Nashville – November 03, 2026 -- Leap Partners, a Southeast home service consolidator that has acquired 36 HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies in four years, has bought 360 Plumbing Service in Richmond, Virginia. The company described the deal as its expansion into Virginia. Financial terms were not disclosed.
360 Plumbing Service keeps its brand and founder-led management
Bob Mancino founded 360 Plumbing Service in 2014. The family-run business serves homes and businesses in Richmond and the surrounding region and has won multiple local awards. Mancino brings more than 35 years of master-level plumbing experience.
The company will keep operating under its established name. Mancino will continue to run daily operations with his team, backed by additional resources, capital and support from Leap Partners.
"Bob has built a standout business," said John Cerasuolo, CEO of Leap Partners, who said the focus is supporting the company's next phase of growth while preserving its standards.
Leap Partners' portfolio spans nine states across 36 acquisitions
Over the last four years, Leap Partners has acquired 36 HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. The portfolio includes companies of all sizes. Leap Partners provides investment and operational support while leaving local leaders to operate with autonomy.
Mancino said the model respects what local leaders have built and will help the company scale its operations in the Richmond community.
Leap Partners is also seeking further targets. It is inviting HVAC, plumbing and electrical business owners to contact it, whether they want to stay involved after a sale or plan a full exit.
