDIA connect those layers — energy, power, cooling and components — allowing AI factory operators to reach time-to-first-token sooner and optimize token output at scale."

"AI factories must be designed as complete systems, with power, cooling and compute working together," said Vladimir Troy, vice president of AI infrastructure at NVIDIA. "Delta's expertise in 800 VDC power delivery and liquid cooling will help customers deploy AI factories based on NVIDIA DSX faster and get more AI performance from every megawatt."

Engineering Across Energy to the AI Rack

Delta integrates power and thermal management infrastructure across facility gray space and IT space. At the facility level, Delta integrates energy storage systems (ESS), solid-state transformers (SST) and medium-voltage infrastructure to store, convert and distribute the power required by high-density AI workloads. Across the IT space, Delta integrates 800 VDC power delivery with row-to-chip liquid cooling, aligning power flow and heat removal with the dynamic demands of high-density GPU computing. For AI factories based on NVIDIA DSX, this system-level approach helps close integration gaps between facility and IT infrastructure.

Engineering Through the Rack to the Chip

Delta's 800 VDC power architecture reduces conversion stages between facility power and compute, and delivers up to 98% power conversion efficiency while responding rapidly to GPU load transients. High-density In-Row systems deliver up to 800 kW in a single power rack, while tailored battery and capacitance backup technologies support transient stability. At the board level, Delta's 800 VDC DC-DC power distribution technology steps down directly to 50 VDC or 12 VDC with peak efficiency up to 98.5%. Coordinating these technologies reduces electrical losses, heat generation, copper requirements and stranded capacity while reclaiming valuable white space for compute.

The same design continuity applies to thermal management. Delta's portfolio spans 2.4 MW and 3 MW liquid-to-liquid cooling distribution units, In-Rack cooling, and thermal solutions for next-generation AI racks. By coordinating electrical and thermal infrastructure at the facility, row, rack, and component levels, Delta helps power and cooling systems meet the density and operating requirements of AI factories based on NVIDIA DSX.

Prefabrication Accelerates Time to First Production

To accelerate AI factory deployment, Delta applies prefabrication and modular design to physical infrastructure. Delta's Prefabricated AI Modular Data Center Solution integrates 800 VDC In-Row Power and 3 MW of liquid-cooling capacity into infrastructure blocks assembled and tested in the factory. Moving more integration and validation offsite reduces onsite complexity, streamlines commissioning and supports phased capacity expansion as demand grows.

Delta's system-level engineering and prefabricated delivery approach connect infrastructure design with execution—making constrained power more usable, accelerating the path to productive GPU capacity and supporting reliable token output at scale.

College Savings Isn't Just About College Anymore: What Florida Parents Should Know
Image File
Original HTML

Many families still think 529 plans are only for college, but Florida Prepaid's education savings options offer flexibility for a broader range of qualified educational expenses and pathways

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and changing workforce needs are reshaping the future faster than ever before. For parents of young children, that presents a challenge: preparing for a future that is increasingly difficult to predict.

As National College Savings Month is recognized this month, many families are discovering that education savings have evolved as well. While 529 plans are often associated with traditional four-year degrees, today's plans can support a broader range of educational pathways and qualified expenses, helping families keep more options open for the future. Depending on the plan and applicable law, qualified withdrawals from 529 plans can be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies, certain room-and-board expenses, registered apprenticeship programs, certain K-12 expenses, educational testing costs and limited student loan repayment.

Today's students have more pathways available after high school than ever before. Advancements in technology and artificial intelligence are creating new opportunities while transforming existing careers. Many of today's parents are raising children who will not enter the workforce for another 10, 15 or even 20 years, making it impossible to know exactly what education and training may be required in the future.

"Parents don't have to predict the future to prepare for it," said Kevin Thompson, Executive Director of the Florida Prepaid College Board. "Whether a child ultimately attends a university, pursues technical training, earns an industry credential, or follows another educational path, the most important thing families can do is save, start early, and keep opportunities open."

What Can Qualified 529 Plan Funds Help Cover?

Depending on the plan and qualified use, eligible 529 plan funds can help cover certain qualified education expenses, including:

- College and university tuition

- Required fees, books and supplies

- Certain room-and-board expenses

- Graduate and professional school programs

- Registered apprenticeship programs

- Certain qualified K-12 expenses

- Certain educational and testing expenses permitted under applicable law

- Limited student loan repayment

For parents of younger children, these expanded uses can provide additional flexibility as a child's interests and educational needs evolve over time. What begins as saving for college can also support a broader range of qualified educational opportunities along the way.

"The reality is that none of us knows exactly what the future will look like for today's young children," Thompson said. "What parents can do is take small steps now that help create opportunities later. That's really what planning is all about."

One of the most valuable tools families have is time. Starting early gives families more time to build savings toward future education expenses and create greater flexibility as opportunities evolve.

