SEOUL – November 04, 2026 -- CJ BIO will launch NewtriSolution, a web-based animal nutrition consulting platform that bundles five tools across feed design, profitability and analysis, at EuroTier 2026. The platform targets raw-material variability, price volatility and tightening environmental requirements.
NewtriSolution links ingredient evaluation, feed formulation, precision nutrition and profitability assessment. CJ BIO says it lets customers look beyond least-cost formulation and weigh ingredient value, animal performance, environmental impact and economic outcomes together.
FeedXplorer and REQ cover formulation, carbon footprint and pig amino acid needs
FeedXplorer pairs a Least Cost Simulator for cost-effective formulations with a Carbon Emission Simulator. The simulator estimates ingredient-related carbon footprints from origin and transportation data.
REQ recommends amino acid requirements for pigs across growth stages and production objectives, including daily gain and gain-to-feed ratio. It draws on global research.
BCAA Calculator and ROI Simulator put a price on nutrient decisions
The BCAA Calculator assesses Valine and Isoleucine levels relative to Leucine and estimates the effect on growth performance. It also simulates economic outcomes. The ROI Simulator compares animal performance and economic results at different nutrient inclusion levels to show potential returns.
InsightLab adds laboratory evaluation of ingredients and additives
InsightLab evaluates feed processing, gastrointestinal digestion, gut microbiota and cellular responses. The aim is to assess ingredient quality and functional value.
CJ BIO describes the platform as a coordinated consulting process rather than a set of isolated calculators. It also enables data sharing and two-way communication between CJ BIO and its customers.
