SecureSpace Enters Dallas-Fort Worth With 4 Stores, Passes 100 Sites

REDONDO BEACH – November 03, 2026 -- SecureSpace Self Storage has opened four facilities totaling 751,000 square feet and 5,580 units in the Dallas-Fort Worth MSA, lifting its nationwide portfolio to 101 stores and past the 100-location mark for the first time.

Four Class A properties mark the company's first Dallas-Fort Worth entry

The sites are rebranded as SecureSpace Saginaw, SecureSpace Chisholm Trail, SecureSpace West Plano and SecureSpace Euless. Each is a large-format, multi-story Class A facility built between 2022 and 2024, and more than 90% of the space is climate-controlled.

Euless draws 47,000 vehicles daily, double the other three sites

SecureSpace Euless sits along Trinity Boulevard and South Highway 157, where more than 47,000 vehicles pass each day. The other three stores average about 22,000 vehicles per day on their main thoroughfares.

The portfolio spans the Metroplex. West Plano covers the northeast, Saginaw in Fort Worth the northwest, Chisholm Trail in Crowley the southwest, and Euless the mid-cities.

Upgrades add AI-enabled cameras, sensors and free Wi-Fi during live operations

SecureSpace is upgrading leasing offices to its contemporary brand style. It is also installing proprietary AI-enabled cameras and sensors for security and offering complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout each building.

All four stores remain open during the renovations, and customers can reserve units online.
