LAS VEGAS – November 03, 2026 -- Heated apparel brand ororo has launched its first Bluetooth garment, the Unisex 5-Zone Ultralight Adjustable Heated Liner Vest, starting at $199.99. A companion ororo app for iOS and Android lets wearers adjust heat without taking off their outer layers. The app is due for download in November.
The vest heats five zones and fits a range of sizes
The lightweight, quilted vest uses water- and wind-resistant fabric. Its five heating zones cover the left and right abdomen, the lower back, and two diagonal zones across the shoulders and upper back.
An adjustable velcro waist closure, flexible side panels and wide armholes are meant to improve fit and mobility. Sizes run from XS/S to XL/2XL, and the vest comes in black.
External battery pockets and a vibrating power button let wearers operate the vest without removing outerwear.
The app puts heat levels, timers and battery data on one screen
Once the vest is paired, the app's home page lists all of a user's Bluetooth ororo gear. It shows the number of sessions each product has been used, its battery life and the local weather.
"Quick actions" switch the vest on or off, or set quick timers that heat up or turn off the garment. The app also provides low-battery notifications, automatic timer alerts and an Eco Mode to extend battery life.
Users can also choose vibration-only feedback and turn off the power button light for more discreet use.
ororo plans to bring smart heating to more products
ororo CEO Mark H. said customers get more control over their warmth through customizable heat levels, timers and usage tracking. "This is just the beginning," he said, adding that the company intends to keep improving the app and extend smart heating to more of its products.
The Bluetooth Heated Liner Vest is available at ororo.com from $199.99.