For Florida families, planning can begin whenever they are ready. With Florida Prepaid's year-round enrollment and education savings options available throughout the year, parents and grandparents can begin preparing for future educational opportunities when it makes the most sense for their family.

While no one can predict exactly what the future will look like, understanding today's education savings options can help families prepare for tomorrow's possibilities and keep more doors open for the next generation.

Malibu Boats Expands Dealer Co-op Program to Include Boats Group Membership
Image File
Original HTML

Expanded eligibility reflects the growing role of digital marketplaces throughout the boat-buying journey.

MIAMI, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Boats Group, the recreational marine industry's leading technology platform and online marketplaces, today announced that eligible Malibu Boats Group dealers can now receive co-op reimbursement for Boats Group membership and qualifying digital marketing solutions.

Officially launched at the Cobalt Dealer Meeting last week, the expanded program makes authorized dealers representing Malibu, Axis, Pathfinder, Cobia, Pursuit and Cobalt eligible for co-op reimbursement on Boats Group membership and qualifying digital marketing solutions, including New Boat Listings, Spotlight Listings, Homepage Hero advertising and Geo/Precision Targeting campaigns.

The expanded eligibility reflects a broader shift in how marine brands and dealers are approaching digital marketing. Consumers no longer shop one channel at a time. They move between marketplaces, dealer websites, search engines, social media and manufacturer content over weeks—and often months—as they discover brands, compare models and narrow their consideration set.

That makes visibility throughout the research process increasingly important. While traditional advertising and boat shows remain valuable parts of the marketing mix, much of the discovery, comparison and consideration that shapes a buyer's eventual purchase happens well before a customer contacts a dealer.

"This is about recognizing how consumers actually shop for boats today," said Alisdair Martin, Head of Industry Relations at Boats Group. "Marketplaces aren't simply lead-generation channels at the end of the funnel. They're where buyers discover brands, compare models, evaluate inventory and build their consideration set. Making marketplace participation eligible for co-op gives dealers another way to maintain that presence throughout the buying journey."

Participating dealers can receive 50% co-op reimbursement on eligible Boats Group membership and marketing solutions through Malibu's existing dealer co-op program. Eligible brands include Malibu, Axis, Pathfinder, Cobia, Pursuit and Cobalt.

For manufacturers, the evolution of co-op programs also creates an opportunity to take a more active role in how their brands appear throughout the digital shopping journey. Supporting dealer participation in the platforms where consumers are actively researching boats can help strengthen brand visibility while giving dealers additional resources to reach in-market buyers.

As more of the boat-buying journey moves online, Boats Group continues to work with manufacturers and dealers to connect brand marketing, inventory exposure and digital retailing around the way consumers actually research and shop.

"Each year, Smile Generation Serve Day brings our team members together with a shared commitment to care for others, strengthen our communities and carry that spirit of service forward."

For patients who lack access to dental care, receiving needed treatment can have an impact that extends beyond their oral health. Smile Generation Serve Day helps address barriers to care while reinforcing the Mouth-Body Connection®, the link between oral health and overall health. Periodontal disease is associated with systemic conditions including heart disease, diabetes, dementia and pregnancy complications.

In 2026, oral healthcare remains out of reach for many people across the U.S. About 11 million adults report seeking dental care in emergency rooms, while another 11 million report traveling outside the U.S. for dental care. Smile Generation Serve Day helps address this access gap by connecting patients with care in the communities where they live.

This year, Smile Generation Serve Day provided more than $22.8 million in donated healthcare services. Since the initiative began in 2011, PDS Health team members have provided more than $117 million in donated care to patients across the country, reflecting the continued growth and impact of the annual day of service.

Patients were referred through PDS Health practices as well as through partnerships with nonprofit organizations, including Dental Lifeline Network, Hire Heroes USA, After Innocence and other regional organizations. These collaborations help connect individuals who may not otherwise have access to needed dental care, including veterans, wrongfully convicted individuals and families in underserved communities.

For more than a decade, PDS Health has partnered with Dental Lifeline Network to help expand access to dental care for people in need. This year, that partnership connected U.S. Army veteran Alan Fricks with Jennifer Brown, DMD, practicing dentist and owner of Spring Valley Modern Dentistry in Las Vegas, where he began treatment to improve his oral health and overall health.

"I'm so grateful for being chosen for this opportunity," said Fricks. "It's life changing for me. I'm looking forward to being able to enjoy food and smile again."

Through Smile Generation Serve Day, PDS Health continues its longstanding commitment to service while helping more people access essential oral healthcare. By increasing access and raising awareness of the connection between oral health and overall health, the initiative supports PDS Health's purpose of creating healthier, happier patients.

2factor launches high performance competitor to leveraged ETFs, for Coinbase's Tokenized Stocks on Base

Leveraged ETFs are notoriously inefficient and cannot be held for long. Banks that supply leverage are constrained by hedging costs, and these charges are passed on to holders — compounding against performance year after year. Which is why leverage has been limited to short-term use. 2factor structurally eliminates this cost onchain, making leverage viable for the dominant capital base in finance: the $112 trillion population of buy-and-hold investors.

