Northbrook, Illinois – October 28, 2026 -- Stepan Company (NYSE: SCL) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.405 per share, extending its record of annual dividend increases to 59 consecutive years.

Stepan lifts the fourth-quarter 2026 payout by $0.010 per share

The board approved the increase in the fourth quarter of 2026. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2026, to common stockholders of record on December 1, 2026.
