North Canton, Ohio – October 28, 2026 -- Diebold Nixdorf (NYSE: DBD) said its Board of Directors authorized a new share repurchase program of up to $250 million, as the company's previous $200 million buyback, announced on Nov. 5, 2025, nears completion.

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Tom Timko said the new program gives the company "additional flexibility" to return capital to stockholders while it continues to invest in strategic opportunities across its businesses.

Columbus – October 28, 2026 -- American Electric Power (Nasdaq: AEP) expanded its five-year capital plan to $100 billion through 2031 and said 2026 operating earnings will land at or above the high end of its $6.25 to $6.55 per share guidance range.

Third-quarter operating earnings rose to $1,216 million, or $2.23 per share, from $963 million, or $1.80 per share, a year earlier. GAAP earnings were $1,187 million, or $2.18 per share, against $972 million, or $1.82 per share, in the third quarter of 2025.

Columbus – October 28, 2026 -- Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE: VRT) reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of $4,313 million, up $1,637 million or 61% year over year, and raised its full-year sales guidance by $650 million as organic orders growth topped 100%.