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- 2factor.finance announced today its launch on Base for Coinbase's tokenized stocks, giving long-term investors moderate leverage they can hold indefinitely, at a fraction of what a leveraged ETF costs to carry. It is a rare case of an onchain product beating its traditional counterpart on performance rather than on access.

Tokenized equities may turn out to be an even larger development than people think. When Coinbase listed real equities onchain, the assets were the smaller half of the announcement. The larger half was opening them: any developer can now compose a listed stock with any other asset or protocol built onchain. What that unlocks is still mostly unknown. 2factor is an early answer, and not one anybody was forecasting. If structured products can be built better onchain than off, the question is how much else can be.

LEVERAGED ETFS CANNOT BE HELD, LIMITING THEM TO SHORT-TERM USE

Beta slippage, or beta decay, is the gap between the multiple on the label and what a holder actually earns. Hold a 3x fund for a year and you do not get 3x. Hold it for several and you often do worse than the stock itself.

This decay decomposes into two costs that compound against holders. Volatility drag is mathematical — the gap between arithmetic and compound returns — and cannot be engineered away. Financing drag is a charge: leveraged ETFs buy their exposure from banks that must hedge it, and the price of that hedging is passed through to the holder. Across the roughly $250 billion held in leveraged ETFs, investors pay an estimated $10 billion annually in financing above the risk-free rate.

Only about a third of single-stock leveraged ETFs have beaten simply holding the stock. No crypto leveraged ETF has ever beaten spot over its own lifetime.

2FACTOR CUTS THE COST OF LEVERAGE BY 75 PERCENT

The obstacle has always been structural. Leverage has to come from somewhere. Traditionally it comes from an intermediary who takes the other side and hedges it, and whose price reflects what short exposure costs to carry. Shorts are expensive. So the cost of being long has always been set by the cost of being short.

How expensive depends on how deep the hedging market is, not on how risky the asset is. In the big equity indices, where dealers hedge cheaply, leverage runs 4 to 5 percent a year. On a single stock it runs 8 to 86 percent. Competition does not compress it, because the price is set by the dealer's hedging cost rather than the issuer's margin.

2factor breaks that link. It sources leverage from investors seeking stable yield rather than from investors willing to be short. Stable yield is far cheaper than short exposure, and the savings are passed to holders — roughly a 75 percent reduction in the all-in cost of holding a leveraged single-stock position.

AND GROWS ITS ADDRESSABLE MARKET BY 750 PERCENT

A 3x position destroys capital over long horizons regardless of what it costs, because volatility drag scales with the square of leverage. So 2factor sets leverage targets that compound in favor of long-term holders — Kelly-optimal multiples that account for drag, roughly 1.33x for cbBTC, rather than the 2x and 3x the industry applies to every asset alike.

The difference shows up on the hardest asset there is. Over the past decade, one dollar in 3x Bitcoin went to zero. One dollar at 1.33x grew to approximately $506, against $281 for spot. Equities are far less volatile, which makes the range where leverage helps wider for a listed stock, not narrower.

The idea is not new. More than half a century of portfolio theory holds that moderate leverage maximizes growth for long-duration capital — at current equity volatilities, somewhere between 1.5x and 2x. Traditional finance has never disagreed. It has never been able to build the instrument.

Cheap financing and correct sizing together produce leverage that can be held like a spot position. Approximately 88 percent of investable capital — roughly $112 trillion — buys and holds; only about $15 trillion trades on shorter horizons. Leverage priced and sized for traders serves the smaller number. Leverage built to be held serves both — a 750 percent increase in the capital that can use it.

"I want to own moderately leveraged Google for exactly the same reason I want to own moderately leveraged Bitcoin. I don't know what path it will take, but I think the position will simply be worth more in five years," said Evan Kuo, co-founder of 2factor. "That is not an exotic wish. It is the most ordinary thing an investor can want, and until now there was no way to act on it that survived a bad quarter."

ON-CHAIN SOLUTIONS NOW OUTPERFORM THEIR TRADITIONAL ALTERNATIVES

This is not a workaround for investors who cannot reach traditional markets. Onchain products have generally won where access was the binding constraint; this one does not need that. It is a better instrument than the traditional alternative, for an investor with full access to both — and against a single-stock leveraged ETF held for years, the margin is not close.

Every structure traditional finance cannot assemble — programmable collateral, counterparties who never meet, terms that adjust without an administrator — is now buildable on a listed stock. And now there is proof they can be built better.

"Listing the assets was the first step, but opening them was the more important one," said Brian Armstrong, co-founder and CEO of Coinbase. "Putting a stock onchain is only interesting if it lets people do something they could not do before — otherwise we have rebuilt the same brokerage with extra steps. 2factor clears that bar, and it is exactly the kind of thing we opened these assets up for."
