McLean, Virginia – October 27, 2026 -- Hilton Worldwide Holdings (NYSE: HLT) reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $536 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $1,058 million, as system-wide comparable RevPAR rose 5.8 percent on a currency-neutral basis year over year.
Diluted earnings per share were $2.37. Adjusted for special items, diluted EPS was $2.45.
