Irvine – October 29, 2026 -- The share of vacant U.S. residential properties fell to 1.2 percent in the fourth quarter, down from 1.3 percent in the third quarter and in the same quarter a year earlier, according to ATTOM's latest Vacant Property and Zombie Foreclosure Report.
