DUBAI – – November 02, 2026 -- Robo.ai Inc. (Nasdaq: AIIO) has appointed Ralph R. Debbas, founder of supercar maker W Motors, as Group President, effective immediately. He will focus on industrial strategy, international partnerships and coordination across the Dubai-headquartered group's AI and advanced manufacturing businesses.

Dubai – October 12, 2026 -- Robo.ai Inc. (Nasdaq: AIIO) plans to set up ALIF Composites in the UAE with a targeted annual capacity of 10 million square meters of composite raw materials in 2027, with production due to start in Q4 2026.

ALIF Holding, Robo.ai's majority-owned subsidiary, will establish ALIF Composites as a majority-owned subsidiary. The unit is meant to expand the Group's advanced manufacturing business.

(Nasdaq: AIIO) reported September revenue exceeding US$100 million, driven primarily by Quantum Core Capital Limited (QC Capital), and now expects approximately US$600 million in total revenue for full year 2026.
