PROTEOR Adds K2-Focused EXONEO CORE and HOPPER OUTSIDER Feet

Dijon – November 03, 2026 -- PROTEOR is introducing two lower-limb prosthetic feet worldwide: EXONEO CORE, built specifically for K2 ambulators, and HOPPER OUTSIDER, a foot designed to cover both everyday walking and dynamic activity.

EXONEO CORE targets the stability-versus-comfort trade-off for K2 users

EXONEO CORE is a biomimetic foot developed for community ambulators classified as K2. PROTEOR says a foot built for comfort can feel less stable, while a stable design can feel rigid. The company describes EXONEO CORE as purpose-built for K2 mobility rather than an adapted higher-activity foot.

Plantar springs absorb vertical loads and adapt to uneven terrain, and the foot keeps ground contact through toe-off. Natural toe extension of up to 20 degrees supports stability in the final phase of each step. The low-profile construction adds fitting versatility for clinicians.

HOPPER OUTSIDER combines sport-blade responsiveness with everyday footwear compatibility

Developed by HOPPER, OUTSIDER pairs the dynamic response of a sport-inspired blade with a continuous InfiniFoam pad. The pad supports fluid rollover and works with everyday footwear. Users can move between walking and more dynamic activities without necessarily changing prosthetic feet.

The foot incorporates upcycled carbon fiber and new approaches to foot-shell construction. PROTEOR also presents the launch as a result of its partnership with HOPPER.

PROTEOR links both launches to its HumanFirst strategy

The two products extend the company's portfolio through in-house development and a strategic partnership. Eric Ferris, Vice President, Global Marketing & Product Management, said the shared principle is to "design around the person."
