Toronto – October 27, 2026 -- Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. will develop, own and operate a 50 megawatt-hour (MWh) behind-the-meter battery energy storage system (BESS) at St. Marys Cement's Bowmanville, Ontario plant, which will be Canada's largest installation of its kind to date. The long-term agreement with St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada), a subsidiary of Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA), requires no upfront capital from the cement producer.
